When paying our bill the waitress approached the table and asked why we didnt leave a tip. Then proceeded to say she has noticed us do this before and if we are not going to tip then the restaurant will no longer be serving us. And we should only get take out. My mother was going to put the tip on the table. This was extremely rude.

Some of the best breaded wings tossed & sauced in Aurora! Great friendly service and definitely a nice spot to watch the next sporting event with the crew. My family and drop in a couple times a month for the Tuesday special - half price wings when purchased with a drink! With prices of everything gone up, its nice to catch a break from cooking early in the week!

Hi, We were planning to visit this place but after reading the reviews, i believe we need to take a second thought. It is so awful that someone is saying no to the customers in come and sit inside for the food. We would love to visit this place now because the owner is so concerned. Impressed See you soon then

Went in for dinner, ordered a triple. One of the sauce flavors was wrong, which we didnt want to complain because there was one server and it was busy. Regardless, server never came back to check if food was correct. When we went to pay the machine had preset options for tips at 18%, 20% 25% and 30%. Needless to say I did not leave a tip after seeing that. Having those options as tips is a little absurd if service is poor.

Came in with a large party last minute and the server was very accommodating. Ensured we were all attended to and brought out our drinks pretty quickly while we decided on our orders. Our group took a bit of time to order and the server was very patient. The food came out hot, well cooked and was so yummy!! Everyone was very happy with their meals, even the little kiddies! The service, food and atmosphere is great! They even have paint nights on Wednesdays, so well definitely be back for that!

Wings were perfectly cooked, could do with a bit more sauce to coat, service was great and very helpful in choosing and placing my order. The only downsides are that the fries were very oily and overcooked. Also, I didnt get the veggies with my order, which I always get when placing my order online. I guess in store is different?

I always pass by this low key bar after my gym sessions, finally decided to stop by. I put 4/5 on food because it is bar food. They re fantastic when you re hungry, and they sell themselves but there s always room for improvement. They kind of taste very similar at other locations, question is what would make yours stand out than others? But places like this should be focus on service and atmosphere which i totally give 5/5 on both!! Eliza, who was my server when i visited was really pleasant and overall splendid! She had lots of bubbly and positive energy and was very enthusiastic about the menu. I think that is very important. She also seems like she gets along with the kitchen team! I noticed one of the kitchen staff was leaving and Eliza had a motherly like personality making sure that they get home safe and honestly i dont hear that often at other bar places. She seems like she really likes working here. As a customer, who is observant and have worked on customer service experience and sales, Eliza has characteristics of someone who is an asset of the Wild Wing Team. Eliza, was also a natural conversationalist she has a great sense of humour, and have a level of empathy who can read not just the room but also the people in the room. She can curate a splendid level of service to anyone! She can communicate well and lots of positive and enthusiastic energy!! Kudos to her! In terms of atmosphere this all depends on the person. I personally love it when it s quiet. And when it is not busy. I came here on a Friday evening and it was really chill. The music is in just how I want the volume it to be. And glad it was as loud. If you want a place to hang with a buddy or two on a low key kind of vibe, i guess when there are no important sports teams are playing, this might just the place for you. Worst Wild Wing location in York Region. Asked for an extra ranch, they said its $1 extra...thinking that we are all in this challenging time together, I decided to pay the extra dollar plus tips to support this local business. Got home, each ranch dip is HONESTLY not even half full. LIKE SERIOUSLY..... if you dipped your fries in one of them twice that was it. Provide good customer service and Im sure people will be more than happy to support you. I sure will not be going back to this location again. If I have to drive 30 minutes to get to another location I will sure do that.

Terrible service. I came to this establishment with a group of 10 friends looking for some wings, and was greeted by terrible service. The male server with the pony tail gave us attitude and gave off a bad vibe. He evidently did not want to be working there, with an airpod in his ear which resulted in lacking service. I would never come her again and would not recommend anyone to come here if they do not want to feel disrespected while eating.

Service was poor. Had 2 errors with our orders and waitress just avoided us. Never ask how things were until the very end. She did not check on us once. Drinks were empty pretty much entire time. Cook was told about errors and nothing was done. First time I didnt tip anything. The food I eventually received was good. Beer was not cold. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Very clean and welcoming restaurant. They offer big meals and for inexpensive prices. I liked the meals very much and the staff members were super nice, and all had their masks on. I recommend this place.

Waited 1.5h for a take out order. When I went to go pick it up, they hadnt even started it yet. I had to wait another hour in the store before it was ready. Total wait time of 2 and a half hours. They were very understaffed, but if they had been honest with me about how extremely busy they were. I wouldve gone elsewhere instead of waiting 2.5h for some chicken wings. My order also came wrong, and missing items

Just moved to Aurora and Wild Wing was our favourite back home. However, this location continues to disappoint. We ordered takeout, the wings were wrong (we ordered non-breaded) the flavour was wrong and the sauces were wrong. Considering how dead it was in there Im assuming others have also realized the poor service and are now bringing their business to one of the other dozens of Wing places in the area. We will now be doing the same

By far the best wings I have ever eaten in my life (not even kidding). The boneless sweet escape is right out of this world. Definitely try them if your wanting something new. WARNING they are highly addictive so make sure you order a double order.

