On two different occasions, I ordered a pepperoni pizza with banana peppers and both times the banana peppers were forgotten. The first time the employee realized when I paid for it and remade it with the banana peppers. The second time, I realized when I got home the banana peppers were soaking wet and cold, and were obviously put on last minute after it was cooked and they realized they forgot to put them on. I had to pay extra for something I ended up having to pick off.
Went to papa Johns around 10:30 pm and got a pizza that has holes in bottom. Tasted like garbage barely any pepperonis on there. Terrible service and terrible quality.
This is the absolute worst Pizza joint I've ever had food at! The sauce that you get on the pizza here is freaking horrendous it makes you want to puke! I've never actually eaten a pizza here but I bought cheese slices and they give you the same sauce that they put on their pizza because I asked and they told me yes. First of all what they give you you see in the photos that I'm posting is $13 and right around the corner about 60 yards you've got Little Caesars and they give you a bigger portion of cheese slices than this for $7.95 and at least their sauce is much better than these guys here. The only reason I paid this much for it is because I desperately wanted to try these guys out since I've never had their pizza before and look at the size of the sauce that they give you what a joke from Little Caesars it's five times the size at no extra charge! But the good thing is I threw the sauce away so it wouldn't have mattered if they gave me more because it's horrendous! So stay away from these guys they're horrible and if you want to go up the street there's a new place called City Pizza where the pizza is to die for and they have slices of pizza that are huge the biggest slices in Belleville for a $1.67 it's a no-brainer!!
Not one to leave poor reviews. Since this is chain there is zero excuse. Decided to give these jokers a final chance. Was just horrible. Won’t even go into details. Almost as if the chain pizza joints are competing for who implodes the quickest due to poor quality. Shameful really.
This is one piece of chain I do not recommend regardless where you purchase it from the all taste the same and bad at that. It's a horrible tasting pizza, I guess It's why they sell it on a budget it is cheaper than almost all other places that sell pizza so if you're looking to fill your stomach on a budget and don't care about taste I guess you can go here at Papa John's but if you're looking for taste stay away far away.
My daughter and I stopped in for a late dinner after her extracurriculars were done. Most places were closing for the night, and we were desperate for a quick, hot dinner. The lady who greeted us gave us the disappointing news that they don't sell pizza by tye slice, but she was able to get us a made to order pizza faster than I've ever had a pie made for me. I am not a skinny man. I have eaten many pizzas, and while I've had great pizzas and fast pizzas, this was my first time having a great pizza fast. Highlights: we received helpful, friendly service at a time of night when patients is at a premium. Our food was made well, tasted great, and was ready quickly. Low points: none. I have no complaints or suggestions for how they could have done better. The folks at the Belleville Papa John's put a happy conclusion to a challenging night and did it with a smile.
UPDATE 3 weeks later, another order and this time it was ****drum roll****** DELICIOUS again!!!! Papa John's has amazing fresh ingredients, Belleville staff are always helpful kind and quick, drivers are always pleasant....sadly 3 weeks ago=no so good but today I'm thrilled to say food was AMAZING again!!! -------------------------------------------- unpleasant, very unpleasant! I order for work mates and home mates, and we only order from Belleville Papa John's...tonight's home pizza was horrid. cold and tasted like a detergent or soap or perhaps it was a tinny flavour from mushrooms maybe stale dough??? I honestly can not say what the flavour was but it was awful! Multiple large pizza's and from first bite it tasted off, second third bite and we were done, garaged everything..it was just awful. This location is always amazing so no idea why tonight's was bad but if I get another pizza like this from here we will no longer be ordering papa johns. Tina
Ordered a few pizzas while we were snowed in. Very very kind delivery driver.I hate to order delivery when the weather is bad but we are stranded in Belleville on the way home from vacation! The pizza was delivered hot and quick! Would definitely order from here again :) Please thank the driver who came to the travellers in this evening around 9pm. Very nice guy!

Bad food, but even worse customer service. Had an error corrected, guy re-delivered and while looking at the sleeping baby, please do not knock sign.. knocks waking up the baby. The new pizza was also disgusting. 1st and last time ordering here. Yuck. Kid-friendliness: Terrible - have a sign on our door saying sleeping baby please do not knock. As our dog will bark and wake up the baby. They were returning for already making an error on their end and then knocks which wakes the baby. Horrible and so inconsiderate.
The food was hot and delicious. The service was fast.
They have the good stuffed crust pizza. Park in the larger lot next door, their lot is a little tough to get in and out of. Thats all you need to know.

Was very unhappy tonite with my service at papa johns one of your staff members at 726 pm January 17th was very rude to me and said I couldnt have donair sauce on the side and I am going to talk to your cooperate about this problem and tell your customers that their service was not great and all I asked for was donair sauce on the side for my garlic fingers and the manager last time gave me donair sauce so very unhappy and you made my pizza experience the worse and especially worse because I have a severe disability and this needs to be fixed
I got a Philly cheese steak pizza from the belleville location. The pizza was amazing but more importantly the staff was fabulous l. Keep the good work up guys.
Three cheese and bacon baby
Had it for the first time in probably 6 years and it was amazing. New go-to pizza place. They dont skimp on toppings like everywhere else seems to and prices are reasonable. Chicken bites are really good too.

