Went to watch the fight because the Manager said they were showing it. Took an Uber, ordered dinner and drinks. We were then told that they werent showing the fight. Pissed off that we were lied to. It was too late then to go to another bar. There were alot of other pissed off people. Dont lie just to get customers to come in. I was not aware of this ahead of time because you told me you were airing it. I find it hard to believe that you didnt know on Thursday that you werent airing the fight. Its not a problem for you because you got my money. It will be the last time.

It was my first time visiting a St. Louis establishment and I enjoyed it very much, especially the customer service provided by our server Sydney. She was very kind, timely, and funny too, making our time there great. The food was exceptional, I recommend the wing nachos!

I came into St Louis today for some food and beers with the boys. Let me tell you the food did not disappoint, but it was our server that really made this outing enjoyable and memorable Sarah went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed and even told us some jokes! I live around the corner so I think I found my new watering hole!

Love going here. Davis and Sydney treat me like family. Big smiles each time I come in. And hey, my guy Mohit is a solid cook. Food is delicious. He is very personable and checked I was happy with everything. Thanks and see you soon.

I haven t been to St. Louis in a long time and my boyfriend and I decided last minute to go in for a bite to eat. We had chicken wings and we were served by Davis. She was so attentive, kind and I was also observing her taking on half of the restaurant (if not full) by herself and she was doing absolutely amazing. Making sure people had cold beer, hot food and smiling even when it looked overwhelming at times! She was even joking with customers in a friendly way! She was making everyone smile in there and enjoy their time. She made my experience so lovely and due to that, I will definitely be back!! Hoping to get her next time as a server/bartender!

St Louis as a franchise is pretty good and the wings here are good, but this restaurant clearly has some capacity or management issues. It takes forever to be seen, forever to order, forever to get your bill etc... and I tried to flag down my waitress and got ignored. Honestly I should have just walked out. It isnt a pleasant experience trying to eat here.

I love coming to this place its a good price. The chicken is good but dose get old if you eat it every time but thanks to all the appetizers, mains and different flavors of chicken it never get old going there, everything at least what Ive tried has been vary good. If your looking for some where fast, cheap and good tasting that doesnt leave you feeling like you ate McDonalds come here and youll find somthing youll like you just need to try it.

Ordered 300 wings but they somehow got my time confused even though I got a text the morning of confirming the time. They were 30 minutes after what I had asked for, which was unfortunate when I was setting up the event and had to rush. I also asked for assorted sauces and specifically asked for them to include spicy, mild etc, but was given multiples of the same 4 sauces, none were spicy. The girl was nice and offered a pop on the house, but not what I would expect when spending $450 on wings. I won t be purchasing in bulk here again.

Owener needs to staff more people on Friday night. 2 servers for the entire restaurant isnt enough. I got all you could eat boneless, I ordered my 2nd round at 640 and didnt get them till after asking 3 times and finally got them at 737. Server was over worked and couldnt keep up. Was a frequent visit but without proper address to this review we will never be back. Attached is a picture at 710 when I paid the bill after waiting 30 minutes, finally got the wings at 735. 55 minutes later. Unacceptable is my opinion.

Just went out with some colleagues and waited over 45mins just to forcibly stop a waitress to get an order. Their supposed all you can eat wings took forever to be served and the portions were smaller each time

While this does have the normal level of Saint Louis food, the service is extremely slow. The staff are friendly but it takes a long time to place the order, receive your meal and pay afterwards. Not the location to go if you have anything to do afterwards.

Service was great, but the food wasn t. Had the All you can eat boneless wings . They were very salty, overcooked, and very dried out. We also watched what looked like a drug deal go down in the parking lot.

Completely burnt both orders of wings. Guessing the fryer temp was set too high (in an effort to cook faster). No less than 3 wings were inedible. Sauce was weak and flavorless. Worst wing experience in years. Will not return.

Decided to check this place out because it s close to home and our usual wing place (lockeroom) was packed. The wings here are gross. They tasted burnt and possibly figured that with the amount of sauce on the wings we wouldn t notice. The service was good, our server was polite and apologetic and had my meal removed off the bill. I don t think we will be back though.

Went in on a Tuesday5 pm for wings and a beer. Waitress took my beer order and i did get my beer, she left the menu and never came back. She was too busy chatting with the girl behind the bar and cashing out. The girl behind the bar did some time later ask if i wanted something from the menu. Too late, poor hand off. Very poor service. Will not be going back there. Off to the Lockerroon where they know what customer service is.

