Verified my order at the window and then still charged me the wrong amount and added fries to my order. Unable to communicate the issue. Should have just used the app then at least my order might be right.

How disappointing. We stopped in for lunch. The tables are all dirty and sticky. The fountain pop machine was out of most flavors. When we told an employee about it, he came to replace the flavors. It took him 2 attempts to finish the task. The table we sat at has a support foot missing so the table rocked terribly. We placed a couple of plastic lids under it to stop it.

So, my mom ordered supper for my siblings tonight from here MY SISTER ALMOST ATE A BREAD CLIP! My mom complained and all they said was come in and show the photo and we will give you a free sandwich no apology was givin for my sister. Quite disgusting.

My son loves Wendys so I had to try it. Food was meh. Same old burger and fries only square. What a unique concept . Aside from that the staff were super nice and very fast. The restaurant was clean and had a lot of natural light.

Ordered on the kiosk, chose a seat and waited.... 35-40minutes later I asked where my order was, turns out they had packaged it and put it on the back shelf since they somehow thought it was a skip the dishes order... 40minutes I waited because they couldnt read or didnt know what kiosk meant.

If I could put minus one for everything I would. My son paid for his food, they refused to give it to him because the machine did not print out a number/receipt. Yet he showed them through online banking that it was paid for. They told him he needed to do a refund and it would take 2 days. If he paid for it, why not give him his food? It took me getting extremely upset the manager. This was their problem, not ours. Hire better people and figure your systems out. WHAT A JOKE!

Today as I went to order, I had asked a question twice because I hadnt heard properly. Finally on the last time, my host #2214 got up to the glass window and had yelled. I was already afraid of ordering on my own and this just gave me more anxiety around it.

Spent 30.00 on what was supposed to be a Caesar salad Chicken wrap and it was a small wrap with one chicken strip, and a piece of lettuce. We also ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. With the fries, the container was half filled and the chicken sandwich was small enough to fill a child. We originally ordered a baked potato with chili and was told we would have to wait at least ten minutes.. What happened to Wendy s? Used to be great food and great value. They just lost two customers. Will not return or recommend.

Sunitha (the manager) gave me a terrible experience, and embarrassed me infront of customers and employees! I will never return to this particular Wendys location (All because I wanted a refund due to being served a green tomato, and given the wrong drink)

The bacon mushroom hamburger was small. Coffee wasnt double double.

I always get the right order and a smile when I order from Wendys. Love their amazing chili and chicken pecan chicken salad.

Restaurant was very dirty with tables spilled with drinks, and full garbage cans. Staff does not appear to be doing any cleaning. Order kiosks were both out of service. These are issues with this location. Additionally, issues outside their control means they have eliminated the large salads, and only have the 1/2 size, which now cost what the large used to.

Supposed to be open at 6:30am according to their website, and of course theyre not open yet at 7:15am.

Store front is not clean! Windows have dirty fingers prints and food smeared on them. The trays are slimy with grease. All table tops were not clean and had to ask for one to be wiped. Store has an unclean smell to it.

As fast foods go, it wasnt until lately that I had been to Wendys. The first time, approx. 30 years ago was a dried out hamburger facsimile on a bun. Now, as far as fast foods go...the food is good, I love the bacon double deluxe burger and their smoothies. However, extremely and unnecessarily over the top LOUD were the staff and overhead background music. When placing my order, yelling it to the rep was futile, however, she did come around, we stepped away from the counter and from there the order was processed. Passed 110 decibels no problem. It was on a friends suggestion that I try Wendys after giving me a very enjoyable chocolate smoothie. Fast at drive tru service but got my 2 orders mixed up. Once we got the 2 orders straight between my daughter and mine all was fine. Dietary restrictions: Mine no onions or ketchup, as my stomach cannot handle, my daughters no cheese lactose intolerance.

Not short staffed... The girl on the cash got my order right... The food was fresh and made nice... The best Wendys Ive ever been to...

Its a new Wendy just got inside the floor had food on it tables were not clean no condments,a employee was playing with the cheese, some boy was sleeping on a table they were not very busy

I m quite upset that this Wendy s does not allow Students from Centennial High school to eat lunch at your location. My son was thrown out of your location for no reason as some other kids were being rude. My son had no part of this. Throw those kids out! Why punish all the others who just want to sit and eat lunch? You cannot refuse patrons from eating inside. If my money is good enough for you then my son deserves to eat inside the restaurant and not have to eat outside or in the stores in the plaza!! As a parent I m angry about this and I hope other parents see this and weigh in on how they feel about their kids having to eat elsewhere after paying good money.

Had icicles fall on my car in the drive trough so I told the cashier and he told me no they didn t and sat there trying to argue about it with me worst customer service ever I tried to call and there phones disconnected now

We stopped the other day at the drive thru, the young man working the window needs people skills. He was rude never smiled and acted like he hated his job. The food was terrible they messed up the order, the bun was stale and i am sure a little more effort in training would be good. Never had a problem before they did the renovations however now nothing but wrong or terrible service.

I went to this place many times. This is my go to place. Manager of this place is so kind and humble. They served very good food.

Very dirty....the floor and counter behind the glass....was dirty and things all over the floor. The staff were rude and took along time to take our order! There were no napkins or ketchup in our bag...had to go back for it.
