I always come here after work. The staff is very friendly and the manager does his best to make people comfortable and happy in their visit.
Good evening, After a long day of work me and a few friends thought we could offload and enjoy a meal at Nando’s as we regularly do at majority of the branches. However, in this particular branch we found the manager to completely rude and incompetent of doing his job which is to keep the customers satisfied. This is because after completing a order of over £50 my partner has a specific diet requirement and asked the cashier if they could assist which he complied checked with the manager in the first place and put through the order. After placing the order the manager has came by and stated we cannot fulfil your request which left us thinking why take the order in the first place, and he insisted he wasn’t listening to his staff as he was ‘busy’ but really he just wanted to be difficult as many other Nando’s managers had helped out before or he should of made it clear from the start. Therefore, I requested the manager to provide his name so I can take this further which he refused he was adamant to say in your complaint just say Beaconsfield manager and they will know who he is and he became aggressive so I started filming for my protection and safety and he immediately removed his name badge. He didn’t give us a chance to talk things out he just refused to talk or even meet us down the middle to help resolve an issue which was made by his members of staff and himself. We waited at Nando’s dissatisfied as we was waiting 30 minutes and on top of that left without even enjoying the food. It made me just want to get my refund and never return to a Nando’s again just because of the incompetent person Nando’s has employed as a manager. I am actually shocked at his behaviour and his lack of knowledge about the law as he mentioned ‘I will sue you because I filmed for my evidence and safety because of him not knowing of how to talk to customers or being aware of the law. I can provide a video evidence and a receipt if needs be if needed for further details. But I am unhappy with the way that manager dealt with this situation so I’m hoping to hear from Nando’s or I would like to take this further. Thank you.

Nando's in Beaconsfield is hands down the best Nando's in the UK! The atmosphere is always lively, and the staff are super friendly. The chicken is cooked to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, and the sides are just as amazing!
The food was very delicious and the price is reasonable. Peter, the manger was looking after our table. He is polite, enthusiastic and thoughtful. He went far beyond his responsibility by helping us to look for our lost iPhone. Words cannot express our sincere and heartfelt gratitude towards Peter.
I’m always hesitant of restaurants at service stations but this has got to be one of the best nandos I’ve ever been too. The staff are so welcoming and helpful - even when it’s packed. The chicken was juicy and covered in sauce 😍 Pleasant atmosphere - will come again if in the area.
Was amazing - just what we needed being tired and half way through a long journey. Nandos food was as good as it comes, and restaurant had plenty of space with nice high chairs for baby. Staff we're polite and helpful - thank you :)

Nice clean restaurant and an oasis of calm in the busy motorway services. We received a warm friendly welcome and the food was as you expect from any Nandos....which is not always the case at a service station. Prices comparible to any nandos and very competitive with service station offerings

Came here after a fun filled day at Thorpe Park at the request of the newly 15 year old son to celebrate. It s a shame one can t book but despite seeming busy we only had to wait around 20 minutes for a table. We ordered via the app which initially was fine but then failed at the last hurdle and deleted our order. Very frustrating but the manager was able to help and compensated us fairly. Food itself was fine but due to the queue and the app issues we did end up waiting around an hour by which point we were all very hungry! Parking: I think parking is free for three hours at Beaconsfield. We saw someone removing a ticket from their vehicle when we arrived though so be warned!

I visited evening of the 11th May, the service was atrocias. I ordered food and they brought my sons food before starter then I had to poke and prod the manager to state the obvious. With all the staff running around kike headless chickens they not once asked is everything ok, the fact there were three people with no food and the slowest eater in the world had already eaten his food was crazy. Never been that bad at this Nandoes so sort it out.
Coke full fat was not working reported this 3 times nothing done. I was admitted to hospital on Monday with food poisoning from the meal I ate on Sunday evening. Will not be returning. Food

I had the most godly chips here the other week and I have been craving them ever since. Damn you Nandos.
The place was not busy. We were unable to order at the table and we had to wait in a queue for about 8 minutes (only 2 people ahead of us). All the plates had dried food stuck to them (they must have had an issue with their dishwasher). The food arrived quickly and was good as usual
I didnt eat anything there, but after seeing the toilets ( ) I wouldnt have done that anyway. Disgusting!!! If the kitchens are even 1% as dirty, youll get hepatitis A-Z just from eating and drinking

I didnt visit any restaurant but the parking fee seemed very high (35£) and without food vouchers... There is a large parking lot, the chances of finding a parking space are high but... expensive. If you have nowhere else ....thats it.

