Service was amazing, food was for a work function and everyone was happy. 3 stars is for not having a tip section for your staff when we pay with credit cards.

Split the mushroom Swiss and the bacon cheese burger both were made to perfection. not a huge fan of the poutine ( but I dislike cheese curds so take that into account) all and all great place Highly recommend.

This is a breath of fresh air to Belleville and all the fast food joints in town. The burger was delicious and the fresh cut fry s (yes fresh they cut them there) were like the ones Harvey s used to make in the 70 s. Go there and stop wasting money on the fast food places. Cheers

Very poorly set up food quality is terrible compared to the one near Ottawa not impressed. Won t be going back.

Had for the first time today. Absolutely recommend. The 2 staff I met today (cashier and cook, didnt get names) were both awesome! There was a dietary limitation for one of the burgers and since they did not have seedless buns they were more than happy to make the burger in a wrap instead (Absolutely delicious I will add). We got 2 mushroom swiss burgers with sauted onions and jalapeños, onion rings and the hickory burger in a wrap. DELICIOUS! Look forward to my next meal from them!

I very much enjoy this establishment. I work close to this place a visit often. The specials are a great deal. The food is always amazing. Ive taken my family, Ive gone with co workers I recommended to family an not one of them have been disappointed. If you like a good burger its hard to finds but they make a delicious burger some crazy good hand cut fries and there all around atmosphere and attitude is great. Recommend 100% .

It was our first time here. The lady on the cash was mad about something or not into conversation. I asked about the point program and didnt get an answer. Was not offered any fixings for our burger(tomatoes, pickles, onion, etc. We were given a semi clean box at our table with ketchup, relish, mustard, and vinegar packs. The burger its self was ok. The fry were stuck together in clumps...

Tried the Pub Burger , Hickory Crunch burger and fries food was awesome. Everything you want from a good burger joint. Service was fast and friendly. Even classic menu items for the kids. Will definitely be back! Vegetarian options: Beyond meat burger

Their cheeseburgers are absolutely amazing! Perfect amount of beef/cheese and condiments. Consistent each time and just excellent quality. The price however..$9 for burger only makes the visits less often..but they are so damn good it s hard to stay away LOL! Try it yourselves you won t be dissapointed!

As good as a premium franchise, yet a small business run by great local folk. Taste is great, price is market rate. Average fries, amazing milkshakes. Delicious beef and bacon, loved and how they dressed it up. Chicken is just formed patties deep fried, nothing special. Go on in and support local.

First time ever we ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger combo and I got the poutine and my husband got the onion rings and it was delicious and I am still eating my poutine lol definitely will be going back

I had the best experience here. I called and couldn t decide what Burger I wanted and the gentleman on the other line helped me pick out a hickory burger. It was one of the best burgers I think I ve ever had in my entire life and when I went in to pick it up, the vibe was immaculate. The two Gentlemen were so Nice and explained to me how the place worked and how it was a chip truck in a restaurant setting I don t think I ve ever met such nice employees in my life and the burger was so so good. Highly recommend to anybody I was having an awful Day and the gentleman really turned it around

So good!! Amazing food

We have gone for dinner twice. My wife loves the place and the food. We both had hamburgers both times with fries. The first time the ordinary condiments seemed to be missing; we asked the second time and they put a selection on our table. The food is pretty good, my only issue was that it seemed slippery and the pattie slipped out of the bun. This is a problem at quite a few outlets. Overall I would not be too excited about the place but I suspect we will be back since my wife is crazy about Law and Order Burgers and I have to admit that it is a notch above the typical fast food place. Parking: Parking depends on the time of day. It is free after 5pm. If you can find a spot on the street you can park close otherwise it can be a bit of a hike from the parking lot along the river behind the stores.

The bad reviews must be coming from competitors, or Karens lol. This place is amazing. The food is fantastic and the People here are super friendly. The pricing is beyond reasonable. This is by far the best burger place in Belleville.

Amazing lunch today served by Mya and prepared by Jessica 10/10 will definitely be back! Food was so hot had to wait to eat it! Dessert before dinner was definitely used here as there milkshake was to good to wait for!! Minimal wait time with dashers zipping in and out of the door!

It s a burger and fries people, how can you mess that up? The Swiss melt burger tasted like air and had barbecue sauce on it. Who puts barbecue sauce on a Swiss melt? Fine, the fries must be good. Nope! Fries were lukewarm after buying them 5 minutes prior and were stiff as starched jeans as if they had been left out for two nights. Just go to five guys, they actually deliver a product.

