I'm putting one start for the pizza nova new website to order pizza. It is not possible to order without registering a new account.
I typically don't like to write bad reviews. Here it goes... i pre-ordered 2 party pizza for my daughter's bday for delivery. After noticing the delivery has not arrived after 15mins of the mentioned time, I've called twice and they notified me its on the way. 20mins-30mins later, it arrives. (delivery location: its the next plaza over) its obvious they completely forgot the order - but no follow up or apologies. Whoever runs this joint - please review this. Whoever screwed up, own up to it. Very disappointed - the quality was half-a$$ done. Clearly a rushed job. If you want a date and time - DM me
Terrible pizza. Dough tasted like cardboard. I have no idea what kind of pepperoni they were using on the pizza. It didn’t even taste cooked. Also…they really need to change their music! Terrible atmosphere and music selection. Will never return to that location ever again! We actually threw the pizza out.
I absolutely love Pizza Nova located at Pedrson and Bayview in Aurora. Every time I visit, they make the pizza perfectly, with generous toppings and consistent, high-quality taste. The place is always clean, which adds to the pleasant experience. Highly recommend this spot for delicious pizza!
On May 20,2024 6:50pm me and my family and my sisters friend that’s a new comer we as what would she like to eat in the area and she chose pizza nova when I tell you this was the best decision no lie o will try my best not to overwhelm anyone with my review me and my family and friend was welcomed with love by Ferosa her service is outstanding that’s the best service I’ve ever had going to a pizza joint very nice young lady with a big heart it’s been so long since we ever had pizza nova and when I tell you the service from Ferosa made us definitely not make it our last she made sure our order was right very respectful and 5 star interaction I’ve never met someone who’s very passionate about there job more than Ferosa she brings joy and happiness and you I know it’s genuine whoevers the boss Ferosa deserves a raise hands down she’s an amazing woman me and my family ended up ordering two pizzas we are so happy and grateful for the best service and make to make it better it was our first time at that location thanks to Ferosa and her team me and my family had two large pizzas extra cheese and 30 wings 15 bbq 15 regular typing about it is making me wanna get over there now lol also washrooms are easy to locate very clean the store is kept clean at all times amazing I love it thank you so much for Ferosa and thank you for having the time to read my review I appreciate it Yours Sincerely Jesse Mitchell🫀‼️

The pizza was disgusting and very undercooked, the guy was super rude aswell and swearing at me.
Food is always good here, the guys that work here are polite quick and know how to make a pizza or veal sandwich which I usually get, good local pizza nova

I recieved a warm welcome from a genuine man. Walk in medium pepperoni was cooked beautifully. Definitely miles apart from pizza pizza. Well done staff and franchise owner. God bless you all for 2024.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I had to call the store because my pizza hadnt arrived. And I the person on the other line was full on yelling at me, I had to ask her if I could talk over her screaming over, and over again until she finally let me speak. Very rude.
This review has nothing to do with the customer service. Their service is very good. The pizza was terrible. It was undercooked, meaning it was doughy. They also for some reason used very little sauce on my pizza. I barely tasted the tomato sauce. I called pizza nova customer service and they were kind enough to credit my money back but honestly, the pizza was bad enough that I ended up throwing it out. Pizza Nova is a great place but I think it was an accident and willing to give this location another try.
Very poor quality .either too much dough or it s under cooked. I don t think they buy their cheese from head office .their cheese has the consistency of raw dough not stringy at all. Terrible.
We have ordered & picked up pizza many times from this location which means we liked it. However, we were not completely satisfied last 2 times since our order was not completely fulfilled; once the crust wasnt whole wheat, today the sauce was not pesto while I ordered a pesto pizza from the menu! If theres any issues, we expect transparent communication, otherwise we expect to receive the correct order.
Ordered 2 party size pizzas late at night for a total of $70, received 2 cardboard, inedible pizzas! They used old dough that crumbled and tasted bad, barely any meat and all outside slices were burned. The extra cheese we ordered, came as a burned block, floating on top of the pizza. When we went to pick up the pizza, the gentleman working was on the phone for a social call, he refused to get off the phone to pay attention to us while we picked up the pizza. Absolutely horrible, ruined my night and embarrassed me in front of my guests after I was raving so much about Pizza Nova to them. In exchange for this, I was offered store credit without any regard for the horrible experience, disappointment and let down.

