Phở Việt Nam 999 in Belleville

Tried dining in.entered same time as another couple . Other couple immediately received teas following seating. I didn t. Three more couples arrived afterwards . Same thing. They received teas and menus. I must have been invisible or chosen to be ignored. After 10 minutes , informed the manager. Got a few lame and insincere sorry s ,,nothing else. So I left. Can t say it was poor customer service. There was NO customer service . Zero effort by manager to ameliorate the situation., no effort to try to retain a customer. This , after I was there with my wife a few days earlier and left an $18.00 tip on a $42.00 bill . Lessons learned Lots of other places in town equally good food. In fact , the Pho Blue Oyster , on Front Street , downtown , has a much better atmosphere, better service , and this pho is outstanding. Definitely highly recommended. , as their reviews attest Tom

Was there yesterday, will return over and over

First time having it, had the beef rice noodle soup, and it was delicious. Ill definitely be going back for more

Decided to go out for dinner and thought we should try out this new restaurant. Food was very good especially the rice noodles with shrimp, chicken and egg (menu item #617) and portions were generous. Plan on going back to this restaurant and recommend to anyone.

I have not eaten here but I did pick up some soup for my wife when she was home sick from work. The gentleman that served me was polite and courteous even though he was short staffed. Threw in a tea when I mentioned my wife was home sick lol. Restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was super relaxed and comfortable. Asked my wife later about the food and her answer is in the picture. I look forward to trying it when she feels better.

I really wanted to love this place. My vegetable tofu stir fry had no flavour and was very gelatinous. I ordered a Vietnamese coffee which was Nescafé instant coffee. Sadly, we won t be back.

I was so excited there is finally a dine in Vietnamese restaurant in belleville went there last night a d the service and food were terrible. There was only one poor guy doing both the serving and the clearing for the whole restaurant. The food came and the spring rolls looked like they were sitting in a warmer all day..all dried out and virtually no meat in them. Not to mention the cost of them! The vermicelli was more like spaghetti it was so thick and over cooked, my husband ordered squid curry and it was a gelatinous mess. I was so disappointed! Luckily I heard of another one in belleville to try because I will never go back to this one. Ant while we were having dinner they had a food delivery from either door dash or one of those food delivery places...they dont even eat their own food! I WISH I HAD TAKEN PHOTOS OF THE FOOD!

Accessibility is an issue for those any kind of disability because of the steep stairs. Food was OK kind of learning new foods so I won t complain. If it s something I didn t like it just wasn t my taste. They are working hard to build a good reputation and I wish them all the best.

Ive been to their location in Oshawa a lot over the past few years, so I was excited when I heard they were opening a location in Belleville. Their food is amazing, great service and super fast too. Well definitely be back! Food

its clearly said on the door and website they closed at 10pm but walk in today at 8:30pm the one server guy said will be 5 minutes wait, we stood there couple minutes went by another lady come out and said sorry we are closed, we dont serve customer outside just inside only @@ like what the heck, if you guys are not ready for business then dont open it or hired some more people, literally only 1 guy server, serve the whole restaurant. All table were full with people and no one got food on their table @@. No matter how busy you are, you should not tell customer we are closed when its clearly said you closed at 10. Really disappointing

I went with my friends and sat there for around 90 minutes and never got our food after waiting my husband canceled our order because all our friends got their food. No one was bothered to even come to us and apologize or showed any interest to make things better for us. This has never happened to us that we went to a restaurant and came out without having food I am just shocked on how people can be so casual about their guests When we went to the front and asked her why we didnt get our food after waiting for so long on that she said people on the other table were waiting for an hour too. A note to everyone out there is to wait for atleast one hour after ordering your food and you might not even get your food so all the best. I understand a new establishment can have some challenges but there is no excuse for shoddy customer service.

Belleville finally has a great vietnamese place!! Vermicelli with pork and sausage was delicious and served quickly. Service was very friendly and prompt. Ill definitely be back!

Im shocked that the best bun n pho Ive had so far is in Belleville. This place is amazing. Portions are very fair for price and the staff is awesome.

Food was delicious the service was great and first time tried Vietnamese cuisine. Wow seriously add this to favourites.

Finally, we have authentic pho restaurant in the area.. I ve ordered pho and the broth is sooooo tasty also ordered Vietnamese spring roll as well as grilled pork chop with fried egg with rice the pork chop is well marinated it s really great. I highly recommended this area.

I am SO happy to have a pho place in Belleville, and its even better that ITS AMAZING. Ive had a lot of pho when I lived in Toronto and this, by far, is one of the best Ive had (and best priced). Everything is fresh and the broth is perfect. Even my favorite drink, soursop, is fresh and perfectly blended. I will likely be making this a weekly visit

Ordered meat spring rolls and there was no trace of meat told the waiter and he said there was inside I ripped it open and showed him even. Almost 5$ a spring roll and all vegetables Ordered 3 EXTRA large phos taste was alright but the portions size was a joke. You get 3 meet balls and a few thin slices of beef and a pinch of noodles. This place s service is horrible, when i decided what i wanted we waited until the waiter came, I waited for what felt like 10 minutes so I decided to just walk up to her/him and told her what I wanted to order. The food was actually really good. We just wish our server brought the jar of chili flakes. We didnt see them deliver that to other tables until we were half done and spiced ours up with Sriracha. The atmosphere was beautiful. And the peach black iced tea was absolutely delicious. Will be back!

Overall a good experience with good food. They have so items to choose from which is nice. Service was rather slow but I think its just growing pains for a new restaurant. Pho was good, portions were great as well. Would definitely come again.

This was our favorite place in Oshawa and now its our favorite place in Belleville. Best pho Ive had anywhere, Toronto included.

I am SO excited that they opened a spot in Belleville. We moved to Prince Edward County from Oshawa five years ago and have said often that we wished for Pho 999 close by. We loved their Oshawa location and the food here is the same great quality. We will be back often! We tried the new competition up the street in Belleville and it really doesnt even hold a candle to this place in terms of quality, selection, and price.
