Food was delicious and great value for money. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, often coming to check on us whether everything is okay and if we needed anything further.
Decided to go for a last-minute Sunday lunch at 5 o clock today. Ordered Sunday roasts which were served lovely and hot, good sized portions. Even had a free Yorkshire pudding, which unfortunately was a bit tasteless & chewy, it had probably just been reheated the same as the roast potatoes, slight disappointment. Sticky toffee pudding was also tasty & a fair sized portion, was served lukewarm though. Service was great, friendly & quick. Restaurant was quite noisy, poor accoustics & lots of small children. All in all a lovely restaurant but wouldn't rush back for the Sunday roast & might go a bit later on in the evening next time. Thanks for the lovely service.
11 of us had a team lunch at the White Horse and the food and service was amazing. Everyone in the group commented on how much they enjoyed their food. Special thanks to Emily and James for the service and attention given to making sure we had a fantastic dining experience. We will certainly be back again and will thoroughly recommend.
Everything was superb as soon as we walked through the door. Service was incredible, food was amazing- we shared a few small plates and they were all perfect- especially the mackerel and Gorgonzola balls. The fire is lit as well so super cosy. Currently thinking we’re going to stay for dessert.
I recently visited The White Horse, Beaconsfield and I can’t praise the service enough. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly. The team was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. Our food and drinks arrived promptly, and everything was served with a smile. Even though the place was busy, we never felt rushed and enjoyed a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of excellent service and delicious food—highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great dining experience! Will be definitely be returning very soon to see Fernando and the lovely team.
This is the first time we have come to The White Horse and we were all SO impressed! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and happy to give advice on food choices. We were a table of 5 and tried out the lamb roast, beef toast and mixed roast and every single one was honestly the best roast we had ever had. The meat was soft and delicious! My daughter had a double portion of squid which again was fresh and soft. We couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. The desserts are huge and delicious too. Well done to the management, you are doing a fantastic job and I will definitely be back. I highly recommend this pub!
Best roast dinner we've had in a long time. Really lovely pub. Will be back to try other dishes soon. We had the lamb and the pork. Highly recommend.
Visited on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner while in Lockdown but, allowed to dine outside, luckily they had a table as we hadn't booked. The food and service were 5 star. The food is some of the best I've had. I love my food to be hot, not warm, not right temperature to eat but piping hot and I'll let it cool down and this is exactly how it came out; which was perfect as we were outside on a chilly day. I had the pie with mash. The mash is the best I've had, smooth and buttery. My partner had the fish cakes which were nice and light. The service was fantastic, polite, friendly and timely. I'll definitely be coming back to see what the ambience is like inside and try something else on the menu.
Very welcoming, lovely food, great service and friendly staff
Exceptionally good. Food excellent. Service excellent. Highly recommended.
Very busy pub and very noisy, barely able to hear conversation around the table.
One of the best Sunday lunches I have ever had.
Fantastic menu. Delicious food. Vegetarian options: Good options Dietary restrictions: Well catered for.
Fernando, James, Emily and team are just exceptional. The bar and restaurant was buzzing and the team were just offering up an exceptional service to the guests. We live close by and call ourselves extremely fortunate to be a local to this great place.
Sunday Roast at 3pm today was excellent. Staff were excellent in service, really attentive, ambience was warm & cosy and food was so yummy. We will be back!
We live nearby and this place has become our go-to pub. The staff are brilliant, always so friendly and attentive, food is excellent and the atmosphere is wonderfully cosy. Definitely recommend their Sunday roast!
Lovely food and atmosphere with a divide between the pub and the main restaurant at the back. Reason for the one star off was the service was particularly poor I think they were understaffed on this Sunday afternoon - we had to chase the stuff for each interaction from ordering drinks to food to asking for the bill, significant time delay between ordering and receiving food. What a shame, but I think I d still return.
Amazing food
Not at all dog friendly as advertised. If your dog barks (shock horror ) expect to be kicked out,and expect the other patrons to glare at you menacingly. Weak management, good food and a great selection of refreshments. Avoid if you have a dog.
Amazing food and the service is fantastic
Disappointed, have eaten there since it opened in 2019. Usually groups of 4 to 15 of us and was always good service ,atmosphere and service. Then last March 2023 we banned ourselves when we got a terrible meal in quality and quantity. Could have forgiven them if not for reaction of the manager. He knew there was an issue, knew we were not happy and did not bother to get involved but was observed clearly looking and eavesdropping. Was left to polite young waiter who said would mention to chef so hopefully not happen to another diner!. That was all the reaction we got. The reason we banned ourselves was as we left the eavesdropping manager said next time we come ask for him and he would make sure we would be happy- no attempt to placate us by a decent apology , reduced price, replace the dish or anything- for us not acceptable. Plenty of other restaurants around where the issue would be resolved far better.
