Picked up a couple of the ready made Jimmy Chew Pizzas at our local butcher. Tasteless. The Hawaiian pizza had paper thin slivers of what we have to assume was pineapple. Very disappointed.

Pizza was dry and overcooked, not a long distance to deliver , likely it was sitting out for a while because it was a pre order Did taste bad but nothing special Had better pizzas in Barrie for much less Food : 2/5

Best pizza in town with real chunks of topings, not processed bits. Pay for the quality so its not the every night option but its unreal when you want to splurge.

No pizza slices. Weird that a downtown pizza place doesnt sell pizza slices. Definitely dont want a whole pizza, though that was what was offered to me.

I love pizza, I eat weekly. This place came highly recommended by a friend. I have ordered twice now, the same order both times. The consistency was not there... My 1st pizza was good, todays lacked toppings and was doughy. For the price I expect better. My search for a great pizza continues.

Really fantastic pizza. Crust was airy and soft with the right amount of chew. Great ingredients. Service and pizza cook was quick. Fantastic place for lunch (youll have time!). I only wish there was more seating when it gets busy if youre eating in.

This place has replaced all our old pizza joints! We absolutely love their pizza! The crust light and airy and there ingredients taste super fresh!

June 2024 and got the gluten-free Hawaiian pizza with vegan cheese and very tasty. The crust had some texture and moistness and the vegan cheese was tasty. You can really appreciate the fresh pineapple. Staff very friendly and will recommend this place and will go again.

Best pizza in Barrie! Everyone has gotta try the My Honey s Hot !! Took a half dozen (half baked) pizzas to a bachlorette weekend and they were a hit! They only take 5 mins to finish baking in the oven! Now we love to order them and take them to the cottage on the weekends! Vegetarian options: Order the My Honeys Hot without the sausage! So good!

We ordered on our phone on way home from golf. Was delivered ahead of the time expected. Usually you order pizza from some known spots and takes at least an hour (Fri/Sat) Arrived hot. We had the You are going to need a towel and the Killer Dill as well as Caesar Salad. EVERYTHING was above expectations. Love this place!

Tried jimmy chews for the first time last night and really enjoyed it! We tried the duff and frezzo pizzas. I was a huge fan of the Frezzo. You definitely pay more for pizza here than your typical chain pizza restaurants but the quality of the pizza is definitely waayyyy better here than those other options.

We ordered Grill Billy, regural crust but they made it thick crust. Pizza was undercooked, very chewy and chicken taste odd like it went bad. Compared to price, one tiny chicken piece on each slice. Do not recommend this place.

Wow! What a pizza! Stopped here on the way back from a ski trip to grab a quick bite. We ordered the Hand me a towel and it was definitely spicy as advertised. This is some of the best pizza I ve had in Ontario. The quality of ingredients are evident in the taste from the crust to the sauce. Will definitely be back whenever I m in the area again.

I fell in love with Jimmy Chews back when it was in the Bayfield mall. Recently re-found them and they are just as good as ever. Delivery was under 30 minutes, the veggie pizza hot and delicious and I love the hot honey drizzle! Dressed arugula was brought on the side (without asking) so nothing got soggy. Amazing!

Wow, this pizza is absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients and great combinations. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for. So its worth it.

Pizza- crust was good, tomato sauce and spices tasted authentic Italian. Good quality pepperoni. Enjoyed the pizza. Caesar salad good and acceptable. Overall a bit pricey, comparatively speaking but much better than paying for inedible junk from some of the other pizza places. 6$ for delivery charge, added to the bill. I would order from this place again.

Chose this place on a whim and now have a favorite pizza place! If youve never had ezzo pepperoni before I highly recommend it, they are small, crunchy, and delicious. Miles above any large chain such as dominoes or pizza hut and a little better than paezanos. Their dips are so fresh and I highly recommend the ranch, dill, and stinger.

We discovered Jimmy Chews a locally owned pizza restaurant, on a whim while exploring Barrie. I must say, it was a truly amazing experience. The pizza at Jimmy Chews is truly something special. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the difference in every bite. The dough is perfectly cooked and has a deliciously airy crust. One thing that I feel sets Jimmy Chews apart is their dipping sauces. They have a wide variety of homemade sauces to choose from, and each one is delicious in its own way, especially the garlic one. Overall, I would highly recommend Jimmy Chews to anyone looking for a great pizza.

