ordered habibi bowl and there was hair in it. i wish i could give 0 star for the customer service. the lady was so rude and rolled her eyes when i was ordering. never going back. the quality of the food is not as good as before.

Tried Tahinis for first time and food was too good.

Ive been coming here since they opened have always loved it. Great fusion of flavors and ingredients! We recently had them cater our stores Black Friday event and had rave reviews from the staff! They too have been bitten by the enthusiasm I have for Tahinis! Fast service and accommodated what was a very tight turn around without missing a beat. Highly recommend!

I ve had their takeout schwarma wrap. I wasn t sure about the pomegranate sauce but it was subtle and a very good tasty addition. Plenty of seating in a clean bright environment.

The staff r always friendly and helpful. The first time I came to this location I didnt know what to try and they recommended a few options for me to choose from. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone that likes shawarma.

Ordered a large chicken shawarma and while waiting for it to be assembled, I noticed a regula size being made as well. The large one had 3 scoops of rice and one scoop of chicken the regular size had the same amount of chicken just less rice. That made me the ask what s the difference and was told that the large has more chicken (probably not today ) but I just saw it being made LOL so I basically just ate a bowl of rice with a bit of chicken . Noticed other reviews saying the same. There s a lot of other food options around.

Staff were very kind and recommended good options. Will come again :)

Food is always amazing but the service always seems slow if I come in to order on the spot. I work nearby and enjoy coming here for lunch but it always takes up half my lunch break waiting for food. Its not reasonable waiting for 30 minutes for my order - I am forced to plan early and call my order in. If the food was ready faster, Id easily come every week instead of once every few months. I also wanted to eat in, but it was way too cold. The AC was put on full blast when its the beginning of fall. Its not even hot outside. Ended up doing takeout instead to eat where it was more comfortable.

I ordered the the Shawn bowl from Izaan. Awesome food and great service. Second night in a row. Couldn t help myself.

Ordered three regular sized chicken maya salad bowls. Containers were half empty. No salad even though they re supposed to be salad bowls. Was charged for hummus even though it s a free topping. Our second poor experience at this location, will not return, waste of money.

I love Tahinis in general. But I really like the one in Aurora. The staff are busy but still take the time for a bit of friendly chat when its not too crazy, which I really like. I love the Blueberry Flame wrap. For me its a great combination of sweet with hot. My only complaint is that it is too far away (I live in downtown Toronto) but anytime Im in the area I head for Tahinis.

Food used to be good when they opened. The people working just take the most dry over cooked burnt chicken and put in your wrap or plate. No attention to detail. One piece of chicken was burnt so bad it was literally black and tasted like the residue of the dirty grill they dont clean. The workers are miserable it seems so they just give really bad food. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION.

I tried their falafel bowl. I was very hungry. I was just eating non stop with one of my friend. When I take few bites of rice. They are pathetic. Tasted like old old rice. They are smelling very badly. I have send a corporate complaint as well. Guess what they don t care. I just want this not to happen with anyone. So since they have not responded and it s been 2 days. I have to post a review. Their customer service was good but if the food is garbage what is the point. Regardless I am not coming back I just want others to beware before ordering from this location. . Never back again.

