Food is amazing. Have always gone to osmos, this is a level up, will be coming here from now on.

I honestly love this place , first second and third time a came I noticed the portions of meat get smaller and smaller Visited today and got a shawarma wrap that was more lettuce then anything Safe to say I m dissatisfied Quality and taste of food is there but I expect more especially for the cost

I work here for 1 week for 9 hours and didn t pay me for the work i have done and after all that they said my performance was not good. They are straight up scammers don t work for them.

It was 10 at night and my friend and I decided to stop by Pita Land. Ritik served us and went above and beyond. He was very nice and welcoming especially for how late it was .10/10 customer service 10/10 and 10/10 shawarma!

I ordered the poutine . The guy wearing glasses with beard looks professional best and excellent. Love the chicken and the place. I will love to be served by him again .

I ordered the steak shawarma wrap from this place, the meat in the wrap wasnt bad but the vegetables were almost sour just an overall bad experience, not to mention it had me shitting through the eye of a needle an hour later

Went in with my girlfriend Alison, and was blown away by the service- it was my girlfriends first time at a pitaland location. Though she was unsure of what to have, Ritik came to our aid with enthusiasm and knowledge. He made suggestions and recommendations for the both of us without assuming, gave us a tailored and personalized service that fulfilled both of our desires, and smiled the entire time. The food was delicious, but it was Ritik alone confirmed our decision to return whenever in the area. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Ritik was SUPER friendly! It was my first time there and he was so nice and gave me samples of some soup and even wrote an uplifting message on my pita which was so so sweet. Pita was delicious, flavourful and filling. Highly reccomend! Ill be going back for sure

Shubham is awesome very good customer service I came here and amazed by the level of professionalism that he displayed. Great food including the chicken shawarma and salad.

I hate to disparage a restaurant because I realize reviews bring in business which is why I stopped there on my way through town but my experience was not very good. My first impression was that the restaurant was quite dated and somewhat dingy but decided to give the place a chance and placed my order. Was a little put off when I was selecting the ingredients for my shawarma and saw the edges on the lettuce where browning (did not choose the lettuce obviously). The taste was not terrible but seemed a bit off - maybe one of the sauces. Anyway on my way out I visited the restroom as I would be on the road for a while and noticed it was quite dirty. Not the sink and toilet like you would expect but dirty smudges on the lower walls and back of door where it would likely take some weeks to accumulate. Anyway I wouldnt have left the review and forgotten all about the restaurant if I did not experience diarrhea about 1 hour after eating there. I don t feel the Google rating was appropriate - not a pleasant experience!

Not only was the food delicious, but the woman at the counter gave a taster to my 10 month old baby. She loved it!

Really tasty shawarma wrap and lentil soup. More importantly, some really amazing service! We brought our baby daughter in and the staff were so friendly and playful with her, offering her some foods to try.

Came by to pick up dinner on August 13th 2024. Poor girl is very sweet but shes super understaffed. I would love to see some better support behind cash, especially when I see her completing multiple orders... I am disappointed in the owner for not making sure his staff are not overwhelmed. I couldnt imagine if she even gets a break because there is no one to cover her. Food is otherwise decent, and the lady serving us is super sweet.

My wife and I had a fantastic meal at Pita Land Shawarma! I tried the chicken shawarma poutine, and it was delicious crispy fries loaded with flavorful chicken and just the right amount of sauce. My wife had a mixed chicken and beef shawarma, and she loved how tender and well-seasoned the meat was. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely be back!

Reasonably priced middle eastern food. We got a chicken shawarma and a Donaire with 2 appetizer bowls of lentil soup for about $20. Plus with burgers and poutine bowls on the menu there will be something for everyone.

I am so disappointed with my order. I was shocked by the small portion of the mixed grill plate that was provided for the price. The taste was mediocre, but I feel like I have been completely ripped off. Update: I recently learned that they have changed owners, which is why there has been such a drastic change in the food, quality and portion. Such a shame that the new owners have ruined a great business in Barrie.

There online offers are scam I visited there location, after seeing an instagram reel..but the employee denied, she is saying we need to see the offer, else we can t offer you. I am like, how I can find that reel on instagram . Nonsense. Just scamming to get customers and anyways I have seen that ad yesterday but there were no bar code, or any coupon code . Then why the hell she wants to see the reel. Crazy marketing guys . Don t fall in the trap even the food isn t that great. Please don t ask me to call you train your employees . What you gonna do I already ashamed myself infront of your employees and other customers on that day. Talking to you, will do nothing, I am sorry for my words . But this is what it is.

