Delishes pizza. Friendly Staff.

They put the pepperoni on under the cheese, so I thought this time Id order the cup and char pepperoni. Its under the cheese, so whats the point?? It wont cup this way obviously!

Was really craving a bruschetta pizza when I was at college and this seemed to be the only place that made it. Gave it a shot and honestly best pizza I ve ever ate. 10/10 recommend . It s a decent price but you get what you pay for. Probably will be back :)

Im giving it 4 stars. Not because it currently deserves 4 stars, but because Im hoping they get back some of their old staff, or some more capable newer staff. Old staff made the best Pizzas in town. Id walk in, see certain faces there and know Id walk out with a banger of a pizza. Now a days its a gamble, and on top of that they are alot slower.... almost 15 minutes past the 20 mins they said to cook it.... while it was litterally dead for customers inside....time before that, I waited 30 mins in the parking lot on a 20 minute order... went inside figuring it will be done for sure. Every member in there kept looking over at me, but no one interacted with me... not a one.. not even the guy who took my order... I waited another 20 minutes inside before someone actually took the time to go oh wait your pizza it was barely warm when I got home....and Ive right around the corner from them basically... please... better training again, or old team members back would be amazing. We stopped in on Sun Mar 26- on our way from Toronto to Kingston. Such friendly, prompt, and helpful staff- and excellent pizza! We ordered double cheese, and they sure loaded us up.

Reasonably decent pizza delivered much faster than expected. Order through skip the dishes which suggested lengthy wait for delivery. However the pizza showed up 30 minutes sooner. Good size at reasonable price. Perhaps a little less cheese than expected. Lots of meat. Pizza box included centre stand to protect pizza. Tried thick crust which was fairly soft, not hard in any places.

My favourite pizza in town. Great pizza, great service. Always friendly. Very clean.

After waiting 25 minutes for my pizza they said they didnt get the order in the kitchen and would start it then. 4 people working and only one other customer.

Ordered a large deluxe pizza and 20 chicken wings. Its supposed to have pepperoni, bacon, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms and peppers. I asked for half the pizza with onions and double cheese on the whole thing. Also ordered 20 wings. With delivery came to 70. Opened the pizza and there were olives on the whole pizza and no onions at all. And no double cheese. Either the person couldnt read English or we got the wrong pizza. I phoned to let them know and I got a $20 credit. Unfortunately the pizza tastes terrible. Probably the worst pizza weve had in a long time. We have ordered from pizza nova twice before and it was expensive but very good. Had it for lunch as leftovers and it tasted terrible.

The food was hot. I dont love their pepperoni. I had pepperoni and cheese panzerotti.

Ordered through Skip..both pizzas arrived cold, and the Caesar salad was wilted lettuce, cheap croutons & a 50 cent pack of Renee s dressing. Not a bacon bit in sight. And $8!! Don t waste your time, or money, ordering online with them.

I live 9 minutes from the store and was told that I am outside the delivery area, asked to speak with customer service on the phone and was basically told by the rep that it was too bad, so sad. Very poor service. Thankfully Pizza Pizza which is further away was very helpful and able to deliver.

Absolute worst pizza I have ever eaten. We ordered through Skip the dishes and with a small Pathetic rusty salad with two tiny pieces of tomato in it came to $40 for a medium pizza. The gluten-free crust is terrible and the pizza itself looked like it had been sitting around for a while. The box looked more appetizing. I kid you not. I think that because it was a SKIP THE DISHES order they put the minimum amount of toppings on it. I Will never order from here again.

Waited an hour for delivery and my order was wrong. Called the store and as soon as I said hi, I just received my order the woman on the line put me through to customer service and I waited for about 10 minutes before I was disconnected. Used to love ordering here.

The East Indian people who own and run this restaurant make very good pizza using good quality ingredients. Communication can be a barrier however. Double check your pizza to make sure you got what was requested.

Best vegan pizza in Quinte west. Thin crust was perfect on the jumbo size. The vegan pepperoni was also cut thinner than other chains do it so it cooked perfectly. Worth the 20minute drive. Please remain consistent with the excellent quality and detail to attention. Whoever prepared the vegan jumbo on Saturday, Feb 13 deserves a raise. Thank you so much!