Great food & service
We had a lovely family meal here. Emily and her team were amazing and the food was first class. Would highly recommend and thanks again to Emily, you were superb Dietary restrictions: Great selection of gluten free options.
Food is always good and its a lovely place to eat but the restaurant service can be variable. The manager was good but some of the staff seemed disinterested which was a shame. Wheelchair accessibility: Once youve got over the cobblestones on the road, its really easy and all on one level. We were led to a table at the very back of the restaurant which made it unnecessarily awkward. Id suggest requesting a table at the front.
Lovely setting, really good service and great food. Went out of their way to look after our varied needs, many thanks :-)
Service was fantastic. With patience and time taken to explain things. Menu was varied and food was all delicious. Recommend if you are in Beaconsfield.
Emily, James and the team are always amazing. The new Chicken burger is epic. See you all soon. Thanks Michelle, Mark & Max.
Had a couple of excellent pints of bitter and a Sunday roast which was very good
Doesnt do bottled largers
Stopped here the other day for some food and drinks. The food was very good and the pub had a the botanist kind of vibe. Great place
5th time visit. Same great experience every time.
The food was superb, the staff efficient and very friendly. One of our party was elderly and disabled but the staff couldn t have be more helpful and made the visit very enjoyable. Wheelchair accessibility: Apart from an uneven surface prior to the entrance it is very good which includes a disabled toilet near to the bar and restaurant area.
We were a party of nine, and the staff couldn t have worked harder to ensure we had an amazing time. We had visitors from the states and it was lovely to be able to show off such an amazing place to dine. Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian options, in fact I went for a vegetarian dish for a main, even though I am not. It was lovely! Dietary restrictions: We had a member of our party who is vegetarian and also gluten and dairy intolerant - it was the first time in many years that she was able to choose 3 courses from a menu that met her dietary needs
We had a few drinks in the garden, overlooking the green, on a beautiful sunny day. Tom served our drinks, (he makes excellent Pimms). Tom is definitely a credit to the management there. Always smiling and couldnt be more helpful. Will be back for sure. Service
A great evening with a friend, very relaxed, super friendly staff and delicious food
Such a nice pub, particularly the restaurant area. Good food and service too
Staff are great always smiling drinks are good the Sunday roast needs to step it up a bit Beef excellent Yorkshire good veg not enough potatoes bland Chef sort your spuds out and remember veg is the cheapest part of a roast dinner
We arrived late on a Sunday night, a family travelling along the M40 with a long journey ahead of us, and we needed somewhere comfortable for a break and some food before continuing. We have enjoyed my meals at Brunning and Price venues over the years, we have always had good experiences. We phoned ahead a couple of times as we were delayed, and we knew we had a time limit with the kitchen closing on a Sunday evening. The bar, waiting and kitchen teams all worked together to welcome us, get the food ordered, which was tasty, arrived rapidly and just what we needed. Saved us from the fast food of the motorway services! Later, the manager I had spoken to made a point of checking up on us personally. Everyone cared. What more can anyone ask from a restaurant venue?
Lovely dog friendly pub in Beaconsfield
It was closed on Friday 10th may
Quiet due to very good weather. First time here and we will return. Very good G&T although they need to know what should be served with what gin. No cucumber for the Hendriks
Lovely staff and The Sunday Roast was fantastic
Stands out in quality of food and service vs other gastropubs. They really make an effort to keep customers satisfied.
Very nice food and atmosphere, been to a few from this chain and it you know the quality will be there.
Very good service and food. Thank you so much.
Absolutely appalling service provided by this business when trying to book for 22 people for a special event, the booking process was bizarre, after 1 month of trying to contact the restaurant speaking to staff who had no knowledge of our booking but confirmed the restaurant was not booked that day and they would get the manager to call us back (we gave up and made a booking elsewhere thankfully), under 2 weeks ahead of the event we received a response from the white horse, they said they have secured our booking for two hours after our requested time and we had to leave within 2 hours, we also were not allowed to bring the children who were included as part of our original request, which would include our own child to our own wedding. Weird experience, I have given them 5 stars on atmosphere as the place is lovely and 3 stars on food because I have heard good things but not eaten there, but the service is dreadful. Definitely would not recommend for any planned events.
