Nice place, lots of machines however hardly any tables open even on a Friday night and the slot machines seem very tight here in comparison to the many other casinos we frequent.

Not pleased at all. Went with 4 other people on october 31st, who arrived at 7.50 pm. to go to the restaurant. We were told it closed at 8 pm and was not seated. Then we were told the bar closes at 8 pm. Can understand why on a Thursday night the bar would close at 8 pm. My friends said they wouldnt come back again. They drove 2 hours and were disappointed with the situation. Sorry, I suggested to them yo got there not pleased at all

I recently visited a casino around 8 pm, where Adam at the front desk requested identification. We provided our IDs, but my fiancé s had a small sticker indicating his recent G1 license update. Although this update should not have been an issue, Adam was firm and unyielding in his stance, resulting in us having to leave. We felt that his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and we believe an apology is warranted for the way the situation was handled. This behavior was both unnecessary and disappointing. Legit ruined our friday night!

Fun, small casino with a bar, fast food, table games, slots and clean bathrooms! The staff was very nice, relaxed and made it a fun place to gamble.

By far, the largest government scam around. No table games open, and all they have are scam video gaming machines that just rob you of your money. I have been in many other casinos in Ontario, and none are as sad as this place. Save your money and play poker with the boys

Had originally left a review more about the people that work there; that hasn t changed, they are great!! This time it s about the fun part. I haven t been visiting as often due to a work schedule but when I have been able to go, I haven t been able to stay too long. The machines aren t paying out much at all, no bonus rounds to keep me playing. Betting $1.50 to win .30 cents, LOL, honestly, that s a joke! And when you actually spend a moment to look around at the other people playing, you don t see many, AT ALL, smiling! To me that says it all! It s definitely NOT what it use to be. It s not a good time anymore. At this point in the game, pun intended, I think I will start to keep my hard earned dollars in my pocket. Sorry Shorelines, I can see why your parking lot and casino, is less busy more often than not! And patrons, if you read this review to the end, think about how you will feel if you do go, and leave with empty pockets! Not worth it! Think twice, I know I definitely will!!

We were at the Restore place accross Belleville Casino. At the Casino there is a bar and restaurant called Windward. Had a beef/tomatoe soup of the day and stirfry veggies in hot sweet Thai sauce. In addition the New York classic cheese cake with the strawberry sauce ( warmed up on my request) topped with the French Vanila ice cream. All the food choices awsamly, super tasty. The waitress provided super service too. Sweat moment of happiness Thanks

Im not into gambling, so I cant speak on that behalf. However, its a great place for weekend live entertainment! Ive been here on 2 separate occasions to see the Pitiless Fools, and the sound was great with lots of room to dance! We enjoyed dinner before each show and were very impressed with the meals we ordered! The food was excellent, the prices were comparable to other local restraunts and the service was great! Would highly recommend for a fun night out!

No beverage service, band was way too loud. Individuals participating in lewd behaviour, not only on the dance floor but while seated. Very disturbing. Security needs to supervise activities and patrons.

Plenty of parking, clean, easy to find your way around, bathrooms clean, self-serve pop water, coffee, and tea, although lacking directions for using coffee cream/milk dispenser, and its not intuitive.

After I sold my house 6 months ago, I chose to move to the Belleville area so I could spend my retirement playing the slot machines. To date, I have easily put over 100K through their machines. They liked that and paid me $300 a week in free plays, sent me offers like a resort in the Bahamas, or 4 nights in their own local resorts, etc, etc. I felt appreciated as a client they wanted to keep coming back. 3 months ago I was playing 2 machines at the same time, playing and stopping them as quickly as the machines would allow, when someone complained because they didn t want to play any of the other 300 empty machines, they wanted one of my 2. The slot attendant checked into it and came back to inform the person that she had spoken to her boss and as long as I was Actively playing both machines, I was permitted to do so. Today however, was a different story. I was told that if anyone else wanted to play one of the 2 machines that I was playing, I would have to give one of them up! So which is it??? It doesnt really matter now, as I was surrounded by a slot attendant, a floor manager, and get this: a security guard! What kind of business calls security for a situation like a 70 year old with a complaint? How embarrassing not only for me at the time, but it must also be embarrassing for them now as people read this review. If you agree, please click the Thumbs up icon below. Anyway, I explained what the the decision was 3 months ago, and informed the manager that if I was forced to not be able to chase my by then sizeable investment in the hopes of obtaining at least one jackpot, then I would never return. Their response although polite was basically, We don t care . So that s what I did. I cashed out, redeemed my hundreds of dollars worth of earned food credits, turned in my player s cards and walked out never to return. Shorelines Belleville has over 300 negative 1 & 2 star ratings here. I find it very interesting to note that they havent bothered to reply to the negative ones, but I do know why they havent. They just dont care, because there are a hundred other suckers ready to replace you. To them you are no more than just another monkey trained to push a button, and you can easily be replaced. Do not be lulled into a false sense of feeling that you are appreciated. You are not. Well, I must have struck a nerve. The Belleville Casino actually responded to a negative comment here!!! Maybe the reader should jump ahead to read their response below now, and then come back to this paragraph. >>> Most businesses appreciate more, the customers who spends the most money at their establishment, which may be unfortunate for the guest who may show up once or twice a year and spends just a few pennies each time, but its really just Economics 101. You show appreciation to your larger spenders like the real casinos do. An organization as large as Great Canadian Entertainment, (owners of Shorelines Casinos), should certainly have people who understands this, but apparently they don t. And for Gods sake, you dont call security on one of your very frequent visitors when they are quietly playing, and not bothering anyone!!!! What the hell is wrong with you people? My final words are, IF you have rules, make sure your staff and visitors are aware of them, so situations like this dont arise.

