Been coming here for years since they first opened. Missed the ayce before COVID. Still some good prices for their take outs

Picked up a delicious and great value lunch today. So much food for $20 and everything tasted fresh. Shrimp teriyaki, veggies, rice, sushi roll, miso soup, seaweed salad and tempura! The gentleman working was very helpful as well. I ll be back with family!

This place has seriously gone down hill since COVID. Tried ordering a poke bowl (have a picture) and they had no idea what I was talking about.....even though when we walked in we saw 2 signs for it

If I could give zero stars I would have.This place used to be our go to sushi place. They changed hands a few months ago and the fall from grace has been epic. Absolutely the worst sushi dishes Ive ever encountered, completely pathetic. After they went under new ownership we gave them a few chances to be better. Total failure. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Used to be quite good for the price but the price has gone up by about 75% in the last 2 months and the freshness/quality has decreased by about the same amount Had to come back and edit it due to the fact I had to go to McDonald s to get the taste out of my mouth/fill me up

New management, so slow and they lie to your face every step of the way.

Great sushi for the price

i m really sad because the prices increased and the quality went down :( i believe the owners changed im not too sure because i usually order the mini pizza, japanese bagel roll and salmon cream cheese roll, but there was barely any salmon and smoked salmon in the rolls the pizza lacked flavour as well

Ordered terryaki chicken. It was more like boiled chicken pieces with sauce that tasted nothing like terryaki. Chicken was dry, rubbery and tasteless. Horrible food and terribly disappointed. This place used to be pretty good.

This restaurant was fantastic! The chicken cutlet was just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft and warm on the inside. The sushi and rice were delicious, with soy sauce and hot sauce. The coconut shrimp was also delicious. There is one thing, however, that I didnt like, which was not having the option to dine in. Parking: Ample free parking

I changed my review because this establishment has changed to no longer accommodate dine in. The last 4 times we have ordered from there the sushi has not met the quality they used to have. My friends and I would go monthly but now it seems it s not going to be opening up dine in again. I would give them 1 star because of how bad the food has been but I m hoping they open their doors to dine in again so my friends and I can enjoy the experience we once had, but I m not holding my breath. Being in the restaurant industry I understand it s more inexpensive to not have dine in, but as of right now you have lost some loyal customers.

6 words to sum up the sushi from here: you get what you pay for. Fish is not fresh at all. Im surprised I didnt get sick. Smells fishy and tastes off. But I should have expected that given how cheap it was. I was craving sushi and didnt want to pay a fortune, so decided to give this place a shot. I wont be returning!

The prices went up 25% I purcase combo D 70 pieces and the quality went downhill .The rolls smaller barely nothing inside and the rice falls apart .Very dissappointed as I used to love and buy always from this place ... increase price does not mean poor quality ....

Been there many times and just love the food, super great. And you can tell is family run by the cozy feeling when you enter. Very peaceful and highly recommend. Have no idea what the other one star reviews are talking about, they were never rude and do gave their best with the food. Lastly the price is very reasonable comparing to other Japanese cuisines near by, the fish looks and tastes fresh.

Been going here for a couple of years; this place has good quality and amazing prices. All their rolls and sushi is good and they have some tasty specialties. Even the bentos miso soup is even tasty compared to others. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably great prices and solid food. This place is a hidden gem in York region. I dont get sushi from anywhere else. Their Bento boxes are also really good and very affordable.

What you lose in pure quality it makes up for in price. Most economical Ive seen around . Ingredients werent the most fresh but it all tasted fine. Would return.

We always get Friday takeout, and it s ready by the time we arrive. Polite servers and the place is clean. Not to forget whatever we order is delicious and well presented only thing they need to change is the containers recyclable is the best option. Styrofoam is the worst fir the environment.

A small restaurant that keeps this simple and charming while at the same time contributing to absolutely crazy low prices. If you call for pick up you can get 40 regular peices of restaurant quality sushi for 20 dollars. Im very impressed.

The egg and golden dragon are my favorites. The miso is different than what Im use to but good

We placed an order through Uber Eats - our delivery time kept being delayed. We finally called the restaurant who could not find our order. Rather than taking the time to find our order, they chose to ignore our concerns and hang up on us. Extremely disappointed with both this restaurant and Uber Eats. We will not be using either again.

Sushi Huang always has great sushi and a good price ! :) They have just opened up for take out. call and order and they have a safe set up for pick up which keeps you more than 6 meters away for pick up and paying.check out their menu online!

My go to all you can eat sushi hands down. I partially agree with the sushi having too much rice, however the prices match what youre getting and you always leave more than full. Great service, always friendly and quick to sit you down. Love to see this small business doing well!

I dont know why this place got all these great reviews. I ordered the 40 pc Sushi Boat for 24.95 and the gyozi for 2.95 (only because there is 15% cash off at $25 and I was a nickel short). I came from 25 minutes away so I was not expecting perfect freshness when I got home but there was a lot of rice, thin slivers of sashimi and the freshness and tastiness expected were missing. It was a slight step up from supermarket sushi. The price is amazing compared to other places but I would pay a little more to get better quality. Perhaps it was a bad night for them.

