Salvatore of Baie-Comeau. Two totally unacceptable delivery experiences. More than two hours of waiting. During the 2nd experience, several calls were made and we were led by telling us that the delivery would arrive in the next few minutes when 1/2 hour later, a third person confirmed to us that the order had not been received. yet been prepared. Scandalous! As for counter service, its not better. 40 minute wait for two regular poutines.

Ordered via website. Everything went well. The order was ready on time. The pizza is very good.

We arrived at the restaurant and received a great welcome from the employee at the front. The children order what they want and the employee is super friendly with them too. Our order is served in less than 15 minutes (we are still 5 people), everything is super hot and very good!!! Very happy that given the storm all the other restaurants were closed because we probably wouldnt have stopped there!!

I never received my order... I ordered at 5:26 p.m.... nothing at 7:10 p.m. so I called and blamed it on the weather! It looked really nice... the only thing they could do was cancel my order! I felt like I was being looked down upon by customer service because of my nationality.... I do not recommend this restaurant for delivery. So, I had to go to McDonalds and it took me 15 minutes round trip, order and serve! Its not a big city so no reason to expect such a long time.

The delivery man froze like a ball and got the wrong address I had to go to a restaurant to get my order 3 hours later

Well... Today Salvatore joins the evil ranks. Garlic bread had become a habit for me: stuffed crust, extra mozzarella, extra chicken... But what a tragedy ordering my delicious dish today. A dry bread, not greasy and bland. My stuffed crust was only complete and there was clearly no garlic butter. In short, such a disappointing experience for a delicious dish. Damage.....

Une honte ! Quel ne fut pas ma déception lorsque quaprès une dure journée je décide de commander un pain à lail et jai juste reçus un pain. Le pain était sec, sans beurre à lail, sans gras. Une grosse déception lorsque lon a lhabitude de commander un produit qui nous plaît et quil ne ressemble en rien à ce que nous avons ! Je suis outrée...

Very disappointed, several recent order attempts and all unsuccessful. Orders canceled because the restaurant because they dont have delivery people ok once, but the same excuse every time its a poor service offered. Even when the order is placed online, nothing is guaranteed except poor service. In short, for me its over trying to give them a chance, the food is excellent but the service is poor (even when you call support they are not able to reach their own restaurant which is to say the quality of the service they offer.)

I ordered at 10:50 p.m. An hour later, no news. I called the Baie-Comeau restaurant. The gentleman told me he was sorry and that the delivery man had refused delivery. As a customer, I was not notified. But the man told me to give him 30 minutes and he would make me the pizza again.

Portions are becoming less and less generous. Last time, I ordered a medium extra cheese poutine and I only got three or four small pieces of cheese. And this happens when they dont forget to add the other ingredients... In short, very disappointing, especially for the price.

Garlic bread is so good! I prefer it to pizza. A garlic bread adding extras yummm. The pizza is good but nothing more. The cashier was really nice, very courteous, it s a great service.

Bonjour, très mauvaise expérience de livraison ce soir. Plus de deux heures dattente pour une pizza et une frite, nous habitons même pas à 15 minutes du restaurant. De plus, en bon québécois le service à la clientèle téléphonique sen calissait de notre problème. Nous sommes dans lobligation daller chercher la commande pour réussir à manger ce soir.

We order two different poutines on Doordash with an extra sausage and another ultimate bbq with extra bbq sauce. Both poutine arrives without extra and the ultimate bbq arrives without chicken and without bbq sauce. Really disappointing because this isnt the first time this has happened.

Worst poutine weve eaten in our lives. Grated cheese because no more cheese, cold poutine, bland sauce and extremely dry fries. No chicken in buffalo poutine; nothing left in the restaurant, no more French onion. So $27 for two bland poutines. Extremely disappointed.
