Wow, ordered spicy wings from uber during bogo promotion and they were the worst wings Ive ever had. 90% of the wing was breading, was dryer than eating cardboard. You guys should really just stop selling wings and label them fried cardboard.

There are people who are good at their jobs and then there are people who go over and above and leave an impression on you. Nazil (hope I spelt that right) was absolutely outstanding. He showed genuine care and made sure our lunch was perfect. Food was great, fresh ingredients, and made quickly. Thank you for making our lunch one to remember.

Customer service here is amazing. I went in and ordered food and went back to my car to wait for it while it was being prepared. I got a little carried away with work calls and the gentleman who was working brought the bag out to my car!

Im not sure about the owner but I got the same guy a few times when I came by and hes super nice. Food is normal.

We had a party of 20. We ordered the food from Uber Eats. Owner wasnt happy that we used Uber Eats to order the food and he missed one of our parties order and refused to make it again, while everyone paid and ordered from Uber Eats, owner was very rude and ignorant. We will never visit this location ever again.

Ordered pickep thru Uber eats app- turned it was buy 1 get 1 free Burgers were good, Ordered spicy chicken jalapeños burger. It was all bread. Couldnt actually see any meat. Very little meat.. seemed like this couldnt possibly by how it normally comes-- maybe because it was 50% off? I dunno. Food came quickly and ate inside restaurant which was clean and inviting. Vegetarian options: There are plenty of non meat options Dietary restrictions: 100% Halal meat

Best service by Adeesha. Definitely recommend everyone to visit and check out this place. Polite staff and very quick with food preparation time. Also, i went on new year s day and they were still open following their regular time i.e. untill 4 am. This is really helpful as most food joints are closed around this time in Aurora. Will definitely come back again for a bite

When I ordered from Uber east was packaged nice no damage to the food

First time here and tried the signature burger. It was really good. I always thought they were the same as ny fries and avoided the place but it was nothing like them. So much better. The employees at this location were super friendly will definitely go back

Tried this restaurant for the first time and was not disappointed. Hamburgers were excellent and fries, although frozen, were pretty good. The prices were also reasonable. The franchise owner, ( could have been the manager) made sure that we were satisfied with our food .. I would recommend this place without reservations

The only place I eat burger its tasty fresh big and juicy nice place for all ages .

As others have mentioned, the owner is very rude and has no manners. He was using vulgar language and yelling at an Uber driver because they were running late. He threatened that he would break their legs if they came in to his store. Unacceptable behaviour. Will not be going here until Hero Burger provides better training for their franchise management.

Always friendly staff, clean environment. Food is always fresh. Service is always customized to how you want it Update after 2 years. Owner is always friendly and personable. These guys take pride in their work and it shows.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Owner is extremely rude. He shouted at an uber delivery person over a phone call in front of all his customers. He belittled him and threatened the driver. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. How could a manager use such behaviour towards anyone!!! Management needs to be changed or this place needs to be shut down. This isn t the first time I ve heard the owner being extremely rude. Hero burger needs to take some disciplinary action towards him!

The best hamburger I ever had in my whole 80 years of life! When my family come to town, I am going to definitely treat them to a Hero burger, for sure! The owner, Myron, is an absolute doll. He is so helpful and bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and get exactly what it is you think you want when ordering. He goes beyond the call of duty to take care of your situation. I am elderly, have a walker, am legally blind, but this wonderful place made me feel special, and took care of me with exceptional style. I would recommend Hero Burger over any other in the GTA. I am sinsere about this! It is truly the best!

I d give 0 stars if I could. The owner is not nice in the slightest and the kitchen is dirty, they don t use gloves and pretend to wash their hands between touching things. I can only imagine how often the fryer oil is changed as I worked 4 shifts there and never saw it clean/the oil get any lighter. Only more black

Horrible customer experience. 1 on the NPS. Burger was messy the Coke was Flat. Told the the guy working and he wanted and insisted to charge me for a new bottled Coke instead of charging me the difference. First and last time.

Very rude customer service. The seller started using disrespectful words. I do not suggest this location at all. Most items requested was not available. At the end the seller asked the customer to shut the mouth and get the money back!

Late night cravings kick in and this is my go to place, open till 4am the owner is awesome, forgot my phone by accident one time and he stayed past close to make sure I was able to get it. Signature burger is my favourite, toppings always fresh and the sweet potato fries are to die for.

Garbage blowing all over the parking lot with garbage bins wide open and garbage bin doors swinging in the wind and boxes blowing all over the environment.

Ordered the Haddock salad and fries for delivery. The fries and Haddock were okay, but the salad was poorly made. The lettuce wasnt chopped just laid in the bowl whole with a couple of large slices of tomato and onions sitting on top.The salad was supposed to come with olives and blue cheese but it didnt.

Fantastic establishment especially for a chain. Mayooran(sp?) Served us our food, brought it to our table during a very busy lunch rush. He served customers a very professionally, And even though he had an irate person, He was very calm and pleasant and handled himself very well. This was all overheard from a back table. Fantastic service fantastic food and overall great dining experience.

I used to try their burgers and chicken sandwiches but last night was a disappointment. The 6oz burger which I tried seemed like the frozen ones I get from walmart and I had a whole lettuce stalk in my burger rather than lettuce leaf Just disappointed

Hero burger is by far the best place in town for a great tasting, fresh, and affordable burger. The guy working there is very friendly. We go there once or twice a month and he remembers what we ordered last time. Highly recommend them.

Ordered through Doordash. Order was ready when promised and thus got the food home in time while it was still hot. Really enjoyed the new Spicy Chicken Waffle sandwich

My order arrived incomplete and after calling to the Autora restaurant the person on the phone said they were just a contractor and they will not refund or send the missing item. Afterward he said sorry and hang up abruptly. On top of that, everything arrived cold! Terrible service!

I actually frequent this location but after todays visit, I had double the disappointment. First, I ordered a large gravy and it was missing so I had to drive back again, wasting my time and gas, especially on such bad winter conditions. Then coming in, the staff handed me my gravy. I check it to make sure its there and I see 2 tiny containers. I ask this is a large? She says I put in two. I was so confused. So I ask you guys, is this a large gravy to you?

This place used to be good but unfortunately it has gone downhill due to customer service not being up to standard, overpriced food, and long wait times for what is supposed to be fast food. The person at the front desk used to have very good customer service but is now forcibly rushing me.

For what your supposed to get !!! THIS place is NOT the only burger place!!!! There are others. I will NOT enter this location again I d ask for a credit but I highly doubt I will receive it .

Ordered from uber eats they didnt deliver my shake and when I called asking them to fix the mistake the manager nasil said there was absolutely nothing he could do.
