Really good pizza and value for money

Ordered a large pizza...pepperoni..mushrooms..pineapple...they put everything under the cheese...so they can HIDE the toppings..Pizza was DRY..very little Sauce...TERRIBLE PIZZA...NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN..

My son loves Reginos...he buys pizza at Reginos often..but he should let you know beforehand to not overcook the pizza and overcook the wings...perhaps that would be an improvement...

Quality of pizza and foods not good. Also customer service is in bad condition , Specially for a lady who work there , she is so impolite and has no experience for any food delivery and helping the customers . It is better the owner or manager review the persons who work there and train them for a good service or select others for a lucky business.

I ordered a large pizza with ground beef, pepperoni, and mushrooms. When I got there I told him what I had ordered and they still gave me the wrong pizza I called and they told me I could come in to switch it when I was already home.

I paid $47 for 2 large pizza s that looked to me like mediums. If you call it a large does it make it so I found the pizza s to be a 2/10 and that s being generous, I received a call today the day after writing this review, she wanted to see what I gave them a low score, I told her the price and the pizza wasn t good. She then told me your pizza s were only $31.99. I said I paid over $52 with tip and she responds with $8.99 for delivery and $1 MasterCard charge I was floored again, essentially I m paying to run your business lol I wish someone would have told me there are side costs to ordering a couple of bad pizza s

Dont deserve to run their business in aurora. These cheap people fill your pizza with jalapeño instead of using proportion on all toppings. Suggy pizza that falls apart the moment you grab it . Frozen pizza taste better than their pizza . DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS

Good pizza, but the guy working cashier started making the order before I actually ordered. All I did was ask about the price for the walk-in special and started making without checking what toppings I wanted. Sort of strange and he didnt want to admit he made a mistake.

Used to be great. Not so much anymore. The quality is sporadic. The pizza is often undercooked. Tonight it was raw and they mashed up the pizza by putting the dipping sauce container right on it. Not happy. Would not recommend.

A small chain Pizzeria, they only have a few locations, all in Ontario, that has that, Mom and Pop, feel and taste. They have great prices, and the pizza is fantastic, the store itself could use a bit of a refresher though. I have ordered from them a few times now, and thoroughly enjoyed their pizza every time. I highly recommend them.

Wow I never seen in Canada a pizza store so run down !!! The location on Yonge st in Aurora was really dirty ! The seats the counter the garbages were disgusting! The guy who served me was looking like he never showered for a week ! Dirty hands and full of facial hair ! I took my pizza and and it was no edible Dry and burned hardly no roping ! It went to garbage! If you want to feel the third word country go there !! Not visiting again ! I feel bad for the students that eat there in there lunch break!!!

Place is small so its really only meant for pickup/takeout Whats confusing is that theres halal items on the menu but theres also items like ham and pork. Otherwise pizza and wings are pretty good. Parking: Not many spots to park and since its off yonge Street you cant use street parking

Pizza is decent but used to be much better. Wanted to order lunch for my family and the place was supposed to open at 11 am so called shortly after. No one picked up the phone, website was trash, and so I came to the location to order, but no one was here. I ordered from another place while I sat in front of the restaurant and guy strolled in at 11:20 to open up the shop. Pretty frustrating experience

Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional service and staff and no quality in food sold. I ordered chicken wings and Hawaiian pizza. Chicken wing meat was hard and rubbery. Over fried and tasted old and musty. Pizza tasted frost bitten and like household cleaner. Food was tasted, not eaten and went to waste. When I called to report, the staff member did not know the manager s name and told me to call back I m six hours. Did not take my name or number. When I spoke to the manager he was condescending, rude, talked over, kept repeating directions when I told him that I understood. Didn t offer to replace food/exchange it or refund. Didn t. Even. Offer. What should have happened? Customer service! Apologize for the quality of the food, listen without interrupting, don t raise your voice or interject and do something to show that you actually care about the business that you received and are proud of the food you put out. I will not return and recommend you don t either.

