The food is fantastic. Very delicious noodles made fresh. Unfortunately the table we were seated in was right next to the noodle making station where the guy was pounding the noodles on a hollow metal table making the loudest noise every time he smashed the dough on the table. A bit of advice, change the table that you smack the noodle on to something more solid like a quartz or granite and you will reduce the noise level by 1000%

The food was okay. The broth was bland. What bothered me the most was out waitress. She was not friendly at all. We were very kind, tried to show that we were kind people and she had no reason to be guarded but it didnt change. She was very kind to the other two couples. She wouldnt smile at us and seemed miserable to be serving us. Not sure what we did as it was our first time here but very off-putting attitude.

I ve been coming to noodle max for almost two years now! I absolutely love the lady who s the manager! She skyways greets us with a big smile on her face! As well they made a big mistake in my order, however the manager corrected everything! I love this place

Had the Beef Max and was quite underwhelmed. The ingredients were decent but the broth was bland. Seeing as the broth is the centrepiece of the dish, it was disappointing. Usually, this type of broth is rich and flavourful but it honestly tasted like the cooks just used a package of soup flavouring from a Mr. Noodles ramen pack...Not even as good as the broth from Sapporo Ichiban ramen :( If I decide to go back, I might try a non-soup dish. The ingredients were good enough that some of the other dishes might be worth trying. The staff were friendly, which is good.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, which was surprising as we are regular customers. Today my husband took our child out for a meal, and during the meal, they went to the restroom. When they came back, they found that their food had been cleared away by the staff! The restaurant did not offer a satisfactory resolution and essentially telling them to leave because the restaurant gave the table to another customers even though my child s jacket is still in the seat. They left hungry and disappointed. This kind of service and handling of the situation was unacceptable. I hope the restaurant considers improving its customer experience and service process, especially for loyal customers.

It was not bad but my son didnt like very much. The stir fry didnt have much flavor. I wish I could give it a good review but my son needs to like it as well for a good review. They were also very greedy on the chicken. In the picture in the menu there were big pieces of chicken, but we only got really small pieces. Do not really recommend.

Got the cold sesame noodles and fried vegetarian noodles and the bbq tofu. Prices are good, and the noodles hand-pulled and fresh. Cold noodles could have used a little bit more flavour but everything else was good. Vegetarian options: A vegetarian option for noodles in each category. 1 soup noodle, 1 fried noodle, 1 cold noodle. Then the typical rolls and tofu etc. for snacks.

My Brother, my friend and I just ate here. I cannot say enough good things. The food tasted awesome, huge proportions. Kind and friendly service. Didnt feel pushed out or rushed. Took home left overs were a huge hit. So going back . Thank you. Vegetarian options: My friend is vegetarian and super happy with her food. Dietary restrictions: They had rice noodles. Im gluten free not celiac.

Nice little place for soups and noodles. First time here with a work friend. Came for lunch. I had the Wonton Soup and buddy had Noodle Max. Taste was great. Almost gourmet flare to wonton soup. I ate most of the broth in the picture. They brought it with broth right to the rim. Portions very generous. Cost is very reasonable. Would definitely come back.

These noodles felt nostalgic to me to the ones I ate when I was young, and I enjoyed the tasty options! We ordered chicken noodle max, pork belly noodle max, popcorn chicken, red bean pancake, lamb kebab and a glass of soy milk (sweeten) it was all so delicious! Note that liangpi is available on the weekend, the lamb kebab is only one kebab, and the chicken is served on the side for the chicken max!

We were a party of 4 and was seated promptly. They accomodated my 2 kids with small bowls and utensils. We had the popcorn chicken, chicken max noodle and the beef fried noodle. Popcorn chicken was good! The chicken max noodle..the chicken was the same cooking style as the popcorn chicken;however, when I received it it was like cold compared to the popcorn dish I already received which was hot. The beef fried noodle is always my fav coming here. Good flavor and beef. Definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and wooden forks for kids. Theyll also give your kids water instead of tea.

