Ordered a chicken leg around 19:30, July 26, 2022. Politely returned and asked for another piece, but they said its all cooked the same like that as they looked at the chicken it was cut from. I wasn't offered a different piece. As you can see in the photos, the chicken is very pink. If St Hubert cooks their chicken like this, I highly doubt I'll return to any other St Hubert branches.
I stopped there twice. There is limited choice in Baie Comeau so you go with what ya know. The first time was terrible, hit the drive through and the server should have stayed at home. I know it's a fast food job but NO effort was given. Meals were almost correct and speed of service was decent. On my way back I was hesitant to stop again....but choices. We dined in and it was much better. St.Hubert standard. Proceed with caution.

I have never been welcomed like this in a St-Hubert restaurant. Never! Arrived at the restaurant at 6:40 p.m. and learned that the restaurant closes at 7 p.m. I want to eat there and that clearly doesnt suit the existing employees. As I wait for my order, the manager walks past the customers talking to the employees, saying quite loudly that the restaurant closes at 7 p.m. Customers seem to feel like me, like a dog in a bowling game (out of place). A dish arrives and instead of being put on a plate, it is put in a box. I mention that it is for eating on site. The employee at the cash register asks the cook to put my meal on a plate and the latter says loudly enough for me to understand, with a contemptuous look: We close at 7 p.m.!. While I am a regular at St-Hubert restaurants, we usually let customers finish eating when the restaurant is closed while the employees are busy picking up. Here, you better be ready to leave when 7 p.m. arrives. Im not a resident of Baie-Comeau, Im in transit, I dont have other places to eat, especially when its almost 10 degrees outside. Closing at 7 p.m. is a bit unusual for a restaurant, especially of the caliber of St-Hubert. In short, no issue, but at the very least, can we respect customers a little and show a little flexibility? Otherwise, the least we could do would be to prevent the customer from feeling too much. Very disappointed with my experience, it is nothing like the usual experience of a St-Hubert where service, courtesy and smiles are there. Parking: Huge parking!

Je vais évaluer seulement ce pour quoi lexpérience que jai eu. Il est vrai que je viens dune autre ville ou nos restaurants ont lhabitude de fermer leur porte, vers les 23 hrs ou minuit. Mais constater que ce St-Hub ferme à 20 hrs, jai été quelque peu déçu. Ça doit être tranquille dans cette ville pour en être rendu à fermer à 20 hrs.

Second bad experience at this St-Hubert I placed an order for delivery at 6:05 p.m. at 6:50 p.m. I called back and was told that the order should arrive around 7:20 p.m. At 8:00 p.m. I ordered something else to eat because clearly they are not capable of delivering an order. As for the mayonnaise, nothing has changed, they only give 2 for free. St-Hubert is no longer what it used to be. I ordered a meal for $26 and I asked for 4 mayonnaises but I was told that they couldnt give me the 4 that I had to pay for 2, seriously with chicken and fries just 2 mayonnaises free for the amount of the invoice its a laugh at the world. Comment to your answer I have already contacted your customer experience department and they told me to ask for more, but that it was at the discretion of the branch to give them to me or not. Thank you for your automated response, we see that the satisfaction of your customers is important to you.

The Piri-Piri double leg dish was wonderful. The chicken shredded sublimely and the flavor was enhanced by cooking over what seemed to me like a wood fire. And the quicker I was served
Fast and courteous service. Clean premises. Several places available. Good value for money. Only negative point. Sometimes liquid soap is missing from the dispensers or there is an uncleaned table. But apart from that everything is correct.

I ordered a lunch at Saint-Hubert in Baie-Comeau for $40 and more, including $14.75 of traditional salad, the salads were brown, I called back to tell them that they had sent me salad to come by date, he sent me salad again, pass date, I called the Saint Hubert central office, he wanted to offer me a credit of $14.75 for the next time I order from them, they give you things that are expired Twice, he thinks we will recommend them, I asked for a refund, he told me that a manager was to call me back in a day or two maximum, he never called me back ! Hello, the restaurant is back to normal!! But this is correct for the customers, the dining room is reopened. I went to dinner Wednesday no straw for the liquor, is it a lack or more straws for the customers.
Very delicious chicken and ribs. If you like to eat something light, you can order the Bangkok salad, its sweet and sour sauce is exquisite. To improve the price a little, do not ask for refill drinks.

