Best pho in Aurora. Great ice cream and crepe desserts for the kids.

Lovely people serving and making the dishes...great food and service! Highly recommend the crepes!!! especially with Nutella, strawberries, bananas and ice cream. Mmmmm....so delicious and reasonably priced.

Amazing service. Mind you my brothers and I just grabbed coffees but they had an amazing atmosphere with plenty of board games, books to read and lots of different options for food.

Yea i got chocolate cake, and the lady serving idk if she thought i couldn t see, basically palmed the cake out of the box, asked if it was freshly cooked said it was. Saw her toss it in the micro, then proceed to ignore me for 10 mins after it was packed.

We visited this restaurant tonight, and unfortunately, the service fell short of our expectations. The wait time for our food was long, and when our New York cheesecake dessert finally arrived, it was too cold and frozen inside and the carrot cake was not fresh. Additionally, the staff member who served us was quite unfriendly and unresponsive to our concerns. We had to asked her 3 times to bring us dressing for salad!!!

Looks like a nice place. Service is unfortunately very horrible. Ordered a mango smoothie. Worst mango smoothie I ve ever had. It s literally mango flavoured syrup yogurt and ice. There s no actual mango. It s pure yellow liquid sugar. All for around $15 bucks. Took a sip and threw it out.

Exactly what we were looking for. An inviting, warm atmosphere that was open to us spending quality time together. A wide variety of options in the menu! The crepes were delicious, the staff was kind.

We were looking for a place to get ice cream for our daughter and coffee for ourselves and found this gem. They have deserts and sweets, sandwiches, soups, appetizers, pizza, alcoholic beverages, etc. We got ice cream, coffee, crepe, and later a pizza. They have pretty much everything. and they have a collection of card and board games that you can choose from and play. Food was decent, staff were friendly and price was also decent. It gives a chill, chat and play vibe.

I took my wife on a date night here today and I gotta say it was such a great experience. The pho was amazing and the crepe was fantastic. The servers were great, friendly and very easy to talk to. They also have games that you can play while you are there. Great atmosphere I will definitely be coming back.

Had a friend in from Montreal to visit and we needed a breakfast place. I dont know anything in Aurora, so I did a google search and found this place and was blown away!! Food was so delicious, fresh and hot. Staff was so super friendly. Loved the fact they had games at the front for you to take and use. Wonderful experience and the other menu options made me want to stay longer for lunch and dinner! Will 100% be coming back again.

I ordered a Veggie and Egg crepe and to say I was disappointed is me being generous. The crepe was decent but there were absolutely no eggs (the menu said it was supposed to be scrambled but I saw none even after I opened it up) and the vegetables were some cooked and some raw. I also ordered a Bubble Tea (strawberry green tea with tapioca) and it was disgusting. It was super watered down and the tapioca itself was obviously stale and weird to eat. I paid almost $30 for something I didn t even like which is huge (especially for a student). The customer service was good though and I was impressed by the cashier even though it took like 5 minutes just to give me my $4 change. I am upset about the pricing and definitely think that Crepe Delicious has a better menu and taste.

Decent food, convenient location when visiting family in the area. Staff are pretty nice. The Male owner is all talk and he does not care to get back to customers. I had ordered for pickup and 3 of my crepe orders were wrong. I had called him, and he said he would get back to me and has been dodging me ever since. Due to this sour experience I will not be returning.

I had gone there to catch up with a friend and the crepes were amazing. This was a a weekday. I think the owner was present that day and provided us great service. Because of the great experience and tasty crepes, I took my family there on the weekend. We had to wait a long time for our order to be taken, one order had to be changed because they ran out of marshmallows. And when finally, the crepes arrived, the warm crepes(as per the description) were already cold. It was so disappointing that I did not get the same service and quality of food that I was expecting, and my family said they would not go there again. There was only 1 server who was trying to attend to all the tables and I dont blame her at all. Maybe there should be more staff on the weekends?