Ordered 1 combo chicken and 2 just sandwiches. The cashier called the owner to find out the price for the just the sandwich and was to charge full combo prices. The cashier didn t even offer the fries and pop to make this right. ($40 for 3 sandwiches 1 fry 1 pop) This is short sighted. I won t be back.

Recently I got the opportunity to visit Pita Land Shawarma. My experience there was absolute great. Food was very good and the most attractive thing was their staff. Their service was very good and Ill highly recommend you guys...you should also try it once.

We were visiting Barrie for a surgery visit and were looking for good food close to our hotel. This place had excellent reviews and the menu options on their website looked yummy. My wife and I both had the chicken shawarma plates and they were so delicious. We would definitely try other options on their menu!

The food is good, I like their dishes. Not the best shawarma I have had though. I have noticed the roti they use is the normal ones which you get in every shawarma shop. Its self-service, and people are friendly. The place is not generally crowded and you will get plenty of seats to sit on.

BEST FRIES I HAVE HAD AT ANY PITA PLACE. I went in for my classic favorite chicken shawarma wrap I thought Id give this place a try as I seen the opened somewhat recently. I got the chicken shawmer wrap combo with fries. The value was good and I also got cheesecake which was amazing. The quality of the chicken was fantastic and very delicious. But I could not believe how good the fries were for a pita restaurant. Next time Ill be trying the poutine just because of this! The restaurant was spotless clean!

Im not sure what the name of the girl who was working alone by herself tonight but she was killing it. Made a family of 6 all of their orders then made 2 more orders before she got to me. It maybe took her 10 minutes. It was very impressive. She took under 5 minutes to make my meal order and was very apologetic that there was a wait. The food here was amazing as always. Any time I want a pita I go here.

Not sure how this place has such high reviews. We placed an ubereats order which took an hour and half to get to us (waiting on the restaurant). When we finally received our room temperature food we noticed that they had decided to replace our Samosa with extra garlic potatoes but still charge us for the Samosa!!! Horrible experience.

The family mix platter we bought there over the past long weekend on our trip to the cottage was fantastic and more than enough for 8 people. It came with poutine and fries. Perfect customer service was provided by that lady and that gentleman. Everyone should definitely consider.

Ordered from them two Pepsi and chicken shawarma plate What they delivered to me was two Dr Pepper and a potato plate not even close to what I had order I m extremely disappointed with the service wouldn t order again Couldn t even eat it either cause it had tomatoes on it when I didn t even want tomatoes even wrote it in the notes Absolutely disgusting how much everything came up to as well for the price and quality of the food I would never pay or eat here again

I want to Pita to dine in today for lunch service was extremely nice, and they even gave me a free sample potatoes for my kid. The Gyro is a must try, tender and delicious. Plus, the dining area was comfortable and aesthetically pleasing.

The food is always so delicious and on point, the owner is always there and hands on, so friendly always thanking us for coming in and throwing something extra. 100/10 Stars. From the absolutely delicious food to the amazing owners and staff, this place really is worth every last dime. My family buy from here at least once a week and it is so good! I really cant put into words how good this place is but if you are looking for somewhere to eat go here, please just try it you wont regret it. I really hope this place and the owners do well because they have done an amazing job with the food, the hospitality and on top of everything you feel good after eating here. Seriously, eat here.

I m a big fan of Pita Land but the food in their Barrie location wasn t as good as their Toronto locations. Something was missing.

I dont know what to say. The only person working there offered free food to us while we waited with no description as to what it was. The prices were high and the food was small. They didnt have many canned drink selections that were cold, and when we asked about that they gave us cold bottles at a higher price. The bathrooms are gross, like they were cleaned last week and we had to ask the staff person to clean all the paper towels just so that we could use it. Will not return.

In my entire life I have never wished to be rich. But, if I was rich Id seriously consider eating here at least 3 times a week if not more. Fantastic staff. Owners are amazing, and food is spectacular. Seriously, just go eat here. Often...

Was up in barrie and found this place close by. Excellent little spot to come and grab quick meal! I went in and got a chicken shwarma wrap and a can of pop for 16 or 17 bucks and the pita was hudge! The lady serving me was very kind, helpful and had no issues adding extra toppings for me giving me a great experiance and almost not being able to finish the wrap. See pictures for menu, decor and size of the wrap!

We always have great service at Pita Land, and the food is really good and reasonably priced. We ve tried the chicken and beef shawarma and the gyro. The best though- their garlic potatoes! Sooo good!!

We stopped here on our way to a cottage in Muskoka. I didnt expect much but the food was so flavorful. We had shawarma plates and they were delicious. I really want to comment on the excellent service we received by the owner and staff. They were so pleasant. And also added a lot of extra freebies for us incl 5 bottles of juice and soup. I would highly recommend visiting this location.