The last proper Pub in Beaconsfield for the Locals to meet up for a beer and a chat
Was very quiet for a Tuesday but.. lovely time for Nicholas birthday... highly recommended x Kid-friendliness: Everyone welcome Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
Had a great experience dining at the white horse. Lovely calm atmosphere, and the food was delicious. Every staff member was extremely polite and helpful, but we found James to be extremely attentive. We are looking forward to visiting again when we are in the area.
We stopped here about 2pm as walk in customers for Sunday lunch en route from Kent home to Midlands via M40 to break our journey, after all the congestion on M25 We were greeted friendily by our waiter Manu who was very polite attentive and helpful. He kept us updated on progress with preparing our food. The atmosphere in the place was very welcoming clean and tidy, They clearly welcome families and young children as we saw severalvchild seats/high chairs and games, puzzles etc to keep them amused. Food was not cheap, but was fabulous very well presented, and cooked perfectly. I had belly pork roast and my partner had the roast beef, we had a glass of house rose(also not cheap) and with the small deserts and coffees and tip it came to over £88 for two. (With no starters or sides.) The toilets were upstairs and well kept and clean, although the flush was too slow re-filling in the gents. . Thoroughly recommended, and it was expensive but worth it to not dine in a chain establishment. 2nd Visit We loved it so much we booked a table in February on our way back from Kent. We were not disappointed, the service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive, the food fabulous: we shared a baked Camembert starter, then both had the roast beef, and finished with mini sticky toffee pudding with our coffees.
I popped in for a drink with some friends before Christmas and really enjoyed the pub. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, and they are very kid friendly with toys and games to keep them entertained. Good beer selection with 5 or 6 real ales, mostly local. Didnt try the food.
Nice atmosphere with great staff. Food was good, I had the cheese pie for vegetarians. I would only say that I was expecting slightly more choice for vegetarians but all in all a great pub in a great location.
Amazing selection of food. Had a meet up with family and friends lovely meal amazing service no rush to finish.
Such a lovely venue, all the staff attentive. We were a party of 10 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We will be back
Such a lovely atmosphere whatever the occasion. The staff are fantastic and the food is amazing with so much choice. I cant recommend enough the Severn Wye Salmon starter enough along with the Chicken, Ham & Leek pie, so tasty. Cant wait to come back again :)
Love the atmosphere in this pub. Food always good and friendly staff.
The best steak sandwich i have ever had. Restaurant is beautiful and lots of light. Definitely recommend a visit here.
The staff were really excellent and the food was very tasty. Met up with friends from London. 3 dogs between the 4 of us. It was the 1st time we had taken our dog to a restaurant. She behaved well and the staff were very accommodating.
First time taking our greyhound to a restaurant, staff were great, she behaved beautifully and we managed to eat our lunch . Being coeliac and dairy intolerant I can always eat safely here, thanks
Pub is nice looking. Good beer but food was not good and defintely not worth the money
Great place, decent food, friendly staff, reasonably priced and a good selection of beers and drinks. Best place in Beaconsfield old town currently - coming from someone whos live in Beaconsfield for over 20 years
Warm, inviting and clean
Family lunch Absolutely fantastic Time, food was amazing and there service was top class would definitely recommend to friends and family, cant wait to go back. And children welcome.
Was really good and food was excellent. Would recommend.
Had a big family meal here. 15 people. Lots of different food and drinks orders. Starters, mains & desserts. They got everything right. No mistakes. Everyone loved the food. Its quite expensive but everyone agreed it was well worth it for the high quality service, food & surroundings
Great pub, perfect for a family lunch. Fresh food
Really craved a roast, despite me being a solo diner I was accommodated by the warm friendly staff. The roast was fantastic (I had the beef btw) and the potatoes were out of this world. Would have liked a bit more veg but thats personal preference alone (lazy and like to hit my 5 a day in one meal) Would recommend and likely to go back soon. Thank you for seating me on a last min craving and being so hospitable. Clean pub/restaurant, toilets in good, clean working order and staff with a genuine smile on their faces. Plus they remembered my fussy dietary preferences when they came to take my order
Only had drinks this time very nice had food in the past very good, would recommend .
Nice pub, lots of tables for groups - one of the better place for a drink in Beaconsfield
Lunchtime Monday, a little quiet but picked up. Food menu good mix of meat/vege, my friend loved her curry and my pie delicious.
