The worst place i have ever visited. The worst food and the worst service.. i ll never recommend this place!

I was in last night, busy place, the staff was on the go making pizzas. There was probably 4-5 people behind the counter making pizzas. At one point, they were almost tripping over one another because it was so crowded. I Notice that 2 gentlemen were kind of standing away from them observing what was going on. Maybe they were the owners who knows? They were dressed in shorts and tshirts. At one point one of the people called out an order of wings and wedges to be made. The two gentlemen proceeded to go back into the freezer and tray up the wedges and wings. They didn t wash their hands, no hair nets or hats. No proper uniform on. I feel like food safety was really being taken seriously. You have to remember if you are going to make your customers wait for their pizzas to be made they are going to be watching what you are doing.

Indian delivery driver is extremely rude and demanding, no sense of respect to others as I ve witness him almost clip a kid driving recklessly as he left.

Saw the Indian making dough with his foot

I ordered delivery and the driver was driving really recklessly to my house from what I saw down my long street. Saw him almost hit some fat kid across my street. He stuck the middle finger at me after cause I told him to slow down

Terrible service. I placed an order for pick-up, and the order was 50 minutes late and so I was told that I had to sit in my car waiting, no offer for delivery or anything to compensate for the inconvenience. When I came back to pick-up my order (50 minutes later than the expected pick-up time), one of the workers dropped the bucket of shredded cheese on to the floor. It sat on the floor for between 5-10 minutes before eventually being PUT BACK IN THE BUCKET. Not thrown out. As the employee was putting the cheese back, he checked to see if I noticed or not. Our eyes met, and I asked him to throw it out and he said that he would, but then put the bucket of cheese back in the shelf that it was originally found in. I cant guarantee that the cheese was thrown out or kept, but I wouldnt be surprised if it was used on someones pizza. This will certainly be the last time I order from this location, Im not sure why the cheese was put back into the bucket but it should have went straight into the garbage.

Great service. Delivery is always on time and they go above and beyond to make sure we get our pizza. I filled in the wrong time for delivery and they called me knowing I usually order at a different time to confirm.

I always order Pizzavilles Margarita pizzas, to be delivered locally. I dont have a phone, but pay cash and tip the driver. Ive earned many free pizzas and another one just arrived. Unfortunately, it was only a cheese pizza and the box sticker wasnt even sealed. What a disappointment! Perhaps I should take my business elsewhere?

I have an order x large with three toppings, but I got a large one with two toppings, and when I called the head office, they said it was a little late and unfortunately, they couldnt do anything. I do not recommend you to buy from Pizzaville at all. I started shopping at Pizza Nova and Pizza hot and Im very impressed

We had the most awful pizza from here 3 nights back ,they were extremely busy and pizza seemed so under cooked , we call customer service and complained, they offered a replacement or credit . We said credit . Tonight, we decided to get pizza again . First of all the representatives on the phone lied to us . He said we get a credit for whole pizza which was$23 . By our surprise we had a cr of $10 . When my husband talked to customer service , the rep was so rude !!!! At the end we ordered another pizza and this time also was awful , not cooked properly and the tomato sauce was so much . We will never go back here . They used to be great , I am Not sure of the cook has changed or the owner !!

My first experience is good for pizzaville

Pizza is great but customer service has progressively worsened over the last year or two. Although we live ten minutes from the store, pizza often takes a full hour to arrive. This evening it took 1 hour and 20 minutes, and they went to the wrong house (thankfully I was watching for them). I called to inquire after one hour. I was told that the pizza had just left the store. They told me that the store was overwhelmed. Despite their hold message claiming they work hard to provide a great customer experience, the customer service agent sounded nonchalant and perhaps even annoyed that I was following up 15 minutes after my order was scheduled to be delivered. I would consider picking up but if what I was told is accurate, that probably wouldn t help. With so many other competitors in the area, I will stop ordering from Pizzaville and stick to companies that deliver within a reasonable amount of time.

There was a whole tree in my pizza bruh. I tried calling back to get a refund cause I literally choked on it and was disgusted. But they had closed 5 minutes beforehand.

I have ordered flatbread pizza for delivery and they have done quick delivery and driver was friendly as well my pizza cooked perfectly golden brown and I recommend this place to everyone

This Pizzaville has been around for as long as I can remember and for good reason. The pizza Ive been getting this fall (2023) are perfect. Very reasonable price too. No skimping on toppings, just all around great.