The food was great! I like this place as it s not generic and is authentic. There is a location in Brampton as well which is just as good. The customer service was great as well! I had a very unfortunate experience at Tahinis Aurora. From the start it was very apparent that the person at the cash was not trained properly. I was overcharged for add-ons ($1) which I did not request or want. Despite pointing this out to her 3 times, she insisted that I was not being charged even though the additional charge appeared on the screen. She prompted me to pay and I did but after I tapped my card, she cancelled the order. The charge went through as confirmed with a mobile banking notification but she insisted that I did not pay. She referred to the franchisee (Ahsan) who again was adamant and aggressive that I did not pay despite me showing him evidence that the charge had in fact posted on my VISA. He insisted that I re-pay and I did. He also told me that if both charges appeared on my VISA, to call him and he would refund me one of them. I left the restaurant with my overpriced and very average food that was paid for twice. Days later, to no one s surprise, both charges appeared on my Visa card. Doing what the franchisee has advised me, I brought this to his attention, going so far as providing black and white evidence that TAHINIS AURORA was appearing twice on my visa statement. Instead of resolving this immediately, Ahsan told me he would reach out to me later that day as he would have to speak with his IT Department to resolve the charge. I followed up later that day (twice) and again the following day and did not receive a response from Ahsan. He effectively ghosted me and permanently lost a potential frequent customer over a $45 meal that I was unjustly charged twice for. I don t usually write reviews or share negative experiences, but this is something that I d like other patrons of this restaurant to be aware of. The handling of this situation was extremely unprofessional. I gave the franchisee every opportunity to make this right and he deferred, blamed me (for paying?), and then stopped responding entirely. In the end, I reached out to VISA who rectified the situation on my end as it was determined that the restaurant did in fact charge me twice. I ll never return to this location or to a Tahinis restaurant as a whole as a result of this experience. There are plenty of better shawarma restaurants in the area that treat their customers with decency. Beyond that, I certainly hope that my experience was a one-off and that this isn t a common theme at this restaurant but out of an abundance of caution, I d advise future patrons to check their charges to ensure that this doesn t happen to you. Update: I spoke with head office who confirmed that the situation was handled extremely poorly by the franchisee Ahsan. Hopefully this is used as a coaching opportunity in customer service for him going forward. Although head office noted that they would email me a $40 gift card as a result of this debacle with Ahsan, they never did. That being said, totally fine as I won t give Tahinis my hard earned money again.

The falafel wrap was good but the medium sauce was damn hot and I love spicy food. It was so hot, it was distracting from the other flavours. The fries were good. Vegetarian options: Falafel was yummy.

It wasn t good at all, Zero customer service Zero food quality. I ordered Maya chicken salad with one Crush first of all after I payed they gave me just my food without my drink and they said we didn t charge you for drink! But why? I ordered something they give me something else. I asked them is it possible to have half salad and half rice he said yes but they gave just salad and when i told them i asked you said yes we can do but funny part it s they changed what they said to me. Check was all burn and black I couldn t eat .

A good middle eastern fare. Their Habibi bowl is good and the wraps are good! My kid got their Halloumi brioche which is sizeable and she loved it. Will definitely come again. Its at the Wellington exit on 404. Convienient Kid-friendliness: Good choices for kids. Non spicy options available.

I stopped by tahini s yesterday because I was craving a chicken Shawarma. This was the first time I have visited any Tahini s franchise location. I have seen it online and wanted to give it a try. I was treated amazing by the staff. She gave great recommendations and made my chicken Shawarma wrap to perfection with just the right amount of toppings and sauce. I tried their special bread for the wrap instead of a regular pita (recommended by the staff member) and it was unbelievable. I told her before I left this was the best I ve ever had, definitely coming back and excited to try the butter chicken wrap! Great experience, definitely recommend giving this a try!

Passing by decided to try this place for the first time. Got the daily deal on Tuesday which is a gyro wrap. It slaps! The wrap has a crisp to it and the tahini is . I got it with hot sauce (HOT, not medium). It was good

Right away i got a warm welcome. the menus were a bit confusing (too many options) but the man behind the counter looked at me and knew. He said. brother, what are hungry for? I told him what i wanted and not only did he get exactly what i wanted but the price was amazing as well. great portions for the price. March 22nd around 5:30pm. I order for a week long corporate functions on a monthly basis. We order the catering platters to serve approximately 30 people. Our orders are always accurate, fresh, and delicious. Great experience at the Aurora Tahinis location. The cleanliness, fresh ingredients and carefully assembled wraps stand out at this particular store. The staff were so helpful with my indecisiveness. I ordered a gyro wrap - the vegetables were fresh and crisp, and it had the perfect ratio of protein-sauce-toppings all wrapped neatly together.

Good food but a little too saucy

Went in the store this evening and wasnt sure what to get! Nikita was so helpful when making my decision. She recommended the Traditional wrap with a salad and I am super happy with how they turned out. Traditional wrap was different than any other shawarma I had in the best way possible - the salad was pretty good too. Thanks for your help Nikita <3 !

New place with a fusion menu. Dont be fooled with their bowl sizes as for what they charge the actual portions are much less than the bowl size you pay for. I ordered the butter chicken and it wasnt anything special taste wise. Plates and bowls on the other side of the plaza is better overall.

Interesting fusion restaurant, mostly Mediterranean, mixed with some Jamaican, and Indian foods. The staff were very friendly, great atmosphere for this kind of restaurant (very casual), the prices were fair (relative for this current economy), and the food was great. I would recommend this restaurant and I will be back.