Order of $40+ for one person. 1. My order was for pickup at such and such a time. I show up 10 minutes early. Lost my order. It melts quickly, asking me what I want. 2. Arriving home, the garden salad is DISGUSTING with a viscous white-yellow liquid at the bottom. It stank of rotten vegetables and it wasnt vinaigrette (it comes in a separate packet anyway). It s simply DISGUSTING and quickly takes away your appetite.

Worst delivery service I have ever seen order at 5:12 p.m. and 2 hours later still nothing I call customer service the delivery man supposedly apologizes and is supposed to come and bring the order immediately, I call back 5 minutes later and what Apparently the delivery man came and called on my cell phone but no missed calls and no footprints in the snow in front of the door especially since I live at least 15 minutes from St Hubert advice take your car and go to the drive-thru I dont expect at all to receive a hot meal in touka update: ultimately I never received my order I clearly saw the delivery man walk past without stopping and even without turning around to come back, I think he or she smokes some really good ones or wanted to have a free lunch a nice waste of 2h30 of my time thank you st-hubert bay-comeau :)

Friday February 25, I was at the hotel with my husband for one night. We opted for this restaurant; not a good idea :-(. I called to place an order for pick-up but was told that we had to go to the drive-thru, which is what we did. The first mistake was that we gave us the wrong order Then we came back to the hotel to find there were no utensils and no mayonnaise (plus considering you dont even bother to put it in). in the club sandwich, I have that enough aberrant...) In addition, we had specified that we wanted mayonnaise so I tried to call the restaurant but it was a central appointment. The lady then answered me herself. called your restaurant and she came back and told me that you couldnt have the delivery person move to deliver just mayonnaise and utensils. I asked that the manager or owner call me to let her know. the situation and my discontent ; a club sandwich is not nearly dry, no mayo and a poutine is really difficult to eat without utensils. And, this kind of meal without napkins is really ordinary... We asked the hotel reception for utensils, fortunately. I was not expecting a return call from the manager the same evening since it was almost 8 p.m. (and I had specified this during my call to the central office). No, a simple return call to provide feedback on this deplorable situation would have been fine but... We are a week later, March 4 and... no return call. When I next visit in mid-March, I will no longer order from you.

I am a former employee of the company and I even took the Master Rotisseur course in Quebec. Here at this branch my plate was served with DRY and COLD skewers. No bbq sauce (which is obligatory on the plate) and my rice was also cold. My coleslaw was VERY CLEARLY from the day before and this is unacceptable given the rules in force at St Hubert. The presentation of my plate (excuse my language) was DISGUSTING and worthy of a roadside potato shack. I do not recommend this restaurant at all until an inspector from the company comes by and I call Quebec this evening to warn them of the situation which is LAZY. Respect the companys standards, the message is clear

Seriously made a real joke, I go there on a Tuesday after work, 4 cars in front of me I place my order 20-25 minutes later another 4 cars nothing is moving forward ok bye. 2 weeks later I say to myself well forget everything people say try again, a Saturday evening around 6:30 no car not too many people inside good Im alone well about twenty minutes of waiting and damn the piri sauce -piri with fried chicken would have been good when the chicken arrives at home undercooked and no piri sauce and we are talking about a plate of $25 for 3 pieces. It s okay, you win, I give up.

Yesterday I went to order take-out, I noticed that one of the people who prepared the plates (three young people of color) was taking the chicken with his hands after touching other things and touching his face. No gloves, no fork, they ask us to put on a mask but you dont pay attention to sanitation. Just be careful because I find it disgusting. Just that the service was ok.

Very long wait in a covid-19 atmosphere. Dinner as a couple from August 21, 2020 upon the return of Manic-5. We were able to eat inside after a very long wait in single line to place our order because there was no table service. The team in place did everything possible to provide the best service possible but the fact remains that this covid-19 context made their task demanding and stressful to take and issue orders as quickly as possible. There werent many restaurants open for indoor dining in this part of town. My wife went for a dark meat club sandwich for $12.25 while I opted for a thigh for $10.50 for a total of $26.16 with taxes. Molanie, probably Mélanie I suppose, took our order. We had a traditional salad and a creamy one for each. It was water as a drink. We offer you 10 photos.
