Boston Pizza in Aurora

Always good food but I suggest you guys should fix your hours on Google. We came last night at 9:55pm and someone locked the door on us. It is clearly mentioned on Google , you are open till 1:00 am.

I ordered from this branch of Boston Pizza two days in a row. Day 1: pizza with pepperoni served without utensils (I order from a hotel located 1km from the restaurant) I also ordered cake. I waited today to eat it, to have utensils. Day 2: my salmon pasta is really very ordinary... I explicitly took the trouble to provide myself with utensils. No utensils delivered! The hotel staff found some for me.

Please avoid this place at any cost ....Extremely poor service ..was waiting for like 15 minutes to someone to just ask what do you mean want all the staff was in a corner talking to each other

Everything was fantastic... just not a fan of their wings. Not terrible, but come on now. Wings need to be crispy and juicy.

First time visiting this location and it was great. Nice to be able to go into an air conditioned restaurant to eat again. They had excellent Co-vid protocols which I appreciated. My Pizza was good and service was excellent.

We came to this location and we were surprised that there was only 1 server on duty. We would like to commend the server as he ran the show smoothly. Kudos!

I love Boston Pizza! The new square pepperoni and bacon pizza is amazing. My wife loves the spicy pierogi pizza, and my kids enjoy the food too. Ive had issues with other locations but this one is great.

The tables were not clean, it was very noisy even though there were very few customers... Oh my, ordinary.

I have been to thisocation a few times. The food is always tasted good. I ordered the summer spicial three small pizzas any kind and they were yummy and filling. It was more than enough for two people. The staff reced it and it was the right choice.

Ordered a medium pizza to pick up- $34.00- really. Not comparable. Nothing special.

Weve been to this restaurant many times. It is kids friendly, all the servers are great, the menu has many options, and the most important thing, the food is always fresh, and well presented!

To begin. Boston pizza is supposed to be a sports bar, and was filled with guys just off work, so I m curious as to why Taylor Swifts new album was playing through. I ordered the nachos with double cheese. There was hardly single cheese on the nachos, let alone double and the cheese wasn t all melted. The last time I came I was also disappointed and I complained through the website and didn t hear anything back. Should have known better than to come back again, but in the past they made great nachos and so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Was let down again and will absolutely never return.

Have been going to this Boston Pizza every other Tuesday for the past few years for a Club wingnight get together. The food is always good and the staff go out of there way to make it very enjoyable.

There were several issues with my most recent visit: - there is a handle missing on one of the exterior doors. It has been this way for several years, and still has not been repaired. - there was no host/hostess present when arriving inside the restaurant, and it took almost 5 minutes until a hostess arrived to seat us. - upon being seated, it took almost an additional 5 minutes before we were greeted by our server. - only one sink in the mens washroom was functional. - the mens washroom was quite dirty and looked like it hadnt been maintained to the standards that restaurants (or any public-facing building) should be. Our server was great, but unfortunately, the great service couldnt make up for the poor conditions this restaurant was in.

First time had dinner in this location at Boston pizza. Once walk in saw the place was going to walk out very dirty from dine to the washroom and empty plates it was dirty. The only thing it was good the person who was serving us gentleman his name Mc Mackenzie the waiter he was amazing service. He doesn t deserve to work a place like this sorry to say that.

Good service and the food was very good.

About 40 of us. Half kids between ages of 8 and 12 went on a Saturday night to watch the game. Staff was very patient with the kids and did not make one noise about their mess. Left a good tip. Good service and food.

Went in on a very business weekend afternoon for lunch. There were several large parties and they appeared short staffed. Front of house staff were fantastic considering how busy they were. Food was OK, have had much better at other locations but could be due to how busy they were. At the end of the day, if I want cold pizza, I ll eat it the next morning, not in the restaurant. Would go back to location again expecting typical BP service. Parking: Parking not that close as entrance does not face lot. Multiple restaurants in location, may be a bit of a walk. Good restaurant, the food tastes very good and the service is excellent, very nice and attentive service. I can recommend a visit here, especially to watch sports. You can easily get a table without making a reservation.

Celebrating our valentines with 2kids in this location. We like the atmosphere, foods and servers. Highly recommended

We popped in for dinner earlier, nachos needed quite a bit more toppings, my ribs were done just right, nice flavour. Both my kids enjoyed their mac and cheese, chicken tenders. Wanted to do a big shout out to our server. Her energy was off the hook, we all loved her, she was very helpful, made us feeling so welcome and kept us all smiling the whole time.

We went for a impromptu dinner and we were seated quickly. Our waitress made our evening great and was tentive to our needs. Good family cozy vibe. Parking: Hate that the entrance is at the front of the building and not where u park. Everyone has to walk all the way around the whole building to get to the main entrance and with winter weather and small children or seniors, I feel like I want to turn around and rather go to Swiss Chalet next door where their entrance is better for customers.