Don t visit if you have a dog or a baby. Used to come here loads and fill a couple of hours drinking and playing scrabble in the bar but since having a baby, have twice been asked to move to the back and sit in the rugged areas only . Not friendly or welcoming especially as we were meeting friends but felt segregated having to sit in the back. Saracen s much more welcoming.
Great pub brilliant selection of gins should have stayed there instead of moving on
Superb service, delicious food, great range of beers and superb surroundings. A definite go-to in Beaconsfield.
Excellent reasonably priced food. Great sausage and mash and crunchiest battered fish and chips
Just had a drink there seems nice enough
Great food, good selection of drinks and really friendly staff, dog friendly too !
Good selection of lagers and reasonable selection of Ales
Always a warm welcome and great service
Absolutely excellent, attentive, professional and friendly staff. Delicious food, beautifully presented. You have a great team looking after your customers. Dog-friendly *****
My go to pub in Beaconsfield! Clean with a good welcoming vibe. Service with a smile
Excellent evening
Rubbish service along with being extremely expensive, doesnt normally end well for any business, let alone one in a flooded market place
Friendly staff, good starters.
Almost empty on a Friday lunchtime. Very expensive for lunch. Manager sat at the front for an hour on her laptop shouting at the screen on a zoom meeting. Why does she think we want to listen to her problems! I do not understand why anyone thinks we would want to listen to them rant away on a business meeting. An hour later when we left she was still ranting on, ignoring her little dog that was running around the bar.
Outstanding food and service! Would definitely recommend! Vegetarian options: Vegan options available and incredibly tasty! Food : 5/5 |
Beautiful traditional decor, comfortable seating. Good selection of beer. Didnt eat there but may well in future.
A real asset! What a welcome. Natalie our waitress did not know we had a horrendous drive down from Stratford but was incredibly welcoming when we walked in. Advice on food and drinks was accurate and helpful. She operates well above her pay grade. Dont lose her!
Lovely little stop at the The White Horse for a couple of drinks. Very nice and attentive staff, great drinks selection and the food looked good too, tho we didn t eat. Dog friendly, great outdoor area at the front and inside was nice. Mens loos could do with more attention, hence the 4 star. Will update after my next visit. Service
What a relief to find the White Horse lived up to my expectations when I took two friends with me for lunch today. Good food beautifully presented delicious and sensible potions . Excellent service by delightful staff.
Good food in a friendly environment with lots of natural light and comfortable decor.
Very good service and a nice menu. Vegetarian options: Quite a few options. Food : 5/5 |
Great decorate restaurant but dishes needs an uplift
An impromptu visit to cathc up with a friend, food was fab, very clean and well kept as well as some wonderful decor. If youre in this part of town definately worth a visit.
Excellent food, brilliant service . Fernando , Alisha and the team were very attentive . Overall brilliant experience and will be returning soon .
The food was excellent. The service is even better. We love Kim but also Fernando.
Really nice local pub - clean and friendly staff make you feel welcome and well looked after. We had the Sunday Vegetarian roast and this was wonderful!
Excellent Brunning and Price pub.
was good - 5 stars but not so good now because of small portions - especially the halibut - tiny portion for 24.95
Part of the excellent Brunning Price chain of gastro pubs. Highly recommended.
A Star amongst the B & P Group. Wonderful staff from manageress down. Will be back ! Food : 5/5
Very caring waitress and good food in lovely surroundings had a super lunch.
Service was great, food was nice and well priced. Beautiful decor!
Absolutely blown away by the friendly staff and excellent food! One of our party was gluten free and was very pleased with the choices available and the gluten free fish and chips was one of the best he had ever tasted!
Delicious food, and always lovely staff and service. Bar staff had a great knowledge of the spirits on offer and chatted to us about them for ages.
We have visited The White Horse many times since it opened - with friends and family. But now the menu has changed so much - small servings: one tiny scotch egg, slices of pork stuffing, etc. No side salads. Also the mains are very different. Lots of customers just calling in for drinks but very few eating. We will keep watching for another change of menu but meanwhile, sadly, with so many restaurants to choose from we won t be back.
Yorkshire pudding was rock solid. Tasted like cardboard. Not enough gravy on the food. Food was bland. Food
Tasty starters!