I come a place where pizza is everything. And let me tell you pizza nova did not disappoint. Amazing pies and the chicken bites the kids ate them so fast I turned and they were gone! Excellent excellent excellent. If your from out of town looking to feed a small army this is the place.

The pizza was not good at all. Not sure if it was just this location. The place was dirty when we dined in. Cobwebs and thick dust on the walls and looks like it hasnt been cleaned properly in years. Definitely not revisiting.

Pizza here is always consistent and tasty. Customisable options make it a great choice for those who know theyre better than the big orange pizza dump. Only con on this visit was a customer allowed on the store without a mask. Maybe a health issue, maybe not. Guy looked juiced and douchey so was thinking it wasnt a health problem but a brain problem. Always a great pizza, thanks!
Ordered the thin crust carbonara and it was not a good combo - the carbonara should be ordered with regular crust and sauce as it is very dry. Will try again next time for the quest for the perfect pizza (if that exists?)

Ordered a medium Deluxe. It was obvious that the pizza was prepared in a rush. Toppings are cut too big that you can t possibly eat them without them falling off. Won t be going back there.
One of the best in Aurora! pizzas are delicious and have just enough of every ingredients! Salads and sandwiches are also good and staff are friendly, we shop there once a week and everyone loves the food! I recommend it to everyone to try their food.

Been disappointed last 3 orders. Asked for well done pizza both top and bottom and no soggy crust. Again...what did I get...not well done and soggy crust. Used to be my to go place for pizza...now will find another place.

The service is so slow. I ve ordered online and went to pick up well after the estimated ready time. When I arrived they said the pizza wasn t ready and asked me to wait another 15mins. From the time I placed order to the time I got my pie it was an hour wait!

Of all the Pizza locations in Aurora, there is no other franchise or location that has such attention to detail and quality than this Pizza Nova! So much so that they have a seperate oven for Gluten-free, separate tools for Gluten-free and in this COVID era, hand washing after each transaction. Kudos to the attention to detail and continued, consistent quality and service!

Hands down my favourite pizza place even after I went vegan! Once I found out that they offered dairy-free cheese, I was so happy! Good for people who are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free! Endless toppings to choose from, and delivery is pretty quick too!

Our go-to pizza restaurant for those nights when you re too lazy to cook. Easy to order online and staff are always friendly. The process is sooo easy lol. Pizza is very good. Cooked perfectly and not had any bad experiences. Highly recommend them:)

Ordered Halloween night at 415pm, arrived at 5pm paid and waited until 615pm I still did not have my large pepperoni pizza. People who ordered at 5pm were getting their pizza before me. The whole time I just wanted to know if I should just cancel the order so I can get my kids out for Halloween. The guy in charge refused to tell anyone (20+ppl waiting) if or when their order would be ready. Ill bring them out when they are ready The girl at the front was not trained well and was over her head. She could not even process a refund for me. I left with no food had to make my kids some sandwiches so we could get out late trick or treating.
Great place to get Pizza. Generous toppings, friendly stuff, excellent service. Way better than most competition in the area.

Best gluten free pizzas
The bottom line is that for 17yrs Ive been ordering my pizzas from the Pizza Nova on Yonge Street in the middle of Aurora. Out of all the pizza places that have gotten so big. They all have one thing in common, every ingredient offered has had the amount of that ingredient shrink down badly. For 17yrs and the first tasty pizza delivered to me has had an ample amount of my favourite ingredients on top and last week if was the same great tasting pizza Ive grown accustomed to.
