Boston Pizza in Belleville

Had create your own pasta dish, fettucine with alfredo sauce, garlic bread...large amount of no taste dish, one piece of extremely hard garlic bread,had to ask for grated parmesan cheese...told server it was tasteless..she just smiled.. Ate very little...with tip..$20. Wont go there again...server was very good, food not so much First time I have ever eaten there probably will not go back....

They feed a table of 13 vegetarians chicken, then thought it was funny when they said it was against their religion. Very discromitory. Not to mention how they treat their workers.

We placed our order and the server said about 25 minutes that fine two other tables came in with more people then us and got there meals first I waited and then asked the server if there was something wrong she said we had to push your order they didnt tell us that was what they were doing so I just sat down and waited when the food came she said you come here ever week and complain my husband and I just looked at each other shocked and then she got her manager and she told us to leave and pay for your food and gave us containers my husband tried to talk to her and I was crying and so upset from the abuse from the manager and server we didnt do anything we didnt get upset about the wait or the I kept telling the women we dont deserve this we come here every week and spend over 100 dollars I am so humiliated and embarrassed I have never treated a server bad or been treated like this in a restaurant in my life I will be calling head office

Son and I had pizza on saturday april 27 th 2024 at noon. We paid $60 to both experience severe cramps and diahrea during. the nite. So we paid $60 to get food poisoning. Pizza was undercooked in middle. :-( Ugh Food

Online ordering for delivery via website and app is impossible, funny how that happens every Tuesday even though Ive ordered delivery to this same address in the past. The amount of sodium in every meal here is also incredibly disturbing. Every option is chalk full of unnecessary sodium if you check the nutrition facts. And its not just me saying this; the excessive sodium at Canadian Boston Pizzas has even been featured on CBC Marketplace. And of course the company had no comment. Useless app, impossible website, and excessive sodium menu options for inflated prices.

Last night we took our friends out for a birthday celebration and the food was not up to par but understand that it happens from time to time,my disappointment is in our server. So when it was time to pay he asked if it was one bill and we said yes , he brought us a bill and with the tip of $25 it was approx. $170. Not at all a problem ,but just as we were getting ready to leave he returned with another bill saying he thought our guests were paying for their 2 beer which was another $25 which made no sense at all. Our guest insisted on paying and when they only had 20s and laid down $40 he had the nerve to ask if they needed change and ened up with another $5 tip. Probably wont return to the Belleville establishment. So unexceptable to say the least.

As I have found at the many BP restaurants that I have visited, this one in Belleville lives up to the fine reputation BP has established during its 60 years in Canada. Our visit on 17 May 2024 started with a warm smile followed by welcoming introduction from our server, Sherise. What followed was a most pleasant evening where we could relax and enjoy the atmosphere, knowing we were not forgotten in the crowd. Sherise always seemed to sense when it was time to change course and was there to guide in our choices. The food, the atmosphere, the service blended together to make our evening a memorable occasion. Thank you to the staff and specifically, Sherise, for making it happen.

Ordered a Chicken carbonara pizza, partner ordered big dipper sandwich. Ate and enjoyed every bite of my pizza. Beef in the sandwich was very tender, and it came with two big ramekins of gravy so you can dip without running out. The waiter (a moustached gentleman) was on the ball bringing a takeaway container for half the sandwich and even a little pot to take some gravy away. Beer is well priced and the mug served with my bottle was ice cold which was appreciated. Really no complaints at all with the meal or service. It is hard to tell from outside if the place is open or not, we were not sure until we tried the door. As we were getting in car out front a couple guys getting off bikes asked Is it open? The windows are quite dark, maybe a glowing OPEN sign would be nice. However it was Good Friday so maybe this wouldnt usually be an issue without the added uncertainty of a public holiday.

There are so many great choices, vegetarian, meals with meat too. So its good for everybody.

Horrible mashed potatoes... cant believe the chef would serve that...even the server mentioned they were a bit runny. It was like soup... highly disappointed as I was craving steak and mashed even the steak was way over cooked for medium. Was more like well done.

Boston Pizza, oh the disappointment! Stopped in the middle of a road trip with limited choices, we thought, Its called Boston Pizza; it cant be that bad! Yet, the basic tomato cheese pizza was a flavor catastrophe strange smell, weirder taste. Even my son refused to take a bite. And to top it off, they serve pizza with fries a culinary combo I never knew existed. Perhaps its a haven for sports enthusiasts and beer lovers, but when it comes to food, the experience left a lot to be desired. A cautionary tale for anyone expecting a pizza haven.

The food was great, staff are great. The atmosphere was a little meh, to be honest. They were replacing TVs while I was there around dinner time. Not a bad thing I just struggle with stress in public and it makes it hard to eat sometimes but that is just me tbh.

