I ordered burrito bowl from UberEats. The portion is just half of the portion shows on their menu. Never come back.

Customer service is very basic and they give very small portions. Burrito bowl was delicious when I went home and added more protein to it Vegetarian options: Tofu or vegetables Parking: More than enough Kid-friendliness: Limited kids menu.

Grabbed a ground beef bowl from here, the staff was nice but the portion was very small with small scoops of meat. Even with extra added meats still did not feel like there was any meat at all.

The girl who was on shift on September 27 at 3pm is THE rudest employee I ve ever met, so snarky and disrespectful. I placed an order on DD for pickup, order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, 25 minutes later I get the notification that my order is ready for pickup, I walk over on my break,takes about 3 minutes, I get there and shes on her phone, I show her my DD screen, she says oh, yea its not ready, I don t pay attention to the online orders. I let her know that I m in a rush as I m on break and even pre ordered in advance and asked why she notified me that my order was ready, she yelled back If we weren t having this conversation maybe I could make you your food so you ll leave! Excuse me? Absolutely horrible customer service. And even left half my toppings off my order as a petty f u to me, like what is this? Childish behaviour.

Not a lot going on here . Was really disappointed with the pricing model. I wasnt sure if I wanted hot salsa with the new product , and because I wanted salsa on the side instead of on the burrito I was charged extra . Very poor practice.

Portions are so cheap and of course the prices have gone up. I could count the amount of kernels I got with my bowl. I love the food but simultaneously hate this place. Ive been a customer here for 3 years and its always one person being cheap. Guac Mexi Grill on Yonge Street is way better in terms of quantity. I will never visit quesada again.

There are lots of take out Mexican food places in Aurora - and they all make a decent burrito. These guys make the best burrito I have had yet. Really excellent quality and decent value for the price. Nice guys providing excellent service too.

Great food here every time, some other Mexican spots nearby are not as consistent. The food is fresh and veggies made when you order not sitting soggy in oil. We have tried most of the of the menu and no complaints. The staff are great and always happy to see us. Highly recommended.

Old rice. Fountain drink machine broken. Not accommodating. Overall, customer service is poor. Food is decent, but worse than other Quesada locations in the area.

Late and missing food bY AN HOURRRRRRRR ruined my work places cinco de mayo

I DID like this place. Until we orders well in advance for a work lunch and they forgot an entire order. The chips are stale and not made in house. They re likely purchased at a grocery store along with their cheap store bought salsa. They were extremely rude when we called to tell them they forgot an order. And when we went to pick up our missed order rude again to our face trying to say we were lying that s they missed packing an order. Just a rude establishment overall. I will not be recommending or giving them my business again.

Ordered lunch for my staff during Cinco De Mayo, the service was exceptional! Placed my super large order 2 hours before knowing they will be busy today and still got the order on time. Hardest working crew in the business. Their staff is lovely and so welcoming when you step into the store. Their salsas are so authentic, nothing you can buy at grocery stores. Spicy chicken and ground beef are amazing with cilantro lime sour cream and paprika mayo!! Will be back to place a large order soon. Thank you Quesada for making my Cinco De Mayo better!!!

The food here is absolutely amazing! Everything the cooking is on point and the employees are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended going here if your in town.

I love coming here to get mexican food on the go. The service is always great and food is always fresh. I also like their variety of sauces at this place, as most other fast-food mexican spots dont have much. Would totally recommend!

They definitely have improved a lot and I love their food and customer service now. I wish they wouldnt charge extras from sauces or Guacamole though...

Ordered from Uber Eats, it was about a 35 min delivery. The hard shell tacos werent toasted and were soggy on the bottom with the toppings were half full. Doesnt seem like there was a care given.

The food itself, the taste, the flavour, was very good. Nothing special but very good. The portions were very disappointing. Their burritos are basically a 1/2 burrito. I ordered mexican slaw on mine, there were a few shreds of cabbage in it at best, none of the other ingredients they listed. Kids had tacos which they enjoyed, but, they were basically lettuce tacos, very little meat. I can accept the price, I know everything is crazy expensive now, but at least keep the portions up. Dont lessen your product AND charge more. Pathetic is the only word I can use here. I struggle to give 3 stars. This was the Newmarket location btw.

my first visit to this place. food was good and staff was friendly and helpful. the only reason i gave it a 3 star is because there was 2 individuals who came in without a mask and they weren t told to leave or move away from myself and other customers in the store. i had to speak up myself and i am very disappointed that the 3 employees behind the counter didn t say a word to them about not following the law. this situation makes me not want to come back, covid should be taken more seriously in stores, especially when there is others around and food involved.

Ordered flame grilled chicken nachos today. It was loaded with veggies and meat, but the chips were disappointing, it gets soggy real fast and very chewy, hard to eat. I wouldnt recommend getting the nachos.

Beyond Meat Burrito was very tasty! This place is clean and the staff is friendly. It s more expensive than it should be but it worth it! If you order ahead with the app or from the webpage don t wait for your order to be ready when you arrive to pick it up. I ordered ahead and when I arrived after 15-20 minutes, my order was waiting for me at the printer. I had to wait for another 5-10 for them to prepare my order in front of me. What is the purpose of ordering ahead?

BE AWARE! I ordered through Uber Eats 3 ground beef tacos with cheese and lettuce only and they charged me $20.36 !!!! then I had to pay an additional 3.69 for a tiny bag of chips and a ridiculous small sauce so after Uber eats charged me all their fees for 3 tacos and tiny bag chips came to $32.00 !!!!!! I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO TACO BELL AND SAVED MY SELF 20$

Ordered a nacho plater, the nachos were stale, asked for double the cheese, and I did say I will pay for that too, barely any cheese!!! But I keep going there for great customer service.