The handmade ramen noodles that are made to order are delicious and springy. The ramen noodles are thick and thin. We ordered the traditional ones, which are really good. The waiter had a very good attitude. He was very attentive and saw that it was not convenient for us to cut long ramen noodles, so he immediately gave us scissors

Was in the area for a meeting with my bank. Was so happy I tried this place, great experience! Staff are very attentive. Bowl of soup I had was braised beef soup max. I think thats what it was called? It was outstanding! A must try! I feel like they should be charging more... its that good!

I visited noodle max today on a whim. Completely unplanned. I really liked the soup meal that I had. The brisket was very good. The vegetables were very good. The noodles where above average. But the breaded pork was outstanding and the star of the dish. Would recommend and will be back!

Ordered a Noodle Max + Beef Mo for lunch take out. There are some strong competitors as far as noodle soups - Ive tried out Yunshang, Big Trio, Pho Pad Tai, to name a few - and each offer something unique. That said, Im not aware of any other place in Aurora that offers hand pulled noodles. I submitted my order at around peak lunch time, 12:30, over the website, and picked it up at 12:45 - the order was just being put into a bag - love it, no wait. Food was delicious! The ingredients in the soup all had unique texture: beef was soft, fried chicken was crunchy, and the egg was crispy. Huge portion, could feed two people with what I ordered. Looking forward to coming back to try other dishes!

Great little noodle shop, you have a variety of choices from dry noodles, soup noodles, authentic side dishes all reasonably priced in comparison to most establishments. Noodles are freshly pulled (made on location) on a daily basis if not by the order The servers are social, extremely attentive and accommodating. When you finish your meal your not leaving the establishment parched and dying for gallons of water; broth is slowly rendered to obtain its full bodied flavors. Abundance of parking outside the restaurant, clean washroom and dining area. 5/5 Any chance you get come give this place a chance. Keep up the great service and quality of food.

This is probably the restaurant that is closest to the taste of Taiwanese beef noodles I have ever eaten in Toronto. The noodles are chewy and have the best texture I have ever had in Toronto! After eating, immediately take home what you will need for tomorrow~

This is my second time having lunch there and all I can say is that just try stir fry chicken noodles. The taste, pricing, quality of food and portion size everything in this restaurant was perfect. Excellent customer service. I am living in North York but I will come all the way up to Aurora just for to eat this noodles again.

Great local noodle restaurant. Had Beef Flank Max, Xinjiang style Beef Stir Fried noodle and Oil Spill Noodle before, all were tasty with big portion. You could pick the noodle type and thickness too, there were almost 10 varieties for you to choose from. Will come back for more.

Recommended by friends, we have gone there for dinner and lunch multiple times. My children like hand made noodle taste differently , sure the broth is not from broth base or broth powder . I like stir fried noodle more. Stir fried noodle with vegetables is my favorite, Korea cabbage, Shanghai cabbage and broccoli are so nicely cooked with hand made noodle. Nothing fancy but it is the place with home style food, reasonable price and friendly service. Love their paper based takeout box too, sustainable.

I recently came across this spot, after it was recommended through the CBC, and it just so happened that I was in the area. Let me tell you, their soups and noodles are absolutely incredible! Even my kids, who are huge fans of Asian cuisine and have a pretty refined taste, were blown away. Were definitely coming back for more!

I usually don t leave google reviews but I had to for this one. I had the beef flank max ramen and it was SO delicious. My bf got the classic beef max ramen and he loved his too. The beef flank was so tender and melted in my mouth. The broth was delicious. Our food came so fast and the service was excellent. They also offered a soup top up for free. 10/10 would recommend.

