16025 Bayview Ave C5, Aurora, ON L4G 3L4, Canada
Vietnamese Restaurant Grand Opening February 10th, 2023
Pho le anh was a really great experience overall. The food came in a super large portion so it was worth it for the price. I got the beef and brisket pho and the meats were so tender and delicious along with the soft golden broth. Although the servers did forget to bring us water after we asked and did look like they didn't want to be there they were overall decent. I definitely recommended going here if you want a big hearty. I couldn't even finish mine 😭
I recently tried Pho Le Anh on Bayview Ave. I ordered the Pho Dac Biet, which is their Pho special. The broth was super flavorful, and the noodles had a nice bounce to them. They were generous with the meat too. The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great. I totally recommend it for a delicious bowl of Pho with a fantastic vibe.
Pho was outstanding 👌 full of flavour, fresh and served quick! Will definitely return and try another soup dish 😋 you will also notice a clean restaurant, which is a bonus 🌟
4.5/5 Super cute little pho place located in the T&T plaza in Aurora ☺️ Lots of different pho options. What we ordered 📷: 🍜 shrimp cold rolls (x2) 🍜 seafood pho with rice noodles 🍜 beef brisket pho Service was extremely quick (both the cold rolls and pho bowls came out within less than 10m of ordering). Everything was tasty and delicious. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu 🙃
We came here over the weekend for a few snacks (2 fresh rolls, grilled chicken banh mi) and a cold vietnamese coffee with no ice. We specifically asked the vietnamese coffee with no ice as we don't like ice in our drinks. When they gave us the coffee, we were very taken aback as 1) it wasn't even half full in a take out cup (see photo), 2) they brought a separate cup of ice when we said no ice, and 3) they didn't even give us a straw. We asked them if the drink is supposed to have this little coffee, but they couldn't give us an answer. We then asked them if they could add more coffee to fill up the cup as we'd like to take it to go. They said they couldn't. No further explanation. We understand that vietnamese coffee has a stronger caffeine level, which may be the reason for the smaller amount, but we didn't appreciate that they weren't willing to accommodate (such as adding more milk or water to dilute) or even just to make an effort to give us a proper explanation. We used to come here regularly, but this experience left a bad taste in our mouths and was flat-out disappointing. We don't think we will be returning.
Buns are delicious but meat doesn’t taste like grilled, it has no crispy texture. Ordered both beef and pork they all have Too much sauce in it, meats are salty.
I love this place so much that I travel all the way from Oshawa to eat their Pho. I have a P07 everytime and my kids love it. There are about at least 20 Pho places between here and Oshawa and I choose this one over all of them. Everything is always perfect and ingredients are always fresh. Look at the mint, no nasty black spots, limes are always fresh. It's the small things that make a big difference. I highly recommend this spot.
Great location. New opening in the area. Nice little Vietnamese Pho Restaurant in Aurora. Beautiful decorations. Clean and well organized. Service is fantastic, very polite servers, even though the server she may smile a little more time to time, to put customers at ease. Food are ok, very generous portion for lunch. Phở broth can be more flavorful, I guess the owner aims at Canadian customers… I definitely come back to see if they improve the Phở broth and try other dishes. Update: Jan 2024 The phở broth is amazing. Big improvement from last year
Pho is delicious
I had the appetizer and noodles and they were delicious. However, it was not clean. It was a very quiet time and there was only one other customer besides my family, but the staff were sitting around playing, there was food all over the floor and the sauce bottles were very dirty. If I were the owner, I would not hire such staff. The staff were very rude, unfriendly and gossiping about the customers in their own language. If the staff does not change, this place will be ruined.
For authentic Vietnamese food, this is where you want to eat! Friendly staff and great service!
The food is tasty and the staffs are so friendly and professional. Thank you for making me and my family so happy every time we eat here. We highly recommend this restaurant.
One of the best Banh Mi s i ve had. The viet ice coffee is also a hit.
We have tried this place through UberEat as well as dine-in. Their foods and service are fairly good. The one point deducted is from a cleanliness perspective. During the time we dined in, we have seen some rice on the chair and a few not so clean chopsticks.