Arrived at 21:15 and waited for 10 minutes to be seated only to be told that they were only doing a take away service on a Monday evening as they said they got very busy during the day and running behind in cleaning before closing. At this time, there were still tables near the entrance that were available and other customers were still waiting for food. We were ready to order and knew exactly what we wanted but they insisted that it was not possible as the Manager wanted to close the restaurant before closing time at 22:00. Nonetheless we agreed to do the takeaway option. Upon placing the order, I asked Mali who served us on the till if we could sit down and wait at the booth closest to the exit whilst waiting for our food. He replied that they were closing the section so we got told to wait outside the restaurant for our food. When we came back to collect our order, there was a couple sitting in the booth that I asked about and the staff werent fussed about them waiting there. Overall, I understand that this Nandos branch is placed in a motorway services facility and can get quite hectic during peak business hours. However what left a bitter taste is the way the staff handled the rush before closing - would be better to place more experienced staff to deal with customers or train them to provide a better customer service.

Nando s is normally a very consistently good restaurant. On this occasion it did not meet my expectations or standards for Nandos. The restaurant was half full. We hoped this meant good service and reasonably fast food. I ordered 1 drink and 2 meals. The meals arrived before the drinks. Garlic bread was what looked like cremated. Chips / chicken was not appetising to look at. We had no check back on our food for me to express these issues rather staff just hovering round the till / food service area chatting. I will return to nandos just not this branch.

This Nandos is in the service station. Its the closest to our home so we visit them from time to time. The restaurant despite being in a services is fairly good. Food is the standard as you would expect from Nandos but the service staff are appauling! They couldnt be bothered which is a big big put off!

If you would like dry chicken then go here. There pees where dry and hard. When we spoke to someone about this, we didnt get much of a reply apart from ok we will let other staff know. Wont be returning Update Just as were where leaven the manager came to speak with us to say the chicken is bigger and dry out quicker and the pees are new. He has assured up we will be getting a voucher

Chaotic experience while collecting takeaway. Collection time exceeded by 30 Mins. Manager couldnt cope with influx of customers for both restaurant and take away collection. Waiting staff hanging around, kitchen staff busy, take away customers relagated to move away from restaurant. No communication with people waiting to collect. Why promise a collection time when no one is checking how long customers have been waiting. Not the first time this has happened. Block time slots if you cant fulfill orders in time. Food ok.

The food was lovely, however I think the staff need to learn some manners and not blame customers for their problems.
Even though we had to wait around 20 mins to be seated as the place was full, the staff made sure we were informed and they look after us. Once seated the order was pretty easy through the barcode and didnt even left our table. After a little while food came and all was great, Nandos taste!!!! Again we were checked by the member of the team to see if food was ok and if we needed anything else Definitely, based on our experience on what was busy dinner time, would recommend it. Tried ordering multiple times on the app on more than one phone, the Nando s app and website kept breaking and deleting the order. Ordered food at the till after queuing for 10 minutes and the food arrived 28 minutes after ordering. Poor.
Poor Go to this service station regualry and decided to have dinner here with me and my 2 children.it is always quite busy.mostly teens working here.asked a few times about the food I order and most spoke to me very patronising and rude.i noticed other customers were given much bigger potions than me.i ordered the boneless patter and it was enough to feed just my son and not for 2 people!!. .so I only had my olives and pitta and houmous to eat.not a good experience. Safe to say I wont be eatting at this nandos again. I know to go to another nandos who are more friendly and arent stingy in their potions !!.

Plenty of time to park your car, food was on point and sorry didnt take pictures as was really hungry. I asked the wings to be extra done and also my butterfly chicken. Friendly staff.