Decided to try this place today after reading the reviews. Me and my husband have found our new fav pizza place. Crust was perfect, crisp but soft and chewy w the perfect thickness. Ingredients were top notch along w the service. We had the fortune of trying the Caesar dipping sauce which was amazing!! The speed of theim making the pizza was impressive, even more so with no corners being cut! We look forward to going back and trying something else from the menu

Ok .as an Italian wanting a good pizza here in Barrie moving here for the first time. I was disappointed. This is simply just a normal pizza joint, nothing special, I will not be ordering again because simply I can go to pizza nova for better quality .Barrie needs a good Italian pizza place that delivers badly. And second to that, I get the pizza at the door and I get a French fry container filled with arugula. I have had pizza in my life since birth .I have never seen a pizza place not put in on a pizza. It s suppose to be on the pizza so the flavours can marinate together ..same theory as letting good pasta sauce cook for hours.

Absolutely fantastic pizza! The tiny Ezzo pepperoni are done to perfection by being a bit crispy on the edges. Always busy and its no surprise why. Kids love it too which is a big plus

Went out on a whim and tried this place after reading all the 5 star reviews and let me just say that the reviews do not lie. Hands down the best pizza in Barrie. I ordered the basic pepperoni pie with honey garlic chicken wings. The dough was excellent, the tomato sauce was great, not overbearing, ample amounts of cheese and pep. Wings were cooked perfectly as well. The caesar and ranch dipping sauces were a chefs kiss too. All the 5 star reviews are well deserved.

Driving through on our way home from vacation and decided we wanted pizza fell upon this place and figured we give it a go! We got the meat lovers will dill dust on top and it was beyond our expectations! The crust was perfect, right amount of sauce and great flavour. Awesome food, fast and friendly service. I ordered the Bad Lucy pizza from recommendations I ve received. If you like pickles you will LOVE it. I told myself one slice on the way home from work and by the time I got home I had eaten half a pizza. No dipping sauce needed. The crust is probably the best I ve had in a long time, and by far the best I have had in Barrie.

Absolutely blown away by how good this pizza is! The quality and taste is unmatched. Their dairy free vegan cheese is incredible. Service was friendly and fast. Takes the title of Barrie s best pizza place in my opinion.

Ordered a large pepperoni za with dips. Asked for well done. To be honest, this pizza is on the verge of being a low 8 in scoring but it needs some work for oven temp. Crank it up so less flop and a crunch into that crust hits different. Very good customer service and friendly delivery. Overall, would still highly recommend to anyone hoping to get a pizza fix on any given night.

Hands down, bar none, the best delivery pizza from here to Toronto (no, they don t actually deliver that far). Their specialty pizzas are actually unique, as opposed as to the same thing over and over like all the big chains do. And the quality of ingredients is unsurpassed. Pair all of that, with courteous and local customer service (how many times do you call a corporate pizza store and get transferred to a call center), and you have a recipe for the finest pizza Barrie has to offer. Ordering delivery pizza from anywhere else is just a waste of time and money.

First time ordering from Jimmy Chews and not disappointed. We got a classic pepperoni pizza and a specialty pizza the duff . Both were delicious and so full of flavour. The dough was light and airy. Homemade dipping sauce was excellent. The delivery was on point! The tracking system was to the minute and accurate. Would order from them again. One of the best pizzas I have had! Pizza was still hot after delivery!

Let me preface this by saying I have stomach issues. Heavy dough frequently causes issues with my stomach. I was on the hunt for light and fluffy dough. The hunt is over! First time ordering. Had it delivered. Found the pizza to be ok. A little dry even though we asked for extra sauce pepperoni was excellent. Caesar salad was awesome. Not sure if we d order again from this place as 2 pizzas and a salad with the delivery fee was $70. And honestly not substantially better then most other pizza take out places that would be $20+ cheaper

Bad customer service. Mistakes happen and sometimes food gets overcooked (burnt) - 2 stars for telling me that pepperoni comes hard as a cracker and crumbles when you bite into it, oh and refusing to do anything about my burnt $30 medium pizza, other than offering me a free dipping sauce.

