Seemed like a good place to eat waitress was bust talking politics and taylor swift with 1 customer and 15 minutes later we left with out even getting asked what we wanted for a drink and when we leave waitress asked I didnt put your order did I.

The chicken cordon bleu is upsetting. It s wild how bland something with bacon could be. I think most things were just.. just fine.. We won t be ordering again.

Watched a sports game here, There are screens everywhere, so everyone can see the game. food was great here, and the waitress was amazing. Will be returning for another sporting event.

I was a great sports bar, I went there to watch one of the Euro 2024 games. He made a great cocktail with beer and jagermeister. And the flat bread was delicious. Definitely coming back. He also opened a part of the bar only for us. The hospitality was on point. Parking: In front of the restaurant, there are plenty of spots on the parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is an issue in this restaurant. The only washrooms are down a steep set of stairs, with only handrails on one side. In the washroom, the stalls are very tight. To get the stall door open, you have to stand on the side of the toilet to open the stall door.

Ridiculous lack of service and staff ! Had probably 25-30 people waiting for bills and one server who just kept serving beers to clearly daily customers . She had 0 multitasking skills . We asked for our bill amd she is serving beers at the bar it s been 30 minutes since we finished our meal and still waiting for a bill . Won the worst service in a decade and we eat out a lot .

Not what it used to be. We are regulars at SLJSG for years, Lunch and dinner. Lately the staff does not radiate the hospitality required for such a neighborhood grub shop. Food deteriorated as well.

Sunday night... Not busy

I tried something from the temporary menu. It was chicken tenders on fries. It was quite good. My girlfriend had a chicken salad. It tasted good, but should have come with one more skewer of chicken. The staff was very nice.

Went out with some friends for a get together and had a great time. Their food, atmosphere and service was all above board. The new server Shaz was able to get us everything we needed with little to no wait, awesome stuff.

We went here for my nephews family birthday dinner. The food was fantastic, great selection for everyone, kids to adults. The pool table in the back was a huge hit. Service was great as well

I liked everything, but the places are very narrow. This establishment is unlikely to be suitable for a large family.

I usually like this place and return from time to time, however this time, the overall experience was disappointing. Ordered the steak and it came plain, I mean it. Whoever is incharge of prep was not a happy camper. Forgot to serve the truffle aioli. Ensure for the mighty price, the food is of a decent quality, the steak was so not presentable and the taste was mediocre. I ve had it before, didn t even match that standard. Just wanted to share, as returning would be optional. The staff is lovely as always, just need better kitchen skills. Sorry guys, not happy with the meal tonight.

Alexis was the best server I ever had . I will always ask for her every time I come in . She went above and beyond to take care of me and my friends . We love her so much , sweetest girl ever . I strongly recommend her to everyone .

Take out order. Ordered the angry burger with banana peppers and jalapeno. Waaaaay too spicy. So spicy you couldnt even taste the meat. However there is no real indication on the menu that youre going to be taking a bite out of a chunk of lava. Also ordered the spin dip. The artichoke was waaaay to noticable. Spin dip was like soup rather than a chunkier consistency. Also pretty inedible. Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo was pretty bad as well. Chicken was just slapped on. Not cut or chopped or anything. Just a solid dry slab of chicken. Spinach was just slathered on it. Not to mention it had a very overpowering burnt taste. And WHERE WAS THE SAUCE. Ordered garlic bread that was harder than the stones in my driveway. The whole meal just felt like there was no care whatsoever. This will be my last time at this establishment and its really too bad as I live right down the road. $60 for tasteless, careless, joyless food.

Brought extended family here, they handled the kids and the large group very well. Service was great and speedy, and everyone enjoyed their food

went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and his parents. it was hard to find the entrance. other than that ir was a lovely experience. staff are find it was pretty dead so it was good to just be able to talk amongst our selves

Clean, everything is well labelled for covid. Staff was very please to and the food was really good. Had the chicken club sandwich, it was good.

Ordered the peppercorn burgers and they were the best burgers we have ever had!! Thick and juicy and cooked perfectly! It had a sweet taste which was a nice surprise and the salad that came with it was yummy too! Sorry no pictures, we devoured it so fast!

Ordered a chicken quesadilla and mashed potatoes from UberEats. Chicken quesadilla was decent, enough tomatoes and chicken was tender. Came with 6 pieces so that was appreciated. The mashed potatoes were good just really small. It was like one lawyer of potato. I know it was only 3 bucks for the bowl, but at least add enough for more then 4 bites worth. Not worth the price.

sliders meat was not good at all...... unacceptable and disappointing I am going to order randomly one day and i will update the review if i see improvements.

Amazing nice staff and the best cauliflower tacos!

