There is no option for zero star. I went to this store today and paid 12.42 dollars for 6”veggie patty sub. The lady put so less sauce and veggies in it. I told her to put more still she didn’t listened me. Than i asked her to grill it. She said she can’t as according to her she added extra stuff in it. I still didnot say anything. I came to my work and started eating. Bread was so chewy and old and dry. There was no sauce in it so everything was so so dry. I throw the sub and started working. Than i went to store to ask. The employee asked me to bring the sub back. I said i have thrown in garbage. She said to bring from garbage. She wanted me to take out from garbage. Owner tried to terrify me by saying that he know my owner. I paid at their store. So they should not treat me from my job. They judged me from my uniform. They told me not to come to their store agian and i can put complaint. I request everyone NEVER GO THERE. This is insane discrimination. I want the justice
This place is garbage they close the doors before it’s even closed and turn people away
I was here for some snacks type thing and Nau was there and she was very kind and gentle person she made the order according to my choice with patience. Thank you will come back again
Ordered double bacon and picked up my sandwich. When I got into my truck I saw there was no bacon so I went in and I showed the lady and then she said she did put in the bacon so I was like there isn’t any bacon. A guy came by and put in some bacon but the lady employee scoffed and never apologized. Also sandwich wasn’t toasted. Wouldn’t go back at all. Super stingy with the toppings
I have always been a fan of grilled chicken breast of subway, enough amount of protein and veggies included. I tried this branch too, the staff was fun and full of energy, and the also the food quantity was fine. Store was very clean.
As far as Subways go, this one is very good. I only ever stop in during the day, weekdays. The people who work here do a super nice job with the sandwiches. Generous toppings, well put together, with thought. I always appreciate the extra effort they put in. Bread is always very fresh. Every time I've gone in, it's been a really pleasant experience.
I cant give them zero star. They didn’t even know what is a portion of each sandwich. I got steak & cheese and chicken teryaki. Both was filled with 3/4 of normal portion, asked them to add more but they don’t care. Terrible subway. I took a pic from my chicken to see how empty is that. I filled my rest of sandwich with other free topping.
Nice little location on Yonge Street. Staff was friendly and the place was very clean. The area around the drink dispensing machine is a little crowded however but otherwise this place is fairly spacious.

I had a great experience today and great subway sandwich, the employee was about to close the store and she made great subway sandwich for me and I really appreciate her. Vegetarian options: Everything was fresh at this location.

Sandwich artist! I walked in very covid safe. Everything clean even extra toasted on request. I was very impressed and greeted with a smile even though the mask.

Walked in...the owner or manager was sitting at a table with his mask down (not eating or drinking) walked back out. This may not be a big deal for some but I care for elderly parents. Aurora restaurants have become very laxed in the mask rules. The subway on Bayview was great.

The subs were made fine however the service at this location was awful. Both my girlfriend and I were stared at constantly which not only made us extremely uncomfortable but also extremely unwelcome. The workers also came out from the counter and would sit and socialize which is fine but it leaves other customers without a greeting when they walk in. I will not be coming back.

These subs are sub-optimal...meaning they are at peak sub performance hehe. Oldie joke. But yes, I find their food very reliable to get on the go or to save throughout the day.
Great place to eat. The meat and bread is always fresh and delicious. The Owner actually works the counter and is a great guy. Always kind to me and my family and I notice alot of other customers also appreciate his amazing customer service and friendly demeanor. They also have free wifi Overall 5 out of 5.

I live in Newmarket but this is my goto late night spot for a good quality sandwich on my way home from a long day! The place is always clean and the bread and ingredients are extremely fresh, even at 10:30pm!! The lady that works the evening shift is extremely friendly, shes there all the time. (I forget her name). Id like to thank her and the team for making me come back each time!

Good and fast service
Girlfriend asked for steak and cheese, she received ham and cheese. I asked for my double meat to be heated up and she jammed it all into one container so the outside would be piping hot and cold on the inside. Just no common sense.
