My borrito was made incorrectly, I had sour cream in my order and when I got my burrito I got hot sauce, then I was told they d make me a free one if I came and got it. Like I ubered it, call the Uber driver and have him come pick it back up. First time experience not making me want to order again.

I recently visited Fat Baster Burritos and was thoroughly impressed. The customer service was exceptional; the staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. The restaurant was also spotless, reflecting their high standards of cleanliness. It was a great experience from start to finish.

Worst burrito I ve ever had. Dry and tasteless pulled pork, didn t have any sautéed peppers and onions, stale guac. Poor service as well.

I was super disappointed with this place, and I heard great things from others, but unfortunately received terrible service. The lady taking our order barely understood English and got half of our order wrong, and the lady in front of us did too. Got overcharged because what was believed to have came in a combo wasnt communicated properly. Paid 50 dollars for 2 combos.. dont think its supposed to be that expensive...

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at burrito bowl for lunch, and I must say it was a delightful experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the hostess and promptly seated at a cozy table by the window. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

No customer acknowledgement. I ordered veggie quesadillas for me and my wife and specifically asked to add black beans but didn t get what I want. Since I was eating in my car just outside, I went in to let her know but no apologies or a try to resolve the issue just I asked for toppings but you didn t say didn t fell good at all.

Had a chicken burrito bowl. It was either the seasoning on the chicken or the chipotle lime sauce that I had put on the bowl that was a little off putting. However, I would try them again because there are so many options.

Four months ago this was THE BURRITO PLACE, but somehow the quality, size, and variety of food has gone DOWN THE TUBES! The quality of customer service has also depleted to an embarrassing level. My family and I use to visit this location multiple times a month over the course of a year, especially during the summer. So what happened here in such a short time?! Guess the hunt for a decent Burrito place begins again!

Ive never been to such a place with such friendly staff then here! The food was soooooooo good! and the portions really emphasizes the name! such big portions. I highly recommend in checking out this place.

Got the crispy chicken burrito with both beans and rice. Every bite was full of flavour and the gentleman working was pleasant.

There is a reason why they are rated 3.6 out of 5. I will rate them 1 because if I am buying a bean and cheese burrito I expect the beans portion to be adequate as it doesnt have any other protein source when compared to a chicken burrito. Please make your indian workers understand this concept as they may not be familiar with the portion sizes being newly immigrated to canada.

Good burritos bad service I kept asking for a print out of the menu they kept saying there wasnt one and I knew for sure there was so I kept saying thats weird and sure enough they hand me a burrito wrapped in a print out of the menu the same employees also like to close an hour early and leave the doors unlocked and it just makes for a very awkward situation

Shockingly dirty. Ordered burritos when it first opened on Tuesday. It felt abandoned and unloved, but I had promised my son we would try it. After ordering I went to the bathroom. We were the first customers that day and the bathroom was disgusting. The sink, toilet, door and the rest of the bathroom was covered in dirt and worse. I have never seen a bathroom that dirty. It was clear that a lot of the dirt had been there for a long time. I hope something changes there because the food could be really good.

I typically love this location of the restaurant way more than others I ve visited nearby. Burrito places are usually a hit or miss therefore some days they ll be incredible while on others they re just okay. I frequent here often with my boyfriend, and there s a few things I d like to note. One of the servers is a wonderful gentleman who always greets us with a smile and makes burritos well every single time. While on the other hand, most of our less quality burritos were made by a woman instead. Seating inside the restaurant isn t the best but it s most suitable for a group of 3-4 people. While it also isn t very well kept/cleaned up after.

Worst worker and the lady on the counter is ducking rude! Get a good staff who know how to work and can actually work!

We tried 2 chicken burritos. The chicken was dry and the burrito was flavorless overall despite all the toppings. I dont understand how mexican food can be made bland. Disappointed for the cost. Was really hoping it would be great. It looked good but no flavor.

Well, the health unit should pay this place a visit. Nothing like walking in, seeing the cook wearing rubber gloves with his thumb poking out of a hole. He proceeded to remove his ear buds, worked the till, then prepared our Burritos with the same gloves. We walked outside and tossed the food in the trash. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place as their acceptable level of sanitation is obviously sub par. Gross!

The food tastes Delicious every time weve been. Ive tried a few different things. The cheesecake burrito is my favourite by far.