We have been buying our pizza from this store for many many years and had good service and great pizza. New owners now and tonights service poor, ordered large special which has 3 toppings. Received 2 toppings only and charged for an extra large. Very disappointed.

Good pizza, but absolutely terrible when it comes to wearing masks. As a food joint during covid, out of roughly 5-6 staff working, only 2-3 were wearing masks while handling our food! I understand it gets hot underneath the masks since you re working with food, but they should be on when handling food.

Used to order and go to Pizzaville with my friends when I lived in Aurora back in 2001 - 2003. Best pizza ever. I still dream about a large plain cheese sometimes. Hope to one day go back.

Had a extra large 5 topping pizza plus 14 wing (honey garlic) deal for a reasonable price only problem I should have ordered more wings. This location is much better than the one in Markham where I live. Will visit again when I come back up to Aurora.

This is my go to pizza place for lower priced pizza in town. They use a good amount of cheese and I just like the way it tastes overall.

Ordered a pizza two hours ago called twice to see where it was was told it was out for delivery 45 minutes ago and when it finally arrived it was the wrong pizza. I get stores are under staffed and things take longer to deliver but don t take my order if you can t fulfill it. We used to order from them But had stopped because the last time we ordered they sent the wrong pizza twice. Gave them another chance but won t make that mistake again. Called the customer line and the guy was really rude.

Disgusting! My wings were so black there s no way anyone could eat these things. How can you even serve that to a customer?? Stay far away from this place. Threw out my pizza because if you can serve fully black burnt wings then id hate to see how you re handling our toppings.

After one hour of ordering pizza , was told the pizza is out for delivery , another 20 min goes by for an address which is 5 min away from store and am told any minute , another 10 min and now pizza is not even made!!! Can service go any poor than this ?

About a week ago I received a gf pizza with burnt edges as well as the regular pizza which was burnt. The rice balls had no tomato sauce even though I confirmed it would and the wings were burntr on outside and undercooked inside with wrong sauce on it

I would love to give them 5 stars cause the pizza was great and lots of toppings and they have great specials BUT...I dont understand that during covid the employee was not wearing a mask or gloves and after handling the register went straight to get the dough without washing his hands and proceeded to make the pizza. Gloves are not really the issue, because gloves can give employees a false sense of cleanliness BUT washing your hands is VERY necessary when dealing with food and masks are mandatory right now. By law I have to wear one coming indoors and I am not handling anything that you are going to ingest. Then a sticker was placed over the box to seal it saying Seal of Approval, whats the point if you are not even following normal food handling guidelines- never mind during covid when things should be on an even higher standard. I am a frontline worker so I am not freaked out in general by germs but because of covid I notice hygiene things a bit more now and due to having family members that are seniors I am also cautious. And there are people that are extremely freaked out over covid so you should take them into consideration. Your website says our number 1 priority is to provide our customers with the highest quality food and service while ensuring food safety, customer protection and peace of mind. This experience did not give me peace of mind and made me think that if the standards of proper food handling are low during a pandemic then what standards did you have before covid. UPDATE JAN 2021: The staff are finally in masks but however the cleanliness is still lacking. Its a very heavily trafficked location and I have yet to see the register cleaned and its the same people using it that make the food and dont wash their hands in-between. Last time I was in the same employee cashed me out, made my pizza, then another customer handed him something to throw out in the garbage and then proceeded to take my pizza out the oven, cut it and place the seal of approval on it. This seal of approval is a joke lol. Not once were hands or register sanitized...

I hate to do this but this is the third time I have given this location a chance. All three times my order has been wrong. And such simple things that are wrong too. Not quite sure I understand why. There is a huge difference in the quality of this location compared to the other Pizzaville locations I have ordered from. Also, after just reading the review about the uncleanliness, the ignorance of Covid rules and hygiene, I have made the decision to stay away from this location. Sorry :(