Not open.
Food and service quality are very inconsistent. Can be either amazing or nearly inedible.
solid food quality!
Pho soup is a bid bland
Very tasty, fast service
Good banh mi and great pho. Broth was flavourful and they give lots of meat I could barely finish!
Great Vietnamese place, classic items in the menu as well as some more creative. We had the pho house special, bun (vermicelli), spring rolls, fish sauce chicken wings and fried wontons. The soup for the pho was delicious, fragrant and so comforting. The noodles were delicious and had a bounce to them, which was pleasant. My husband and son enjoyed the bun (couldn t even get a picture of it). Of all the appetizers the chicken wings were the star, salty and sweet, I d go back just for chicken wings! The wontons were a bit dense and overly fried. The spring rolls were as expected, good, not great. Wanted to try the Vietnamese sandwiches but they were out of bread unfortunately.
We didn t try the pho but other food we ordered was pretty good . Place is clean and food is fresh . Price was ok, considering that is expensive plaza.
Love this place, best pho in Aurora. Service is always good. Decor and atmosphere lively, modern, and clean. The broth is delicious, along with the meat and noodles. Cant complain!
Ate here last night with my kid. We were both throwing up all night. Definitely food poisoning. I have been here before and enjoyed it, but will never be going back.
We got one large pho and 2 rice dishes. The pho was decent but the rice dishes we got were terrible. We had pork chops and chicken, the meat was so dry and you can tell it wasnt fresh. It was precooked and reheated. The texture was similar to jerky. The service was terrible. We have visited during the weekday and it was fine but this time we came on the weekend with the kids and the servers were talking loudly to each other about how we should tip them well because the mess my kids were making. For the record, I was cleaning up after them during the meal as well. The servers never came to ask how the food was, and the only time they did come around was to ask us if we wanted the bill. I would not recommend this place for people with young children.
I came for lunch and loved the food and service, but the rap music and curse words in the song selection didnt fit the atmosphere and made my suppose- to-be relaxing -lunch a little disappointing. I think I would of enjoyed the food more if I didnt have to keep tuning out the horrible music.
Stopped in for lunch here yesterday on a super rainy day. Was looking forward to a hot bowl of bun bo hue(P12) and some shrimp/pork belly fresh rolls (A5). Service was satisfactory. The soup was missing the mark. Needed more fish sauce for seasoning. Also didn t pick up any or very little lemongrass in the soup stock. The fresh rolls were very enjoyable and wish I ordered 4 instead of 2. Displeased with the soup it fell flat on the palette. It did have enough fat, acid with lime wedge and meat/noodles. Could have used more chilli for heat as well not very spicy. Had to add more from table side
Best pho in York region
Same owners that owned Pho An at Longos plaza. In Aurora. Kids are running the place as before.
nice food, environment!
Great food. Great service! Will come again!
Nice friendly service. Welcoming dining area and tasty Bahn MI.
Great place to get Vietnamese food. Their rare beef pho was delicious and flavourful. The vermicelli my friend got looked amazing. Normal prices and nice interior.
During my many years of pho adventure, this place definitely ranks in the top 3. Good service, soothing atmosphere, and tasty + fairly priced food. The pho is always very fresh and comes in sizeable portions, appetizers extremely tasty, and drinks well made. Highly recommend.
Pad Thai and soups great. Bottomless hot tea works for me. Parking: Be careful. It is a plaza. Food : 5/5 |
Very flavorful dishes especially where its comes to pho the soup base it either makes it or break it. According to my taste buds its an A Food
The pho is a bit oily and I find I dont feel great after. The banh mis here are absolutely delicious, and service is great. I did bite into a bone in my beef banh mi once and that was unfortunate and dangerous IMO, but otherwise no issues and tasty enough that Im still coming back and risking another choke hazard, lol.