The BEST pizza in Barrie! It might even be the best pizza I have ever had. The Bad Lucy is a MUST try! My goal is to try every pizza on the menu. The wings are also amazing and the Caesar salad with homemade dressing is worthy of serving guests.

The variety of pizzas and toppings are great, something for everyone. Some toppings I have not seen at other pizza places. Prices are good for the quality of the pizza. Best pizza Ive had in Barrie. The care they put into details is amazing - every ingredient is so high quality and so much of it is made in-house. That sourdough crust is to die for - the only pizza I dont feel the need to order in thin crust! Love ordering off the website and food is hot when delivered. They even packaged the arugula topping for my most recent pizza separately so it didnt get soggy on the hot pizza during the delivery drive. When they were in the Bayfield mall, they provided excellent customer service when I went to the counter, too. A fantastic local business with quality product.

Pizza is okay, had 2 large pepperoni pizzas, they were not exactly large, but thats okay. Unfortunately the pizza wasnt spectacular to offset it. I was hoping for a touch of crunch, but it was a bit bready. Sauce is okay pepperoni was nice and crisp. Not sure if other topping pizzas would change my mind but I would say 3.5, so trying to be positive going to round it up to a 4

Like some other reviews, I learned about Jimmy Chew s via Reddit. Asked a few friends who were already in the know and heard only amazing things. I was skeptical at first with the price (it ain t no hot n ready or 5 bucks 5 bucks 5 bucks) but OH MY GOODNESS this pizza is INCREDIBLE. Worth every penny. Heed their advice and get 2 dips per medium. Loved the Caesar dip. I ll be back!

Excellent pizza- best in Barrie. I personally recommend the Bad Lucy (!!), Hot Hawaiian and Sgt Pepper. You need to try their dips as well - Stinger Dip and Dillicious are amazing. Plus, Jimmy chews is owned by some of the same people who owned Painters Hall - need I say more?! Delicious!

The pizza is really good. I ve been going here since they opened in the Bayfield mall. The first time I ordered the Ceaser salad at the bayfield mall, it was amazing. I ordered it recently and it s not nearly as good. The lettuce was just soggy and there was barely any onion :( it s just not as good as it once was and definitely not worth $12. I ll continue ordering the pizza, but unfortunately not the salad.

Tried the Hawaiian, Canadian and the Veggie. Each one better than the last. From the 1st bite its the fantastic flavour. I was very impressed by the smokey Canadian bacon they use. Omg it was so good. Maybe a couple bucks more, but so worthwhile. Bravo.

Ordered 3 large, amazing pizzas. They were phenomenal and the store went above and beyond finding out the right delivery address when I accidentally transposed the street number! Pizzas were hot and tasty, delivery driver was amazing. A great first, but not last, experience.

stayed in barrie for the night and we decided to get a few pizzas. i personally had the rocket ham with prosciutto, grape tomatoes and fresh arugula. first off friendly staff! was great. tomato sauce on pizza tasted amazing, pizza dough was perfectly cooked, nice crisp but soft inside. prosciutto was thin, perfect. best pizza Ive had in barrie for sure and one of the best pizzas Ive had in memory. will definitely recommend and come again when in barrie! 9.5/10

Easily the best pizza place i ve ever been to. They have very unique pizzas as well as the best quality of toppings. Their staff are also very helpful and kind to talk to. Would definitely recommend going here if you haven t yet.

Fantastic pizza, great house made toppings, tasty crust.

They have nailed every part of this business. The pizza is mouthwatering and fresh, we never have any leftovers. We love to go and pick it up just to see the smiling, friendly staff:) We love Jimmy Chews pizza and highly recommend it to everyone.

The pizza is far better then most spots, but only 4 stars is because the pizza was actually overcooked, and it was pretty dry, but the ingredients made it taste great, I just hope they wont burn it/overcook it next time

Not just the best pizza in Barrie but possibly one the best pizzas I ve ever had!!! From the super fresh and different wild varieties of toppings like VENISON!!!! And the home made dips are also bomb!!!!!!

This place has the best pizza in Barrie. We ve ordered most of their menu and have enjoyed everything. They always get the order right and it s super quick. Pro tip try their Caesar salad!

Very tasty. Copious amount of gooey cheese and pepperoni was peppery and delicious. I would in the future ask for well done in the oven but overall experience was incredible. 8.2/10 in my books.