Very good food and drinks staff very disappointing some of the staff at people like there dirt other than that all good think theyre after suited and booted customers whereas as I was in smart casual very mistreated
It is difficult to award such a meal even a one star. The staff are most welcoming and cannot be faulted. The premises are good and a pleasure to be in. The food is the ONLY issue! We have been a number of times and enjoyed the fish and chips, which we have recommended to a number of people. We hope they do not take our advice!! The fish we were served should have been thrown back into the sea. They were comprised of mainly batter with little meat! Our bill was over £70 for two plates of very small fish and chips and a bottle of wine!!! What on earth is the management playing at? We know that restaurants are struggling, but if you cannot provide a reasonable portion, for what is a basi meal, perhaps it is time to close the doors!! The owners should not console themselves by the fact we did not complain at the time. We never do so because it ruins the night!! But heed what we say! It is all very sad.
We had a fantastic evening! Excellent service, delicious food and amazing atmosphere. Our first visit but will be back!
Manager and staff could not have been more helpful. Thank you!
Very good food with massive portions
Always a very pleasant experience. This time, the fish and chips, couldnt be anymore delicious! Thank you.
This was a great pub to meet with friends, the pub staff were friendly and welcoming and a dog friendly pub gave good vibes didnt try the food but it did look amazing definitely recommend it
Fernando and his team looked after our group of 14 people for lunch on Saturday, 11 December EXTREMELY well. Incredible attention to detail. Excellent food and service. It was an important occasion and everything went even better than we could have wished. Absolutely brilliant.
A nice, quiet restaurant serving a variety of meals, a beautiful atmosphere... a very English countryside
Nice place Nice people Its like home. I like the Family atmosphere. Food : 4/5 |
Just lovely
Lunch served with a nice welcome , open log fire and choice of two menus festive and a la carte .
First time attending with family. Great service and atmosphere! Food was delicious. Staff, especially Emma was very polite and attentive.
Everybody was lovely, pub was beautiful, food was amazing and the gluten free options were brilliant. Dog friendly too. Will definitely be coming back! Thank you Dietary restrictions: Good for gluten free
Nice friendly welcome in this pub
Good menu, nice decor, good food, brilliant staff. Looked after us very well... Made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.
Place atmosphere was really nice but the food and Im sorry to say that, was below the standards
Excellent evening with great menu, good quality food and drinks, superb ambience and friendly and happy staff. A little expensive, but very enjoyable time. Ill be heading back there.
Best place in Beaconsfield for a roast! I had the beef and it was cooked perfectly with all the trimmings. Service was great, warmly greeted by Andy and Adam and Ryan had a great knowledge of the drinks (especially the wide range of gins). Thank you White Horse for a fantastic evening!
The food is superb, best I ve tasted, lovely venue but the best without doubt are the fantastic staff! I m always made to feel welcome, special and nothing is too much trouble. If you want great food, superb service and a great value evening then you have to try The White Horse it blows its competitors out of the water!
Very friendly staff Highly professional try them once you wont go any where else
Delicious food, nice interior, good service and reasonable priced. Highly recommend this pub.
Good food. Duck is Beautifully tasty. The staff are pleasant and the whole place was clean. A very nice atmosphere. Will definitely be visiting again
Really lovely place with a nice atmosphere
Fresh and clean, beautifully styled. 4 ales to choose from. Majors on food with many tables set up for dining,a treat to enjoy
Pleasant quiet
Amazing Sunday lunch. Lovely staff and very friendly. We will be back.
Pretty place and very good tasty food. We ate there already twice and both times had a super nice service and very tasty food. From the main you can choose anything.
Came here for dinner with a few friends, found the staff warm & welcoming. Our meals were served in good time & were exceptionally well presented. Thank you for a good evening
Fantastic food and amazing service. I highly recommend it.
Our trio had a fantastic Sunday lunch at The White Horse. Food was lovely, service was excellent & the pub is a fab place to eat. Check it out - I highly recommend it!
Lovely decor, great atmosphere, friendly attentive staff, lovely food.
Really lovely pub. Great customer service. Food was fab. Only not getting 5 starts due to no parking (parking on the street is not easy)
Fantastic pub that really deserves to be talked about! The pub has newly been refurbished it seems and it looks great. Bar staff and waiting staff are fantastic and attentive. The food is to a very high pub standard and has an extensive menu.
What a great place! We visited as a party of four. The menu was impressive. As a coeliac I had gluten free and they provided me with a comprehensive menu. The staff were brilliant, the food was superb, great surroundings. Already planning next visit. Highly recommended!
