Tasty food, price reasonable, overall experience is good.

Cilantro is extra $ and it was not fresh. Extra $ lamb shoulder, I could not locate in my soup. But, what do I know. Broth and noodles were good.

Good food, as you will visit there will always be wait time here, by that you know this place is popular.. but i think they can also work upon it, overall great place to have chinese food.

We asked a waitress if we could use the rainy day coupon and she said no. Another waiter however honored the same coupon to another table. Not impressed

This little gem is the best noodle soup we have had ever. Make the trip to New Market or find one of these places as they seem to be franchised and enjoy any of the soups on the menu. There is no msg, or any garbage in the food, it tastes amazing and the staff are wonderful, attentive fast and friendly.

It tastes good and the service is very good. My children also love eating rice noodles. The cold dishes are especially delicious. It has become my family s dining room.

The annual membership promotions are the most insincere I have ever seen. It would be better not to do them. There were so many people queuing up on event days, and since I was considered a regular customer, I had no choice but to avoid them. Secondly, when using coupons, there is no 10% discount for members, and there are also minimum consumption and dish regulations. After all, I booked a table for RMB 60, a total discount of RMB 2, and I paid in cash. I am speechless...

Hold on tight as I describe the following food. The name of the food sounds terrible, but it tastes terrific. It is pig intestine. Words just could not fully describe it. It is a little bit chewy, a little soy sauce, a little bit of Chinese marinate sauce. The best of all is the sweet smoking flavor that glaze upon it. Its a little bit sticky, but the heavenly smell saturated your mouth. With the special Chinese peppercorns sauce, unique character but not overpowering, it is like seeing a love story when two best lovers found each other and happily ever after. If you dont know, this restaurant has a point collect system, and I redeemed this dish for FREE. What a wonderful lunch that brighten the rest of my day.

Im usually not a soup person but my husband introduced me to this place a few months ago and we love going there since then! We go for the original rice noodle soup everything taste good and you can have free noodle refil as well! We also always order the popcorn chicken because its our sons favorite and I have to say that its one of my favorite too!

Our small group recently dined at Yunshang Rice Noodle, and it was an absolute delight. The menu boasted a wonderful selection of rice noodle dishes, each one more enticing than the last. Each dish we ordered exceeded all expectations in terms of flavour, freshness, and presentation. The staff was attentive, food arrived quickly and the price was reasonable. Overall, Yunshang Rice Noodle offers delicious food without breaking the bank. I cant wait to return and try more of their delectable offerings!

I stopped by for dinner with my gf after picking up a cheesecake from Supermoon nearby for a recent Yelp elite event. This place is quite cozy and doesnt actually have that much parking. The first thing I noticed is theres a lot of bbt in the surrounding area. We arrived and the place was quite packed. Luckily the digital touch assistant at the front of house signified that there were currently 0 ppl in the queue/waitlist so we signed up right away and within 3-5 min got a text saying that our table was ready. The tomato rice noodle soup with beef slices & enoki mushroom is still the best noodle dish on the menu imo. I find the crossing the bridge noodles to be a huge gimmick if Im being honest. The only good part about it is that you get unlimited noodle refills but I dont see why they cant offer that for the tomato soup. Anyways, Yunshang spanks Dagu anyday (I still maintain that Dagu is one of the worst noodle spots Ive ever been to and that opinion isnt gonna change).

Most friendly service around, place is clean, food is consistently good and pipping hot. Price is reasonable, we tried other their other locations but found the Aurora location to be the best. Me and my family usually come here every week. We love the food and the atmosphere. The price is reasonable and affordable. I love how they design their food and how they serve them. Every year they add some new dishes in the menu, and they are all very good. Plus: unlimited noodles refill I hope they can extend more tables, the restaurant is always full every weekend, specially during dinner time.

This is my second home I love it. The staff recognize my mom and I as regulars (the original and the tomato with enoki mushroom). I bring my friends here all the time too. Super affordable and amazing every time.

Saw all the good reviews here and this restaurant definitely deserves it. The noodles stays al dente even after a long time in the soup. The taste of the soup was excellent. Had some popcorn chicken (Taiwanese style) and crispy chicken gristle with garlic - both were great. The staff was attentive and service was really good.

Me and my boyfriend come here all the time and always order the beef and enoki mushroom spicy soup. It s always so tasty and piping hot! I ve had the soup where you add all the topping to it but IMO the spicy sour soup has so much more flavour. Pig ear and celery salad or seaweed are my favourite appetizers. Popcorn chicken and chicken wings are good too. and VIP member 10% off! Very delicious, always leave feeling satisfied!

Probably one of the best crossing-the-bridge rice noodle chains in Canada! All things considered, this restaurant offers reasonable prices (especially considering the unlimited noodle refills), a great variety in menu, and consistency in quality of food. I always get the Fruitwood Smoked Pork Intestine Noodles or Duck Blood Noodles, but you cant go wrong with the classics as well.

