I had an Adana kebab wrap which was delicious and had high quality. The place has a nice Turkish vibe to it and the hosts are very hospitable.

I can t believe that food incredibly good

I am strictly rating for food that I ordered from UberEats. They gave me a free item which is nice so full stars for service (it was a full salad). They also have a nice promotion on UberEats (buy 1 get 1 free). However, their Lahmacun is unedible. It stinks of onions before I even opened the box and tastes like raw onions on bread. The onion should be caramelized or even better, don t use onion at all. I have never had lahmacun that tastes like this. Edit to my review: the salad was actually garnish that comes with the lahmacun but packaged like a salad. So I guess the overall experience with their food was not that great. There are way so many middle eastern restaurants in this area, do yourself a favour and order somewhere else.

Clean environment, very respectful and friendly treatment, excellent and delicious food, we were here as a family for lunch, it was great and we enjoyed it.

It was my wife and my first time having Turkish cuisine, but certainly not our last! Service was fast and responsive, and portions were more than substantial, and most importantly they were delicious. We got the mixed kebab and the Turkish pizza with ground beef and they did not disappoint.

Great unique experience

This is my first time in the restaurant, I ordered the chicken wings as recommended. The presentation of the plate is well considered, the vegetables are fresh and the meat , is juicy and seasoned well. I like it, feels fresh and delicious.

Updated review 2 weeks later - docked some stars because food is still good but they literally reduced the quantity from 8 pieces of chicken per shish dish to 6 pieces of chicken for the same price :( inflation is not even a factor anymore so it s just them reducing costs :( disappointed! Ordered the chicken shish/kebab for dinner and it was SO SO SO good!!!!! So impressed by the quality of their kebabs - tasty, grilled perfectly, and their rice has some sort of magic because it tasted really good we were literally eating every last grain of rice!!!! Not sure what s in the rice but I need to know their secret! lol overall great place - had it for delivery through Uber eats and delivery was fast, food was well packaged, and still warm when we had it! Can t wait to order again!

This was hands down one of the best kebabs I ve ever had in the GTA. The Adana skender is to die for. Could not recommend this place enough. If you haven t been here, you re missing out.

Pretty nice and clean Turkish food. Good salads and the kebabs are made in a very authentic kind of a way. The owner and the serving staff there are very nice. The girl that served us even went to the cafe next door SufiCafe to get us some drinks that they didnt serve at the restaurant. Killer service and thank you.

This place is amazing! The wife and husband owners are so kind. I went in for the first time today to try their food. The wife (I m sorry, I don t know her name) recommended a type of flatbread (thinner) pizza, with beef. Omg, delicious!!! But here s the thing. My debit card was acting up and wouldn t work. Without hesitation, they gave me the food (along with a beautiful flower) and said, just pay next time. I kept offering to run to the bank across the street but they wouldn t let me. I took the food, went to the bank, got the money and went right back to pay them. They were so surprised and thankful. I will be back many times over, the food and the owners are top notch!! Please go and enjoy their super flavourful food!!

This place offers authentic and delicious Turkish food. I tried three items from the menu, all were tasty. Salads, appetizers, and food are all fresh and yummy. They also bake their bread in the store, which is so fresh! The restaurant is run by a nice and friendly family. I highly recommend this place.

We tried the new Turkish restaurant in Aurora . Authentic Turkish food . A young couple running this business. They are very nice and generous. Delicious food . We had Cheese pide , mixed platter and Hummus with Sujuk. Their fresh bread pita style is mouthwatering. Highly recommended

Wow! The people, the service, the food. This place has it all. We were looking for an authentic Turkish restaurant and this was the place. The food was amazing and portion sizes were perfect. The owners just starting out were incredibly kind and friendly. I will most definitely be coming back.

Huge Turkish food fan here. Been to other Turkish places but this one tastes good and the place is good, but not great. Leaning towards 3 star but 4 stars maybe they will improve. Adana kebab isn t the best, it s more like a Persian koobideh. The pita is great and fresh. The bulgur is fine bulgur, Turkish bulgur when served with food should be coarse bulgur this is a fact. Hoping they will get coarse bulgur as it s the authentic way. Also they should provide hot green chilli with it (that is authentic Turkish style). They provided green pepper which isn t even spicy. Look forward to try the oven items.

Delicious takeout! Super fresh. Loved the vegetarian items (pide, pizza, salad, dips). The meat eater in our group loved the pide and the beef tray he had. Desserts (knanef and baklava) were incredible as well. Looking forward to dining in someday!

