Often come here on Thursdays for lunch. The service is quick/friendly and Dana was/is great! I find that sometimes they are a bit understaffed. Overall a great experience every time I am here.

Before entering and even ordering, I asked if it was possible to watch the Canada vs. Chile match. They said yes. I ordered food, had dinner, and as soon as I paid, they changed the TV to a UFC event because they said they had paid for it. Terrible service! I will never visit this place again!!

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. The bartender was visibly annoyed that we were sitting at our table for a while. He made no effort to hide his irritation and even passed rude comments about us within earshot. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal. I expected much better service and will not be returning.

He didnt try to hide his annoyance, and he even made hurtful remarks about us to anyone who could hear. This kind of behaviour spoiled the otherwise nice meal and is very inappropriate. I wont be coming back because I expected much better service.

My recent visit to Boston Pizza was extremely disappointing. The bartender was clearly frustrated that we were staying at our table for an extended time. I recently had a very disappointing experience at Boston Pizza. The customer service was incredibly rude, and the staff acted strangely over the tip. They even made vulgar comments about me and my friends, which is completely unacceptable. This behavior ruined what should have been an enjoyable meal, and I expected much better. I will not be returning.

We came in around 3pm. The service is fast and we didnt wait long for the food. Onion rings drizzed with sriracha and with dill dip is a must try.

Pretty mediocre food for the price. Jalapeño dip was the best thing we had. Wings were gross my daughter didnt eat them. My club was okay My husbands perogy pizza was gross he didnt eat it. Ceasar salad was okay as well. My son will literally eat grass so his opinion on his burger was good. No body was able to seat us we stood around for 5 minutes and seated our selves . Food took awhile for not having anyone else really there. Maybe 2 other tables . Drinks were done for a solid 20 minutes before we got a refill. Bill took forever to obtain . For the 105$ bill I wouldve expected the food to be less disappointing and the service to be better.

Stopped in for a quick late dinner with coworkers. I had the honey dill chicken Sammy. It was hot, fresh and bland. Like really bland. Service was great for late at night. Coworkers had pizza / pirogi and sweet italian and said it was good. Guess I should have ordered pizza at the pizza place right? It was 21 after taxes and probably could have gotten better at Chick Fil A for 1/2 the money. We sat on the Bar side and it was - well - the bar side. Some sports channels on and that s it.

Servers shift was done she left and said that someone else would take care of us. Haven t seen another server since they left. They took our order never delivered cutlery or condiments and we had to find someone to bring us some. Very unfortunate.

Every time I visit this location, I am left disappointed. Tonight, we spent the end of the first period and all of the second of the Leafs game without any interaction from the server. No one checked in on us, no one asked to refill our drinks. It wasnt crazy busy either, and the manager wasnt stepping in either, despite being visible. I had to flag down our server to get our bill and the machine and during this time, our table still hadnt been cleared. The food was just subpar, but the bill was still expensive -- and on top of that, they expect a tip! We were absolutely disappointed by this experience and our past experiences at this location. Its obviously not a one off, but rather a consistent factor. Hopefully this isnt many peoples experience, but it is still something that needs to be mentioned. Im not saying this is true for all BPs, but rather this location specifically.

I ordered chicken Quesadillas l Literally had no chicken or sauce I told the waitress apologizing Im paying for flat bread, I shouldve taken a picture. Waitress was wonderful, BTW. I must say my friends meal was really good ? I was hungry! They gave me fries with watery gravy. Side order free anyways I will never go back, my friend can. Good bye

Sadly the place was almost empty... Yet it took 15 minutes for the waitress to make her ready over to us. Its a shame because the food is very good... This is the second time weve been extremely disappointed in the service.

Vegetarian options: They have great vegan cheese. I had it on pizza. Dietary restrictions: They have the best gluten free pizza I have ever had. You cannot tell it is GF.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and Caesar salad. The pizza is not good, and what takes a potential 3 star down to a 2 star is the pricing. We could not believe how expensive Boston pizza has become! Do not recommend, lots of other food options in the area.

Went for dinner, good experience could be better if lady would be a bit more polite and wouldn t ignore us. It was not at all busy, took forever to take our order and was not even paying attention. Customer service needs to taught please. Overall food okay.

We went at Valentine s day, it was a line up but we got served quite quickly. Great decorations, responsible and respectful staff and best of all the heart shape Deluxe Pizza really made our night.

Placed an order online for pick up and the individual in line in front of me was a courier to pick up an order, but he didn t have a thermal bag. Hats off to this location for refusing to hand over an order to a delivery driver that didn t have a thermal bag! It shows that this restaurant values food quality to give their customers the best experience whether they are dining in or eating at home. Keep up the good work!

Got there at 930 on a Friday wanted to take the girlfriend out for dinner as we both like Boston pizza. We waited 10 mins to be seated the restaurant was dead and they said there were shutting down the dinning side so now we had to eat on the bar side with the speakers so loud we couldnt hear each other. With waiting 10 mins to be seated and that I dont think I will ever go to this one again food was slow to come out. I have been to many Boston pizzas and this one is by far the worst. Maybe it was the day or the staff but it was not a very pleasant experience.

