Amazing place . I discovered this beautiful and peaceful place randomly and I was totally amazed by the energy there . Everything was perfect . From the moment you get indoors. The service is great. You’re harmfully welcomed. The food was perfect, an extraordinary experience. I called it the culinary adventure. The quality and choice of the food was stunning . Of course the quality of the cooking was perfect too. Plus, the place is a beautiful old one fulfilled of history . Even the choice of the music was perfect. Beautiful soft background music with jazzy notes. This is the kind of place where you go and can’t wait for the next time. Enjoy .
Une expérience gustative extraordinaire et hors du commun des mortels! Le service était impeccable, notre nourriture est arrivé rapidement et était délicieuse. Je vous conseille fortement d'y passer si vous êtes se passage à Baie-comeau! Si seulement leur ouverture était toute la semaine! La fourchette de prix se situe pour un revenu élevé, ne soyez pas surpris à votre arrivée. Goûté est un sens qu'on oublie et met bien souvant de côté. La carte des vins est énorme! Vous serez époustouflé si vous êtes fan de vin! Vous en avez pour des prix plutôt élevé à très élevé. La vue extérieur est considérable, je ne dirais pas parfaite mais assez agréable. Les tableaux sont pour la plus part magnifique! Si vous le désirez certain sont vendus si vous le souhaitez. Amusez-vous bien!

L'expérience commence d'abord avec un charmant accueil, dans un décor ou les murs sont tapissés par de surperbes peintures. Une serveuse ne manquant pas de nous vouvoyer, nous accompagna a notre table avec vue sur le fleuve. La présentation de la table fût exécuté minutieusement. Je dois admettre leur menu m'a rendu ésitant, beaucoup trop d'options toute aussi alléchantes. J'ai commencé avec un apéritif délicieux fait a base de gin et un syrop de cammerise. En entrer, un tartare de bison si délicieux, chaque bouché de se tartare fût un orgasme dans ma bouche. Le plat principal une bonne viande bien saignante avec une bonne bouteille de vin rouge issus d'une collection privée de toscane. Lors de ma première bouché une explosion de saveurs envahi mes papilles gustatives. Mes yeux se fermait pour mieux me concentré sur les sensations aillant lieu sur ma langue. En dessert, j'ai pris la gourmandise hmmmm rien de mieux pour conclure se souper d'une qualité inégalable.
Super belle expérience à « La Cache d’Emilie », qui offre d’excellents choix préparés avec ds produits locaux ! Nous avons essayer les tortellini de Canard et le Filet mignon de cerf; tout simplement sublime! Ils one également une excellente carte des vins ! Vraiment une super belle expérience!

A unique experience in Baie-Comeau. I enjoyed my dish with my eyes closed and I was in Europe, the cradle of gastronomy. A fabulous trip in the comfort of our region. To try without hesitation!
Holes in the walls and wind coming in. I did not get the cooking requested (asked well cooked and received blue), very and even too expensive for the quality and size of the dishes.
Very nice experience at La Cache d Amélie, remarkable service, delicious starters and sauce dishes wonderfully executed by the chef. The only downside is the vegetables which deserve more work to perfect the dish. Otherwise nothing to complain about, I highly recommend.
Its honestly delicious and the portions are generous. Parking: In front of the restaurant, we cross the street.
Impeccable: the service, the wines, the dishes. The chef masters the cooking of meats and sauces to perfection. We will come back if we return to Baie-Comeau.
Its (very) good but for the price (starter, main course, dessert around 100 dollars) I expected better. We waited almost an hour between the order and the starters.

The food is exquisite and the service is exceptional. Prices are high but acceptable for the quality of the experience. I took away one star for the table configuration. The group in our room was really, really loud and we had difficulty hearing each other.

Extraordinary! Gourmet restaurant with particular care taken in the choice of ingredients and their preparation. A wine list worthy of my beautiful country (France). The best for last: the welcome, warm and peaceful, invisible but always there. The price: normal for this type of table. From France or elsewhere, go there and have a warm time.