The most amazing thing is the service was great - they had the menu with pictures so it s was straight forward about what I ordered. It s a family restaurant so it s small but cozy. Cheerful music . Decided to try Ala Turkish after seeing some posts online and it did not disappoint! Food was excellent, especially the kebabs and the mix dips. We were going to get just the two but then got all 4 and they were amazing! Will definitely add this restaurant to our rotation.

I ve been wanting to try this place for awhile. Tonight, Ala Turkish Cuisine moved from my Want to go bookmarks to my Favourites . The owners (I think) were so kind and friendly. But the food is the star attraction here. Everything we tried was excellent! We got the Ala kebab platter (sooo much food!), Beef & Lamb Pide, balloon bread and baklava. I could not stop eating the bulgur. It was so tasty. There also may or may not have been an argument about who got the last piece of baklava Can t wait to go back and try some of their dips.

We got food catered for our wedding. It was amazing. The food came right on time and was still super hot. It was delicious! I highly reccomend to everyone for both dining in, take out and catering. Thank you Turkan and Guven! :)

Food was great but it was a little bit more expensive. Service was a little bit slow so I would recommend a few more staff. Only other issue is that there doesnt seem to be much ventilation so the seating area is quite hot and humid. Otherwise overall great with room for improvement 3.9/5 Food

I was passing by, I am familiar with Turkish food so I stopped by to see the menu and say hello. I met the owners, Gulen and Turkan and their newly arrived baby, Ada. Gulen (Turkan was away picking up her son from KG) was so hospitable, insisted we try his eggplant salad and walnut dip. I asked for a small piece of bread and Gulen baked me a whole fresh soft delectable flat bread. Everything was delicious. The place is very clean and Gulen refused to take any money from me. My wife had also taken a yogurt (ayran) drink and Gulen would not even take money for the drink. Turkan arrived, we met her too and they are so hospitable! Turkan and Gulen, we wish you lots of success in your new business endeavor. I am looking forward to coming for a full meal (but paying in advance) and for the time you start serving Turkish Breakfast! Thank you, both, for your warm hospitality. I enjoyed every bite at this extremely authentic Turkish restaurant! The hospitality is great, food is just so fresh, delicious, and with all the classic Turkish flavours. Not to mention, the food came quick and the service was awesome. I would 100% recommend! Notable favourites from the menu: the hummus with mozzarella, the kebab, and the fresh yogurt dip. Amazing. Youssef was our server and he was so kind and helpful during my visit. My order was reasonably fast despite the busy kitchen, extremely fresh ingredients, and incredibly delicious. Bring yourself, bring your friends, bring your friends friends. This hidden gem is well worth it.

Last night we went for my mums 73rd birthday. We were warmly welcomed, and our table had been prepared earlier from our reservation. We ordered the platter, three different pides, and the tomato dip thing that comes with freshly baked bread. It was absolutely delicious and everyone was stuffed with no leftovers because we couldnt stop eating. Only thing negative was they were sold out on their cheesy hummus but this ends up being a positive because well definitely be going back. We love supporting family run businesses, and we look forward to seeing them grow in our community.

Real Turkish Food. Food quality was excellent. Service was very good.

Although I always try to support local & small businesses, I need to be honest when it comes to reviewing the service quality. The cashier/chef was a nice guy, polite and welcoming. We ordered mix kebab and as the menu indicated, we expected fresh bread and of course hot and fresh meat and bulgur. The chicken Shish was not cooked enough. The safe cooking temperature for all poultry products, including chicken should be 165 F, which in our case obviously was lower than that. The inside of chicken was a little raw and reddish. Beef Shish was chewy and not easy to cut. That might be due to overcooking or cooking the low quality meat or a wrong cut. The Adana kebab was juicy, tender and delicious. That was probably the best part of our meal. The bread was not fresh as well. I assume he heated up the bread before serving. The salad was a mix of shredded cabbages, lettuce and tomatoes with lemon and pomegranate sauce on top. It was a new taste, but I don t think I would like to try it again. The vibe and the atmosphere is something that you can expect in this area, nothing fancy or eye catching. There was a guy in the restaurant (not a customer) who was sitting alone and playing with his phone and looking at us occasionally. He went outside, came back and sat behind the table close to us. We could smell the cigarette he had smoked earlier in a very unpleasant way! Given that you pay over $40 for a meal, you would expect a better food. I hope they could work on the quality and take care of this new born business in the neighborhood.
