Great place for wings!

We ordered the following for pickup: 1 pound of breaded wings, no sauce 1 crispy chicken wrap 1 pulled pork poutine 1 classic poutine Very disapointing when we opened the packages once we got home. The poutines had zero gravy. Not even on the side. So I not sure if they forgot to include the sides of gravy in the bag or if they actally thought when we said no sauce on the wings we meant no sauce on anything, which is ludicrous. Not really poutine then is it, just fries & cheese and fries, cheese and pulled pork. Ive never seen anything quite like it, pretty expensive meal for what we got. I should have taken a picture of it. No one will believe me.

Nice small bar, good comfort food, burgers and nachos etc. Its a nice small bar just out of downtown Belleville. We went early afternoon and it was perfect with kids after the beach. Kid-friendliness: We found no problem on a Saturday afternoon between 3 and 6 pm

Great Wings!! I recommend the lemon pepper wings! Also the lava cake is a good dessert for chocolate lovers! Service is awesome!

A perfect place to share some great food and drinks with family and friends. Also come to enjoy the daily specials for the week like Monday night wings! The classic Slapshot Burger will delight your spicy palate, or salivate on the Montreal smoked sandwich on toasted bread, so good. Friendly service, and media coverage of sports to keep you engaged. The sound levels are monitored so its not too loud to hear the company your with. One of Bellevilles best pubs to visit! Vegetarian options: My daughter enjoyed the Bean Burger option.

Edit : have been back twice since and this place has fallen off a cliff. Wings are soggy and flavourless. They ve totally changed and they suck Wings were a little dry inside but the sauce was great and service was excellent.

Wings were the best in town. I was there last week and Im positive their mild wing sauce has changed. No longer has tang to it. Sauce is now very blah. Dont like the change. Tastes watered down. Will find a different place with better sauce.

My husband and I recently dined at this restaurant and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. We decided to shared wings and a poutine, but were sorely disappointed. The wings were overly salty, dry, and the portion seemed far from a pound as advertised. Additionally, the poutine was not made with the traditional cheese curds but instead with grated mozzarella, which significantly altered the taste and authenticity of the dish. To make matters worse, the quality of the food was poor overall. Adding to our disappointment, the server handled the lime (that she forgot for the beer) with her fingers, which was a hygiene concern. Regrettably, based on our experience, we wont be returning to Slapshot Bar & Grill. We sincerely hope that they take this feedback constructively and strive to improve both the quality of their food and their service in the future.

I know that its me and what I am used to are far as how you order wings, the wings are good but they claim that they are world famous, they are not that good the atmosphere of slapshots does help and the women that waited on me was great.

Wings: A Once-Great Spot Takes a Dive Wings used to be a go-to for me, but since my last visit , the quality has plummeted. The wings are now far from their former glory. Disappointing shift in taste and overall experience. Did you change the supplier?

Got there and it wasnt busy and on the cold side. Waitress came right away and got our drinks in a couple of minutes, had dinner in less then 15 minutes. The Waitress walked pass our table about 6 times to serve people on either side of our booth and didnt acknowledge us. Had our meal and one drink and had to go up to the courteous desk to pay and the Waitress didnt even ask how our meal was Not good

Overall a great atmosphere and great service. A few hiccups in the past with servers being too busy or not attentive, but overall its a great venue. Shoutout to Enrica whos an excellent server with a great personality. Definitely makes the experience much more enjoyable.

SUBURB it was a welcome surprise to find. The atmosphere, staff and food was just outstanding. My buddy had the new Slapshot Burger and myself was the house made Chili. The chili was truly incredible as the flavorsoprnedf my senses, big chunks of beef with some melted cheese in the mix warmed the soul. A must place to stop for a nice meal and a good selection of craft beer too...Bonus!

Food was good and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was ok but the building is starting to look a bit tired. A refresh would go a long ways, but still worth the stop.

We ve been here a few times now. We are trying to find our wing joint so we are trying many different places until we are 100% satisfied. Unfortunately we are still on the hunt. Slapshot service is average at best as some of the wait staff are preoccupied with their cell phones. The food we ve had there is also average, We are nacho and wings people. Nachos tastes good and they give you a nice size serving. Their wings on the other hand can be hit or miss. They are heavy on the sauce even when asking to be lightly sauced and the size of the wings are ridiculously too large. Big is not always better.