By far the shadiest casino Ive ever had the displeasure of visiting. It amazes me the AGCO hasnt shut this place down, speaks volumes of the integrity of these establishments. The machines in this place are terrible in terms of payouts. Ill provide a few examples. 1) Lightning Link Sahara Gold 10c denom $5 bet. Hundreds of dollars in the machine, no bonuses, no hold and spin. But wait, finally a bonus. Its the hold and spin feature within the bonus. Only 1 $5 ball dropped in the bonus! Literally covered my original bet and that was it. If you place this machine or know what im talking about, this is extremely rare to see. So fast forward to hundreds of more dollars, nothing! 2) Huff N More Puff 5c Denom $2.50 bet. Hundreds of dollars in, boy you sure get 5 alot (helmets) and alot of 2 buzz saws. Again nothing. I walked around the casino and observed how much credits were in peoples machines, Id say around 95% had less than $20 in credit. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and do not go in this place, payouts are non existent here.

Fairly busy, had a great time

Went to Belleville casino this morning. Bad experience. Got three bonus, $3.00 on one, less on others. My wife got 0 on hers. Went looking for help, only people on the floor ( except entrance) was the cashier and on maint. Person. Last week had three bonus with 0 on them.

Nice looking inside. Good is ok at the restaurant. The building smelled like sewage. I ve been a couple times and only smelled that this last time. Decent casino for the city.

My favorite local casino. Clean, fairly big with lots of slots. Restaurant is good, but need more selection of foods. Still dont understand why you charge for po inside the Restaurant when its free outside the restaurant.

I counted 3 signs that says BUFFET. Theres only an empty space. Why are they still advertising street level?!

Its a pretty good casino. The slots dont really want to accept cash a lot of the time which is frustrating, but with enough grit and patience it will eventually work. Would have given 4 stars based on that. However, the bartender we had was terrible. It was obvious that she didnt want to be there. She was in such a bad mood that I was in a bad mood for the next three days. We dont appreciate being talked down to or talked to like we are dumb, so more than likely will never be back. We will take our money elsewhere and you probably should too.

I ve been to this Casino many times. Tonight with the way I saw the high-roller table supervisor act was disgusting. The words said to the 2 Asian ladies next to me was nothing short of breath taking. So much so I spoke up and told him his was acting inappropriately. Then he turned on me. I made a formal complaint with the nice Filipino lady another dealer directed me to speak with. Thank goodness she was helpful, apologized for this bully and his actions the way he treated customers. I hope they can attract better employees to take this guys place. Never a bad experience 30x there until today. Everyone else has been very pleasant and welcoming. Hope no others experience this awful treatment as a patron while visiting

Five star feeling

The casino was OK. We didnt eat there, just went for the entertainment. We enjoy playing the card tables but were not rolling in money. We found the minimum bet of $25 was way too high for us locals. We tried the electronic table games where we could bet $5. It just wasnt the same. We enjoy the human interaction. I dont think well return.

It s been since before Covid that I ve been inside this location and I have to say that it met all my expectations from low to high . It gets 5 stars on the superior customer service, cleanliness and appearance. However , as a frequent casino slot player I was disappointed to have tried money in 5 different machines ($200 spent total ) and and have had ZERO wins at all . Only once did I get free spins even . I get it that they all have huge losses to recover from our lovely government closures that were sadly forced on the and us , but it s definitely the tightest of many casinos I visit regularly, as far as their settings on their machines . This also comes as a spectators observation , as I always observe those machines within eyesight. If you re in there to take in the experience, it s great , if your money is budgeted PLAY SMART and be prepared.

