Probably the busiest Walmart McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff have got a good hustle in them and they do their best to try and get the orders out.
The open area could have been cleaner, and the overall service could definitely be improved. However, a positive aspect is its convenient location. It's situated right on the main side of the road, so there's no need to go out of your way to find it. Plus, being located inside Walmart is really handy!
First of all they gave the order 20 min after and gave me down thum. What kind of sense is this , waiting long for order pick up and give me 👎 . I was waiting for my order there for 30 minutes in restaurant and long hair girl became rude to me . You guys also have priorities for your online customer, they are not only paying us for delivery but also pay for their food. Next time behave with delivery driver.
The worst service and food I have seen in Canada.if we order coffee they will give tea and if we order tea they will give coffee not once.And if they make a tea to a customer they should mix it properly 9/10 times I got tea without mixing it properly. The worst service and worst store
The Manager working Nov 29, 2023 was absolutely amazing. There was an app issue with payment, he was extremely kind, reassuring and went above and beyond to look after us! It’s so nice to have such great service! Thank you
First, they give a lady my coffee, she brings it back 1 minute later. Then they give it to me, the lid was opened and sign of lipstick. When I got my food, the meat was missing on my sandwich. I went back in, they put chicken instead of sausage. Worst service ever. If you go there, definitely you will be late for work.
Clean establishment. Busy kitchen but the young staff seems to handle pressure really well 🥇I ordered with the application from my phone. All the extras that I’ve selected were respected. Thank you to the lady who served me my tray with a smile.
Came here for lunch and I think this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff is either really lazy or very understaffed. I think I am leaning more towards it's understaffed. We waited 25 minutes for food with a lineup of other people. The garbage was over flowing and looked like they haven't been changed in 2 days.
Like the service it was excellent. Server was polite and knowledgeable.

The chicken and egg mcmuffin from here was the best I had ever had!
They are extremely slow, i waited 30 minutes for a fry and sausage mcmuffin. They don t even have a drive thru to work and their slowly then the usual mcdonald s. it s always like this every time i purchase from here.
McDonalds fast food is a great place to get lunch with so many options. They are fast, courteous and follow Covid protocol.

I was in there today after shopping at Walmart. I got my normal coffee which is great but also ordered two apple pies which I usually love but both were over cooked, one so bad I couldnt eat it for it was dried right out. What a shame
Went to get a few things in the early morning and thought I would get some breakfast! Good choice! The girls were right on point, makes my day when someone cares about someones food! It might be the last meal I have for today so i really do appreciate it! Thanks girls!

Incredibly slow service even with no line
Almost 10 minutes for a coffee and fries....fries were so loaded with salt, the dead sea called with a complaint. Coffee sat there for 10 minutes while the rest of the team struggled to make French fries happen. That being said the coffee was disgusting and burnt. That mouth opening being shut that long let the coffee steam itself into oblivion. Paid nearly 7$ for two parts garbage, one part disappointment. Do better. For the price being charged....do...better....un...acceptable....mostly upset about the quality of items, not the wait time. So dont let that possibly be your argument.
My mom went here for dinner and got the burgers messed up. This happens so frequently
This mcdonalds is a constant let down. Unbelievably slow all the workers have one pace, slow. When you get your food 20 minutes after ordering it is wrong every time without fail. Who is managing this embarrassment.

They got the order wrong, forgot straws, the sprite tasted like mold, and we also had to wait in a parking spot for almost 10 minutes for our drive-through order to be prepared. I wasnt impressed with this location.

Burgers were just thrown together with too much lettuce. Pick it up to take a bite and it all fell apart. Both of them. Cost was ridiculous, $22.70 for 4 items that were terrible. This was McDonalds in Picton Ontario..
I usually purchase a coffee every day at MacDonalds but started having disappointing experience with my coffee orders. About 1 month ago ordered a small coffee and by the time I tasted in my vehicle it tasted watered down...thought it was tea. Took it back and they gave me another one..but the same thing. Well today the same thing happened again and I did call the Manager of the store to let her know...she said she would taste it to make sure it was watered down. I think my days of purchasing coffees there are over.

Decent McDonalds, conveniently located inside Walmart right by the main entrance. Perfect place to grab a bite to eat before or after taking care of your shopping needs. Recommend it here
Waited in line 10 minutes before manager on duty took other register. Waited 5 more minutes after not moving and left.

When Beverly isnt here, the coffee is terrible. How hard is it to add sugar or actually stir it. And even the ice coffee gets done wrong. I ask for a vanilla one with two extra vanilla shots, and the cashier looks at me like I asked her a math question. I get the iced coffee and there is no vanilla whatsoever in it. Im at the point where I will only get coffee when Bev is in since she knows what shes doing

Made a mistake in my order. When they gave me my second burger, there was mistakes again. Its plain! That means nothing in it other than the cheese.

Its run well for it size, some of the reviews complain about waiting times but its a lot smaller than a normal McDonalds so the service is good for its small size. Located conveniently at the exit/entrance of McDonalds for a quick burger or before or after your shop. Wouldnt recommend cominf to use this particular restaurant if you are not going to shop, rather you should use a different restaurant like the McDonalds on North front street. Over all its good for convenience, but irs obviously not a fine dining restaurant so dont expect too much.
Order was wrong, but only a little, for whatever its worth. Service looked frazzled and was slow at best.

Very racist staff. On one occasion, i was denied coffee because this is not Brampton as the young employee put it. On another occasion, when we ordered fries, I got the response black? He repeatedly asked that until i answered with a no. Only after that, he took our order. For these fries we were made to wait because it was still breakfast hour. And when we deciced to stroll around in Walmart during the wait time, we were followed there by a casually dressed woman, not sure if she was a staff member or another customer. All-in-all, its a shame that racism still persists today in such a heinous form.

Very slow wasnt busy but 15 minutes for 2 coffees.
Cashier, was unpleasant, quarter pounder looked like it was thrown into the container, ordered a sundae and was onlt half full. Ordered a tea and cashier did not give me milk, when I asked for the milk the cashier correced me saying I didnt ask for milk. Lobby was disgusting, drink counter was wet and messy.

I know I shouldnt expect much for Mcdonalds but the bread shouldnt be stale. Yup that bad... when I took a bite of my burrito I was almost sick it was so bad. Only reason I am giving 2 stars was the one cashier was nice enough to replace it with a breakfast sandwhich. However, the breakfast sandwhich was not much better :(