Good food all you can eat at low price, so great place

Went for the all you can eat sushi. First order we placed came reasonably quick and delicious. Ordered some more and it took a half hour to come and was pretty much just rice. By the time we finished that we were here an hour and a half and just left, didnt even bother with dessert. Seems like we wasted our money on all inclusive.

Have given this place so many chances it is great for take out but that is about it. The food is good not the best but does have some good items. The service is the worst I have ever seen every time they where rude talking about us while we where right there and then told us they are not bringing us all the food we ordered that we ordered to much they decided what to bring us. They love to put hidden costs at the end of the bill the charged me an extra 6 bucks for my 1 year old daughter that does not even eat yet then decided to charge us another 5 bucks for half a hand roll that wasnt eaten everything else was finished. Then when I went to pay they actual took the machine and put her own 10 buck tip in there after they both the female and Male had been so rude. I did not give any problems or attitude and just paid add left there was no need for them to treat us like that after giving them three chances of going there it is to bad really wanted it to be our main sushi since it is so close to us. But WILL NEVER GO AGAIN rather drive to newmarket.

Great sushi, but way too small and too busy. Be prepared for a long wait to be served. Weve had to leave on occasion as they were too busy to serve us.

Plentiful, cheap, and adequate quality ayce sushi. Homey vibe, without too many other patrons. Service was fast and options were varied, though not as much as more established ayce sushi spots (no sashimi) Sushi contained a bit more rice than usually expected but it was acceptable for its quality. Other dishes like tempura are also strong options, done very well.

Worst party platers I ever tried in my life! All sushi is with crab sticks and some with shrimps, no fish at all. And the sushi with coconut flakes on top is just disgusting!!! Highly not recommending this place

Maybe about 7 tables, so quite small and cozy. Food-wise it has some of the best Ive ever had at an AYCE. Excellent selection and under $20. Only complaint would be that the service was on the slower side and some tables recieved their food before us, even though we were there first and had ordered the same thing. Despite this, we would certainly come back!

Sushi Huang is a very cozy neighborhood restaurant. They have a reasonable price for All You Can Eat Sushi as well as an a la carte menu. Write your order on a piece of paper and everything is brought to you. The service is very good as well as personable. Sushi Huang survived when all of the other Susie places in the immediate area went out of business. If youre looking for good food and a comfortable place, then Sushi Huang is for you!

Ive come here a bunch of times over the years. For the cheap price, I find the sushi to taste pretty fresh and delicous. Even when busy, the service is always excellent and the staff are always friendly. If you ever want all you can eat for less, you cant go wrong here.

Decent food. Small place and friendly service. They dont have change tables though so we had to change out little one in the car. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience.

The food is always fresh, and the fish is bought the day of, checked and very tender and flavourful. I often go here with friends and family quite often, and I find myself returning even more than ever. I highly recommend this restaurant for he sushi lovers as well as anyone else willing to try a bit of Chinese and Asian cuisine.

Small Japanese restaurant with reasonable price and good food quality

Been to this restaurant a few times, food is always great and the staff is very friendly, Im not a big sushi eater but this place has got me started. My wife and daughter love this place and order just about every sushi on the menu, there is a fee for not eating all of your food which is a $1 per item but that is the same with every sushi restaurant. To all the people who had a problem with this there is a notice at the bottom of the menu, if you didnt read it, your fault.

I had 2 sushi rolls and a small amount of beef and they forced me to pay an extra 20$ when the buffet cost was only 13$!!! I was physically assaulted by a male employee there who claimed he was the owner there after showing him my bill which had an outrageous cost. Avoid eating here!! Much better sushi resturant options around (maple sushi, koi sushi all great)

I don t often write reviews but the experience at this place I wouldn t recommend to anyone. First off, staff is very trashy talking back to us and mocking and laughing at us when we said the sushi was full of rice! When we showed him a picture of google pictures of the restaurant and then pointed at the sushi we received he laughed at us and said you re kidding me while laughing. The sushi was mediocre at best but the way you get treated makes this place horrendous. Bottom line don t come here, you ll be happy you didn t

For a quick sushi lunch, its probably the best value in the area. They are mainly a small buffet, but I personally order from the a la carte menu and am never disappointed!

Good quality and taste. Food prepared faster than most places. Friendly staff. Pieces are sometimes a little on the small side, but this is actually a good thing - you dont fill up on rice. (And you can always just order more.) Prices for dinner AYCE are $18 adult, $17 senior, $7 child (+$3, +$3, +$6 respectively if ordering sashimi). Prices for lunch AYCE are $13 adult, $12 senior, $6 child. Edit: As a response to Erins review, its seen in the pictures I post that the menu mentions charging for uneaten food. As any person who visits sushi restaurants should know, this is the norm at every restaurant to prevent food waste.

Im not even finished my meal yet and I already want to write this review! Its a cute cozy little place I had no clue existed till I started looking for a new AYCE spot. This place did not disappoint! The service was extremely fast and the server was very friendly! The food is delicious, defiantly try the popcorn chicken and the salmon cream cheese rolls! Overall Im defiantly going to be returning here again and again. And for 13.99 you just cant go wrong!!

Ive been going here for quite a long time now. Nothing beats having a place with food this delicious and well priced right around the corner from home. The menu has plenty of options for such a small place and service is top notch. I always recommend friends try out Huang and I will continue to come here for sushi lunch or dinner.