Love Belleville Boston Pizza. Service is usually very good. Ive been here to watch sporting events, go for birthdays, retirement parties and just a night out. Food is almost always on point and they normally provide their customer with a great experience.

Hadnt been here in about 5 years. I wasnt sure what to order, so I went with the Chicken Club with regular mayonnaise. It was so good even the leftover later that evening was still yummy

Told me it was a 20 minutes wait, waited inbthe car with 6 kids in the car. Went back 35 minutes after and was told 20 minutes again...its 8h30 at night...theres a complete section with no one there...4 staff talking at reception not taking care of me waiting there for 5 minutes....service is just awful !!!

It was a busy night, but not crazy. Our server was from a different Boston Pizza in town. We had four kids. She came to our table to drop drinks, drop food, and never returned for drink refills ask how the food was, we had to flag down another server who went and told our server, she still didnt come. The other server came back and brought juice boxes for the kids as she had her own tables/section. She was amazing, our server was tipped accordingly

Always a great place to have dinner

Every single time I call to place an order I get put on hold for at least 5 minutes. Today I called to place a delivery order and was once again put on hold for over seven minutes (I understand if its busy but everytime?) anyway, after the hold they told me they didnt have a delivery driver. Thanks for wasting my time

Great burger while watching the game!

Ordered for delivery last night. Will never make that mistake again. Fries were underdone, everything was cold. And the chicken tacos that we paid $20 for? Probably about $2 worth of food if Im generous. 6 strips of chicken between 3 tortillas, each strip no more than 1.5 inches long. Shockingly bad value for money. Is that what you serve to dine-in customers?

I came in tonight for dinner with a friend. We came in were greeted by an amazing host, who was very professional and did a great job. I wish I could say the same about our server. Her name was Natasha, and didn t make the experience too pleasant. From her not checking up on our table when we needed things, to leaving us with empty glasses on the table and never asking us if we needed more to drink. I had one drink all night that I finished around the time I received my meal, and it stayed empty on my table until I left. The only times we actually saw her was when she delivered food and to pay. The only times she approached our table she was very unpleasant and did not communicate to us well. We waited a long time for our bill even though she had taken away our plates. We sat for at least 20 minutes before she even approached us to ask about bills! We just waited. Food and drinks were incredible though, amazing job to the team! Props to the kitchen and bartender!! Kinda disappointed that the service tainted the experience, because everything else was a 5/5 stars!

Went to Pipers Arms. Couldnt get s reservationfor 11 people. Was told they dont take reservations . So Piper Arms got the business. Will never eat at Bosto Pizza again.

Foods were good. Totally lack of respect for their soda drinks. Carbonation is very low making the drink very lacking. Problem is they actually think it is proper. At least that is what they told me! Pepsi should be ashamed of the representation of their product. If they held the same amount of pride in their drinks as they seem to have in their food then they would get more stars. I went back last week and found soda still lacking. I went this past Wed. Night and tried the soda and found it much better. I have to believe something was done. They have one of the best waitresses there, always smiling and of course very efficient! Some of the others; it is hard to find a smile. One other restaurant that we frequent has another couple of these special servers. I will go back next week and hopefully I will be able to improve this rating.

I live in the US but everytime I visit my family, I come here. I love the Bourbon BBQ Chicken Pizza! It s my go to and I ll eat the personal size (which is a great size for personal pizzas) or I ll share with my grandpa. All sizings of pizza are great here. Great place to eat dinner with family and friends.

First of all I never liked the way the service recipient spoke to me She just said dont call me, I never called her after that and food was really bad . Dont go there ever.

I wanna give a huge shout out your waitress Melina, my family an I came in on Saturday, there were 10 of us and it was my husband s 60th!, so this was a very special occasion for all of us, she was amazing , this girl not only ran her feet off for us, while she was keeping her other tables going as well, and always smiling , she even brought my husband a brownie dessert! I m gonna say, this girl is the only reason your getting this good review, food was amazing, but 2 months prior I came in to reserve a table for 10. And your manager said no, we only do first come first serve, I was quite disappointed but we came anyway, when we got there , around 2pm the very table we wanted we could not get because it was reserved!!! For another BD party!. So I just wanna say kiddos to her! I m glad it worked out, she deserves a raise!!

Had a friend pick up take out food as a surprise and couldn believe she bought Boston Pizza . I explained how the food is prepared. HAMBURGERS, CHICKEN BREASTS, PASTA NOODLES, WINGS, PIZZA DOUGH are cooked off ahead of time sitting around for as long as 3 DAYS. I explained how horrible the management/owners pay the staff ( MINIMUM WAGE, NO RAISES) , Cut hours daily, cancel staff members shifts the day off(No surprise you cant find COOKS). Back to the food...The food is garbage. NOT fresh by any means and its overpriced. Imagine not cooking Hamburgers to order (FRESH), its a restaurant no?. I myself would never eat at a BP location again after seeing thier preparation process and Im surprised people still do with all the choices out there. Needless to say I tossed the hockey puck of a burger out and got a FRESH one at Wendys for half the price and 50% bigger as well. Save the well have our team look into it jargon , you know what youre selling and dont care smh.

