0 costumer service skills. If you come whenever night shift is on you will have to wait 30 minutes to an hour to get your 1 item of food. I walked in about 1pm ordered, turn around to fill my drink up and it was ready. My S/O and I went through the drive thru around around 5:30 the same night and ordered one chicken sandwich and didn t leave the drive thru until 6. There was already a car at the drive thru window waiting for who knows how long, took them about 5 minutes to even take our order, there was one person inside already sitting and eating and no one else. Why such a big difference in customer service from the afternoon crew and the night crew?

UPDATE; Oct 30th, we called the store to speak with owner/ manager. We were told she would call us back, when I mentioned that I wanted to speak with manager, we were told that manager wasn t there at the moment. The lady over the phone mentioned again she would call me right back, never asked for my name or number and hung up the phone! Absolutely ZERO customer service skills! Absolute horrible service! My brother in law and I went through drive thru at approx 12:35pm, Oct 18th 2024. We waited at the speaker to order food and were greeted with one moment please. When she returned we said our order and she said ok is that everything and suddenly another person came on the speaker to take our order we started talking again and someone else came on the speaker saying hello at this point we mentioned we said our order twice now and it s getting a little frustrating. They once again seemed to not listen to us when taking our order the 3rd time because they kept repeating our order and it was wrong. We decided to leave drive thru and go inside. We waited about 5 min to be served and when we finally did the lady at the counter was ignorent, she kept getting our order incorrect and when we tried to fix the issue she would roll her eyes and get snappy. When it came to pay my brother inlaw went to pay and his chip wasn t working so he tried a different card in which it didn t work again. She handed us another debit/ credit machine said here try this one payment went through on credit card and only a partial receipt came out as the paper ran out of the machine, she replies try again when she noticed the paper. My brother in law showed her that the payment did go through and that he was not making another payment. I told her the paper in the machine is low and she proceeded to change the paper and finally gave us the receipt. She once again rolled her eyes and shook her head. She handed us our cups. I asked her if I give us the managers name as I was going to make a complaint. Upon getting our food my brother in law ordered a large fry but only received 2 small and we were missing another biscuit.

Everything was really good, I definitely recommend this location

Coming into the restaurant, the doors and floors were filthy, makes you wonder about the kitchen and food prep. We walked out.

The staff at this Popeye s location have been completely accommodating, respectful and always have everything ready super fast. I usually go and place a large order (like a family deal with a sandwich, wings and so much more) and they are always smiling and ready to help I completely recommend this place not only for awesome chicken but amazing staff!!!! Parking: There are multiple parking spots around not only the Popeyes because the restaurant is near bigger retailers where there is ton of parking. Wheelchair accessibility: The bathroom is very easy accessible

I really like the chicken, fries, and biscuits. But there are problems: the soda machine ice does not work, and the pop is not cold. When I asked for butter for my biscuit, I was refused. Every table was dirty, and when they were finally cleaned, the debris was simply pushed to the floor not a very clean atmosphere. A real estate box is attached to the front door, and one could assume the place is up for sale and the current owner does not care. Perhaps the corporate head office should be interested in how their brand is presented.

I had my first Popeyes meal and it was great! Boneless chicken wings!! Thank you! Im not sure what to say about the Atmosphere as I went through the Drive Thru, however, that being said, the Service was Excellent! They were so cheerful and helpful, particularly when the drive thru speaker was too quiet to hear them and they quickly took my order at the window. Thank you staff!!

Decent food, decent service. Most of the time my sandwich is thrown together and the staff provides no positive customer experience. It s a very poor environment, quite shocking when you consider this a customer service business. Comments have been made but they just laugh and turn a blind eye.

Employees were kind. approx 2.5 hours after eating the chicken nuggets i puked my whole guts out. never eating popeyes again. BEWARE, it wasn t pleasant and also they forgot out bbq sauce. also the mac and cheese was so bad. the apple cinnamon pie was yummy though. Louisiana is not for me.

Worst, chicken was not fresh..

If I could give 0 stars I would, simply for the awful customer service. I ordered honey BBQ wings like I have many times as they are very good for fast food wings. When I bit into the first one I immediately knew these were not honey BBQ. I really like spicy food but these were HOT, ghosts pepper HOT. I took small bites of other wings to make sure it wasn t just one. They were all extremely hot and I could not finish just two wings. I returned to the store to explain and ask for new wings or at least a refund. I was told that ALL their wings were ghost pepper wings and they just added sauce. I found that very hard to believe as I ve enjoyed them on multiple occasions with no issue. The employee was very rude and snappy about it and made 0 effort to make things right even with a receipt. I can see why the reviews for this store are so low.
