Waitress was great, but she was the only one working on a busy morning.

Breakfast with the family. Always delicious.

The service was exceptional

We were summer regulars. Five of used to enjoy going for the Friday night special Steak. Lately the steaks have been tough when we wanted medium rare. Aside from that the main issues is you have to pay for water and if you get the steak but don t want the potatoe you can upgrade to vegetables for $5.00 which we do but it s not worth it vegetables are plain not fresh and you get hardly any. I have also tried all there salads they again are not fresh and tasteless. Will not return cutting back on freshness and extra fees for next to nothing it s just not worth it.

Been a few times now and always busy but that doesn t affect the fast, friendly service and great good. Great at mop shoe with lots of regulars so you know it s great!

I just want to keep this place a secret!!! Its that good!!! This is my favorite restaurant period. Great food, service and experience with reasonable prices. Lots of gluten free options. You will not be disappointed. Dietary restrictions: Lots of delish gluten free food. Dedicated fryer for fries.

Met some family for dinner Our food was excellent. Our server was absolutely amazing. It was packed...no free tables and the server bounced around doing her job like it was no big deal with a great sense of humour. I hadnt been in a couple years, but I will be back!!!!

Very pleasant local restaurant on the east side of town. Great place to watch a ball game on big TVs and meet up with friends. Wish they served MacKinnon beer, though Kid-friendliness: High chairs, helpful servers,kid menu Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, easy access, wide aisles.

They opened early because we reserved about 25 of us. The coffee and breakfast came quickly. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Went to dinner with my friend and she had the Thai Salad and I had the Steak and Blue cheese salad. Her salad was great and so was mine (steak perfectly cooked) but there was a generous amount of blue cheese on my salad, that was very strong in flavor so I couldnt eat too much of it. The blue cheese was very blue, w/ dark blue and green veins, so it was just super strong. No fault to the establishment, I just prefer a more mild blue cheese. The bathrooms were clean, service was great, our server was very friendly and kind. Parking: As long as its not too busy, there is adequate parking

Keep in mind this Restaurant does not provide water to their customers. They only have bottles in which they charge for. To me, it was more of the principal than the cost. We had a table of 10 and Water should be included in the cost of meals, especially considering we had a 150$+ bill. It seemed to me, like one of those hidden costs the restaurant is trying to hit their customers with, as we were not made aware of this cost by the server, until one of us asked. We decided to go to Mamas Kitchen down the road instead and had a fabulous meal, and even better service.

Great food service was excellent

5 Stars all the way. I dont know how Ive never been here before. The atmosphere is quite quiet and people are spaced out much better than most restaurants that are just trying to pack em in. Service is fast and follow ups are frequent but not unwelcome or too much. Food is delicious and priced great. Weve tried several different menu items each and all of them have been fantastic! We will continue to make this a regular dinner option.

Love Wednesday night at the Dugout!

Always a first time for poorly prepared food! Had fish and chips. Fish batter was severely overcooked and most of fish was dry. Then you get two meagre fork full of vinegar laced coleslaw! and a pitiful amount of fries all for the outrageous cost of $18. Size of portions really gone down.

First let me say I rated the food 3* only because we were there for basic finger foods such as sandwiches, veggies etc... and For what it was, it was OK but for a person like me that likes some bread with his sandwich, these left a lot to be desired, aka very little if any meat, Everything else was good though and I can only assume considering how packed the place was at lunch time that the REAL FOOD they serve MUST BE great, but I cannot speak to that. The service was amazing, it says a lot when the owner is on the front line serving customers not in the back hiding counting money. It was a good enough experience I fully intend to go back for a proper meal and will update this when I do.

Wing night is frustrating as I have gone 2 times, and my wings were not temptress hot, and some wings were missed with the sauce I ordered, so this is disappointing However, the wing size is worth the cost for sure. The variety of sauces available are impressive. The wait time, on the other hand, is a tad too long, especially when they dont seem very busy.

It was my birthday and I had said so and at the end of the meal I received a small piece of strawberry shortcake my mom had the fish and chips that were excellent as always enough for two meals I had the full rack of ribs and poutine and they were delicious my only problem was I wish I had a bigger poutine but it was still the best

We are from out of town. Loved the food, service and nice overall cozy place to eat.

They hosted my grandpas celebration of life and everything ran so smoothly. The staff were fast and well organized, and so friendly, and people filled the restaurant and all they had to say were good things. Im excited to go back and try their wings because they looked awesome.

We tried this restaurant for the first time on rib night to celebrate my sons birthday and no wonder it was packed. He ordered the full rack of ribs that spanned far beyond his plate and were diffinately man sized!!! And he ordered a separate poutine that was huge too. You absolutely musy try the ribs...they are to die for. The service was great. They were very fast and friendly too. We all plan on coming back!

