One of the places I have returned to in Belville, fast, accessible, good price, especially since I havent paid. But above all the burgers and fries taste very good.

On occasion we enjoy visiting A&W for their eggs and bacon breakfast. Real food, not processed or microwaved. Their staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is nice to stay for our meal. Good location so you can go shopping afterwards.

Nuggets were great, unfortunately only a limited time, would have been good as part of the kids meal. They also need gluten free buns, lettuce around the burger makes it harder to eat. Food

This was a couple of months ago, any maybe it has changed: I ordered a combo. There was no ice so I asked at the counter and was told there was no ice because the drinks are cold already.. The drinks were lukewarm at best and not fizzy. What a fail!

Told we would wait 6 minutes for their apple turnover so said no problem. Waited 10 minutes and got it home and still raw. Dont mind waiting but please cook it.

Great service!... Great food... The new setup and reconfiguration of the interior IS THE PITS!! Cold interior, both literally and figuratively! Cramped when more than 2 customers in line at the counter!! Sparse, cramped, boxy table and chairs!.... Not everyone wants take-out, or the drive-thru, to eat in their car!!

The mozzarella burger was decent. The fries sucked. They where stale! Service also wasnt the best when we arrived at the window for pick up. Lady was not polite at all. She didnt speak at all. She barely even let us grab our food from her before beginning to shut the drive thru window. Once even shoving our drinks out at us with her back turned and almost dropping them.. Was the most out of the ordinary A&W experience.

The staff were friendly, food service was quick and I was able to get a 4pk of glass-bottled root beer to take home which made for a pleasant, weekend treat. As for the atmosphere, however, while sitting to eat my meal I noticed two girls come in, one of whom -while walking around the corner of the counter toward the back of the restaurant, reached back behind the counter and just grabbed a pair of cups out from one of the cup holders (the dispensers from which employees grab a cup for your order). The girl had not paid, barely said more than a couple of words to the employee behind the counter, and the only further interaction between the two was in a language I could neither identify nor understand. I dont know if she was an off-duty employee and A&W has a policy that allows for this, however, it seemed unprofessional to be just reaching behind the counter rather than having one of the on-duty employees grab them for you to prevent this kind of interpretation issue. Great food. Quick service. Pricier than most other chains but usually worth it for the quality and atmosphere, just not on this particular visit.

Good root beer

Had Teen Burger lettuce wrapped first time without the bun and really enjoyed as didnt feel stuffed from the bread. Always a tasty treat. Glad mugs are ice cold as well with RB. Service was excellent and very friendly, advised about new products. Only downside was the womens washroom, looked clean but had the smell of a stale mop being used. All in all very good quality and service. Will be back for another Teen Burger.

A very welcoming place. Despite being early in the morning, the workers were efficient and the food was delicious.

I visited the place for lunch and wanted something for a quick grab. The service was excellent and the people were polite. it is a fast moving place, the area needs to be cleaned for often. The tables were sticky and the self serve area needs tidying more often. Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger was excellent and the burger was well constructed.

4/18/23 @9pm This is the first time encountering racism in Ontario. I went inside to order food and I seen 2 girls talking. They looked at me and didn t even greet me, they just said someone is here, go take their order, and they proceeded to go further to the back and laugh. That was a red flag, so I left! Whoever the manger is talk to your employees! This was an experience of being racially profiled. Thanks for your first class hospitality.

Fast food, great service.

Came in to get dinner with my partner and the service at the counter was good, but the kitchen staff were yelling and being unprofessional. When we were sitting to eat they were slamming doors and chasing eachother around. It was loud because of the staff hollering and screaming. If it wasnt raining out we wouldve left. Apr. 30th, 6:30-7:00pm

Its a nice place to grab a quick lunch. Friendly quick service with a smile.

Worth the detour off the 401 at 62 South. Easy access to and exit from the drive through, gets you back to the highway in a minute or two.

Sometimes crunchy chicken is so so dry, my dog didnt want it either. Lettuce is old sometimes too. But other than that its pretty good.

What is A&W without Coney sauce thats like a McDonalds without quarter pounder and than be told to go to the Quinte Mall A&W if I want Coney sauce thats quite the intelligent answer for someone in your restaurant unless the owner owns both

Usually everything is decent here but this time the ketchup from the pump was so runny it was practically water, barely sticking to my fries. Hope this is a one off but if they cheaped out they need to fix this asap.

Never again dining in, first of all theres bees flying around you as you eat also flys landing on your food. Chairs are sticky tables are sticky even after cleaning them Could be alot more cooler as well (IF some is allergic to bees please be aware of this location)

Got the Chicken BLT combo, its a lot of calories, but its also fairly cheap and tasty and good quality.

Functional and fast but rests upon its laurels. The days have gone by where this worked and worked well. Now it s there and while it s greater than most of the processed fare you ll encounter it s not close to the level that it was at pre pandemic.

Great food as always. Con: I am a traditionalist and thoroughly believe in having ice in my drink. Will not change for A&W...

Stopped for a quick bite and had received an email of 3.99 Teen Burgers. A little disappointed today as the teen burger was not as good as they usually are. It was light on topping and patty was luke warm. I am guessing the they are pre making some of the Teen Burgers to cope with lunch rush and deal price.

I hear the non-meat burgers are good.

Great staff and quick service

The Classic breakfast is a light breakfast and they will substitute tomato instead of toast. The scrambled eggs were a little discoloured by whatever oil/surface it was cooked on - spoiled the expected golden scrambled egg look

Super amazing staff! They were about to shut down for the night. I was that 5 min before guy. I just got off work I wanted eggs! Sausage and egg! I also got an uncle burger with egg! Im so glad they were still open and the staff worked so hard to make my food so freaking amazing! My friend who didnt want fries was so super happy that they were so crispy and good! Theres a lot of places to eat, but Ill keep coming back here because of the amazing service and the food quality is always worth it.

Fantastic customer service. Recently my family grabbed take out, we live out of the city and our order was not complete. I was frustrated and complained. The manager went above and beyond to correct the situation. Mistakes happen but it is rare to see such commitment to owning/rectifying them. We will happily continue to support this location! The service is outstanding and the food delicious!

Burgers were good but very small, onion rings were soft and under cooked. A little disappointing.

A&W has good food. The prices are killing me though. $41 for 3 adults. 2 meals and one extra mama burger, 2 apple pies.

Excellent staff and service

Havent been to A&W for years, so decided to try it again. Very disappointed. $27 for 2 burgers and 2 friends. Bag was full of grease by the time we got home, and we asked for bacon on one burger and it was ignored. I gave 2 stars as the fries were not bad. Will not be going back.