I 100% recommend this place!! I cant say it enough. I have come here about 4-5 times now yet EVERY single time they somehow manage to serve the hottest, freshest, most flavourful AND generous portions of food. I get P12- the Bun Bo Hue and there is just so much to it. Broth is spicy, strong, packed with so much amazing lemongrass flavours and you can see it in the oil as well. You can taste every flavour. The bean sprouts, mints, limes, etc are always fresh with no spotting and the noodles are cooked perfectly. The dish is served SUPER hot but delicious!! Unlike other places, they also give you so many huuuge pieces of meat where I cant say enough! Maybe about 7 medium-large slices. It has been a wonderful experience every single time. I just cant say enough about this place. Even when I look around, everyone has massive portions and everything looks delicious, not just the Bun Bo Hue, but I do highly recommend getting that. But I dont recommend you order uber/delivery because the portions might not be the same, definitely come here to dine in and have the freshest and hottest food ever. I will never be going back to other places. THIS is what is worth your money. Did I mention what we got was only $16? For nonstop slices of meat & pork, so many noodles and lots of flavour packed. You cannot beat that for this price in our economy now. Im telling you COME HERE!! Everyone needs to know more about this place! I totally get how the one review on here travels all the way from Oshawa just to eat here. This place is no joke, and props to the people working here. Please keep doing what youre doing, it really is the small things customers notice in the quality. Quality of the food is 12/10, place is also clean and beautiful! I have been to about 7 different Pho places around, this is by far the best quality AND most portion size. Every other place only gives you about a small palm full of noodles and 2 slices of meat with decent broth. Im so sick and tired of it, it is not worth the money and my family and I are never full from it. Here, is a different story. Please share this place with others and leave a big tip because more people need to know. Or you can gatekeep... lol. I never ever tip but I tip this place $5-$10. So worth, 12/10!!! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options here!! Kid-friendliness: Clean friendly environment!
new restaurant in the area. food is amazing, service is good, staff was very nice. food tasted authentic like home cooking. recommended!
Best Pho in Aurora! Food is top tier and the servers are so friendly.
New restaurant, grand opening today with 10% off. Portion is good. Ordered regular and lots of meat. Give them some time to have the servers pick up the pace. Will come back to try other items. Owner mentioned their sandwiches are good and made from scratch.
Had some spring rolls from here for take out and it was delicious! Would certainly come here again.
Great food, good atmosphere, friendly customer service.
This restaurant just opened and was excited to try it. Showed up at 5 pm, posted on the door was a sign that it was closed because they ran out of FOOD. At prime dinner time on a Saturday. Not a grand opening I was expecting.
Authentic Vietnamese food ++
Had pho, tasted amazing! The staff is super friendly too!
Very modern looking restaurant; food was very authentic and tasted amazing. Would recommend to anyone that s looking for traditional Vietnamese cuisine.
The hottest pho restaurant in Aurora! The ambiance of the restaurant was excellent. Food and service was very good. Would highly recommend trying their banh mi
sloooow service. orders come with very small amount of meat
Great experience, the food was very authentic and well portioned, the service was amazing, def will come back.
Great food, good service. Finally a good pho restaurant in the Newmarket/Aurora area.
First time coming and very happy with the food definitely coming back again
Amazing food, Great service, Nice staff!
Each table has red hot oil paste, sriracha, a stack of spoons and Chop sticks. We started with vegetable filled Spring rolls that were fried crisp, yet not oily. They were delicious and fresh. I used some of the red My wife ordered the grilled beef sandwich filled with beef, some carrots and cilantro. The bun was soft with fresh ingredients. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue, special assorted meat and vermicelli Pho, the only pho listed with a hot chilli pepper symbol. The broth had a delicious flavour of bone, was not cloudy indicating it was simmered extensively at lower temperatures. The vermicelli was cooked to perfection and not starchy and the mixed meats were sliced thin with a little fat left on the edges for added flavour. There was a plate of sliced lime wedges, bean sprouts and Thai basil. The spice level was not as high as I would like and was assured the next visit I could request hotter. The service here is excellent. The prices are very reasonable. We will return.
It know is new. But very slow on services and the time I visit wasn t busy. 20min to wait for my pho is very slow , my son finished his already. Will come back in a month or 2 to give it a try again
Decided to try this new Vietnamese place in town and the food were tasty! We got Brisket Pho and Bun Bo Hue ;) would definitely come again to try other dishes here
Went there for lunch, food came quickly and taste decent. Wasn t the best we ve had but it s one of the better Vietnamese joints in Newmarket. Will definitely come again since it s 5 mins from home. Also 15% discount if you pay cash.