Ordered a take out for kids and they missed half the items. Very poor service

Very costly menu for what you are getting. Had the onion soup...what a rip off for a bowl of soup. Place was pretty much empty...should have taken the hint and went to one that had clientele

Just ordered through uber eats which arrived minutes ago at the time of this review - cactus cut potatoes and sweet potatoes fries were the entire order. UNBELIEVABLE. Cactus cut potatoes so burnt they taste BITTER.

My family and I really enjoy Boston Pizza but unfortunately I have nothing but disappointing experiences in the last few months at this location. Last night I visited again just for the fact that it s closest location to us. Last nights service was sooooooo terrible by our male waiter yet I gave him a tip. He didn t deserve one at all, he was incredibly unfriendly, he hardly checked in on us and we wanted refills .and neglected to bring that. He must have hated children because he seemed to avoid our table didn t have a smile and seemed almost impatient with us for needed some time to order. I ve never met someone in the service industry that looked like they hated being there. I would have honestly preferred a robot. The food here at this location the last 2 times I went was very mediocre and the previous time we visited my son was served meatballs that were still frozen in the middle. I ve been to other Boston Pizza locations and their food is sooo much better. I will definitely not visit the Aurora location again although it s convenient for me.

Don t go this BP! We have a kid eat free card, but they add a waste food charge back on our bill exact amount of the kids meal. Which we finished all food and no leftover. After confronting the waitress, she hide in kitchen with the manager and come back with new bill removed the charge. So if u when there before, please check the bill and can get money back. We do the maths, the restaurant probably wrong charge $1k a night with customer not checking the bill. Don t go to this BP.

the food is good though the waitress forgot to bring the dipping sauce and did not show up again after bringing the food. we sat on the side close to the kitchen and it was way too loud. the employees were laughing and chatting way too loud and we can hear everything, which was very disturbing for us to enjoy the meal. the washroom is dirty, the auto opening door button was broken, and the hand sanitizer was empty. overall, the food is good but we will not be back to this location again.

Boston pizza is what it is. Menu is getting stale imo. Need to keep adding more options. Maybe take away some unpopular dishes. This location we sat bar side. Ordered the jambalaya fettuccine and it tasted like that of every other location. However tvs are poorly located for proper viewing. Propped up super high and not enough where we were sitting. Also 2 of the tvs had the colours on them messed up. One had no blues, so everything looked red and the other was black and white? Come on. Beer selection was limited. Prefer the BP back here in Barrhaven big time. Guess these are not all the same.

Ordered takeout and it was ready very quickly. Staff was very friendly and quick to get my order.

Boston Pizza is the best place to eat with family and friends. The menu is full of delicious options. All the food is served hot and fresh, and the portions are large, so you always feel full. One of the waitress was very mean! We were sitting there for 15 mins no one served us and when I was asking for some water she told me to be Patient with a very unfriendly tone and her face looked like I owe her 1million dollar.

Food has gotten much better however this is a loud busy restaurant. Prices for children menu are more than posted on their website, not sure why the bill&payscanner came with dessert?! Dietary restrictions: Charge for garlic bread with gluten free pastas even if you ask?!

The food is great, service is okay. Jambalaya fettuccine is my favorite, but next time please make sure there is no hair on the food before serving to the customer.

Pizzas are interesting and also they have some interesting salads. I do love the giant cookie and ice cream desert as well.

i ordered a pizza for takeout here and the ingredients were falling off the pizza!! this happend twice!! other than that, the pizza is good. there are tvs and you can watch sport games on it.

We were looking for a particular environment that served pizza. Its been a very long time since weve been to BP, so we gave it a shot. This said, well be back. The pizza was great, service was great and the environment was perfect. We opted into the carbonara pizza and it was a great choice. Food

Very expensive but good

We eat at BP s often on our travels. This one was : Gross. Dirty. Smelly and the lounge area where we ate was FULL of fruit flies and it wasn t hard to see why everything was sticky and filthy. Walls, booths, & tables. Waitress was VERY slow and was nowhere to be found and we sat needing drink refills for 25 minutes and there was only like 6 other people in whole place with us. Very poor example of the BP franchise.

This was the worse meal I have ever eaten. Boneless wings where very dry and no sauce. Fries where ice cold. Service was slow an awfully. Had to go to the bar to get drinks. Waitress was not around

Service was good, food tasted good but for my dessert the so called 2 scoops of ice cream was more like 1 baby scoop than 2 scoops. The chicken parm breading was crispy but the meat itself was dry

Parking: While plentiful you have to park a fair walk to the front door. Wheelchair accessibility: Again the entrance is on the south side only and the parking is on the north side. Wheelchair accessibility is good but for elderly with walkers it is a fair hike.