Had the huge chicken burrito. Staff was very friendly and the place was clean. Burrito was made quickly. Unfortunately though the burrito was a pretty big let down. For $14 it was rather small and bland tasting. Sadly a generic chain restaurant with terribly average, at best, food.

Ordered through Skip the Dishes. Ordered one steak burrito, and one butter chicken burrito. The beef burrito that arrived was not steak in any way shape or form. It was shredded beef. If they had sold it as barbacoa beef it would have been fine, but the menu said steak, and steak it was not. I cant say how the butter chicken was, as it never arrived. Instead, I got someone elses Buffalo chicken with a bunch of toppings in it that I strongly dislike and never would have ordered. Very disappointing. Cant recommend.

Very stingy and cheap with the ingredients its embarrassing to see them prepare the meal before my eyes (and thats after I even asked them to fix the poor portioning). They may as well wrap up the tortilla bread and hand it to me empty. Im writing this review as theyre preparing the meal.

Really good everything

I ordered through skip and it was first shown around 20 minutes for preparing the order then it was automatically changed around 1 hour and after one hour I still did not get my order. This is not fair.

My bf and I come here once in a while and we always enjoy it! A few weeks ago we went in and the girl working asked my bf if he liked the ground beef and how it tasted. We were confused but she said she was asking because the majority of the staff is vegetarian and isnt able to taste it, so she was looking for feedback. I thought that was super considerate!

Staff was friendly but portions are small. I ordered a big Baja chicken and it was the size of a small. Girl that served me kept shaking the scoop until it was just above half.... typical considering the type of people that are running the establishment. Not worth the price.

We have been going here since this location opened, service has declined with new staff and so has the quality of the food. Yesterday the steak was almost inedible it was so overcooked and dry. This is unfortunate as it was our families favourite spot for awhile now. Seems to be hit or miss depending on whos working. Edit: I would like to say I am changing this review to 5 stars. They have really got it together and are 5/5 every time. I have eaten here maybe 50 times since my original review. Veteran staff knows our order and remembers us every time and service plus quality is great. I thought I should change this review after trying out the Trenton location and receiving literally the worst service of any restaurant I have been to, makes me appreciate a great spot like this Belleville location. Keep up the great work!!!

Store was closed at 10:50 pm on Friday night, online and store front said 12 am. I had placed my online pick-up order and got it. But I felt sorry for 3 other customers in the parking just arrived to find the store closed. I am not impressed. Advertise store hours and follow them!!!

Service was ok, seemed clean, just wasnt a particular fan of the food. Not saying its bad for everyone, just not my taste pallet. Thats all. Friendly enough I suppoooose.

Getting worse and worse with their protein amounts... got another Tequila Lime Chicken tonight, had even less Chicken than the last one. They are using more and more rice and less and less proteins/beans/vegetables. Its a real shame the place is going downhill so quickly. Will be finding another place from here on.

I got a bowl and my friend got a huge burrito the huge was not big at all and the bowl was lacking a good amount of everything. They don t put a lot of anything on the bowl or burrito they are very rash they actually place 4 slivers of lettuce on both items then when asked for more gave u 4 more.

Been here 3 times now and the food is fantastic. That being said, twice now they have given me someone elses order and the last time this happened it was food that was so insanely spicy I felt sick for two days! This establishment should be using names for orders so this doesnt happen again. Until then, my rating stays as is. Be warned, make SURE your order is yours before leaving!

Food was good. Service was good. Portions were large. Lots of stuff behind the counter so I think they are just opening and learning things. Overall decent experience. Taking off a star because I ordered guacamole on my tacos. The lady told me guacamole wasn t good on the fish tacos and proceeded to insist it be put on the side. She then gave me a very measly side portion of guac when I paid for a scoop on each taco. Was kinda annoyed by that..... just let me put on my tacos what I want to put on my tacos. Tacos were fully loaded so there wasn t really much room for the guac anyways so I didn t really fight it. I put the guac on one taco because that s all that was given and it tasted really good so....... I d insist next time to put guac on the fish tacos.

Ordered the sweet potato burrito tonight. Absolutely delicious! Its awesome to see so many vegetarian and vegan options offered at a fast food joint. The portion was more than fair, with lots of flavour. Will definitely recommend and be back for more

Just got 2 steak burritos, they folded them wrong, all the veggies were in one end and the steak in the other end. Didn t enjoy it at all.

