There’s a standing table here with only one stool and this is located in a sketchy ish plaza. Even though I provided credit card details online, I still had to pay in store and even though my order online says it’s ready, I had to wait ten minutes more when I got there. The dude finally admitted at the end that he made the wrong order and if I wanted to buy it for five bucks plus my actual order. Fair deal but no apologies given, just a long face the whole interaction.
Great experience with staff last night. I ordered pizza for a specific pick up time. I ended up running late, so I called to let them know. The staff nicely said no problem, and if the pizza wasn't to our liking, they would remake. Upon arriving, they let me know that they took it upon themselves to remake to ensure quality. A very nice touch, and not necessary... but very much appreciated. Well done!!!
I don't like Domino pizza on Oak Ridge area because they counted every slice with 2 pepperoni, 2 sausages and 3 pineapple on a medium pizza since th new ownership took over. So I tried Caesar pizza on Wellington in Aurora. Take me 15 minutes to get there to picked up a medium with 5 meat pizza on promotion. There's a lot of meats on the pizza, but the pizza is at least 3 hours old with the pepperoni shrinking up and hard texture taste. The pizza is also smaller compared to other brands. 😐 maybe someone could recommend a good pizza store.
I am very happy that Lil Caesars now has thin crust and its super thin which I love. This is second time coming to this location to get it and first time was fine but this week I cannot imagine why my pizza was cut up like this?!?! I have never seen a round pizza cut in squares or whatever shapes you wanna call this-just doesnt make sense....
Disappointed… I haven’t seen overcooked pizza from any of the pizza chains for many years! The toppings are burnt while the pizza is surprisingly a bit raw in the middle.
Till recently I didn't know it is amongst top 4 pizza chain in the US. Wonderful fresh crispy cheese pizza and italian cheese bread are my fav.
Nice staff, but I came expecting to quickly order 2 of their their "Hot & Ready" cheese and pepperoni pizzas that turned out NOT ready at all. I had to wait a long time and I didn't feel like they lived up to their promise of the pizzas being Hot & Ready. Haven't been to a Little Caesars in years and coming back to this experience wasn't encouraging. But this was for this particular location.
Bad service. Ordered over the phone half hour in advance. Get there, the cashier says they didn't get our call yet tells me that its in the oven. Even though the guy knew our order and was making it on the spot.. Tells the customer they are lying...

The place is operated by a slow , rude and low IQ person. He handles the customer terribly. Worst visit to a pizza joint in a long time. STAAAY AWAAAY AT ALLLL COOOOST. Word of advice to the owner , the guy that handles the front and dealing with customers is ruining your business for sure , no matter what you cook , as long as ur store operator sucks sooo hard , you cant call this a pizza joint.
Rude employees. They advertise a holiday bundle which we ordered on UberEats and they cancel the order after 10 minutes and did not honour it.
NO loyalty program. No REAL Specials...all require dough or drink filler (crazybread). Ridiculous delivery costs ie. Delivery fee $4.75, Service fee $3.00, tip fee starts at 15% and uses SkipDishes, so drivers will prioritize below 30%. Good pizza, was excellent before inflation, shrinkflation, skimpflation etc. Total scam fees! Dominos, Hut, PJs... MUCH better value! Zero stars, if allowed!

Very poor customer service. I was rudely told that coupons must be printed out, despite the fact that it isn t stated anywhere on the coupon, nor have I ever had this issue at other locations. Worker was not respectful when handling the situation. I will not be coming back to this location again.
This is a pretty good pizza place, theyre wait times are not to bad and most importantly they always have crazy bread stocked up and ready to go!

Called three times and no answer. They were open. Guess Ill have something else.
Worse costumer service. Hair was on our pizza. When showed the pizza to the cashier he told us there s no way and we our the wrong side of the problem!!! Didn t not apologize or anything just told us that there s no way and stuff. Never visiting this place again.

Good cheap pizza
Ordered pizza, wings and crazy bread last weekend and was totally disappointed. First off, when everything was delivered, it wasn t hot. The delivery guy didn t even have our items in the insulated bag when I took the food from him. Secondly, there was no tamper proof seals on the food. Thirdly, the pizza crust was undercooked. Lastly, the crazy bread didn t come with the crazy sauce. Tried calling the store last weekend, no answer. Won t be ordering from here anymore.

I like how people rate the big pizza chains (like Little Caesers) as though they are expecting 5-star dining in Rome. Take your 5.99 hot n ready and be happy. And if its not hot n ready, then be happy youre having a fresh one made! even better!
Busy lunch hour , lots of school kids. and slow service. Kinda rude. Pizza is delicious.
Order mix up. The restaurant refused to rectify it. Nor give a refund. Ended up disputing charge. If you do not do Hot n ready, at least remove your sign. Quite misleading!
Manager at the store has serious attitude issues. Should treat people with a bit more respect and dignity. Theres always a nicer way to tell people an online coupons needs to be printed out. Just wish people were nicer at this establishment. Will be buying from Newmarket little Caesars from now on

A great place to have a fresh and tasty pizza. Always, thrives to satisfy customers even by accommodating halal choices should customers request in advance to use a clean pan and cutter along vegetables freshly cut. The owner is an awesome man who puts customers first. Another manager Ahmad was a great manager who only approached with integrity, service orientation and excellent service unlike any other; the current acting manager, Ehsan is accommodative as well. Try this location, and you wont be disappointed.
The pizza at Little Cesars isnt very good, especially at this location. It all tastes like re-heated frozen pizza. The staff isnt necessarily un-friendly, they just seem VERY bored. The restaurant is pretty dull and grimy, but what would you expect from a cheap pizza joint?

Been eating pizza here since a kid, went to pick up pizza expected nothing more or less, walked away with a smile, wrote this review, 10/10 pizza, always satisfied by the excellent service.
Just had there pizza for the first time ordered a 3 meat treat the pizza was ok but the toppings is hardly nothing on it few pepperoni and sausage and no bacon and also the place is so dirty to serve the food never again for next time better go to pizza pizza at least they put alot of topping alot.

Got a classic, asked for some extra parmasean and offered to pay extra...nope we dont have it ..odd for a pizza place....so i decided to call a few min later and asked for a pick up order with parmesan crust and answer was sure, no problem... I really dont care about the parmesan but to lie to customers and be as rude as they were was just stupid. If I could give 0 stars I would, legitimately based on this one experience ... and Ive been going there for years. Old management were way better than these people.

What a disappointment. Came in at 6:15 pm, which is when the hot and ready is advertised, and had to wait almost 20 mins for Deep! Deep! Dish pizzas. These are included in the hot and ready promotion. The 2 kids working here seem disinterested. There were at least 5 customers waiting for their pizza. One of the worst Little Caesars Ive ever been to.

This location could be busy lunch time and werkends, but the stuff is always accomodating. The owner is a real gentleman and the pizzas are always fresh. Unlike some other places, they are generous with the ingredients portion including cheese. Try them, you will love their products. Just call them in advance if you happen to be there in the mentioned times.

Horrible service. Ordered two lunch combos on phone, the guy tells me I didnt order it and lies that i never called while he knew what my order is without me telling him the order. Disappointed.
Ordered over the phone 30 mins in advance but when I got there the order wasnt even put in the oven. The cashier denied the fact that they received a call from me 30 mins before but they knew exactly what I had ordered. Very disappointed.