Well let me start off by saying that when I called for takeout the lady sounded miserable. I got my food the club and mashed potato s were excellent but they over cooked our chicken tenders they were chewy and dry overall 6.5/10 I may come back again for some other items decent price and close to home

Best pour in town... look!! The service and food were excellent, as it is everytime we go. Jen is always on point, eventhough shes answering the phones, serving and managing the business. You can tell this is a successful restaurant as it is always busy. Worth the wait if you have to, but I have never had to wait long.

My first time there and everything from beg to end exceeded my expectations. The hostess even brought the wine bottle with her to pour into our wine glasses, filling them to the rim. Will definitely go there again!

Been goin there for years, foods pretty alright for the most part, but their fries are awful, dry, no seasoning. Cheese curds are delicious tho. Update changed the cheese curd recipe and it s no longer good, also ordered a poutine, they didn t give me any gravy

Our first time here. Amazing food and amazing staff. They were full and I dont think that they noticed. We were served as we were the only ones there. Food came quickly and exceeded our expectations. We had a better experience before but unfortunately this one is worth mentioning.. It was extremely busy in there and our server took our order, without writing it down. The order came mixed up and it took her 3/4 of the meal to casually walk by us asking as she s now behind me, how is everything? I told her my wings weren t well done and she paused. Then said, want new ones? I said no thanks, she said okay and walked away. We didn t see her the rest of the meal. We go to the bar to pay our bill, and ask if the wings were taken off. The lady behind the bar said yes and asked what happened. We told her, she asked if I wanted them to make new ones I said no thanks we re leaving now. That was it. Neither one of those ladies decided to apologize for the mix up, or take ownership. We felt like we were wasting their time. I don t want free, just what I ordered or a simple sorry for the mix up?

The Dugout is a wonderful local spot that you just have to check out if youre in Belleville. It really has that home town sports bar feel. Definitely a local gathering place, The Dugout has a range of food options but my personal favorites are their Curve Ball burger and their chicken Caesar wraps; the wraps are what youd expect as far as construction goes but the greens are always crisp and the chicken properly cooked and tasty. The Curve Ball is its own lovely beast with onion rings, smoky BBQ sauce and more. If youre someone who enjoys their wine, The Dugout also has you covered lol Order a glass and youll see what I mean ;)

Efficient friendly serving staff. Their lunch specials are generous and fresh and they make the best reuben around! Great place to come with friends too. Only thing I might change is that the place is quite dark inside during the daytime.

Stopped in for some fries (regular and sweet potato) to complete our picnic. Fries were superb... BUT the sweet potato fries blew us away. They were crunchy and tasty. Seems they put a coating of some kind on them. Just unbelievable yumminess. Everywhere else they are soft and limp.

Reuben sandwich was awesome

Ordered for pick up 2 orders of fish and chips, two fish 2 each. Chips were under cooked while fish tasted like old oil, to make matters worse 40 plus dollars and only got 1 fish each. Will not go back again. Food

Great service, very friendly atmosphere. Many TVs for the men or women who like sports. I will definitely return again. Vegetarian options: Im not a vegetarian, so could not elaborate on that. Sure they will have what you like. Pretty sure its in the menu Kid-friendliness: Highchairs, booster seats. Great with kids.

Recently attended the Dugout for dinner. The service was great however, the food left a lot to be desired. Our server did remove items from our bill due to the poor quality of the food but it is probably not a place I would return to.

We had a party of 20, the service was phenomenal, and we were in out in under 2 hrs. We didnt feel rushed, and it was an enjoyable experience.

Went there for birthday get together I ordered Greek salad and naan bread with hummus. Very good food and you wont leave hungry there portions are a good size. The service is wonderful and quick. My dad ordered a birthday cake from them served by them with was strawberry shortcake the cake was SO good. Everyone loved their meals.

We have lived just up the street since they opened for business, decided to try the Dugout for the 1st time for our 5th anniversary last night. We were very pleased and delighted with our experience. The food, service and staff, and the atmosphere were very amazing. Well definitely be going back, we highly recommend the Dugout if you want a full belly and an excellent experience.

Had a delicious lunch here- great find I had ribs with cowboy sauce ( full rack 24$ was huge and sauce was tangy and tasty ), my wife had the lunch special. Food came hot and quickly and was reasonably priced. Bathrooms were spotless and updated. The Dugout beer on tap is brewed by sleemans and was cold and refreshing, also a bargain at 5.31 for a pint.

Wing night and very busy, but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time. Wings were very good, hot and meaty. My wife had the Greek salad with chicken, and it was very good, too. We were a group of 5 people, but I have no comment for the other meals. Faith was our server, and she was always available to bring us additional drinks. Their menu has a very good assortment of food choices. Highly recommend, and well be back .

Went for wings & a pint with a fellow baseball Coach. Wasn t too busy when we arrived, but within an hour, the place was packed! Service remained friendly and very attentive and the wings are The Best in town. Thanks, Jen & staff!