Really mediocre tacos. Highliner fishstick tasting fish, a weird brown over the top sauce. Chicken tacos were sloppy and mushy. The tortillas are basically just El Paso flour tortillas. Tasted like something you could easily make at home, but like, not as good. Maybe we should have stuck to burritos? The root vegetable fries were extremely salty. The deep fried Mars bar was good though. Experience made me miss BarBurrito so much.

Really dissapointing. Got the butter chicken burrito which was just plain shredded chicken with a small amount of butter chicken sauce (which did not taste anything like butter chicken). The chicken was cold and bland. The employee gave me the wrong meat which I noticed in time luckily. And it was $11.50 for the mini! Ended up tossing it after a few bites.

Ordered and paid and they made me the wrong food. I told them this as it was being made and they told me I was wrong NO I m not wrong I ve ordered the same meal more than once. I m not impressed will not return.

If I could take a star away, I would. Absolutely terrible, do not go. Firstly, theRe was cross contamination with every condiment and they asked for a tip before they made the food. What am I tipping? You doing your job? I ordered a small sweet potato, they put on a pint sized of noodles, and I only had 5 condiments in total. Most if it being rice. It was about half the size of the small burrito I bought in Lindsay s fat bastard s franchise. 4 bites in and I couldn t take another I was so disappointed. One good thing? The seagulls didn t mind all that rice and no flavour.

Ground beef was dry, rice was old and dried out, asked for white tortilla and got whole wheat and none of the toppings i ordered were in the burrito. Deep fried mars bar was so over cooked there was no chocolate inside. For the price they charge for the food your better off eating taco bell

Food isnt bad, and pricing for the portion sizes is actually fairly reasonable, albeit slightly pricey (portion sizes, at least for burritos is larger, so that is a plus). I can usually get a huge size burrito, and cut it in half for a meal immediately, plus lunch the next day. Service isnt terrible, but there can be some communication issues making putting ingredients/toppings on a bit difficult, and I did get handed someone elses order the first time I came here. If they can sort out those issues more consistently, Id say it would go up at least 1 star for me. Still recommend trying here at least once, and deciding for yourself

The tacos tasted horrible, the meat (if you want to call it that) was like mush and tasted bitter. My bf ordered 2 Buffalo burritos, 1 for him the other for his son..his son will eat anything..he wouldnt finish it..said it tasted weird. My bf said the meat was hard..he took 2 bites and couldnt finished.it we tried the one in kingston and we liked it.Belleville needs more training.

I visited t his establishment where I had to walk into three employees sitting outside all on their cell phones when I approached the inside of the restaurant I made my purchase and I was trying to ask the staff member for specific menu item where he looked at me and with complete silence After placing my order I looked around the restaurant and it was very very unclearly None of the work surfaces had been wiped down at disinfected or washed there was multiple food cross-contamination the lettuce had sludgy brown liquid in the bottom and they couldnt even wipe off any of the surfaces or prep areas The whole entire visual screamed food poisoning so loudly ask for a refund and the other customers behind me left once noticing the disgusting condition if you are doubting my credibility on these claims I can give you an exact time and date in which I was in this location in which you can view me making my purchase taking my refund back and the other two people also leaving a location at the same time

I have tried a lot of burrito joints but this may be hands down my favorite. Not only do they have the classic flavors but they have fusion flavors should you want to try something different. Best of all Guacamole is free!!!

Never been to this spot before and finally decided to give it a try after seeing this on the menu. Damn its good. And the guy making our food put some time and effort into it, which is so nice to see these days.

Good sized portions and the guac is free. I reckoned the tacos as a warm up for the burrito.

I ordered the Steak Quesadilla with extra cheese and it was so soggy it fell apart when I picked it up. The flavour was wonderful, but I will probably never order it again.

Not very happy with my experience. Ive been here 3 times and the first 2 times were okay, but this time they forgot my dessert and I paid 17$ for a large and got a small. (I know because mine is always a small and my partners is always a large. And they were the same size this time even tho he got exactly what he always gets) and the food was all cold. I got waffle fries with pulled pork and asked for the toppings on the bottom but they didnt listen so my fries were soft and inedible.

I ordered instore, the waffle fries are very good, the beef burrito I bought on the other hand was not good at all. The beef tasted burnt and the toppings werent as good as mucho burrito, overall I would rather spend my money else where.

Really tasty and good portion. I had a regular chicken burrito made to order and it was great, much better than any burger and fries. Flavour was authentic and you can stuff it with as much filling as you want.