Well all of a sudden the rules have changed on half price Tuesday. Half price order per drink. So if you get pop and it s free refills one order only unless your drinking alcohol. Never has it been this way since I ve been coming here. Won t come again

One star only because I need to rate it!! I ordered today on June 24 2020 the special 2 orders for $30. Little did I know when the food came from Uber Eats I was shocked and disappointed at the size of wing and portion. I was also under the assumption that it came with fries. Nope , we got a total of 20 wings side Ceasar order of fried pickles my total was $53.70!!!!!! The size of the wings were small than my thumb, no meat on them at all. How can Wild Wing justify that pricing for 20 wings. To top the whole terrible experience off this price was with my $8 discount from Uber!!! Beware consumers! Never ever order from Wild Wing on Wellington in Aurora. I m telling you the best place for wings and fries is St.louis!!!

It s a small restaurant but the food was good (portions were big) and came out fast!

Disappointed is all I can say. We got takeout today, but didnt feel it necessary to check each container when we picked the order up. If we had checked the containers or dined in, I guarantee you some of our order wouldve been sent back. We get the order home, and the potato skins were wrong. A small amount of cheese, one tiny piece of bacon on the bottom and NO green onion. Not a big deal, but nonetheless, it wasnt as advertised or expected. Each order of wings was swimming in sauce, but you couldnt even taste the actual flavour of the wing. Dipping sauces were barely half full as well. For the amount of money we spent (over $100), we were not al all pleased. Overall, the food wasnt that impressive and not at all worth the price. We will not be going back to this location.

Ordered 3 different flavours to go. Got them home and what a disappointment. Did we have to specify that we wanted sauce on the wings? You saved $0.25 in cheaping out on sauce for the wings but lost future business. Our first and last time ordering from Wild Wing. Lots of choices out there Wild Wing. Treat your customers accordingly.

Not impressed 2 times went first they assumed I wanted breaded wings when I asked for hot Buffalo wings. It was not good. Later my second year and by the way sever should ask how is or how was your food. Not. So second time specific asked for hot wings without bread but this time wings were burnt. Not impressed. There should be something done about servers and the hair flying around or running their hands through it (mandatory ponytail).... first time trying this location... my husband and i order all is good and then I got the serves hair (she seemed surprised by this) as I watched her 2x do it prior to bringing me my food. My husbands was fine so he ate and I got mine to go as he was done before it was even cooked The second time......i would hope to see some improvement there .. everything was great but the hair !!!!!!!!!

We used to come here regularly and popped in a few days ago for some wings. Yes the place needed to be freshened up but this new Express concept - it was terrible. Not only was the heat not working (it was -19 outside!) but the service was non existent under their new concept. No side plates, no buckets for the bones ... they pretty much discourage you from staying in. And worst of all, the wings were cold. I get it that you want to serve your expresss customers quickly but if you can t get the wings hot eating at the restaurant, what are the poor take out customers going to eat? Completely cold wings? Rest assured we will be looking for a new wing place

First time in an express wild wings. Loved the food and service. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is because the wings werent hot enough for number 5 out of 6.

good food but small portions. we told them how many people we wanted to feed and they assured us we ordered enough. ordered 3 large fries and we got one small box of fries. we asked for veggies, but they just ran out . some of the wings were very pink inside. i called to complain but received excuses ive told the owners the fries portions are too small, ive told the owners were out of veggies... all excuses... the place in aurora was recently re-modeled, new owners perhaps? seems like they are more interested in squeezing their customers for every last penny then they are interested in having people come back. weve been back 2 times since reno figuring maybe first time was an exception. we will not be back a 3rd time.

Well, weve just returned from another unsuccessful lunch at Wild Wing in Aurora..and it will definitely be our last. We arrived at approx. 12:05pm and had to ask the server at almost 12:30 to come and take our order. There was only a few guys that came in AFTER us, that sat at the bar, so the restaurant was NOT busy. 15 minutes AFTER we placed our order, she came to tell us our order had not gone in yet..and them came to ask us our orders AGAIN! We have now been there over 45min. and are still waiting. NO ONE came to apologize to us, but the Owner did go and apologize to the group (4 guys) at the bar?! We were not offered another drink, no apology for delay, nor did anyone come back after our food was finally delivered, to see how it was or if we needed anything else. I work in the customer service industry and as such, believe ALL customers should be treated the same. We have tried to give Wild Wing Aurora a few chances to redeem themselves with us, but this was the worst service we received, and will definitely not be entering the location again. To say Im disappointed..again..is an understatement.

Way too expensive $1.50 a wing. Give me a break. Its no wonder they are dying a slow death. Will never go back. Slow service because under staffed. How can one person handle the bar, restaurant and take out?? They dont have more staff because they are not making any money because who wants to pay $1.50 a wing clue in ir you are out of business.

I started coming to this location before christmas 2012 and the experiences left a lot to be desired. Its the only wild wing near me so I kept going because I love the wings. The place changed ownership recently and it is a total U-turn from what it used to be. The food is excellent and the servers are on the ball all the time. They actually have 2 servers & a bartender on the weekends now, plus all the games and UFC. Retry, youll prob be surprised

I absolutely love Wild Wing but this location needs some serious help. I went last night on a Friday night and they had ONE server. Every table was full and it took forever to get our food. One server is not enough to manage an entire bar + tables on a Friday night. This is the second time weve been there that this was the case. They really need to consider getting more staff if they want to satisfy their customers.