If I could give this place more than a 10/10 I would in a heartbeat! My fiancee and I walked in and were instantly greeted, they were smiling, let us know what the most popular items were very clean, super friendly ! We left very happy, satisfied and with full bellies ! I recommend them 100% ! We found our new favourite spot

We decided to give Law and Orders in Belleville a try and we were exceptionally pleased! Food was great for good value, staff were friendly, efficient and attentive. Will definitely go back. The only thing missing was the black pepper .

Not worth the price for what you get, onion ring portion was extremely small for the price paid. Burgers were pretty generic, taste like ones Ive made at home, the toppings seem to lead the flavour of the burger more than the patty itself. I am a fan of the fact that they have Frenchs ketchup, I wish more places did.

Ordered thru Uber eats, I had the hickory burger combo, husband had the cheese burger combo. The burgers were fantastic, the onion rings excellent...the fries...disgusting. Not sure if they were yesterdays leftovers, or if the cook just doesnt know how to make fries, but they were dry like cardboard. Unappetizing to say the least. Lesson learned, next order will not have fries

Went in for the first time and had the Monday burger of the day. The Hickory Burger. With a poutine with onion rings, and a pop. Under $15. A great meal and really kind staff.

This was our first time trying this restaurant. Oh my goodness the Mushroom Swiss Combo was absolutely delicious! Service was fabulous. The staff were very friendly and our meals came very quickly. We will definitely be back to try other menu items.

Easily some of the best burgers in town. Delicious, huge portions and very reasonably priced considering the portion size. My only qualm would be to make it easier on the online ordering system to remove items from the burger, as sometimes the order notes are missed.

We got takeout from here Monday night. We ordered The Ringer, The Hickory Crunch & Onion Rings. Everything was delicious!! Burgers were cooked perfectly! The guy working was probably one of the most friendly/polite/welcoming person that I ve interacted with in months! The girls at the counter were super friendly too! Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!! Totally worth the extra $10 it cost us to eat here over McDonalds and other fast food places.

Really enjoyed the food and the staff were fantastic. Still some things to work out but that is to be expected from a new place. Piping some music into the dinning room and a little more elbow grease on cleaning the windows and doors. Will be back

I was greeted promptly which is big in my books. I ordered my food (burger combo and a hot dog) which was cooked in reasonable time. Now comes the taste part. The fries were delicious. Cooked perfectly with an ample portion. The hand made pattie in the burger was done to perfection and the dressing framed it. Law and Order is top shelf. Later on the dog. Its my lunch tomorrow

I had the Nashville hot chicken and my friend had the overkill burger, both were delicious, fries were perfectly crispy. Was alot of food and couldnt finish it all . Personally think its worth the price. Will definitely return. Super friendly staff that check up on you and thank you for coming.

Great restaurant and people are great, but i wasnt expecting to pay 8$+ for just a hot dog with ketchup....I live 2 mins away and wouldve came back daily but the prices are insanely high for this area that will keep me away but I hope they do well.

Food here is amazing! Between me and my family weve had alot of the Burger options and they have all been so good! Hickory Crunch has become my sisters new favorite! And nothing beats a half pound cheeseburger for me! Prices are great for the quality of food and service you get. Definitely my new addiction

Felt like a burger and was in the belleville area... Googled best burgers in belleville and this place came up as one of the options.... Was not disappointed 10/10 would recommend!!! Ill be back for a shake and a frozen giant donut lol Thanks for the awesome dinner!

For the prices of the Burgers some pride should have been put into the atmosphere. It is clean but does not have a great appeal. I had gravy and fries soup which was called a poutine. The meat was good but due to the menu nor being completely clear there were strong issues. Watch out for the asterisks. They are very important. The normal Burgers come loaded but it does not say what is on them. We asked for only certain items but it came out different. They fixed it but everyone else was eating while one was waiting for a remake. Gravy was clumpy. Overall - no reason to go there. There are many locations for a Burger. Approximately 50.00 for our meal for two. For. Burgers. Once again the. Meat itself was good. Lettuce should be on the bottom to protect the bun.

The customer service is very perfection, you can feel the excitement and how grateful each staff member is for customers giving them a chance. Save your dollars and get the hickory burger with a bigger patty, it is literally heaven.
