Ordered my free emergency pizza when I arrived she realized she made the wrong crust .. she made the right one and gave me the other one was an amazing surprise I greatly appreciated!! Zaheda was a fantastic person and fantastic service!!! Definitely made my day!

Today I ordered 1 XL Phily Cheese Steak and 18 pieces wings (2 * 8 pieces different flavors) and I was not happy with the wings at all. They were half-cooked instead of grilled or fried. As seen in the picture, all wings are not edible and in a very bad shape, look and taste. Pizza was good, however the crust was not well-cooked. It seens the policy of the management here is to spend less resources for preparing the food, or maybe they were super busy that didn't have enough time to cook my order fully ! Not recommended !
Our family recently made orders from Dominos (two times in the past month). The first time, we ordered two pizzas with different toppings. We ordered both to be hand tossed thin and to be well done. Our family prefers it to be a little more crunchy and baked, so we loved how well done it was! Both times, the service was quick and friendly when we picked up the pizzas. The one complaint I do have is the lack of spinach they put on the pizzas. I thought maybe it was on the off chance that it was just the one time. However, unfortunately, it happened again the second time we ordered from Domino's. Overall, we have had good experiences from this location, and the reservation on the spinach toppings will not deter us from ordering from this location again :)
Ordered a medium pan pizza, easy sauce and I received a heavy sauced pizza that had more sauce than cheese. I took it back to have it re-made and they cooked it in 7 minutes and when I received it, I could smell the uncooked dough and see it for myself. Disgusting 🤢
Third time trying Domino's pizza from the same store as it got a higher rating than other branches. Good pizzas especially with the prices and promotions they offer.

I picked up 2 medium pizzas today and I have to say how disappointed I was. I had to look to see if there was any cheese in it at all. My 2 toppings would not stay on because there was very little cheese. It was like eating pizza dough and pepperoni that I had to take a bite of the dough then put the pepperoni that fell off in my mouth. VERT disappointing

The staff was very helpful to me and my husband during our visit. They needed help with an online order. Dry patience and kind. Vegetarian options: Everything I like: tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, onion, peppers. Parking: Lots of spaces.

The pizza was cold when it arrived. We live a 3 minute drive from the Domino s on Wellington/Industrial drive. The driver seemed to be stuck somewhere along the route, as the tracker showed 1 minute away, but the delivery time kept increasing. We order a lot from this location, and have never had this happen before. Hope it was a one-off issue, because the pizza is normally piping hot and delicious when we order. We ordered via the Domino s app, (order #135 Saturday Jan 13/23.) This was a smaller order than we normally place (one large pizza and 6 cans of coke), so we tried to compensate the driver by giving a 30% tip. Update: We ve since ordered several times, and this truly was a one off.

I ordered on the app and showed up when the app showed my order is ready. And the staff told me they didn t even make it yet. I asked how long they told me just wait and they will make it. And then the staff come out shouting and yelling at me saying mistakes does happen like they did nothing wrong and I should be thankful.

Scammers!! Watch out for this location!! They do not allow you to redeem coupons at this location even though it s the only location in aurora and they mail them out to us! This is the second time they do not redeem coupons from this location! Pathetic!! Don t go there, terrible customer service when you show them the coupon they still won t redeem it.

CUT THE DAMN PIZZA! If your employees need to lift weights to use a pizza wheel properly maybe consider giving them gym membership benefits. Nobody at this location EVER cuts the pizza crust all the way through resulting in torn slices and a bad pizza experience. Just terrible that they cant figure out how to actually cut a pizza when pizza is pretty much all they do. Awful.

I recently tried Dominoes Pizza wasn t quality same as before.The pizza wasn t look like the pizza I ordered always, I ordered Philly steak pizza but there is not enough amount of meat on that . It look like just cheese on that . I think they forget to put meat on that .

We ordered pizza and pasta tonight. The app shows delivered about half an hour before the food is delivered. This is the third time this is happening and every time the driver comes and apologizes and says we are only one or two drivers tonight that s why there is delayed. Tonight we called the shop and ask them why the app shows delivered while the food is not delivered. They said the app is not controlled by the shop, it is controlled by the corporate. It is very weird that corporate should know when the food is delivered but not the shop?! It is so disappointing and I may not order from this Domino s anymore.