I am a regular customer here since this store opened. Today I brought my parents(seniors) to come as I thought they are doing charity to help SickKids. What a good event that you can have a lunch while giving donations. So, I came around 11:25am and took a ticket#10. As usual, I went to TandT next to the restaurant to spent my time and wait. After 30 mins, I came back to check what number they called and they told me the number machine is closed. They don t know who open it and it changed to first come first serve. I told them I got the number earlier and has been waiting for 30 mins already. They replied to me, the people who wait by the door are after the the number machine closed so they will called the number by phone and want me to wait patiently. Since they told me will give me a call, I wasn t in line and wait in the car instead. After another 30 minutes, I m went back to check my waiting status. They are serving people who wait by the door instead of people who came earlier using the number machine. It totally didn t make any sense. If you know people who took the number earlier then people who wait by the door. You should let those people who came earlier, who has the number and expect to be waited somewhere else to come first. After that, since no more numbers are given out, the rest you can do first come first serve. Instead, they were calling people who wait in line by the door and the number we took seems to be no use at all. We spent another 30 mins to wait in line by the door and finally got a table. They gave us a 4 person table, so we had to squeeze in 6 people. The table was too small and there were not enough servers to take your empty dishes right away. Before we left, the customers who wait by the door were having a argument about a line cut. For such a good event, the restaurant should have a better serving system to bring customers in.

Our new favorite place in Aurora. We had the coconut curry and regular soup. Also the beef, Tonge and tripe app. Loved the price loved the food even more. I was planning to get more free noodles but was too stuffed. The broth was delicious. Drank it all up. Taking some app home since too much. Will def buy the VIP card and come back often. Thanks.

Came on a Sunday for lunch. We ordered the original rice noodle soup ($12), tomato rice noodle soup w/ beef slices & enoki mushrooms ($14), and popcorn chicken ($10). Food came out fast and service was also good. I especially liked how the original rice noodles soup was served very hot. Eating it was super comforting. Also, the portions sizes were pretty big and you can get unlimited noodle refills for the original rice noodle soup. Overall, a pretty good spot as the prices are decent and food was very comforting.

Extra star for being vegetarian-friendly. The left tray is for normal, they were very accomodating when we ordered a tomato soup base + asked for vegetarian option (and they added extra vegetables for taking out the meat) Great to see restaurants being vegetarian-friendly!

Restaurant doesnt at all respect the waitlist. People show up after theyve missed their table and still get seated before the people waiting. Explaining this to the staff to no avail. Dont waste your time like we did. Plenty of good food around, dont need to be disrespected by this staff.

The waiting service is not a fair or equitable process. Anyone who does not show up for their reserved table can show up hours later to claim their table causing the people in the waitlist to wait even longer. We were waiting for 1-2 hours and still never got a table because of this. I mentioned this to the rep - especially because he said reserved tables will be given away if people do not show up for their tables after 2-3 minuets - not only did he not apologize and recify the issue, but he told us to wait another 2-3 hours. The service is terrible. Response to reply: That is clearly not what happened. As mentioned in my review, I spoken to the rep there to let him know that the customers who came for their reserved seat was way more than 2-3 min late (i.e. you called table 87 but the people who came back were around table 50. I also saw all of the time slots and hold on the iPad as I stood next to it the entire time. Furthermore, there were empty seats the entire time, which MANY customers pointed out, but you held them for 10-15 minutes.). You did not follow the 2 minuet rule as stipulated in your reservation automation text and phone call. I appreciate your apology and hope you improve your waiting process in the future.

Five stars well earned! Serving unlimited rice noodles with your choice of soup that comes with 10 sides. I enjoyed the Coconut Curry Soup which was flavourful and not oily. The noodles were the perfect texture. Definitely recommend dining here. Just know you ll most likely have to wait for a table and then some time for your meal, but I guarantee it s worth it.

We eat here when we are in Aurora. The portion sizes are good, service is quick and food tastes great. We have created our own dish here that we enjoy. One of us orders 1 - Spicy & Sour Rice Noodle Soup with Beef and Enoki Mushroom. The other orders 1 - Tomato Rice Noodle Soup With Beef Slices and Enoki Mushroom. We then combine the two broths and together they are delicious. We found the tomato broth to lack a bit of spice and the spicy was too spicy. Combined they re yummy. You can also order a side of one of the broths too. We haven t been able to order them mixed from the kitchen yet but that s always an option too.

If you dont want to cook and you want fast and reasonable price for dinner. This is the place you need to go. Family of 4 spend under 50 dollars with vip card discounts with good service and food.

I always come here when I need to run errands in Newmarket (from RH). This and other locations have yet to fail me. The soup base are delicious and its one of the more affordable places to go to I usually order the spicy cross bridge rice noodle and the original flavour. Both soup bases taste AMAZING. If youve never had cross bridge rice noodles before, just know that all the ingredients come in cute small plates and you put them in your still boiling soup base so theyre cooked on the spot. Ive ordered their premade options as well and they are just as delicious. Best part, UNLIMITED NOODLE REFILLS. So if youre fat like me this is a blessing. Parking: It big.

Have eaten in and ordered delivery multiple times. I would prefer eating in. Even with noodles packed in a separate container, the presentation and food is much better eating in. You really get a lot for the price. The usual noodle dish comes with meat, tofu, veggies, and more. A great local lunch spot.

The consistency/quality of the meals has really dropped in 2021. We have been ordering for pickup since the beginning of the pandemic. Throughout 2020 everything was great. In 2021, however, things dropped in quality and consistency. 1> A couple of times we picked up orders that only had half of the ingredients in the soup. I am not sure how this is missed. 2> In a handful of times some specific ingredients were missed. Sausages, or the quail eggs, or the ham could not be found anywhere in the soup. If you are dining in 1 ans 2 wont be an issue. But,... 3> The popcorn chicken is hit and miss. Sometimes it is good and crispy, sometimes it is soggy. Our last two orders in November 2021 came with soggy popcorn chicken. 4> In our last order, as of November 20th, 2021, the noodles were overcooked. We decided to stop having meals from Yunshang for a while. Hopefully they will fix these issues.

Excellent service, friendly staff. The food is terrific especially for the winter months. Very flavourful and a variety of selections.
