Always fast service, most importantly excellent pizza!! Cooked so it's crispy and also doughy, and just fresh and sometimes still steaming when I pick it up. Love the owner's energy, so happy and sincere.

I ordered pesto sauce and I got tomato sauce which tasted awful! The crust was not cooked and raw under the huge amount of sauce. Also, the dairy-free mozzarella style cheese doesn’t taste good, I don’t recommend it.

The best pizza ever! We’ve ordered pizza for pick up from here for years. Always delicious, hot, just what we ordered. Super friendly staff and always a nice quick chat when picking up. Plus, the place smells heavenly…freshly baked pizza. Yum. A wonderful local gem. Highly recommend!
About a month ago, the store took our order but forgot to actually make it, forcing us to wait an additional 20 minutes outside. But we gave them another chance. This time the pizza arrived half cooked. The dough was half raw. We were then told to get it well done. So we did. And they burned the pizza right through. Three strikes, you’re out. If you want good pizza that’s ready within an acceptable time period, avoid this location.
We use to get from this location 6 yrs ago when we lived here and was good.We moved back and had it 3 times the last 2 was terrible we always order well done and the Pepperoni was half cooked was awful .I always ask when pick it up its well done ,guy always says ya .No more for us here

My wife placed an order for pick up online. I arrived at the store to pick it up but found out they gave it to someone else. They made up a story that someone with the same name and phone number came to pick it up and they actually verified it(very believable). Instead of offering something small as compensation, they make stuff up as if its not their fault. I understand people make mistakes but be mature and own up to them.
Its always a great hot pizza.

Dont ever order a panzarotti from here! $26 through uber and I had to cut half way through it b4 I found any of the toppings I PAID FOR!!!!! Never again! Shame on pizza nova aurora!

We ordered from PN in aurora for yrs...best tasting pizza in the area. We stopped for awhile because they forgot how to cook frequently burning it. We just decided to give them another chance, the first time was great, the second time was charcoal. Figure it out guys...it cant be that hard!!!!
No longer my go-to pizza place. Ordered at 7.30pm last night. Was told order would be here by 8.03pm. At 8.25pm we called to see what was happening. Its the central line and they couldnt even get the store to answer the phone. At this stage they made it half-price. Then they called back at 8.40pm and said it was still being prepped and would be there by 9pm. At 9.05pm when it was delivered almost cold we were told it was free. WOW, 90 minutes to get delivery after being promised 35 mins. It obviously was cooked on time and sat waiting for a driver. Microwaved pizza is not good when its supposed to be fresh, but at least it was free and we were hungry.

Excellent pizza! Cant recommend it enough. I was there on February 11th 2021 at around 10pm. An older gentleman with 2 full sleeve tattoos took and prepared my order. Extremely well mannered, very polite! Staff are excellent and the food is delish!

For a chain pizza place, Pizza Nova is one of the best; as close to a mom and Pop place as you can get. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, the price was fair, the food was good, and they were very fast, considering it was rush hour on a Saturday evening.

Recently bought the panzarotti here..... To be honest I was better off getting the walk in special pepperoni for less money and better tasting! Panzarotti are a hit n miss and this one didnt do it for me today!

Best pizza weve had in a long time. The veal sandwich was also delicious. Prepared and delivered quickly. Overall, we were happy with our order.
Bought a slice of the thicker crust veggie pizza tonight.......at the Aurora store........first time I have tried their slices.............and it will also be the last time.............it was ALL DOUGH...............and dry as a bone.............you could choke on it.............really lousy.............never ever again will I buy any slices there........I usually get a whole pizza which is quite good......but this was terrible......i ended throwing it out and wasted $4.73.................

I ordered pizza with mushrooms and roasted peppers. The pizza was stale and not freshly made. It was reheated and hence burnt from top. I can tell it was not fresh and reheated. Costed me 20 bucks and very disappointing
