I was travelling all over the Ontario and I made a stop in Barrie and search about a Punjabi restaurants and I got Punjabi chap corner on the top. Staff was fabulous and they recommend us a box meal for two people and It was more than enough food and the food was so delicious. They did really good job. I am delivery driver with uber and doordash and whenever i come to this restaurant for pickup they always told me to wait 10 minutes and after that they are giving order after 20 minutes. They are wasting my time because i have seen that orders were popping at their screen and they are not accepting them because they all are in kitchen . Even they are telling me to unassign the order because they want me lose my ratings. Always worst experience whenever i pick order from them.

The food was excellent, and we were very pleased with the service provided by Myra. However, we noticed that Pankaj s behavior towards his staff was quite rude and unprofessional.

No doubt the food was amazing at this place. The spring rolls are the best! Our server was attentive and did a fantastic job. However, the manager, Pankaj, was quite rude to the employees, even yelling at them in front of customers. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable, which took away from an otherwise great dining experience.

This is my first visit to this place like i have visited chaap corner s other locations but the hospitality the just gave to me was soo soo good specially the girl who was wearing hizab is soo good man. Thank you girl you r seperb. Everyone should go to this place

Experience was good. Overall food was way better i like the tandoori momos but will never recommend the spinach filling to anyone. No offence but will never try spinach filling again.

I tried chole bhature, it was too bad. The chana s were too oily, stale and bhatura s were too small in size similar to poori and not properly fried. I recommend not to try.

I would definitely recommend to try their Handi Chaap Pizza as a starting appetizer. The paani puri comes with three flavours of water and all of them come with its own unique experience. Try their Tawa Paneer for the main entree and of courses dont forget the masala tea! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the items. The atmosphere is welcoming, spacious and clean. We didnt get a chance to try their desserts but from what we heard from the other guest, they were ranting and raving about the desserts too. Def must try this vegetarian restaurant for sure!

Review of Punjabi Champ Corner I had an amazing experience at Punjabi Champ Corner! The food was outstanding, especially the Malai Champ, which was tender and bursting with flavor. Newly opened right in the heart of Downtown Barrie, I had an opportunity to try one of the Chaap and rice bowls, WOW amazing fresh ingredients and exceptional taste!!!! Restaurant is brand new and very clean, as soon as you walk in you are hit with this amazing south Asian aroma and your mouth begins to water lol. Great Job!!!!

The food is pretty expensive but the portion size is about decent. Momos aren t anything to write home about and the afghani chap is about 90% onions. Very crammed and limited seating, they ve got only four tables and all food is served in to-go boxes and disposable plastic cutlery regardless of weather it s a take out or not. Will not be returning because of the prices but in no way was it a negative experience. Friendly staff. Vegetarian options: All food served contains no meat.

Well it was the best food I have ever tried in Barrie this location is newly opened few days back the employees were so friendly and polite there service was so quick I tried malai chaap and rumali roti / kurkure momos / and pani puri which was so delicious I will recommend to go and visit there once & you ll never forget the visit again so finger lickin good food!

I went to this place in the afternoon. This store was not busy. Only two customers were in the store. I ordered tandoori chaap and burger combo. I had to wait 30 to 40 minutes to get my order. Even though the girl at the counter did not served me green chutni. The quantity of fries and chaap was too less. I asked the worker to cut the burger in half, but she did not even do that. Even though restaurant was not busy, still had to wait for more than half and hour. No initiative was taken to compensate.

The food was not very good quality and was overpriced. On top of that, there was dirt on top of the cans of soda and when we went to pay, the owner was having a phone conversation the entire time while at the counter and we had to wait until another person who worked there noticed this in order for us to pay for the food. It was overall a very bad experience.

The worst service i have ever recieved in canada . I did not recommend anyone to visit this location and waste your money . The ordered roganjosh but the chaap in this taste like burnt and the spring roll is almost frozen from inside .

I order malai chap just half hour before but it was not creamy and the chap was very hard to eat. I think i waste my money today. Really disappointed

some of these places have extravagant prices that are not just worth it because the dish is very little in quantity with a weird name and the worst is if you mistakenly see hair or something unruly in your food. So Hygiene is another big turn off.

Weird thing is that firstly w8 for long hour and secondly the food quality and quantity was tooo low. I am on my break and and very excited about this new location food but it was disgusting. Bad quality and quantity