The managment and staff made my mom feel super special on our visit to the casino for her 75th birthday. My daughter and I were very impressed with the service and experience and we will all be back.

No poker room, slow dealers, management are newbies and act like they are giving away gold bars instead having customers spending their money there. New machines, nice atmosphere. Update 2023: Table games are rarely open and sometimes dont open even when they are advertised. Buffet is gone and the restaurant is no longer worth going there for, with $18 chicken fingers on the menu. Removing the buffet then gouging us on the menu and unjustifiably large minimum bets at the tables. Same minimums at nicer casinos Blue Heron, Pickering and even Lac Leamy in Ottawa and Fallsview in Niagara. Much better service at them too. So there is just no reason to go here. Not cheap minimums, no real sicbo, no real craps, no poker, no service, no buffet and menu prices that arent any cheaper than anywhere else. Gross.

Dont waste your time. This place is 95% slots. There are about 5 table games being run and out of that 5 they are only running about 2 different games (Pairs & Blackjack). I came to play 3 card poker and was told when I asked that they got rid of it. Minimums on tables were $25. Ill wait when I head down to niagara, better games and better choices. Everything at this casino, if you want to call it that, can be played in the comfort of your own home with a laptop and credit card. I only gave a 1 star as as zero isnt an option. As a local Im definitely not returning.

We went to this casino January 16th. It smelt like sewage. We went back the next day it was the same.

Lots of newer machines, good atmosphere....5 of us went one of us walked away 250.00 richer and two of us broke even. Second time we went no one won, but we had a good time. I recommend this one over the one in Gananoque.

Slots are very poor for retun after spending lots of money to get bonuses. Comps and free play is a joke. They need to see what offers I get from Seneca Casino in Buffalo . We go there once every 6 months for 2 days. Going in July have free rooms available. Plus comps each week is more than I get from Shorelines in a month! You need to survey patrons as they leave casino. I have never heard so many complaints when Olg ran casinos in Ontario. Comps and free play needs to be increased significantly. Thanks!

This is such a cute little Casino in Belleville. Actually its quite amazing because the people playing are locals who are cheery and even helpful - great people who helped me. And to boot, I came out a winner - and the woman playing next to me said - Im happy for you, sir - youd never get that kind of happy response in Vegas - give it a spin - youll love it - and remember - Hit and Run - dont fall in love with a single machine - enjoy!!!!

Won $600 last night, yay, but I always bet the max but this time I somehow bet 35 cents instead, of course I got 400 plus free games. Dinner in restaurant was excellent.

I m writing this review to the Management of this establishment. We visited June 26th, 2023 around 830, I walked in with my husband and I m currently 7.5 months pregnant. We are South Asian, I m 36 years old. There were three securities in the front, one of them checked my husbands ID and the another person named Dylan Gross, checked mine. He looked at mine and asked for my age, he asked for my last name and I gave it to him. We were cleared to go inside and later followed me to the restroom, waited until I got out and asked to see my ID again. At this point I was frustrated, I asked him do you need couple different verification because I can show it to him. He said I m within my rights to check my ID but didn t give me an explanation as to why. He used something to check the validity of the ID. I m very offended by this treatment, I don t see why a pregnant women would walk into a casino with a false ID. We mainly went there to eat but was so disappointed with the experience and left shortly after. We ve been to many different casinos and had never been treated the way we did here, we felt un welcomed based on our race. The individual had 0 empathy, he was extremely arrogant and dismissing to any questions we had for him. I would like this incident thoroughly investigated to ensure it s prevented moving forward and avoid a pattern that we believe this particular establishment has set. I would also recommend getting a device where you can scan the card like other casinos have to avoid this inconvenience moving forward.

Although they advertise a buffet restaurant, it is closed with no expectation of it opening soon. The other restaurant had good food: lunch x2, 3 bevies and tip = $80+ Very few live card tables. Could smell food from the restaurant everywhere except the smoking area. Lots of parking.

Usually I enjoy the food at the restaurant but last night not so much. Had the fish and chips and it was so greasy that I could not eat it all as I usually do. The paper under the fish was literally drenched in grease! Gross! I mentioned it to the waitress with little to no reaction. Did not even get so much as an apology or any form of compensation. Terrible customer service!