My favorite food is pizza Yes I know thats a bad choice, but hey, I can always lie and say its a mushroom vegan salad Of course that would be a lie...My favourite is pizza, and I am one of the best homemade pizza makers from what Im told, but I dont always feel like making it. So now you know that I know pizza...this place definitely is one of the top places according to my taste buds. I also find that their toppings are not so thinly sliced like so many other places, and they seem to put more of the toppings on as well. The sauce is not tangy or hot either, I have no complaints about the sauce. The dough is good, & I always order well done. Also they dont leave a lot of crust, their pizza is full, not 3/4 dough. They have a pick up, walk in special for an xlarge with five toppings, once or twice a week...that is an amazing deal, and I was really full after two slices because it was so loaded...lets just say that that particular gem of an order is a pizza that was actually heavy to carry I also love that they have good walk-in specials every day of the week. Definitely lucky to have this place so close to home

We have been customers of Reginos for years. Our local branch was in Thornhill which was amazing. But since we moved to Aurora this new location is disappointing. The toppings shrink every time! You expect a consistent quality at all locations.

I did order chicken finger 4 pieces, i found out they fried frozen chicken strips available in every food stores , i thought they were using there own marinations.

Recently, I went to Reginos Pizza at 14810 Yonge St, Aurora, ON L4G 1N3. This small pizzeria outpost is known for its specialty wings and supersized pies with a diverse range of toppings. Let s get on with what I ordered!!! I ordered a Medium customized pizza ( Create Your Own ) with three sides: Banana Peppers, Spinach, and Sundried Tomatoes. This pizza was so delicious and mouth-watering!!! Their pizzas are to die for, OMG! I will non-stop order pizzas from Reginos. For the past two years, I have always been ordering from Regino s Pizza in Aurora for some late-night soccer matches or just a chill day with some friends. It is definitely the spot to grab quick and tasty pizza for parties for even a typical family meal. Their pizzas are inexpensive, excellent, and serve hot. The staff are super lovely too!!! Although the person taking the order was annoyingly slow and monotonous in his voice which almost made me quiet the call but the my patience kicked in and Im glad because was worth it. Try there chicken ceasar pizza. They also have some halal meat options too which was a plus for me.

This used to be my favorite pizza until lately. There is one particular new employee who is extremely rude and makes mistakes on the pizzas and blames the customer. I get home and find my pizza not as I asked. Even the pizza quality has decreased. This will be the last time I order from Reginos pizza. Very disappointed!

I placed an order over phone and when I was at the store to pick up my order not only my order wasn t ready but the owner told that he had never received such an order. when I showed him the proof of the call with all the details instead of accepting his mistake he started yelling at me and treating me with rude behaviour instead of providing a proper customer service and I was told by him that it is what it is and if you don t want you can just cancel your order or if you want you need to wait to make new order.

I was there at your location last week. Standing in line to place my order. A middle aged lady employee was so rude and obnoxious with a customer before me for which I felt very sorry. Then a Skip the dishes delivery person came with whom she also was rude and condensing. Looking at the above scenarios, I decided to walk out as I did not feel comfortable dealing with your employee who was disgusting and rude. Such employees can ruin the reputation of business.

It used to be a good place. Then the staff and the management changed. They removed their daily deals all together. New Staff are unprofessional and rude. The lady who took my order didn t know English well and asked me three times what i wanted to order. It seems that the staff were chosen for their indian background and not the quality of their work.

We order pizzas from Reginos Pizza Aurora every single week. If you need good simple pizzas, they are the best by far. You will want them for parties or just a regular meal for the family. Pizzas are affordable, tasty and hot. We typically order Cheese and/or Pepperoni pizzas and they are great! Staff is always friendly as well.

I ordered the 30 wings, Jalapeno Popers and Calamari. It was all so amazing . The only issue i found was that the Popers needed to be a little more crispy.

Only pizza place I know that offers corn on pizza. Love it! So many other vegetables to choose from, but corn is a colourful and flavourful addition. Awesome crust and sauce too.

Ordered chicken pizza and poutine today but the chicken on pizza was incredibly dry and tasted like it was from frozen and not fresh chicken. Potine was 70% cheese annd the rest fries, which made it taste nothing like poutine.