If you want a place to enjoy being with your friends and at the same time taste great desserts and coffee, Crepe Star is one of those. The waffles, crepes, and flavored coffees are amazing, it tastes like heaven. It is my fifth time to go there and still love it for its awesome desserts. Also, the staff are super friendly and nice, and the whole atmosphere is welcoming. I definitely suggest this place to everyone who wants to go to a night out with girl and boy friends.

Ordered Pho and it came with a fly in the broth. Accidents happen, but a fly in March? Kitchen must be a breeding ground because that fly didnt come through the back door during winter.

I cant say enough about how absolutely amazing and genuinely friendly the staff here is. The food was excellent, but the real stars are the staff. They are perfectly attentive, making sure everything was perfect. They were able to answer all ingredient inquiries, including the sauces. I was blown away. As well, they are great with kids. The food was absolutely delicious! My sister got a dish I have tried on different occasions. I was never a fan of it, to put it nicely. I tried the one she ordered here, and it was delicious. They made me like a food that I previously hated. I have no idea the actual name of it. It was a crape with cheese, chicken, bean sprouts, etc. My pho was amazing! I tried the grilled steak pho and 10/10 recommend!!! Dietary restrictions: They were very knowledgeable about all ingredients in not only the dishes but also the sauces. Parking: Lots of parking available in plaza. Kid-friendliness: They were so friendly and engaging Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs in the restaurant.

Sunday morning brunch and not many people in the restaurant. You can see all crepes, asian foods as well. The server is not really helpful and super slow to follow up.

Came here on Saturday night around 6:30 to find that they had chairs upside down on top of the tables down the centre, thought that they were closing. No opened until 11:00 pm. Stayed even though we sat beside tables that had chairs on top of them. Not very professional or appealing! Should have been a warning. Waitstaff were only 2 on the floor serving tables. Order a number of different items. Margareta Pizza(they ran out of pineapple), Kale salad (lack of dressing), Philly Steak Crepe (couldnt find the cheese), poutine was brought to the table before any of our other food came 5 minutes later( no utensils) had to send them back cold by the time they brought us utensils and our other food. It became obvious that our Waitstaff had not been trained properly. Never came to ask us if we needed anything, (water, Napkins etc, or how our meal was ) as a matter of fact one of us had to go and get Napkins and asking for water. We should have stop there, some wanted dessert so ordered Cheesecake, scoop of ice cream and order and funnel cake with ice cream. Had to call over the waiter and tell them that the funnel cake was very doughy. Watched as she went over to the man that made it and told him. She never returned to us with any explanation! As a matter of fact we felt like we were now being ignored. Just left us there and continued to ignore us. We eat the ice cream and left the funnel cake. About 1/2 hour later she returned to clear the table and we asked her what happened when she asked about the funnel cake and she replied he told me thats the way it is oh but you never came back to tell us or give us a chance to order something else. What was the point. That shows a lack of experience and customer service!! She could see we didnt eat the funnel cake and watched her take it into the kitchen without even showing the guy that made it!! Another Waitstaff came and gave us our bill at which time I told her what happened after she asked us how was everything. Then said sorry she wished she had known but she was busy. Did nothing. Dont waste your money going here

Rented out the private lounge for a birthday party. Karoke room was set up with our requests preloaded, and both kids and adults had such a blast! Platters were huge, everyone loved the food and huge shout out to the manager Vy who was so amazing, kind, hospitable, and made sure we were taken care of and had such a great time! Would totally do it again.

We chose the make your own option, and selected a crepe with cookies and cream ice cream, strawberry and bananas as toppings, and nutella drizzle. Our order came quickly and it was delicious!

A close friend and I went there and had a brunch together which consisted of the super Apple happiness and it was delicious! Service was excellent and our weight person was very accommodating as we weren t quite ready when we first sat down to make an order. Overall the atmosphere is very nice. However, the one thing that kind of threw us off was the fact that the chairs were up on the tables on the right hand side, and we were not certain as to whether the café was open or not until we came back for a second look . We will definitely return . On another note, there are also savoury crêpes that can be hard as well, including Ham & Egg, Chicken Chipotle, and even Vegan style. Wheelchair accessibility: It is part of an outdoor mall with ease of access for people confined to wheelchairs. The cafe itself has double doors with no middle divider as a hindrance.