Horrible experience, with undercooked food and an unpleasant atmosphere. Only good thing were the staff, who were accomodating and friendly. Wouldnt recommend though. Better to drive the extra mile, and go to a different Nandos

Considering the restaurant was a part of the services, the food was nice and service was quick. The seating was quite crammed together but we were just out for a quick dinner so it wasnt an issue. Would come back if we was in the area.

Fairly busy afternoon, staff member seated us but gave no information how to order. Food was fairly quick arriving around 20mins later, but drinks still hadnt arrived. My Imitation burger was barely room temperature, no staff checked in on our table for the whole time we were there. I took my burger back myself, waited for another. Some what warmer than the first attempt, but not hot. It may not be meat but no one wants a luke warm burger. Havent been to a Nandos in some years, not excited about going in the future.

Ive been to this Nandos a number of times. Its always clean and tidy, the staff are always helpful and friendly. The food comes quickly. The food is always tasty, flavorsome and up to Nandos high standards. I normally buy the five chicken wings and have them extra hot, I like the peri peri chips and the spicy rice as sides. Although this Nandos doesnt have a toilet, this restaurant is inside the service area and so there are toilets here that are shared with all the other businesses here. Parking: There is plenty of parking as this Nandos is within the Beaconsfield Service Area.
Fast super friendly service, got the food within five minutes. Although the restaurant was not busy. Would definitely eat here again!

Why do service station nandos always serve the best version of nandos
Who doesn t love a cheeky Nando s?! Most Nando s I visit usually get 4/5 stars but unfortunately not Beaconsfield services. The food was great as usual but the tables were very dirty, I cleaned it myself as staff were too busy talking, and while some of the staff seemed really good and helpful, they have too many staff that don t seem to do much and just stand around talking to one another. I ll be using Nando s Uxbridge from now on.
Love nandos my kids are big fans of the chicken!! The beaconsfield branch is the one to go to. Staff are great and friendly.. my only gripe is nandos have changes the ingredients in their sauces!! The garlic sauce doesnt taste of garlic very tangy now and the extra hot isnt hot anymore!
Fabulous food taste. Especially on Fried Chicken ( marinated). Almost all food are delicious. Apart from food, a little noisy with Indian sound. Some staff are not helpful. Parking: Wide area. Parking can easily.

Same as most other Nandos: overpriced, but good food. Tasted good, nice atmosphere, clean environment, friendly servers. We were seated as soon as we approached the stand, and one girl even checked if all was OK, while we ate. So, all good, except for the prices. Parking: I believe there is a time limit.
A disappointing visit, my food was cold, yet the server was adamant that its because it has a leaf in it, not because it was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes (and I wasnt the only one returning cold food) the restaurant was half full but yet it felt a bit crazy!

We are using This Nando s from last 10 years but today was the worst experience, staff is very helpful but the manager is rude and very unhelpful. We all understand it s hard running a business in these uncertain times but if the person who is responsible for running your business is unprofessional then it will ruin it more. Customer service and satisfaction is very important.

I have never had a bad Nandos in my life until yesterday. I ordered Sunset Burger expecting thighs but got one chicken breast instead. I complained and manager argued with me saying they do not do thighs anymore, but I was not told this at the till and it is still on the menu? Also halloumi sticks were cold, food did not taste good at all and service was dreadful. Wont ever be returning.
According to Google map opening time should be 11:30, arrived at 11:37, still fully closed, no staff around no sign of opening time either!

Ive been here twice once for sit-down and once for click and collect and Ive always appreciated on how easy it is to order and the speed the food is delivered. Staff have always been polite and friendly and even in the recent height of the pandemic the staff when I did a click and collect were patient, polite and friendly. The only reason it misses out on that final staff is more down to location which is edging onto a very busy food court which means if you get an outer table you feel like everyone is watching you eat and when busy the food court can add to the noise - plus the click and collect area is a bit cramped and confined especially if there is a queue. Only minor gripes when the food and choice is so good.

Very busy on a Friday evening, the food came quickly enough, and was delicious.... BUT, I was dining alone and when I went to get a drink my table was cleared, even though I hadnt finished, and then when I had finished the main part of my meal but still eating my coleslaw they started clearing again. This could have been handled much better if the staff were keen to turn the table around. Also loved the blue hair on one of the waiting staff.