This place has gone downhill over the years. Service was very slow and food wasnt very good at all. Took nearly 30 minutes to receive my order. The rest of the table received their food 20 mins before I did. When asked where my meal was, the server had a lost in the woods look. 5 minutes later, she shows up with overcooked wings that were clearly already sauced and quickly bathed in the fryer. They tasted terrible and were not dusted like I had asked for. Further to our disappointment, the server did not do any follow-ups with us during our meals. We should have known this was not the best place to go when we sat and waited nearly 15 mins for a server to take our order. We wont return to this location again. Save your money and spend it somewhere with better food and service. This place is becoming a dump.

Arrived around 5:15 pm, restaurant was 1/3 full. Most of the empty tables had not been bussed from prior guests. Took an hour to get our first order of all you can eat wings as we were about to leave. Server only took our order and didn t check back in until the food was ready. Do not recommend this location.

NO STARS DESERVED! Service is terrible! Cleanliness is AWFUL!!!!! My fiancé and I walk in for our anniversary dinner and no clean tables whatsoever. A sign at the front door says to seat ourselves as we do so and have waited over 25 mins for a menu . Finally someone comes over and tells us that it s over a hour wait for food!!!!!This is ridiculous and disgusting!

Really bad. Waitress was rude, there was only one that I could see. Food smelled good but we didnt get a chance to order in the 45 minutes we were there. Disgusting sangria with the pitcher 3/4 full of ice. Got less than three of those small glasses at most out of the whole pitcher. Asked for table to be wiped down, never got wiped down. Waitress didnt introduce herself, didnt make conversation, etc. Small old blonde lady. All in all, terrible service- wont be back.

Came in at 7pm June 29th/2023 Food was the only good part. Service by jordan was awful and they did not know how to prioritize people who were ahead of others. Was very snobby and continously forgot little things. Messed up our first very simple order. Will NOT be returning again. Dont get your hopes up both locations are awful. Was not worth the 60 bucks we paid.

This place is filthy and terrible service! My family and I were here and didn t even get our food for a good hour and a half! Not to mention They completely messed up on our orders. by that time we were all starving and just ate what was given to us. management should be embarrassed and FIRED!!!!!!!!! The type of service you would see at this establishment is what you would see at a company who doesn t care about its customers. The lack of utter respect and bitter entitlement the boss upholds is truly sickening. I would highly recommend anyone to skip on this location entirely as the means to provide genuine customer service is lost in every single way.

there were chunks of food left under our table from the previous people sitting there. only one waitress doing everything and was completely overwhelmed. it took over an hour to get any food. i had ordered the impossible wings and had to wait even longer because they made me wings with real meat in them (luckily the waitress was paying attention). new management doesn t seem to care about any honest reviews regarding the business. overall horrible experience.

Came in from winnipeg too visit this place with family with high expectations. Only 2 servers in the place and there pouring there own drinks. No bartender at all. They almost gave my vegetarian girlfriend the real wings instead of the plant based wings. Food took well over a hour to come out. Not sure if the new management doesnt know how to run a restaurant. Figure it out. I pray the location in Winnipeg isnt this bad.

When we showed up it wasnt busy. This is the first time visiting this franchise Ill add. Orders got mixed up, food was not hot, one person didnt get her food until the reat of us had already eaten. In my opinion the establishment was understaffed and poorly run by management. Ill be contacting head office about our experience there. We took a break from st Louis cause it went down hill, we switched over to wild wing and havent been let down but tonight we decided to cheat on wild wing & try st Louis again BIG mistake. This location is a train wreck. Food took forever to get out of the kitchen, order was wrong, food was cold not great at all... the only reason service got the amount of stars it did is because an old friend was our server and she is great at her job. Unfortunately we likely wont be back. 8/10 do NOT recommend

Horrible service and food.Pop was flat.Waited an hour for poutine and nachos after ordering. Food arrived stone cold . The loaded nachos had barely a sprinkle of green onions . The only topping that was on them. The front staff had the kitchen make fresh meals and said it was on the house. Asked for take out containers when finished . which we waited another 30 mins before we received them. Staff was too busy getting other patrons drinks. Will never eat here or any other St Louis ever again.

I dont usually write reviews but after ordering food from here I just had to. For a place that is known to have the best wings I was very disappointed last night after picking up my order. I ordered 2lb wings and was very disappointed in the quality of the wings. The wings had a lot of dead blood on the inside and were not edible at all. It was too late to call them back and let them know and order something else but for a restaurant that has wings as their main advertisement, I expected the kitchen staff to be a bit more particular about the quality of wings they send out to their customers as I am sure they wouldnt be okay with receiving an order of these wings themselves.