This place is a hidden treasure. Their portions are so generous, they have the best lattes and desserts, especially the crepes! Their dinner menu is unique and fantastic as well! I love the vietstar fries that are made with bean sprouts and delicious, spicy sauces. I love their pad Thai, so delicious! Theres also fun board and card games to play. I find the service is excellent as well. I love that its unique and not another big box restaurant.

I use to frequent here a lot when it was just Vietnamese food. Now they have expanded to desserts and I must say, it was a great call. The fried shrimp is great. The fruit crepe is tasty and well presented. Service was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

I had a Crepe with apple something something and a waffle with apple something something (sorry I was in heaven and cant rmbr what it was called) and a brownie. All topped with ice cream and cream. If you havent tried, youre missing not only their delicious desserts but the amazing staff and service. Highly recommend if you have a sweet tooth to fulfill. I have only ordered from this establishment twice. The first time our order was wrong (items missing), however I know mistakes happen and didn t say anything. Last night I ordered from here again and only one out of our five orders was correct. I ordered 3 of the same flavour of ice cream, and a waffle dish was a specific topping. (Our other order was correct). I was given three ice creams of the wrong flavour, and the waffles were missing the topping that was ordered. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again.

Bad services and not allergy friendly. I brought my kids to get ice-cream as it s so hot. My kids love Kawartha ice cream but the Newmarket location is too far from their school. We went in crepestar Aurora location and I let my kids ordered what they like. They picked the flavor and told the owner that they have tree nuts and peanuts allergy. The owner looked surprised and said they are not a nut free environment. He said that the strawberry ice cream is just right next to the moose track ( with peanuts) . He then said that he can t guarantee it s safe for my kids and sounds like he didn t want our business. I told him that we always go to the Newmarket Kawartha main store and as long as my kids order the FRUITS flavor like strawberry / blueberries/ mango, the manager from Kawartha always comes out and get the clean scoop from a new tub. Then the crepestar owner said he can t guarantee (again) what flavor they have at the back. I said as long as it s from a new tub and does not contain nuts would be totally fine. So I expected the owner would go in and check his freezer to let us know what flavor he has. But instead, he asked me to pay right away. Since my kids really want the ice cream. I paid for 2 cups which was almost $11 after tax. Then he went in and got us a tiny styrofoamcup of ice cream and he said he only had strawberry but do not have the other flavor my son want. So my son picked the vanilla instead. Very disappointed. I should have just gone to Longos and get a whole big tub for 7.99

Its wonderful how some restaurants are open until 12:00 pm specially when you crave dessert. We came here to order a crepe but the spicy rice noodle and beef caught my eyes and ordered. It was hot and super spicy. Attention to people who are not used to asian spicy type of hot food. I brought that to the waitress attention and he suggested a bowl of broth to dilute the spiciness i can just tell that it was one of the most delicious soup I have ever had. I suggest that to whoever catches cold. It was a wonderful mix of chicken broth, ginger, lemongrass. Ah everything was divine about it. Later we ordered a waffle to we chose the ice cream toppings and sauce on it. It was very delicious. Price is reasonable. The waitresses are very polite and helpful. Oh, you can play games here also. Very fun for family gatherings and children and teenagers. Enjoy.

Its fantastic to find a place that offers varying options for those craving sweets or just a light meal - which is great if you have a group of people who dont necessarily want dessert. I liked that they had gluten-friendly waffles and crepes, and milk options such as soy or almond. I found that it didnt take long for the table to receive its food, and we had no complaints on the overall taste or quality of the meal. There was no kids menu, but they were able to provide us with an ice cream and topping option with side cone - very much to the satisfaction of the kids. We would come back again. *Update: they have a new menu, as they have merged with a Vietnamese restaurant. The pho was awesome, and rice plates and veggie Bao were great!

Really satisfying food and happy time. A space full of sweetness and joy. We ordered 4 different waffles. The food came out quickly and the plate was full of sweetness. The staff were very friendly and gave us joy. It feels good to have found a good food sleep. I will visit again next time.