Love discovering new local places in the area that I work in! Noodle Max makes delicious food. The team are so well-versed with the menu and love to suggest their favourites. They will not steer you wrong! Logan was great and entertaining. No pre-packaged, dried or frozen noodle beats just freshly hand-pulled noodles! These noodles are made from wheat flour and distilled water and average 1.5 metres, hence the scissors at the table! You can hear the chef slamming the noodle dough onto the prep table in the background. It s that CHEWINESS that you get from perfectly cooked just hand-pulled noodles. There is also a lightness to them. The noodle dish is Xinjiang Style Beef Stir Fried Noodle. The beef was super tender and flavourful too. You only see this on Spadina, Downtown! The tightly wrapped fresh pork wonton dumplings were delicious too. The tender shredded pork steamed and then toasted bao (called Pork Mo) is pretty tasty too. I prefer the bao to be just steamed but that s okay! I m glad that I tried this version.

It tastes great: the noodles are chewy and chewy, and the noodle soup has no added MSG! We recommend the store s homemade chili oil, which is extremely spicy.

Honestly didn t expect Aurora to have such good Chinese food! As a vegetarian I was super happy to see several options. Tried the fried veggie noodles, cucumber salad, red bean pancake and bbq tofu skewer, all were excellent. Went at 12:30 on a Saturday and it was packed but had cleared out by 1:30. Already looking forward to my next visit !

Been going here for a while, best stir fried beef i have ever had in my life, the soups I cannot say the same. If you are coming here i highly recommend you get one of the stir fried options, they are all amazing. Also if you are a couple i recommend you just buy 1 stir fried, the portions are very big and you will both be full with one,

I cant believe it took me this long to come try this noodle place. I frequent this plaza often and finally got the chance to check it out. The portion is perfect if youre quite hungry. We ordered the signature Noodle Max and the noodles are very chewy and fresh. You could hear the noodles being made on the spot. Noodle Max comes with all kind of meat (chicken, lamb, beef) and veg. Will for sure be a repeat customer from now on! Kid-friendliness: Accessible high chairs, kids bowl and even scissors to cut the noodles

Good noodles shop in Autora !

Came here with a group of friends on a Sunday evening for dinner. The staff were nice enough to combine 2 tables to accommodate the size of my group. I ordered the noodle max, which comes with a variety of meats, noodles, bok choy and spring onion. For all of their soup dishes, you get to choose the thickness and shape of the noodles. The food tasted delicious and the portion was large for the price. All of my friends enjoyed their meals too. The staff were amazing; they were so kind and friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice veggie noodle!

Couple of months back, while eating noddles we found piece of hair. We stopped eating , the noddles were returned back to chef however believe it or not we were still told to pay for noddles. Although the atmosphere was good, but somehow we decided not to visit again.

The only thing Im not satisfied with is that the chef is so boomboomboom when making noodles, which often scares me. Other than that, impeccable. Who would have thought that the best noodle shop in the Greater Toronto Area would be in Aurora?

Best soup hands down

Very authentic northern Chinese pasta, with various flavors of noodles to choose from, including noodles of different thicknesses and shapes, as well as knife noodles. The pasta tastes great and the service is very friendly and professional.

A small noodle place locate in a western mall. Surprisingly good, the taste is among the best in York region. Meat are all fresh and have a lot of variety to choose from. I rate this noodle place top three in Toronto area.... A sudden gem. Staffs are very well mannered. Polite and warm ..... Price is reasonable

Found this little gem in Aurora a while back, heard good reviews, and regret that it took me this long to try it out! Definitely one of the best hand-pulled noodles in the GTA, and probably tops some of the more well known restaurants in the country. Staff are friendly, noodles are fresh (you can hear them being made in the background!), portion sizes are reasonable, prices are just right, and most importantly, their dishes taste just like how they should. Today I tried their Braised Beef Noodle. It had a nice explosion of umami from the aromatics used, with nicely marbled chunks of beef, and a hint of spiciness that strikes you just enough to go back wanting for more. It was also not overly greasy that happens with many of these dishes. This restaurant is definitely worth a little trip if you are a noodle mania!

This was a really great dining experience. Anyone in Aurora not getting a warm, comforting, generous helping of their dishes regularly is missing out. Seriously delicious! The noodles are hand-pulled and the broth is top notch.