Id give a No star, but you wont see it. Was shouted to take a seat from across the bar; while shee seem to have a conversationwith friends. Sat down 20 minutes, while waiting we over heard one customer stating they were waiting outside to pay the bill for a while now. She left to see the other customers, then deep into more chat with themes. No menue was offer, nore drinks. Since were not from around and service was already questionable Ive check the terrible review and left to BATON ROUGE, where everything was exceptional just 6 minutes away!

We asked to get a simple set of wings and fries ordered. We explicitly said to the server we were in a hurry. She got our drinks quickly - ok. It took nearly 25 minutes to get out our wings orders. We saw 6 take out orders going out ahead of us. We were told the cook was not feeling well. Hmm. Ok. It wasnt very full in the bar. It was not a rush for orders. We asked for our bill. It took another 12 minutes of waiting. Our server was pleasant yes but something was obviously distracting. I would not say it was a fail. The wings and fries tastes well and they were fresh. I had been at St. Louis in Innisfil. So bad there it was cringeworthy. The chain is not really holding up except at best mediocre to bad.

I m a bit perplexed; the kitchen manager keeps swearing. I am supposed to meet my brother for dinner with his kids and family.we cancelled due to the fact that all I kept hearing is the f word while cutlery falls or something goes wrong apparently beyond his control. I m pretty sure their are many other options in the area and we will be taking full advance them in the future and we ll past Xmas. I m not here to get someone in the doghouse but manners and tone and not to mention, professionalism is key in the hospitality industry.Definitely not what it was. See you for may 24 weekend. Ps,the whole room heard profanity thrown around many times during my two drinks. Staff needs to pick up the pace. Slow as hell today and only 7 people in there. We waited 27 minutes before we got to order. Was just about to leave when she brought our coffee and took order. She made a bloody Mary for someone and it sat there for 10mins before serving it. Pathetic Service for a none busy restaurant

Great location. Staff definitely over serve the regulars there and been harassed by over drunk customers that they cant handle because they dont have more than 2 staff working a Friday night next to a college. Otherwise if you want subzero beer and decent food they got you handled

A standard bar with lack of Covid care. The employees are great but the food is subpar. Lots of drunk and drugged out people near and at this bar at night ( before Covid ). Would not recommend at all.

Horrible restaurant that tries to rip you off ANY chance they get. The $10 fish&chips special only gives you one piece because it s a special How is it a special when you get half as much food? EVERY other St.Louis restaurant gives you two pieces. They add extra stuff to your bill and if you re eating in and deliberately take forever to ring in your food so you ll drink more. Just old dirty trick. DON T EAT HERE!

To preface, this was Super Bowl weekend so I can totally understand the business of this location at that time. The actual quality of the food was fantastic, I have no complaints there. HOWEVER, we did place the order early that morning for pick up at 5:55pm but we did have to wait an additional 30mins. Again, I somewhat understand considering the Super Bowl but it was a little frustrating since we did make the order early and was hoping to grab the food and go. I did make an order of wings where we requested mostly flats if possible, which again, makes sense if they couldnt do it but youd assume if they couldnt, you would get an even amount of flats & drums as usual. Despite asking for mostly flats if possible, they decided to give us 90% drums. Again, the food was great in taste, but I did take 2 stars off considering we did ask for mostly flats and they gave us the exact opposite. I will give them credit, despite being busy the rest of the order was made correctly!

Ordered the wing poutine from this location, only because the one on dunlop closed down. Food took 30 minutes longer then quoted, the poutin was missing the dill sauce, hotsauce and green onions. The staff seemed pretty lazy aswell.

Said we wouldnt return after last time, decided to try again, we decided on pickup. Staff were friendly and quick , our wings were overcooked, dry and barely sauced. I ate a 2 flame lb of wings without a sip of water. Not impressed , hard to keep wasting money.

This place has horrible service. We ordered skip the dishes and paid for someone to deliver our food to us. Our 30 boneless wings were SO over cooked they weren t even edible. So I called and asked if I drove over if I could have new ones. Apparently there was a misunderstanding along the way because when we got the new order it was only half of what was suppose to be made and what we paid for and brought back. So by this time we were half way home and I turned around we came back I called as we were on the way back and the Manager at the time Argued with me and told me that I told him I only need the honey garlic wings he continued to argue and tell me I can t just call and get orders re made. He wasn t going to re make every order I complained about. I insisted he make the other 15 wings he owes us as we just drove here after PAYING for delivery. And also paying for the food on top of driving here and delivery. I am disgusted. I use to be a bar supervisor at St. Louis Bar and grill in Mississauga. I would NEVER treat any of my guests like I was treated.