We ordered the family taco kit with our grandchildren over and the comments were best tacos ever ! This is the second time we have done this with them and it has been a big hit! We LOVE Quesada in Aurora! The quality and care in making our order is always top notch. We go there at least once a week because my son loves the large burrito, and the staff literally know his order by heart . Service is amazing. Food is excellent! The fish tacos are my favourite.

Best burritos and best customer service

Portions are really small for what youre paying for. If you need to eat more then two tacos in your meal then better of going somewhere else. No way this place could fill up a hungry man. Good to take young kids, not much for choices and its pretty healthy but again.... Price is high plate size is small.

If you want the best tacos and an amazing service, look no more! This place has numerous variety of tacos, toppings and sauces and are freshly made on the spot. The place is very clean, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make your taco experience unique. I went there tonight with my sister and the two gentlemen that were there were very patient with our indecisiveness in choosing our sauces and toppings. Amazing job! Will definitely revist.

Great Mex food made to order. Most ingredients made fresh on site. Owner(s) and staff treat you like family and make every effort to wow you whether its your 1st visit or 100th. Good kids menu. Staff make great recommendations. Clean dining area and restrooms. Accomodation for vegetarians is menu ready. I dont work here, but I eat here at least twice a week. I guarantee you wont be disappointed.

It seems that every time I place a mobile order, I get a call from the store. Might I mention that when I do place an order, with my phone, I am also paying with a credit card. For some reason, they call to confirm, why? I dont know. They refuse to have my order ready for pick-up, unless they confirm. Its a little redundant these days. Just annoying. What topped it all off with my order today, was that I paid $9 for a small chips & salsa!

Terrible Service - Rude I went here excited to try burritos and support a local business. However, that was absolutely ruined when I ordered my food and the owner asked me what I wanted on my burrito in such a condescending way that it felt like he didnt care about the customers requests. In the end, he added something that I didnt want on the burrito. In a frustrated tone, he snapped at me saying (and I quote), This okay? You need to pay attention. I get it, it was around dinner time and he could have been stressed and he could have taken it out me as a customer. However, I really do not feel that it is the customers job to be a punching bag for an employee. I can understand this is a fast food/casual joint. But even with that being said, that snippy and condescending comment from him was completely uncalled for and unacceptable as bare minimum level of customer service.

Just wanted to give my thanks again. I ordered pickup from another restaurant went to get it and while I was waiting for them to make it realized they were stood around talking over my food with no masks on. 4/5 workers had no mask at all and the fifth took it off to talk to her friend from two feet away. I dumped their food in the trash walked down the road and ordered quesada. (We have COPD & severe asthma in our family. Covid could easily be fatal for us). Walked into Quesada and despite it being a last minute order got my food handed to me faster than I did at Grco Grill. Ill come back to you again & theyve lost my business for good.

The food is absolutely amazing! There s so many options to choose from for all vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers. The service is also quick and all the employees are super nice. The store itself is very clean and spacious, and they keep COVID-19 precautions very clear. Definitely recommend.

Staff is friendly, food is fresh and tastes good. My burrito was missing a bit of flavor as they put a bit too much rice. My biggest concern is their naming and marketing. Naming a product Big-A** Burrito is going to attract a lot of controversy from parents, and I perfectly understand why as there are kid menus there too. Wouldnt want my kids bringing those words home after learning them in a public restaurant.

Good food with lots of variety. Different sizes from smaller regular sized burritos, to larger takes two or three hands-sized. They have salads as well. The manager was a really nice guy to talk to as well. Recommended toppings for a novice like me. A happy person behind the counter really makes an establishment an enjoyable experience. Oh, and the burrito? Really good too! Id go back.

The customer service in this place was phenomenal. Super friendly two guys in there tonight when I stopped in, felt very welcome and looked after. I love Quesadas food, I always stop in there when Im looking for something fresh and quick to eat and everywhere makes it a little different. The who made my food definitely had an eye for detail making sure it was made how I like it, even asking how spicy I prefer it. If I was their bosses Id definitely be proud that even getting close to closing in an hour theyre still energetic, outgoing and sociable with the customers.

Awesome owner, service, flavours and food. Seriously impressed! There were so many size and topping options to choose from. The beyond meat burrito was delicious and the owner wanted me to try the Chipotle sauce so bad he gave me a sample on the side. I will definitely be back soon and will be skipping the competition on this side of town.

Came in at 12 noon on May 19th. Door was open. But no one working? Stood at the counter for ten mins and called hello? Multiple times. No one came. We left and unfortunately went to Subway.

We went to this place around 8:30 and they close at 9 pm so we expected them to just be like other stores where they just rush serving whatever they have leftover ... but this place was different , they are extremely hygenic and food was great quality. James was the person who served us and he is extremely friendly and excellent at what he does ! His smile is what would bring us herw again. Kudos for their excellent customer service !!

First time here. Ordered a quesadilla. After it was all set, cooked and cut the very nice man making it dropped one slice by mistake. Without even any type of reaction from myself, he looked at me and said...have a seat and I will cook up a brand new slice for you. Came to me within a few moments and cooked up a whole new quesadilla. Super people here !! Not about what happened, but its how he handled the situation. Ill be coming here going forward.

Sadly another Fast food Mexican chain. Nothing new from other quesadas. Food is frozen and produced in bulk. Servings tailored to make owner money not customer satisfaction. Ill stick with more original ethnic food.