We went there for pho and sandwich, the pho was overcooked, small portion but expensive. Most importantly, there was a plastic sausage wrap left inside of the sandwich, which really created safety concern. I would not recommend this restaurant.
Disappointing experience, everything that arrived at our table was wrong. Waiters were not accommodating when we brought this issue to their attention and service was sooooo slow. Food was below average and portions were small. Don t recommend
Glad they opened up Vietnamese joint in the T&T plaza in aurora. Been coming here since grand opening with my family and they love it. We ordered the pho special which taste very authentic and the fish sauce chicken wings which is amazing. The portions are good and they also sell Vietnamese subs here, banh mi which is one of the best I ve tried and offering a buy 5 get 1 free right now. My favourite go to spots for Vietnamese food.
i went during the opening of this place and it was really packed. it took almost an hour to get our party seated. the restaurant is a bit small but it looks very modern and well put together. one thing that was a bit of a pet peeve was that there was no sound system for music. it would have been a very good touch towards the ambience of the place. now for the food: i wanted to try something other than pho, and considering how busy it was, it turned out to be delicious! portions we re good for me, it made me really full 7/10. i think that service needed to be a bit better and more prepared for the volume of guests that were coming in, but otherwise, friendly staff!
Came at 11am (opening), nothing was set up. Got my food at 11:35 (which is very late for pho). My rare beef was already fully cooked because I m assuming it was sitting or they just used cooked beef. Beef quality not good. Chicken pho also uses beef broth. Service is mediocre. Pho broth is bland
The staff was very friendly, the food was great, and the place seemed to have a very modern touch. Although there are a couple of things to improve on, they only just began their journey of being a restaurant. Overall, it is a great place to try out authentic Vietnamese food.
Grand opening 10%discount off, BUT just for cash only, please aware. I ordered a spicy Pho, it s not too much texture of spicy, a bit thin spicy which is not bad in fact. Service is fine, not much excitement but not disappointed. So far ok, will come back next time.
The best Vietnamese restaurant in the Newmarket/Aurora area if youre looking for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Highly recommend the banh mis for a quick on the go snack. Their pho is rich in flavour and the service is great. Highly recommend.
Welcome this restaurant to Newmarket. I have a BBQ beef with rice. The chef is generous in providing food. Suggestions: 1. The beef can be more soft. It is a bit chewy this time. In contrast, the beef with noodle and soup is very soft. 2. The scallions can be more salty. Anyway, the place is nice and clean. The attendants are very friendly and helpful.
We ordered beef pho, chicken vermicelli, and 2 banh mi s and they were all very tasty! I recommend this place for people who want to try or eat Vietnamese food
Good food and nice staff! Order arrived quickly and pho was pretty delicious! Will be back!
This pho restaurant is a must-visit. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meats are tender and perfectly cooked. BEST IN AURORA
Sunny Sunday Pho! Got Rare Beef Pho. Flat Noodles. Close to T&T.
Staff are friendly and very prompt. Food is really sumptuous especially the bahn mi and pho
The pho here was immaculate. Broth was really good and service was exceptional! This is definitely my favourite Vietnamese cuisine in Aurora. If you go here you must try the bun bo hue it is soooooooo good!!!
Very good pho restaurant in Aurora! Restaurant is very clean and service was great. I ll definitely come here to try more things of their menu!
Excellent new place to satisfy your pho cravings. Will be coming back to this spot frequently.
Have been here multiple times, food has never disappointed, the pho broth is very flavourful and portion is great. We decided to try their pork broth today (hu tieu) and it was so good and also very flavourful. Food came out fresh and fast and service is friendly.
My family always grabs the banh mi here for take out, very authentic and tasty
Tried pho dac viet. The price is about 15.95.Portion size of noodles and soup base was good. If you pay by cash, you can get 10% of discount.