Let me start by saying, I dont usually write reviews but in this case \i am not only angry but disappointed with the quality of service I have received. Ordered a Cobb Salad and this is what I got. A salad that was supposed to have iceberg, romaine and spring mix lettuce. The clubhouse sandwich order was only warmed bread and not toasted. I called the restaurant directly and they refused to do anything since I ordered it through Skip the dishes. Not even a manager on site to talk to, just the wait staff and they are very busy,. If I wanted to order a new salad they would make it but I needed to pick it up myself. I used Skip the Dishes for a reason since I can not currently drive for health reasons. Now I have an unappetizing, unappealing and very disappointing salad and nothing else . Currently I am waiting for a response from Skip the Dishes but not holding out much hope. Just another email that can be ignored.

Placed an order for pick up. The 2 ladys at the bar were extremely nice. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. The wings has awesome flavor but were very small, smallest wings Ive ever seen, and the saucy wings were placed on top of my fries making them a spicy soggy mess gross.

Ordered through skip entire order largely inedible cauliflower very dry came with no sauce on it at all, nachos was tons of chips a bit of topping on the top and was missing several toppings also very dry entire order pretty much inedible and went right in the garbage. Skip fully refunded called the restaurant and they didn t even offer to replace the order, apologize or anything definitely won t order from them again! Horrible service!

Bad service, I went in and asked about all you can eat wings. The waitress says yes it is all you can eat wings with the purchase of a drink. I then ordered a pound of wings, was eating them and grabbed my own menu to check what flavor I would like for my next plate. To only read that it is all you can eat boneless wings. So I asked if thats the case, she says yes if I want more wings I would have to buy another order (lol). No clue why the waitress wouldnt think to mention that (when I ordered a pound of wings) as my only previous question to her was about the all you can eat wings. Bad service. Ive been to this location quite a few times now and 3 of the last 4 times I had no reason to leave a tip, which is not what I like doing. I tip for my service though and figured Id write a review now because its happened the few last times I have been into the place. Overall, not great service at the location. I enjoy the St. Louis food but for the future I will be sure to make the extra 10-15 minute drive to go to a different location.

My order was wrong, my sister found a hair in her veggies. They didnt charge for my meal and gave discount card to my sister.

Food was good. Service was decent. Pricing is a bit high. Found it quite difficult to enjoy my meal with family as there were customers clearly being over served, belligerent and swearing loudly during lunch hours.

Have been coming here on the regular since they opened. The staff are always super friendly and actually make an effort to remember who you are.

Service is usually pretty good, certain drinks are more expensive here than other places, fries are pretty good but the wings are pretty small and dry only worth eating them when its half priced wings definitely not worth getting them at full price.

Came here for a leafs playoff game and non of the bar or kitchen staff knew how to change the volume from music to the hockey game. Basic stuff for any sports bar. Come on

Absolutely god awful location. Do not go here. My girlfriend and I travelled 30 minutes to come here on the night of August 10th. When we arrived there were three different servers and a bartender working. We were told to sit down anywhere, so we chose the table right near us. About 20 minutes after sitting down, someone finally came by and asked if we had our order taken. We let them know we did not and he apologized and said he would come right back with menus. We waited another 20 minutes and absolutely nobody came back. Not a peep. 40 minutes of sitting at a table and we didnt even get a drink order in. Considering there were only three other tables seated, and every employee had seen us sitting there someone should have come by. It was so awful service we got up and left. If I could leave a zero star review I would, as they clearly have no idea what they are doing.

I have never seen waiters like these waiters I saw tonight. The rude and bad attitude. They thought, they were kind to us that they came to work. After 10 min i waited, she came to me and I asked for seating out side . she said no you cant because i havent time for serve you in patio.!!!!. I am sorry for owner, for hiring these unprofessional people. If they are not happy with working in pandemic time, nobody force them. Even though they were not polite with us, we gave them 15% tip, because they didnt make money for 2,3 months and we supported them. I never back to this St Louis and i wrote my experience in Georgian College students page too.

Nice ppl great food and cold beer

Love this place. Good food, nice people, big boy beers for $5.99. Cant go wrong. Good for Leafs/Raptors/Jays fans too, good atmosphere, especially at the weekend or a big game.

The place was busy for a Wednesday night. The service was fast, polite, cheerful and not pushy. The special was the 1/2 price burgers, had the all Canadian with fries and side of gravy. The fries were really hot and crispy. Surprising that fries becomes a gauge of the food overall. The burger being half price was amazing. Not sure the size would have justified the full price. The taste and quality was really good. Food time from order to table was not super fast but given how busy probably reasonable.

Terrible service. Sat there for 40 minutes didnt even receive my drinks. Left due to the terrible service.

Good service. Bad food. Ordered wings with fries. Smallest wings I have ever had. Dry and left strange taste which makes me think the frying oil is old. Fries were frozen and some were not even cooked completely. Left quickly, will not be back.