Good place for a late night snack if you re craving something sweet or even savoury. It s. Dessert spot that also serves Vietnamese cuisine. I got the Carmel banana supreme in a crepe. 5/5. (This is definitely shareable) you can choose to have it in a crepe, waffle or funnel cake. The crepes/waffles are made in house whereas the funnel cake is pre-made and warmed up. The restaurant itself is spacious and they offer board games as well as a take one - leave one book section.

Deeelish! We used to go to Demetres to fulfill our dessert cravings but it closed down. We made the trek to Crepestar and WOW, blown away!!! The waffles are so fresh, airy and crispy! Their icecream is Kawartha Lakes (LOVE IT) and just tastes so fresh. We also built our own crepe and that was excellent too. We also ordered pork belly baos from the Pho menu, and those were yummy too. All in all, we will definitely be back for more amazing desserts!

I can Say dessert and collection of tea is a good combination, but nkt much options in ice cream, I can gove them a 7/10, pizza is 6/10, pho is 6/10 , and the weakness is the sitting lounge, normally crowded and loud.

Is this place is overpriced, but dessert and coffee was good. Waiter was friendly. If you going for sweets and coffee its good place to go if you dont mind spending extra few bucks.

Just left- sat down for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order- 4 employees behind the counter chit-chatting - completely ignored us. We left. one star is one star too many

This was our second visit. Good customer service and restaurant was very clean. Price was reasonable. Crepes tasted pretty good but they were not warmed when they served on the table this time. The portion of the Toffee Cheese cake was a bit smaller but it was yummy. Overall experience was good.

Awesome dessert stop! With great games to be played while you wait! We have some wonderful crepes and waffles to share. If you like dessert, you need to stop by. I absolutely loved our meal and the service was great. We stayed to play games for 30 minutes and they had no problem letting us play. They get lunch options, but I cant really say if its good, we just had dessert. Coffee is also a great option here too.

Cutest little crepe place! ONE scoop of their ice cream cost me $5.09 and it s basically equivalent to maybe two massive scoops or three small ones. I live slightly out of town but this is definitely going to be a future ice cream stop for me for when I come to visit friends in Aurora! :)

Dessert was yummy I had a DIY crepe. Was a little disappointed that I was charged $1 for the smallest amount of almond milk for my coffee. I understand the extra charge for a latte given the amount of milk that goes into it but a $1 for a splash of milk on top of your coffee? Come on even starbucks doesn t charge for that. Otherwise it was very good. Would suggest they spruce up the decor if they ever have the budget I think it would help the overall look and marketing of the place. Just a suggestion though!

Unfortunately we didn t try the crepes, but everything we did try was a big hit, so I m sure the crepes are also a hit. The kale and spinach pizza with vinegar dressing, and the apple crumble waffle, are just phenomenal. 5 stars for great food, great service and cleanliness. Smart and classy new place that my 11 yr old son discovered in the Aurora Shopping Centre. What a great menu! Had a Bubble Tea Slushy - there were many options - mine was strawberry with lychee boba. It was excellent... and the Chicken Caesar Salad was perfect. They also offer thin crust pizza which we must try on the next visit.

Great food and service. Perfect for hanging out with friends or family. They have a variety of games for all ages while you wait.

I am really not a waffle person but I really like this place and their menu. One of the best waffles I have ever had. Nice, clean and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Great food and atmosphere. Waitress was nice and came throughout our stay to ask how everything was. Had a banana rum crepe and two bubble teas. Good portion size on the crepe as it fed both me and my girlfriend and good sizes on the drinks as well. not a ton of board game options but there is a fair bit of them. Alot of games that are great for groups such as cards against humanity, apples to apples, etc. Only complaint is that it was a tad chilly inside but was not anything big. Would definitely recommend for a date or going out with some friends.

What could be better than breakfast and battleship. Great place for a date even for a couple that has been married for ever. Leave the kids at home and have a nice quiet meal!

Great atmosphere, so cozy, and amazing staff. Weekly lunch spot for my friends and I. The food is always delicious and the servers are so nice and friendly. Food is fast and delicious. Highly recommend.