Great food and atmosphere
Charming staff. Delicious food. Steak n ale pie was superb
I have to say the service was great. The best fish and chips, I have tasted for a long time. Nice selection of real ales......excellent.
Absolutely fantastic. Im so glad that I invited my family here for lunch. The staff are friendly and efficient, plus they genuinely care about the customers experience. The food and drink was top quality too.
Went for father in laws birthday dinner 6 adults and 1 child arrived at 18:20 ordered by 18:40. Asked if the childs meal could be brought out with starters (only 4 starters, 2 of which was the same). After nearly 30 min Was given one starter and 5 minutes later was told it was for another table. Waited another 20 minutes starters came but no kids meal, asked about it was told 5 minutes. 20:20 mains came out 1 was cold in the middle and all the pie crusts where rock hard. 9 tables where sat and served before our mains came out Some tables had 3 courses Maybe they where having a off day but it was bad enough to put me off.
Nice friendly pub, plenty of room around the tables still good to have distance from other customers when inside. Only had a drink catching up with friends.
Quite expensive
excellent food for lunch
Great place! Good selection
Good place to go with friends.
Good selection of beers.
Absolutely superb
Knowledgeable staff and great service would definitely recommend
We had one of the best evenings. Amazing food and service. Well managed, staff were friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this restaurant to all friends and family.
Gorgeous pub, brilliant service and the food leaves your tongue jangling because of the fireworks of flavours. Great portions too and very child friendly. Love it Love it Love it. Denise x
Hugely disappointed. First they got our drinks wrong (they had no idea that a Martini can be a Gin drink) and then became argumentative when we tried to send them back. Then after they reluctantly corrected this we were told that a gin martini was not on our cocktail list so could not be repeated. Minutes later we were then told there would be a 30 minute wait for food; we had already been seated for 30 minutes at this point. So we paid for the drinks, left and walked 50m another restaurant where we had a wonderful time. Avoid this place if they seem stressed and short staffed.
I dont know why this place isnt busier. Great food, great staff. Big and open plan pub and very clean.
Beautiful lantins
The host was really great and had arranged a really good table for us. The atmosphere is really great and so was the food. A decent choice of vegetarian options as well.
Beer as big as your face!!! And amazing food
Highlight of our trip away. The pub decorations is really nice, so much to see and all the staff were really welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious, duck pancakes for starters especially. Would highly recommend a visit.
Really lovely pub to visit. We had lunch the fish finger sandwich was lovely. No parking have to find a space on street but well worth a visit
Good food and atmosphere. Staff nice & welcoming. xxx
Nice place ! Lovely company! Food very good!
Perfect
Came to the White Horse yesterday, for the first time. I had travelled from Brighton to meet a friend for lunch. The two ladies who served us were so lovely, they couldnt have been nicer or more genuine. Made a lovely pub, even nicer. Thank you both
No better place to go in Beaconsfield.
A restaurant bringing the outside inside. Tastefully decorated with plenty of natural light. Meals were very good and friendly service.
Best roast!!!
Enjoyed the food. Staff were helpful.
A lovely pub in Beconsfield, loads of different real ales to try, theres a lovely restaurant and its a great place to come and enjoy a pint
Wonderful birthday meal for my son and grandson.
Great place for an evening meal, a pint, and a catch up! Great service, good quality food, relaxed atmosphere.
Fantastic food. Fantastic service.
Good food and service. Gluten free menu and fish and chips
The food was very nice the spicey tomato Mayonnaise was lovely I think it was made in the kitchen which is a shame cause I would buy a bottle. Beware whats on the menu list of ingredients there can be more on the plate. I had the steak burger but the tomato and gerkin was not in the list of ingredients if there where I would asked for them to be taken off. Plus if it had been peppers ie red or yellow or even green the plate would have to go back. Or maybe the staff to ask for any food allergies
We had a fantastic evening here & we were really impressed with how attentive the staff were. The food was delicious & it was a really nice atmosphere & we will be back.
Nice food and friendly atmosphere
Good pub grub with friendly service
I had dinner with friends last night in this gastropub.. The fish, the pork belly and turkey from the Christmas menu were to die for! Atmosphere and service were fantastic! Congratulations to the team for the effort!
Charming place to have a meal with family or friends. Service was excellent and we all enjoyed the Christmas menu. This is a real jem of a place to visit even if you just want a drink Staff were very attentive and fantastic to make sure that we had everything we needed
Very average
Good food, it is a lovely place for a lunch meeting or dinner.