Quaint little pub place felt quaint/ cozy....service was good. Looks like it was good for people of sports nature. Dont mind review is meant to be overall in particular I will review the wings since that is what they are supposed to be known for - alas from what Ive observed quantity vs cost value I would give them a 6. Simply because if youre going to a place that serves wings I always believed there should be more than 7 in a pd. Half a pound is 5, for some people that would barely be a meal. . people say theyre big wings but being a wing fanatic it doesnt look like much to me . Very well covered in sauce thats a bonus , maybe Im the only one in a while who has a huge- but regardless in my opinion the serving size doesnt match the price value and so if they have a true bonus for Monday Wings night might be best to go then for these The other food garlic shrimp with sweet fries and my chicken caesar was ample and filling. A very casual place to dine. Especially for sports lovers sorry didnt get any photos.

Food was great! We went with a U12 hockey team and service was as quick as to be expected with a bunch of kids. We had a time limit between games and they had us all fed and on our 2lway with time to spare! We will definitely come back again!

Online menu prices do not reflect actual prices but you dont find out until after arriving to pick up food. Was overcharged and did not even get what was ordered. Staff was unhelpful and just made excuses to try and justify the mistake.

Went here after hearing good things. We ordered the bruschetta it was 11.99 and then add 2.99 for the smallest sprinkle of feta I ve ever seen in my life. The wings were good. Service was slow.

I; myself got the fish and chips (Friday special) and the portion was amazing and tasted just a good - brought the leftovers home and had them the next day for lunch. And it held up well (after reheating the in our air fryer). Sadly though it was very loud and we couldnt hear each other chat - That was my only complaint. Our family had 3 orders of wings, smoked meat sandwich, poppers, loaded potatoes and fries. A bit disappointed with both the quantity and quality for a $100.00 takeout.

Ordered my supper threw skip the dish its the only way to order out nowadays so anyway I ordered three pounds of wings and pulled pork sandwich and a poutine well I didnt get the sandwich and the poutine lol there was absolutely no gravy at all they covered it in cheese and forgot the gravy oh and I paid extra for extra sauce on my wings and there was no extra sauce at all Im not impressed

Wife and I went there tonight for supper. We had heard it was good...it was fantastic. I had fish and chips and my wife had chicken ceasar wrap. Food was fantastic and the service was perfect. We will definitely return.

Amazing wings except they never answer their phone and they play games with skip the dishes (turning it on and off and canceling orders). So anytime I want wings I have to drive their, go in and order, then wait in my car.

I ordered the pulled pork hamburger. Was reasonable, but the hamburger patty is very thin. Like McDonalds. My partner took chicken wings in honey and garlic sauce. It was too sweet and you didnt feel any garlic at all. We ate much better. Come only if you are really hungry and everything around is closed

update.. sposed to be 1lb of wings. but just to over .675 lbs including the box. and it came to just over .575 lbs without the box. food is still good. but getting more pricey. and not getting what your paying for. just keeps going up.

I was hoping for more of a selection for entrees but I settled on a poutine. When I got there it was later in the evening and there was only one other guest. I took my meal to go as it seemed like they may have been closing soon. I wish Belleville had a better night scene. Theres not really much to do. Parking: Tons of parking! Only one other person was there. Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly place. It is more of a bar. Wheelchair accessibility: Half the restaurant seems wheelchair friendly and accessible but I dont know where the washrooms are located so maybe not entirely.

A bit conflicted with this place. Our server was really great and the food was great. However the shortness of staff really strains the experience. Again, the server was amazing but the place got packed and things fell down the crack as a result of only having 1 server.

waitress was very friendly,( so the only star goes to her) food was over cooked and very much over priced, Poutine was absolutely disgusting!! wings were so over cooked that there was more skin then the meat! if that makes sense The celery sticks were better then the whole meal we didnt eat ,,lol will never go there again ,,Ill spend my 100.00 else where,,p.s dont order the quesadillas eithers,,,

The service was great but the wing special on Monday is gone the charge 10$ for 7 wings also when they were delivered to us they werent even hot we asked the waitress but she said it would be at least another 30 min wait they used to charge 95 cents each now they charge 143 each so this is the last time we go there

The service was excellent and the food good. It had been a couple of years since our last visit because of Covid-19 but it hadnt changed much. My wife tried the new replacement for the Angry Orchard Cider. She didnt care for it much. She found it left a very bitter after taste that detracted from the flavor of the food.