Excellent prices for excellent (delicious, abundant, and quick) food; and service to me, it has been rare to see service like this. I bring my young kids here (6 and 3 years old). They LOVE it. The owners have thought of everything, for everyone. Their staff are on top of things, polite, and just overall add to the warm atmosphere. Our new go to place. Well done.

If you enjoy fresh Chinese raw noodles made on-site, this is the place for it. While were having dinner, we can see the noodles being made and hear the slapping sound. Good experience and decent offerings at reasonable prices in Aurora.

Came for a quick lunch. Got their Beef Max noodle and their Noodle Max. Noodles were chewy and al dente. Beef was nice and tender. Broth was flavourful. Have the choice of choosing the thickness and shape of your noodle. Portions were LARGE. Neither one of us could even finish our noodles. Next time would probably just get one noodle and some sides to share between two people. Price is cheap. Service is quick, efficient and friendly. Got there shortly before 12 and left around 12:45 on a Thursday. There were only about 2-3 tables with seats left when we left. Would return.

Came here twice, got beef brisket max both times. The lamb is also good! Really good portion size for price, $1.50 extra for egg if youre someone like me who cannot eat noodles without egg. Highly recommend!

Got the braised beef noodles when I wasn t feeling well and it was perfect. The beef was so tender, the noodles were chewy and the broth had so much flavour. It was so good I ordered it another two times that week off Uber.

I have been to their restaurant for dinner on Tuesdays for two consecutive weeks. I like their sausage ramen very much. I like to eat sausage, so I have eaten sausage noodles from many restaurants, but I really want to go there again after I have eaten at this restaurant. eat. Kid-friendliness: My daughter really likes their pork steamed buns with cured sauce. After eating one, she has to pack one away. In the past, when I asked her what she wanted to eat, she always said McDonald s. Now when I ask her, she always says she wants to go to a noodle shop to eat the steamed buns even me This is delicious food that even a picky eater like my daughter would approve of, so I have to give it a thumbs up

The portion is too big! Even if I eat a portion with my little classmate, I have to pack it! All the noodles are freshly pulled by the chef, and they are so chewy and chewy! The noodle soup is made from beef bones. I personally tested that it has no MSG, is mellow but not greasy, and the boss has a good conscience. It is comparable to my grandmas beef noodles.

First time here today and it s definitely the best Chinese noodle restaurant I have tried around GTA! Hand pulled noodle freshly made right in the restaurant with very authentic soup base and sauce. Their store made chili oil just adds another layer of taste if you like spicy food. Very friendly staff providing fast and great service!

Especially worth mentioning is the service. One of the times we came with our friend with 2 kids. The younger baby was acting up. The server tried to distract the baby to give my friend some time to eat. It was genuinely caring which is really rare these days. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoy good hand pulled Chinese noodles.

The soup was refreshing and the noodles were chewy and delicious. I dont like cilantro, so that was my only disappointment.

Super filling noodles at a great price. One dish is probably enough for two people. Staff are friendly and happy to help. The lady saw that I placed my takeout at the restaurant and was waiting inside. They prioritized my order so I only had to wait about 5-8 minutes before receiving my order. Noodles are fresh and have a great bite to it. Will be back for more!

The noodles are still okay, but the takeaway is really unreliable! I ordered the noodles five times and got them back three times and they were all normal. I really don t know what I was doing when I answered the phone.

After seeing Neighbour Media paper post about this place I gave it a try and wow, its great! I had the beef stirfry with noodles it was so good, the portions are huge, I shared mine. Staff are super friendly! I have also tired the Chicken stirfry with noodles and it was fantastic as well. Its a new favourite spot for me. Parking: Plaza parking lot

Hands down the best Chinese noodle place in Newmarket Aurora area. The noodles are hand pulled to order, Unlike Japanese Ramen, this is closer to Pho in terms of broth and flavour. Even the service is good. They brought small bowls and forks for my 3 year old kid without me asking. 5 star well deserved.

Amazing food, big portions, friendly staff. I will be returning.
