Out of 10 item i ordered here 5 of them is missing. They don't care about details and when i spoke with representative he told i was in rush and im sorry. Not acceptable at all.
Subway has a promotion of buying one footlong get one footlong for free, this stupid store decline my order as I use the coupon. Cheapest and most stupid store ever, if you don’t wanna ppl to use this coupon do not join the game, some store choose not to play this game that we understand , but if you choose to join then follow the rules and let customers order. Never and ever come to this store again.
I ordered Subway for dinner. Someone who made it is amazing and well organized. I never expected from Subway before and was very tested. Awesome staff ( I don't know her name), but she was amazing as well. Someone who worked January 23, 2024, at 6 pm - gives 5 stars!!! Thank you
Placed my order through the App, 1st Sub asked for extra Onions 🌰, barley but any on 2nd Type of Cheese was wrong, 2nd Sub asked for Italian-Herb & Cheese got Plain instead, 2nd asked for extra Onions same result as the 1st Sub barley any, 3rd I asked for NO PICKELS THEY PUT A TON ON, 4TH I ASKED for it to be Toasted, that didn't happen @ all Thx Subway.....NEVER AGAIN
Im not sure if it’s a manager who was working today but wow will I never be back again! The attitude on her was absolutely insane, towards the employe working and the customers. Will not be going back to this location. Thankfully Aurora has more than enough that I’d spend my money at!
Horrible customer service. I called in 2 times to make a complaint. The subways got delivered in the worst state. No compensation even with a complaint, they state the bread was flat.
I have gone to this subway multiple times and I have always come out satisfied with my sub. However today was different. An older lady was serving me today, and when I made a simple request for extra pickles on my sandwich she seemed annoyed and made it very clear she was unhappy with my request. This is not my first experience with her, as she always seems angry, but today really stood out when she made me feel like I was being unreasonable for wanting more pickles on my sandwich. I hope I don't have to encounter this experience ever again.😡
Stopped in on a whim and was immediately greeted by friendly staff. The restaurant was clean, the ingredients were fresh. All the makings for a good experience and it delivered. Sara was meticulous and assembled the sub like a pro. Toppings were nicely and evenly distributed, nothing was falling or dripping out. She went one step further by asking if I wanted to have it separated into two 6”subs which I didn’t know I wanted and actually really appreciated. The cut was cleanly done down the centre, no dreaded one side with torn bread or worse, no cut at all. Finally it was tightly wrapped making the carry out easy. Highly recommend this location!

A couple of days ago I placed an order and when it arrived I was disgusted by the way the sandwich came to me. This was one of the worst services I have gotten from subway. If they offer delivery services they should look into a better service provider.
They make a conscious effort to give you the least amount of ingredients possible. Talk about being stingy on the veggies! Also, their 16oz drink is actually 12oz.
I came 3m before closing time however the 2 kind workers opened the doors for us and made our sub past 10.

Took 30 minutes just for me to order and the guy wrapped it horribly all of my fruits and veggies fell out the side sauce was dry the chicken was dry service was horrible hire more people
Just recently started coming to this location as I work close by. Food is typical subway stuff. Always fresh. But the service at this place is by-far the best service Ive ever had at any subway! Both young guys have great personalities and great work ethic. Looks like i found my new lunch spot!

Went here today for a quick sub and was greeted by the wonderful Cathe. Amazing, great, warm service and a bubbly personality, singsongy while making my sandwich. Great positive energy thats needed during these uncertain times

Closed 8pm Sunday, comes 7:45, no customers inside was refused to serve, because they closing soon.
First of all why do you let somebody without mask come inside when there is a sign on the window you have to wear the mask, The person who was serving did not have the right train to how make a sandwich. I put in the garbage my sandwich
Worst experience. They can t make a simple sub. We purchased two subs and they put the wrong ingredient. When my husband went to get the drink the dumb girl put the wrong item on it so we had to go back to get it changed. I think even a monkey could get it right. Why is it so hard to make it right and why do we have to waste our time going back to the place to get it corrected.
I really like this subway. Morning breakfast is always nice there. The lady whos shift is in the morning is always friendly and i love going there. Great service all around!
