Yesterday , i was very hungry and i saw A&W , i ordered food and a guy named jashan, his behaviour was very warm . He took my order and after few minutes my order was ready , he serverd me very politely and had a smile on his face .Food is awsome and all the staffs are very good , they give their 100% to the work thats why people love to eat there .

Extremely disappointed to visit this store after seeing $4 teen burgers are offered as a promotion on nights that the Toronto maple leafs play. This is because the workers informed me that this promotion is only accessible through their phone application, however after jumping through those hoops, the application has an integral UI issue that doesn t allow me to even confirm an account. I ve wasted 10 minutes for a discounted burger that is impossible to attain. Very frustrating experience that has lost a consistent customer. As a viewer of this comment, just go across the street. McDonald s is open 24/7 and never disappoints like this.

I usually don t write reviews but I had the sweetest young girl service me. I specifically asked for her name because people in the service industry don t get enough praise! Alvyna is so kind funny and patient! I think the food tasted better because of her! 10 stars to her and this location!

I always like dining in when at A&W because of the frosted mugs. Makes the drinks next level. But on refills they always gave me a new mug so you have the same drink experience well except this store. They want to charge for a new mug. Very disappointing. The store is empty and there are tons of mugs in the freezer. Son was especially disappointed. Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger always good.

Friendly and quick service

My mistake was ordering the Cod sandwich at a burger joint. The sandwich was subpar. Was Luke warm, waited 10 mins. And not very tasty.

Polite staff but hard to understand/communicate. Burger patties were completely overcooked and so dry we had difficulty swallowing with the meat scraping our throat in the way down. After a couple of bites we decided to give the patties to our dog... ultimately spent $35 for a dinner of fries and buns with condiments.

We came for the grand opening! Enjoyed a Teen burger combo (love coupons) and a yummy Mamma burger. I loved the root beer in a chilled mug!

Unfortunately, my family and I did not have the best service during our visit. My kid was hungry after swimming, so we decided to pick up something quick for her. We asked for a buddy burger with cheese, plain, no garnishing. Sounds simple, but I was told I had to get the mama burger if I wanted it with only cheese. I also ordered a side order of fries and apple juice. It came up to $15. My wife looked at the menu once again and asked why we couldnt get a buddy or even a teen burger with cheese, and the server said I didnt ask for it. Well, I never asked for the mama burger, and I was very clear it was for my kid, a burger with only cheese, but they decided to upsell me and be dishonest. Burger was dry. Fries and juice were fine. Its probably our last visit to this location.

Went to the a and w to buy some food on my motercycle when asked if they had a bag with a Handel they refused to give one for my order. But every single fast food place has skip the dishes that they all have handled bags so what the hassle of giving one away?? I would say this store is very cheap