I really like this place. The pho is delicious and so are the sandwhich. I love the beef one. We use to always go to the Jane and Finch location too so when I heard they were opening a location near my home I was super happy. Keep in mind that the price is aurora prices not Jane and Finch pricing. But honestly I don t mind paying extra for good food.
First time coming here despite going for groceries nearby every week. Ordered Spicy pho and Grilled beef Bahn mi. Both were great, especially the Bahn mi. For $8, this sandwich would be perfect for a nice lunch. Ill definitely come back and try other things.
Food is good. Usually, Vietnamese restaurants have pineapple fried rice, but not this one. Only thing I didnt like while eating there was this feeling of being stared at by the staff.
Really clean pho broth. Portions are great and the restaurant is clean. Great addition to Newmarket
Very clean, delicious Vietnamese rice noodle shop, and delicious side dishes
The magic of the Vietnamese soups lays in the broth - the broth should be rich in flavors. The broth in soups from Pho Le Anh lack richness and flavor - we ordered two different soups, and both of them tasted boring.
Saturday lunch time was busy. We had to wait 15 minutes for our table for 3, clean restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere when dining in. We ordered their special noodle soup and pad Thai to share and considering how busy it was food did come out fast. Our drinks did take a bit longer to come out, but nonetheless great food and for sure will be visiting again. Parking: Plenty of parking in this plaza. Kid-friendliness: High chairs, servers knew exactly what we needed when they say we had a kid and asked for a bowl.
Just had our first meal here, and gotta say. wow! Very impressive servings and noodle to meat ratios are great! Compared to other pho spots, the regular servings seem almost as youve asked for double both which is great! Meat quality I found is of ther higher tier compared to others which is amazing and the noodles are of great texture! Ordered 2 p04s, 1 large and 1 small A h03 and the fresh shrimp rolls Will definitely be back as this is a great new addition to the weekly outtings! Great food, great atmosphere, and prices are on par! Definitely recommend people go out of there way and try something new! Vegetarian options: They have tons! Parking: Big and spacious parking lot Kid-friendliness: Have kid seats, booster seats and infant seats Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps from parking lot to walk way
First time here. Pho and springroll are good. 10% off for cash. Good service and clean place. Will come back for sure.
The service and atmosphere are great. Portions are very generous, but the Pho broth left a lot to be desired. Ill try them one more time to see if it was just a one-off
The pho was very delicious, will be coming back to try other dishes
Super clean, airy, bright space. Service is prompt and ordering is easy. Lots of options and not too expensive. The large pho was enough to share and lots of beef, less noodles. The ingredients tasted fresh and clean. Flavours were not too deep or complex but simple and tasted home cooked.
Loved the food. The Bun was delicious and I got a Vietnamese sandwich to go. The spring rolls were so flaky and flavorful. I will be going here regularly.
Tables were neatly organized and already setup with everything you need before being seated. The whole restaurant appeared to be very clean. Dishes came out relatively quick. Pho tasted amazing and authentic with great flavour. Very competitive pricing. Would definitely go back again.
Really clean and good service, the fish sauce chicken wing was amazing if there are a little more garlic that will be great
Got the pho dac biet. It was served piping hot, and the brisket was super tender. I really enjoyed my bowl. The service was fast and friendly too. Will be back to try the banh mi.
The beef is not fresh and the soup tast bad
Very average pho.
I tried many pho restaurants before. This one is good. The broth is tasty. THe best point is it is not too salty comparing to another pho resturant in the newmarket. Their chicken or beef sandwich, I tried both, they are good. I will revisit.
Very bad and unhappy experience why pork is served while I ordered beef noodle . When I checked with a staff , she insisted that it was the beef . What a shame ! My wife and my son tried a piece and confirmed as pork .
First time trying Vietnamese food was very good and comforting. Came back to try their beef and pork banh mi and was one of the banh mi in the gta.
we were immediately greeted and seated to our table. the staff was very friendly and helpful.
the pho is pretty good, but I dont know what to say about the service. I ordered a pho and fried rice, they only gave me the pho but charged me both, when i asked them, the waiters attitude is very bad. the only thing I can do is I wont go there again.