Wentworth here on Friday night with my two small grandchildren. I accidentally spilled a dime worth of dipping sauce which was ranch. I asked the waiter if we could get another one He went and asked cook and they said no. Even if i paid for it. Totally disgusted.

Great things crust BBQ chicken pizza and Crispy pecan chicken salad. Our waiter was awesome!

I ordered nachos for takeout with only cheese, beef and green onions. When I picked up my order I noticed black olives. Other then that the order looked good. They advised me that they would cook a new order. I received the new order. It was with very little beef and small amounts of cheese. I had a idea that they would short change my order. I told the young lad that gave me the nachos that they totally under supplied the nachos. I m totally pissed with what happened with the nachos. I have gotten nachos on numerous occasions and pleased. I ve added a photo and you can simply see hardly any beef and very little cheese. A complete joke

We got a gift card for our anniversary. It was our first time going and it wont be the last. Even though they were very busy (it was a Friday night) service was friendly and prompt. The food tasted delicious (I highly recommend the chicken ceaser salad) the pricing was fair and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Boston Pizza is Boston Pizza. Great pizza and sports bar food. Ive been there many times. However, the last time my wife and I were there we ordered nachos. The chicken was processed. Not very good.

Had a business meeting here. The whole experience was positive. The private booth and the small number of patrons in mid afternoon, made for an easy talking level.

Standard chain restaurant. I do enjoy the the bar side more than at most restaurants though.

Our staff Christmas party was here tonight. The food was great, the service not at all. Our waitress was beyond rude, pushing between 2 of us that were sat at the table to clear plates from the table, rolling her eyes and sighing overly loudly while one of my employees was trying to use her debit card and the machine wasn t cooperating and then yelling at me loudly how to properly use the debit machine when my Apple Pay simply wasn t working and I had to get my card out. My staff and I all work in customer service and by the looks of it this waitress sure could use some more service training.

Food was delicious, but when we went to pay there were extra charges that would/should have been included if it was rung into the till properly. The tip amount was also already added to the bill (which is fine) but then when we went to pay debit, the machine requested another tip. I wonder how many people have double tipped without even knowing it.

Awesome management and staff!! Friendly and great food!! Managed to squeeze dessert in too....the chocolate explosion was amazing!!!!! Definitely highly recommend!!

This has gotta be the worst food in town! Literally the worst! I have had better chip truck food! Ordered 4 meals worth almost $150.00 and left still hungry! The steak was more fat and grizzle than there was meat! The ceasar salad tasted more like dirt and chemicals then anything! The half rack of ribs was so dry you needed a drink just to swallow it! Literally the worst food i have ever paid for and will not be making another visit and will be letting friends know of the horrible food coming out of boston pizza Belleville! I know i should have used capitals cause its the name of a buiness but its noth worth the capital letters! Should be ashamed to charge people what you charge for the food you serve! Horrible!

Horrible food. Ribs tasted funny, the steak was fatty all the way through, the ceaser salad was tasteless, the chicken wings were over cooked and the meatballs in the pasta were frozen and gross. Was extremely unhappy with the amount of money spent for the quality of food we recieved. Would never eat there again after this experience. The only good thing I have to say about this Boston Pizza was that the service (waitress) was excellent. Sadly that is not enough to have us return.

I took my daughters to this place last night for dinner not only did it take one hour and 25 minutes for the food to get there but when my food arrived there was over 3 cm of hardened gravy in my bowl of gravy so that tells me it was sitting there for at least 45 minutes for it to harden like that as well the bacon was literally Not cooked one bit it was literally still moving.. I told the waitress and I told her I didnt have another hour to wait for the next meal so I had to sit there and not eat anything while my family ate and gave me little bits off of theirs then the waitress comes back and says Im not gonna charge you for yours lol I said well clearly not I didnt eat it and it was cold and old so why would you charge me the only thing they did was caught my daughters dinner because her fries were stone cold as well I will never go here again dont come here terrible food terrible service

My Wife and I ate here tonight. We were very impressed. The waitress Ali and the Manager Mike were extremely nice to us. I ordered the pasta jambalaya and my wife ordered the steak. Both were perfectly prepared and came hot to the table. Mike the manager worked as hard as his staff. He actually served our meals. He also went of his way to put the Senators game on the big screen. Once he found out we were huge Sens fans he brought us over two Senators Toques on the house. Overall a wonderful experience. We ll be back!!!