My husband and I were in the restaurant at approximately 4pm-4:30ish on April 17th, 2023 and all we heard was screaming from the back of the restaurant by one of the employees. This was a very unprofessional thing to do while diners were in the restaurant trying to enjoy a nice meal. While the food was great, the level of professionalism and atmosphere was not. I really hope this was not a manager or owner doing so as this is not how you treat employees. Do better Boston Pizza!!!!

I spend a lot of my lunch hours here. The server Cassidy is always so friendly and helpful. Good always tastes great and is fast to come out!

Took my son for lunch. No kids menu or coloring page was given. We didnt even get cutlery. We had pizza so it wasnt needed. And first time nobody asked if the food was good after the minute or so. Food was good.Ill still return. Hopefully better experience next time.

Boston pizza is a casual place for lunch or dinner; however, I ve had a handful of poor experiences from this specific location. I went yesterday for Father s Day and had a short black hair in my sandwich, the ceasars were way too salty, and the fries were soggy and lacked any flavour. In addition, the app plates they brought over were dirty and unusable. The only reason why I m giving a 3 star and not a 2 is because staff are friendly.

Ok but still overpriced for mediocre food.

It is a family bar with good food and many screens to watch your favorite sport. If you dont see a particular program on the screens, you can ask the waitress and the manager authorizes them to show you the programming.

Hawaiian pizza ,chicken sandwich and a childs chicken fingers with dessert excellent. Our waitress Dana was very ,very good.

I went during a Monday to catch-up with a buddy. I was impressed that they offered halal options. I ordered Honey Chicken Power Bowl and a Mediterranean Pizza. Both were yummy. Edit: the halal chicken can only be offered as a grilled item and I found the meat a bit underwhelming. I believe either the texture or method of cooking is off. I liked the grilled tomatoes with greens on the power bowl. The hot and cold style worked well together. I didnt notice any quinoa on my bowl so that was disappointing and the brown rice serving was small. Nonetheless, the bowl was delicious. The pizza was decent but thin crust would have been ideal. Im sure you can customize that option. I ended it with poonokie dessert which is a soft carmelized cookie with vanilla ice cream. It was indulging but fortunately I split it with my friend. Very nice way to end the night. The service was good too and our server was friendly and kind. I am definitely going back to try other pastas and pizza combos. Might even try the wings. Small items: service was really slow, we barely got water after asking twice, once it came the water (or the glass) has dirt of some sort, the cup for the tea was dirty, Pepsi was flat Big items: the pizza when ordered was missing a key topping, the chicken substitute on the pizza was just dropped on top, plain, looked it was boiled and threw it on top of the dish, same for the chicken in the spicy chicken Mac and cheese, If your going for the halal option at BP, not worth it. Possibly the worst $50 on food

We were here for a late lunch on Friday. Our server was nice and prompt. She told us about the latest store promotion with kids eat free . And refill on the drink was quick. Food was fresh. We like how the pizza crust has right amount of crisp. Spaghetti and meatball was OK. Overall we had a good experience and my son finished his plate.

Went as a group of friends. The waitress was extremely great. She brought refills without prompting and she was very skillful in handling all the different requests. Good job

It seems like its getting a little old. Food was fine but nothing to write home about. It was a Tuesday but very quiet. Service wasnt great but it was ok at best.

We took my elderly mother for lunch today. Dropped her off at the front door with my partner as she has mobility issues and the waitress/hostess promptly opened the doors to help her. Service was great food was great. Thank you Cassie for making our visit very enjoyable.

Shrimp Alfredo was delicious!! Bartender/Server Shauna was so friendly and attentive. Before we finished our drinks, she came by asking if we wanted a new one. Manager Nicole came by our table. Also, very friendly. They all seemed so happy to have our business. We went into BP since St. Louis was closed during the day yesterday. We ll definitely be back!

Waste of my money. I tried delivery and received burnt salmon and was also extremely salty. I could only eat couple of spoons. I had to throw it away. Very bad service.

Chicken was very rubbery for the sandwich, as were the wings. The server seemed inexperienced as she didnt notice or comment that food was barely eaten and forgot the sundae for the kids meal. She also took a long time for most actions in a slow period of the day. Im not sure if I would give this location another shot

We had an amazing time at Boston Pizza. The good was delicious and exactly how we ordered it. Our waitress was brilliant. It was her first shift and Gillian nailed it! She was courteous, asked all the right questions, gave us space yo enjoy our meal, but made sure we wanted for nothing. She is kind, full of smiles, and made my kids so happy. Excellent meal, even better service!

Staff was great. I had the beef dip. They serve the beef dip with a tiny container of au jus maybe a bigger container. The problem is is the container is so small. You cant get the sandwich in the au jus or the dip if you will. Had fries and was second guessing my fries as I was ordering it. They do regret ordering the fries. The fries were cold. Maybe would have liked a salad Price of the meal for two of us was $70 as well. Worth the money
