This place came highly recommended to me, and so my family planned to end our week off with a movie and pizza. Purchased two pizzas - honestly, fantastic. The smell outside the building alone would have kept me coming back for more. In the middle of the night my wife started puking, followed by my three daughters - lastly and inevitably; me. We all experienced classic food poisoning symptoms, all within 8 hours of eating, and with me being away the entire day, the kids at school - it was in fact the only consistent thing we ate. We ordered a Cajun chicken pizza, which only the adults ate, and a pepperoni pizza, to which we all ate. After 30 or so hours of what I can only describe as my familys darkest weekend (also Thanksgiving weekend), I was able to contact the store, as I wanted to make them aware of the issue, out of concern for others. While the young gentlemen supervisor was apologetic, he noted the owner was not there, but that he would take my name and number. I was not accusatory, nor looking for freebies as is likely often the case with someone looking to complain; but needed them to know before contacting the local health authorities, that something incredibly wrong had happened here. Almost two weeks later, I have received no call back, and there has been no concern for my familys well-being, which makes me also question how seriously this business took what I had informed them of. I dont know if its seeing your 9 year old count the amount of times shes puked past the number 30, or what prompts a public review as negative as this, but my guess is it was the disregard for my message, and the owner/companys unwillingness to contact me afterwards that likely prompts this. I dont know if its a local owner, who has succeeded, and therefore is inept at accepting negative responsibility, but to me - given the very graphic details I provided the supervisor, the fact that I myself told him that it may not have been anyones fault; sometimes cheese/pepperoni can come with foodborne illnesses from the supplier; I was incredibly taken back by not being contacted by this business afterwards. As I expressed to the supervisor, this isnt a reach out for freebies, how could I possibly conceive of eating pizza anytime soon, I had it coming out of my nose, and cleaning it off of walls when my kids couldnt make it to the toilet; but the lack of accountability/empathy, tells me all I need to know about this business. Thanks.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, one of the best in the neighborhood in my opinion. There are many types of pizzas and wines, and the service attitude is very good. If one person eats normally, twenty is enough. If I add wine and pork ribs, it s only over thirty. Just need to wait for the waiter most of the time, otherwise its OK

Never had a bad meal here. They are busy in the evenings for a good reason they put out a quality consistent product. Try their cheeseburger pizza.

Hands down the best pizza. Amazing cheese pull, and best crust around . My husband and i have gotten pizza every friday from Norwood, Havelock, Marmora , Madoc and all of Belleville . This is now our forever . Did I mention the service was great ! Roxie had amazing suggestions on how to tweak the crust and awesome suggestions for the pie selection .

Excellent food

I ordered 5 small pizzas online tonight at around 6:30 pm for delivery. They arrived around 7 pm from a very pleasant driver. Upon opening the boxes, a couple of my guests noticed that they didnt get what they ordered. I called the restaurant to get replacements. The person who answered the phone was pleasant and did some checking. Since she couldnt help me, she got the shift manager to speak with me. She explained that it was my mistake not hers. Well, it very well could have been my mistake but I found her to be rude and unpleasant in our exchange. She spoke over me when I was asking questions or trying to explain my position. My husband and I regularly attend at the restaurant for dinner and have always had a great experience. The way this was handled has resulted in my guests, also regular customers, deciding to discontinue ordering from Bourbon Street Pizza. Im very disappointed in how the shift manager handled this situation.

Called to place my order - sat on hold for 15 minutes, was taken off hold, asked to wait longer, I asked to place my order all I wanted was 1 small pizza, she didn t even give me an option, put me back on hold. So some nights you can t get throw cause it s just a busy singular, other nights they leave you on hold and when you finally get to order the pizza is cold. This place use to me by fave, not sure what happened to it

Ate at Bourbon Street last night with my husband. Food 11/10 as always. Amy our server was amazing. This lady did not stand still once, she was constantly running around checking on everybody. She really is an asset to the restaurant.