Service was great and food was very good

Ive ordered quite a few pizzas from here. The first one I ever ordered was very good, but it just kept going downhill from there. Pizza is just doughy and lifeless, tomato sauce is completely nondescript. The problem I find with these places that have those big Blodgett type pizza ovens is that they only cook the bottom and usually not even that, most times you can see the cross section of the dough and you get cooked bottom then all raw and slimy on the top layer. So to get the toppings (especially pepperoni) properly crisped and the cheese browned they then have to overcook the pizza and the bottom gets burned and the crust mummifies. The bigger chain places use a conveyor, which although not as authentic of a cooking process, they use it for a reason... the pizza cooks and isnt subject to people opening the oven door all the time, and those conveyors no doubt have a top cooking element... thats why they always come out cooked properly on the top and bottom. Pizzaville, give some thought to finishing your pizzas under a broiler. The other thing that is really puzzling is (at least on the square pizzas they serve), its like they took a pizza cutter and went around the perimeter and indented a line 1cm in, so when you get a piece with crust the crust just kind of separates from the body of the slice as soon as you pick it up. I have no idea why they do this, it compromises the way the crust cooks; makes no sense. Adding some photos. Check out that raw pepperoni, the lack of cheese, and the strange surgically separated crusts.

I saw the staff picking off olives from an already made pizza, not wearing masks or gloves. Absolutely disgusting, I walked right out the door. Will never come here or reccomend pizzaville to anyone.

Great Pizza.

As always the pizza and chicken were delicious! We were intrigued by the rigatoni bake, what a mistake. It looked great, and that was about it. Not sure if it is made fresh, but the sauce tasted off/sour. Please do better, love everything, but that was really disappointing.

One of the best pizzas ice Ive had however one of the rudest people Ive encountered. A few things. 1. Do not order before hour of closing otherwise they will blacklist your account 2. If you keep on using your stamps the main cook will accuse you of stealing. Ive given this specific store so much business and in return they blacklist me and accuse me of stealing 2 bottles of pop which I actually had in my reciept. I love their pizza but they they dont like long term customer relationships

Worst pizza place in town, take your business elsewhere. Way better places in town. I ordered fried ponzos, they made a mistake and baked them. They told me that they will make me new ones, turns out they just fried the baked ponozs. Took one bite and almost threw up, baked ponzos and then fried do not taste good lol. As you can see in the pics the ponzos have the shape of the baking try and that they are burnt from frying them after being baked. Save your money, better pizza and better service elsewhere in town.

The best Pizza place in Aurora. Excellent customer service. Staff are friendly, polite. All of their food is excellent. Was recommended to me when we moved here. By far the best pizza and panzerotti I have ever eaten. They deserve a 10/10. Always busy but get the food to you on time with always a smile.

Quick Service Great Ponzies

I tried pizzaville randomly this year after tired of eating pizza pizza & dominos. It was a game changer and I have ordered pizzaville ever since. This is the closest location for me and the one I always ordered from. Everytime I arrived, the pizza is ready and I have to say that they do not cheap out on the toppings. Love pizzaville!!!

My second time. And Im not empressed. First time, cold pizza. Wings were bad. Not even cooked through. Second time Cold pizza. I left the house 5 min of ordering, because I figured the pizza would be nice and hot. Pizza was made and left on the top of the oven. I guess if there not busy they will make it Instantly.

Delicious pizza!

Ordered 2 large pizzas on a Saturday night for delivery and waited almost 2.5 hours. Pizza was a no show. Called customer service multiple times and each time were making new excuses and insisting the delivery guy was on his way. Super disappointed and annoyed as we had two hungry impatient little kids. Ended up cancelling the order and running out to get A&W instead. Very poor service and will never order from them again. Even though we did get a $10 credit which in not much in my option, it left such a sour impression that I wouldnt even use it.

Im really sorry to do this. I grew up loving this Pizza. Its not the pizza I grew up on. I could only eat 2 slices and those were even hard to eat. I am not complaining to get anything for free for the record. I believe that Food restaurants need to know. This was one of the worst pizzas I had in years.

First time trying Pizzaville. The delivery was at 1 hour when I called customer service. I was told the driver was 2-3 minutes away. The pizza finally arrived after 2hrs 5 mins. I get it, sometimes stuff happens and deliveries are late. What irked me was that the customer service person said it was minutes away when it was clearly not even prepared. If they were honest I would have understood but instead I got a free pizza, which btw was not the best pizza Ive ever had. However, I do want to praise the driver, who was sincerely apologetic. He took ownership even though it was not his fault. Which is why I bumped my rating to a 3 star and he still got tipped.