They gave me the wrong item. I ordered the special pepperoni stuffed crust and it wasnt until I got home I found out it wasnt the right crust.
Pizza was ok. Crust was really thin, asked for green olives and got black, didnt have any bacon on it. $33 for a large stuffed crust the works. First and last time Ill be ordering here
Had a pizza delivered the driver failed to bring a proper debit machine I kindly asked if he could go back and return with a new one and leave the pizza he said no he couldnt do that I understood that but asked if they would make a new pizza also called and asked Tammy the manager if she would remake since it would be cold the pizza came back in 10 min it was covered with extra cheese and pepperoni and thrown back in the oven it was such a greasy mess not what I expect from papa jhons im truly disappointed in this treatment and service its the worst pizza I have ever had

Service was good and pizza was fresh and tasty. Only 4 stars due to the guy behind me got 2x the pizza for 5 bucks less than me as the cashier gave him a dealer hat was online. I felt a bit upset but I buried that feeling with my tasty pizza.
Ordered through skip the dishes... order arrived 1hr 30 mins late and pizza seemed as it was tossed and dropped and wings were all missing... when we called the store before order arrived the denied ever receiving our order. When order came and called the store with the missing items as there were hungry house guests waiting the said they didnt have wings.. we were able to cancel on skip the dishes and still waiting on customer service to get money back with the missing items we never received. Very disappointed with the experience and service.
Worst place to order from, ordered on skip the dishes, they completely messed the order up then said it s not there problem I have to deal with skip the dishes. This was Sunday august 7 at 720pm, so whoever the girl was that was working there was the most unprofessional employee I ve ever delt with, don t ever go to this restaurant again. They are rude ignorant and can t even get a simple order correct. Go to pizza pizza or anywhere else but this place. Never again

This is one of my favorite pizza places Ive tried quite a few different kinds all tasted perfect I think Ive only ever had one burnt pizza out of all the pizza I have gotten,I love their garlic knots aswell, My kids love their cheese pizza or the pepperoni and they eat a large xlarge all to them selves they love it and so do I:) and the prices are fair and the delivery drivers were very kind and our food was always still hot when it got here Kid-friendliness: My kids love their Halloween jacko lantern pizza and their regular pizzas too

Gave atmosphere a 1 as I order on line, how ever stopped ordering from them. Use to order 3 or 4 times a month. Quit because prices for their products are crazy now, was going to order a double pepperoni and cheese delivered It was 36.00 for a large. Deleted order and havent ordered again.

I dont know who the manager was tonight buthe made my day better.this guy needs a huge raise or promotion. The girl that answered the phone messed up my order price and then got home to see the pizza wasnt what i ordered either but just as we get back home he had one delivered made the right way i always get it n free n hot to my door. Thank you sooooo much whoever you are.

Very friendly staff taking phone order. Order arrived to a disappointing discovery. Philly Cheese steak had no steak and buffalo chicken bites had no buffalo sauce. Mistakes happen i guess.

Terrible customer service skills, this is besides the fact they knew nothing about the credit I was supposedly given for them messing up my last order. I could have lived with that, was willing to forget about the credit, but not the rude, zero people skills, manners , from the person on the phone. I am a business owner and it was disgraceful. Never will I order there again, many others to choose from.

Never really tried papa johns before, we got a medium Philly steak pizza here today ordered in store and waited for it, the pizza was made by Robin. It was hands down one of the best pizzas weve ever had. It was $20.35 for the medium with 8 slices about hand sized for me, yes this is more money than other places but the quality and flavour doesnt compare and is way above the competition, you get what you pay for and this pizza is worth it. The crust was flaky outside, fluffy inside. It was not overly greasy like other places, perfectly cooked not overdone or burnt in any way and just phenomenal flavour with toppings that were fresh and obviously of good quality. The facility is one of the cleanest we have seen and we saw the gentlemen working in there washing their hands properly after taking an order and handling money or doing other things in the back. Being a locally owned and operated business as advertised on their ads on the counter is a nice bonus. We will be making this our new go to place for breaks from cooking. If you want a cheap pizza that tastes cheap and has poor ingredients go somewhere else and regret it later. If you can spend the $20+ for a medium or larger pizza and enjoy delicious quality and can tell difference between cat food and real food this papa johns will not disappoint. The owner just better remember to look after their staff cause they are rockin it!!! Thanks guys! B&B

Delivery is always fast as we are around the corner, but the older delivery man who works weekdays needs an attitude adjustment. Not to mention that every time I order from here, at least one item I ordered is wrong. Im not talkin once or twice, but 4 times now. Tasty pizza, but awful staff.
Ordered delivery while staying at a hotel, we ordered 3 different pies for our group. Had a veggie lover, meats and works. Definately my favourite was the works. I love pizza and was really happy with the topping coverage, hate clumps in one place and nothing elsewhere. Excellent crust and sauce. They really live up to their better ingredients, better pizza slogan. We are now loyal customers!!