Amazing spring rolls Beef pho was very good. For the pho addicts they dont have chili oil but do have chili paste. I wish they also had chilies in vinegar. Definitely will be back but I will have my little container of chili oil with me.
Have been there 3 times in last 3 months. Very consistently good in food and service. The Pho is very good, nice broth, lots of meat. Love their spring rolls. The atmosphere is nice, the place is clean and service is fast. Will go back.
June 2023 Update Review: Ate here at the new Pho restaurant in Aurora, a week or two after the grand opening. During the grand opening, they offered fresh noodles, and for that reason I had given them a 5 star rating. They were a tad heavy on the cinnamon in the pho broth but it was tolerable. Now, as of early summer 2023, they are no longer serving pho with fresh noodles and it s not even an option. This makes their product on par with the average pho restaurant. For this reason I have downgraded their rating.
Pretty busy for a Sunday evening! The food was delicious I recommend the bun bo hue!
Nice location, restaurant looks new and clean. Food is good as well.
Most likely the worst pork chop Ive ever had at any pho place. It was so dry I can barely chew it. It was so thin and the portion was tiny (I guess that doesnt really matter since I left most of it). Pho soup base is decent because its not salty.
Have almost tried everything on the menu since grand opening. Food is great. Will definitely keep returning
Ordered a few items. The chicken pho had lots of white meat. The broth was good, but have had better at other restaurants. The grilled pork and grilled beef banh mi sandwiches were good. A good amount of meat, but was a bit greasy and a bit short on pickled veg. The spring rolls were really good.
One of the over priced pho around here. First time I didn t feel full with large size pho.
Pretty good banh mi, a bit on the pricey side for the size and lack of veggies but not too bad as Aurora lacks any other banh mi place that is as authentic as here. Pho is really good! The service is honestly kind of awkward, but they were playing LOTR in the background so thats awesome!
Great spot to get lunch or dinner. Ordered chicken pad Thai and chicken with egg roll vermicelli bowl. Generous portion sizes for a great price. Cute and casual atmosphere
Spring rolls and their p01. Pho specially! The bestt(underrated) u guys should definitely try and hit them up!!
In Aurora Best Pho I like spring rolls there really taste.
This place has the best beef brisket Ive ever had at a pho restaurant. Its definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
Food is great! Hearty meal with fresh vegetables! Portion is great.
Best Authentic Vietnamese food around!
Great food and amazing service!
Decent food, good service, nothing to complain about. The environment is nice, quiet, and very spacious.
Most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Aurora. Spices are not over powering and pho broth is not laced with MSG. Very good value and highly recommended!
Great authentic Vietnamese cuisine! Great find up north and would be our go to moving forward!
Great New Place for Pho Ga!
Overpriced pho with very fat broth.
Our to go to Pho place. We live in Markham, but we are willing to make the drive to Aurora for this. Lots of tables, clean, great service, pho never disappoints. Food quality is always consistent. The owner is very nice, staff is attentive. I had their Banh Mi once, but it the bun wasn t too fresh, ingredients inside was good though. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves pho.
They forgot my meal
October/2023...Food was extremely good. Their beef broth is tasty and has good body. Very nice staff, helpful and understanding. Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy! Food was fresh and plentiful. Vegetarian options: Lots of choices... Dietary restrictions: Be aware that there are peanuts and seafood served here... Parking: In a strip mall... Kid-friendliness: Family restaurant... Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no stairs...
Best pho in Aurora. Marvelous broth and tasty beef brisket cut, will definitely comeback again. Food
A friend of mine recommended this place, we were in the neighborhood and it was at lunchtime, so we dropped in and had a quick bite. Both the house special pho (p1) and the spicy pho (p12) were decent. The sprouts were not fresh fresh.
By far the best Vietnamese food Ive ever had. I keep going back to try different things on their menu and so far every single thing has been really good. They give big portions too. The owner is also really nice and so are the staff :) Really recommend
Fast and Hot Dishes .Taste is what I expected.
This should be one of the best Pho restaurants in the Aurora and Newmarket area. The store is new and the service is good. The Pho and Vietnamese spring rolls we ordered were very delicious.