I always enjoy BP. Service was professional and quick. I wish they would bring back the dry ribs appetizer. Food was delicious and good sized portions. The pasta was really good. There was lots of parking but it is a 2 minute walk to the entrance

Placed an order for pick up an hour in advance with a set pick up time only to arrive and be told they forgot to put the order in Place was relatively empty, told us they d have it rushed and ready in 15 minutes yet sat there waiting for over 40 minutes.

I had visited a couple of weeks ago with a group of 8 people. We had been seated before a couple of tables half our size, and ended up getting our beverages, order and food a lot later then the other tables. We were a mixed group of visible minorities and it just seemed like they prioritized other tables. Our experience was so bad, we had to search for our waiter for drinks (like physically got up and went around a corner to find someone). We were being so under cared for, I had to get up to find a menu to order more because there was no one in sight for a while and was proceed to be yelled at for grabbing a menu from their server table. We also had three different servers during our visit. Other then the service, the food was great but the frustration of getting decent service but the server at checking us out was kind.

Service is great. Food quality is off.

Great place for a beer and burger

This has to be the worst choice for anything, decided to stop in for a drink, selection was minimal as they were running dry. Service was grumpy but mainly non-existent.

Very enjoyable quick meal. Always friendly. Always there to help. The servings were large enough that I took some home and had it as a late night snack.

Food was mediocre for the price. 20 bucks for a plate of nachos is kind of insane.

Went to have a drink and snack on the bar section. Service was very good. Food is average

Flies/10. We dropped in because most other restaurants in the area were already closed. The food was bland or oversaturated with dressing (my salad). The novelty of a cat robot server is not a stand in for decent service. I will say the appetizer bread was hot and tasty.

The rudest waitress named Ivanka A. She should not be in the service industry . If I were the manager I d fire her on the spot. She treated my kids with disrespect and foul language.

Worst customer service. Ivanka used profanity and a loud voice whilst serving us, very tense. Manager did nothing.

The restaurant is quite clean and the servers are nice and attentive. We ordered the calamari, the meateor pizza and the carnivore pasta, but the calamari wasnt available. The portions for the pizza and the pasta were enough for 3 to eat for dinner. The pizza was good, just a bit on the oily side. The pasta was a little disappointing. It tasted like some sausages and meat mixed with canned salsa on pasta. The baked ravioli is a much better choice.

Staff was great, food was decent. The restaurant itself is in terrible condition. Bathroom doors need replacing, a lot of broken/missing furniture etc. Corporate or franchisee need to drop some cash and remodel, it must be embarrassing.

After being afraid to go out for dinner as the food has been terrible, the hungry carnivore pasta was amazing. Dish wash huge and full of flavor.

Our server Neve, was really great. Apparently, it was her first time as a server and she was excellent. My wife tried the Vegan Pizza with plant-based crumble and was in awe of how it tasted. She has had A LOT of Pizza. Lol. But she even slapped my hand away when I went to reach for something else near by! She purposely asked for the Manager (Chris) and shared how great or server was, how delicious the pizza tasted and was made. She opted not to add the vegan cheese on her pizza, so it was just vegetables but several days later, she was like We should go to that Boston Pizza again. Lol My pizza was great, as they always are at Boston Pizza as was our daughters go-to dish the bug pasta with fries. Excellent location and great staff. We will be there again (and we live 35 minutes away) Vegetarian options: They have two vegan pizza options. :) Kid-friendliness: They asked us when booking if we had any children joining and had our seating already prepared with a coloring book and crayons. :)

Great service, great staff. I live in Newmarket and the Boston pizza from my neighborhood is going down!!! So I decided to go to Aurora and honestly what a big difference, the servers very nice and friendly, they did a mistake with my pasta and brought me another one asap. I forgot my food at the table when I left and I call the manager (Sammy) who definitely was great and provided ME with great customer service by preparing me again my food since they had cleaned the table when I realized I forgot the boxes!!!!

Good is ok, not bad not great. Service was good. The washrooms were pretty much all out of order and filthy. That was the only real issue I had.

Poor woman serving us was running around like crazy. They now have robots bring food which would be a great addition if that didnt mean people are loosing jobs. This woman seemed to be the bartender, server and food runner (when the robot wasnt there) Who ever owns this location needs to be more present and should be helping their staff out.

Not a good experience to say the most. Dietary restrictions: An FYI, the cauliflower crust was definitely not a cauliflower crust.

The temperature inside had to have been about 15c. All customers were wearing jackets inside. When we asked if they could turn up the heat, they said that they could not, and that HVAC has been broken since the summer. To add insult to injury, they do have a robot that delivers your food to your table, albeit slower than the server that accompanied it. and the server needs to place all of the plates anyway. Such wasteful nonsense, and a poor customer experience. Seriously Boston Pizza, repair the HVAC, buy some space heaters, or close your doors.

The pizza was terrible. Soggy crust, no flavour and expensive. Used to be good years ago.