Went back a second time and the server wasnt as friendly due to a mishap on my part the first time around. Food is still delicious and amazing, just look at this Pizza, The Big Easy. Updating my review based on my most recent visit 04Sep2024. This time I had the baked lasagna. Its not going to win any awards but its a reasonably facsimile. My brother had the pizza which he indicated was good. Good service Original review starts here... Good if not a better alternative to Jims down the street. I found the toppings to be very fresh which was the superior aspect. The tomato sauce is not as sweet as Jims but again the freshness of the ingredients makes up for the lack of flavour in that department. Full disclosure Im a fan of the Jims sweet sauce. Other plus the restaurant has a nice ambiance. The beer selection sucks. One recommendation add Steamwhistle to the list; Molsons Canadian, Budweiser please is this the best you can do? -1 star for the beer selection. Nevertheless, I will return someday in the not too distant future.

We ordered direct, and had it delivered with perfect timing on Thursday evening. It was a Pasta night for us - got the bourbon street breadsticks + lasagna with cappeletti for three people. This has always been my favorite place to get pizza. For almost 8 years now I have been going here to get my favorite pizza and see my favorite server. Amanda is amazing. However after a difference if opinions and speaking with the owner regarding a menu choice I am very very disappointed. Not because I can no longer get what I always do but because the owner solution was to say when u own your own pizza place you can do what you want then he hung up on me. Very very unprofessional and aweful behavior from someone in customer service. Sad because everyone else I have ever dealt with in there has been amazing.

It was my birthday dinner with my family last night. The pizza was awesome, the service was incredible (including the singing of happy birthday) and the atmosphere was fun. I was shocked and disappointed to learn there is NO change table for little ones in any of the washrooms. We will have to take that into consideration the next time we go out as a family as a change table is a must!

We had an appointment in the area and decided to stop in for a late dinner. Amy made us feel welcome from the moment she greated us and through our whole time there. Her suggestions were spot on and made the dining experience that is more enjoyable. The food from the cauliflower soup to the Meat St. Classic and OH Honey pizzas were one of the best pizzas we have had. My husband is still raving about the Oh Honey pizza!! Dietary restrictions: We did ask if they had a gluten-free crust for future dining experience, and they do have it in small size.

I ll admit my biases upfront in saying I know one of the owners from way back when, BUT: I came here with family while in town, and they had chosen Bourbon Street not knowing any connection. It was a busy Sunday lunch service. The post-church crowd was out in force and I saw multiple large parties of 10-12 people come in without a reservation. (While we re on that - on behalf of all service workers and survivors everywhere, please don t do that.) The staff made it all work with grace and courtesy to each other and to customers. Our party of 4 was seated immediately. Our server Natalie was absolutely on top of things and found time to check in regularly while whirling like a professional serving dervish. The food was excellent, and voluminous! We took things home despite ordering lunch portions. Everything arrived together and at the right temperature. Nothing seemed like it had sat at the pass for long. Bourbon Street seems immune to the (understandable) post-COVID service fatigue I ve noticed lately, and to me that speaks to how they ve treated and continue to treat their staff. It was the most refreshing and satisfying meal out I ve had in a while. I will most certainly be back when I m in the neighbourhood.

Pizza was pretty good, but every single fry pie we ordered was disgusting. I love the brand... but these were so old they were litterally soggy in the paper.... brutal... a toaster oven didnt even save them. Just get the pizza and skip the fry pies. Youll be happier that way.

Found this place on Google and decided to give it a try. The reviews are spot on. I had the pizza and potato skins. Both were very tastey and the dough of the pizza was the best I have ever had. You can not go wrong eating here. I highly recommend it.

Best lunch special in town, but thats nothing new! New drink menu is nice and reasonably priced; my boyfriend doesnt drink and really enjoyed his mocktail. I have tried half the pizzas on the menu and have loved each one! Loved by all ages too, my grandparents get this pizza for any and every occasion (because they secretly just want an excuse for good pizza). Tried the Oh Honey tonight and I dont like pineapple, but wow, thats a new favourite of mine. It was such a subtle flavour even though there was lots on it, because the abundance of feta balanced it all so well. They never short anyone on the cheese! I enjoy the staff a lot each time, they communicate like real people (with good humour) and beat the robotic and repetitive nature of some places. Always support local places! We are so lucky to have fairly priced food and good service from a place that is willing to improve but also knows that consistency is key.