Not mobile friendly. My mom and I came here for lunch this week. My mom is in a wheelchair. Both washrooms are downstairs. When I asked our server about handicap bathrooms she said there was no option. Not going back.

Food was terrible. Burger was so greasy the plate was soaked. Services was terrible server only 3 times didnt check to see how the food was after brining the food to the table. We couldnt get a hold of our serve as the were too busy talking to their friends and not paying attention to their customers. We asked for the manager at the end the manager never came to see what the issue was. Would never eat here again.

As myb90yr old mother said this place has the WORST service. I had to ask for water THREE times, they punched in my mothers order before me and my husband even knew what we wanted. The dirty dishes even though they took up the entire table after we stacked them for the waitress were left. The food was meh. Never going back!!!!

Bar tender who was also our waitress was horrible,,, first of all we were there in between times for some specials which she said they don t do ,even though it s advertised right on the wall , second she over charged us on the amount of drinks we had . Food was sub par .Stay away from this place and if you do go make sure the female bartender doesn t charge you for extra drinks .

Honestly - with the current pandemic and curbside pickup only.. alot of our favourite restaurants have been churning out poor quality food on items that are usually our go-to...But Shoeless Joes Aurora has kept its consistency and quality of menu favourites. Very greatful - keep up the good work!

I typically dont care for franchise restaurants and that is because of the quality of food as well as customer service. Tonights dinner service really proved to me why I will never go back. The only fresh item on my plate was the sweet potatoes. The rest of the food felt and tasted like I had someone else left overs. The only tasty part of the meal was the Jumbo Freezey Bowl. I did order apps and entree meals, but was not about to order dessert seeing how dinner wasnt very appealing or tasty. I did tip the staff as this is not their fault.

Sitting here right now after finishing my meal on the patio. Had wings and poutine. Needless to say the the wasps that were surrounding us didnt make for a pleasant experience. Especially when they started to eat my wings! I lost my appetite. We got the bill and they charged us for the wings. We were even told that they have had a wasp problem and they cant figure out where they are coming from. The waitress went back in and got the manager to come out and talk tus. She was EXTRMY RUDE! She said we should have asked to come inside! The wasps werent that big of a problem until I lost my appetite watching 3 of them eating my food so it was to late. shouldnt the waitress be the one problem solving here? Or atleast comp the wings! Terrible customer service. I will never go back to this location

Sitting here currently shooing flies. Very disappointed with the cleanliness. I heard two people coughing as well. The food was not worth it at all. Didn t eat anything. My drink had a dead bug in it. Just awful.

Great service, wonderful food, amazing atmosphere! Our hockey team dinner was a huge success, thanks to the Shoeless Joes dining room and kitchen staff. Organizing a team dinner for 30 people was seamless. Right from our reservation down to providing our dinner pre-order, everyone was able to sit back and relax, and our food and drinks arrived without a hitch. I would definitely recommend choosing Shoeless Joes for their next team dinner. As a matter of fact, we will very likely book our end of season team dinner here! Thanks a bunch Holly!

Went on Sunday to watch some football, there were no games on their 17 TVs and with only 1 server had a hard time getting the game on , food was good enough but with so many places to go customer service has to be better

Food and service were good. After paying the bill, we noticed that for the two kids meals we had ordered, we had been charged for drinks. Not refills, the first drinks that came with the kids meals. The kids menus clearly stated that drinks are included at no additional charge. Both kids had pop with their dinner. When I brought this to the servers attention, they indicated that they always charge 99¢ extra for drinks. We advised that it clearly says on the kids menu that a drink is included with each kids meal. We indicted they should probably change the menu of theyre not going to follow what it says. No explanation was given and no effort was made to correct/modify the bill. We probably wont come back. Check your bills if you come here.

Everyone is wearing is shoes! And when I took mine off, they asked me to leave! There probably isnt even a Joe. Food was good from what I remember. Before I was forced out in the snow in my barefeet. I lost 4 toes and the rest of my foreskin that night. 4 good toes and Id still go back, the burger was that good! 4 stars, in honour of each of my fallen brethren.

We went in with a group of 25 for lunch. They hustled. Got the food out in a timely manner and the food that we ordered eas great. Lumberjack burger was great and the shoestring fries were delish. Service was good. Poor lady was on her own but still managed to get it done well with a smile. Note for those with accessibility concerns: the washrooms are downstairs in the basement. Im not sure that they had a wheelchair accessible option.

Shoeless Joes have good service three but the food is ok there I recommend people do not order the sperictah dip because both of my teachers got food poisoning there 2 years ago by the way th businnnsie is ok

Group of six stopped in after hiking Mono Cliffs. Wait stsff was excellent and do pleasant. Two of us chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu it was amazing! Everyone was pleased with their choices and presentation. Definetly will return. Covid protocols up best standards too.