I genuinely think theres something magical about this place. Not only does it have some of the best pizza Ive ever enjoyed, they feature stellar service and a charming, quiet ambience. If that werent enough, every other dish weve tried there has been spectacular as well. Especially the roast beef sandwich, where very few restaurants earn an A+. But to find that at a pizza place? (Maybe they have some of that New Orleans magic going on in the kitchen!) Highly recommend.

Good food. The Caesar Salad was amazing. Service was ok, just very busy like most places. I had to get their attention a couple of times. Its very noisy in this restaurant. Just celebrated my kids 18th birthday there tonight and we were a group of 16 ... Our waitress was queen and to say was amazing is an understatement! She was funny, attentive and absolute great service. The Pizza was delicious as always and we will continue to be repeat - but with her serving maybe more dine in.

We visited this place on our way from Toronto to Ottawa. We read the reviews before going and we chose this place to have lunch and it didn t disappoint. Very delicious pizza and pasta, fresh and hot, with big portions and great price. The staff were really nice. Would recommend 100%

For the past four years Ive been getting Bourbons Meat & Bean Chili. I love it! Such a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner when Im working downtown and havent brought food or end up working late. I cannot say enough good things about my waitress (Natalie, if the bill was correct). She was just a tornado of happiness blowing around the room. Im not just talking about my experience, but hearing her interact with everyone was just incredible. Even when her coworker arrived for her shift, she dropped a compliment on her. Personable, engaging, energetic, and attentive, she was the true star of this place. Oh yeah, the pizza was the best Ive had in a long time as well. I will definitely be coming back, since my day was made 200% better just having Natalie in it! Parking: Paid, but very close and ridiculously cheap. I went there today and ordered a pizza for 5pm pickup got there 10 minutes early the girl told me it would be a few minutes So I waited then at 10 after I asked again thats when they told me they gave it away to someone who didnt even order it and your employee couldnt read it was a different name on it so he didnt bother try to compensate me for there mistake they just gave me my money back this will be the very last time I ever order from this place cause they may have good food but there service and management on duty have no customer service

First time going there, was on a road trip and wanted pizza. I saw the great reviews and figured we would try it out. The absolute best pizza I ve ever eaten. Ordered on the phone, the girl was very pleasant, food was ready in a timely manner and was very fresh when I got it.

Im sure this place gets busy over the weekends, luckily we came in on a Monday night and there were only 2 other tables seated. Our waitress didnt seem enthusiastic to serve us, but I didnt hold it against her as our party of 5 were to hungry to notice. We ordered the Bourbon Street Sticks to start and they werent on the table long enough for me to even critique. Ill assume they were enjoyed. We shared the following pizzas: Meats, BBQ Chicken Fiesta and the OH Honey. All were delicious and enjoyed by our crew. We will be back when out this way.

You just cant say enough good about this place! Ive had the pizza many times, and its well worth the hours drive to get it... But eating in the restaurant... OMG. Way better! Totally certified Fat Guy approved. Bourbon Street has always been a favorite, but now its been elevated to You gotta eat here!

Ordered a pizza to take out, after 15 minutes came back to pick up. It was a medium instead of the large that I ordered. I told the girl I ordered a large, she brought what I assumed was a manager who tried to give me the difference back, but as I told him I don t want medium. I asked for my money back and that s when he told me I was rude. I said well it s rude to make me take a size I didn t want. As he walked away I could clearly hear him call me an a*****e. I asked him to plz repeat what he just said and that s when I was told to leave the store, as well a person grabbed my arm and pushed me out of the door. I said nothing to prompt this behavior from anyone in there. Very bad customer service. Will never want to return