Hardworking staff and owner

I only had a slice a couple of times but its decent for a slice but its far from fresh made. Similar to Pizza Pizza and other big chains.

I wish there is negative star system for Pizza nova. We ordered pizza yesterday. After waiting for an hour, we were delivered worst pizza that we never ate before. Pizza was extremely soggy and toppings were sliding out upon picking. We were 3 and none of us were able to finish pizza with toppings on. There was very less cheese on pizza. Also, It was so thin that we could not handle. FYI, we ordered regular crust. Just wondering, what would it be with thin crust? Another thing we ordered was Garlic bread bruschetta. Bread was extremely stretchy and hard. Bruschetta salad was tasting bitter and smelling bad. Very much disappointed with their food. I could not find option to upload photos otherwise would have uploaded.

Second order wrong out of two orders. Tonight ordered a pizza and wings and a ponso. At least they got the wings right. My lady spent 1 1/2 hours running around to get right order. Pizza Nova you are out of here.

Awesome pizza

It couldve been an off night for whomever was working.. But the Pizza seemed to be under cooked. I ended up waking up 3 times throughout the night with a really bad stomach ache and then some.. LOL! I wont be buying again!

Weve ordered many times and always enjoyed our food. Tonight was exceptional. The food was as hot as if we had cooked it at home. The driver was extremely friendly and thanked me for the tip. Then we found a free sample of the new aracini! Delicious! We will order them in the future.

Absolutely disappointed with my past 2 orders from this location! Asked for pizza to be well-done this last time as the before that my toppings weren t cooked thoroughly! Ended up with a floppy under cooked pizza even after requesting it to be well done! This pizza Nova is absolute trash and a disgrace to the pizza Nova brand! It s very unfortunate, maybe they should focus more on quality over quantity! Not worth the money spent so save it or try elsewhere to satisfy your pizza craving! #boycottbellevillepizzanova

I recently ordered a pick up special online from them and got a large pepperoni pizza with thick crust. I paid $12.50 tax in which was a great deal. The pizza was made exactly how I liked it and it was delicious.

It was a rainy night and my wife and I were craving something to eat. We looked around and we decided on Pizza Nova. They have plenty of diet-friendly items for affordable prices and the quality of the pizza was exceptional. We hope to order from them again soon!

Ordered veal sandwich and asked for no peppers......the guy read my order back to me....and then when my husband brought the order home there was no mozarella on the veal sandwich. what ??????? I said no peppers please. Please dont bother sending me emails so you can further pursue this. One email to you should (in my opinion) be adequate. We discussed this and we wont be returning. People taking food orders deal with exceptions all the time....

Met a friend there last night, as he was waiting in the parking lot he witnessed the employee constantly rubbing and whipping his nose with his bare hand as he was handling the food...needless to say he did not pick up the pizza he ordered and I didn t bother to order.

Awesome pizza, best in town. If you love meat pizza get the meat supreme with extra cheese. Had one last week, wow, family was drooling each piece. They Deluxe is awesome too. Actually everything they have I like. The crust is so good never need dipping sauce. Others I throw it away even dipping sauce cant save their crust. They have a good crispness to the pizza, not soggy. I ask for extra sauce always my self. Love their tomato sauce. Enjoy and try them. I travel a lot and have eaten at every type of pizza joint and Pizza Nova is my favorite.

I ordered a pizza came back and it was disgusting all over the place. Pizza looked like a mess and people were rude in the phone once we told what happened

If I could give a -10 I would, very rude staff, mediocre pizza at best. Wouldnt even give me a small pizza box to carry my order out.

Just moved out this way. Needed to find my pizza nova and this was the closest to me. This is the worst pizza nova pizza I have ever had in my life. It makes 2 for 1 places look good. Tastes terrible and I dont know how they pull that off when Im pretty sure cheese and sauce and crust all comes from the pizza nova supplier. The cheese is what tastes terrible what little of it there was on the pizza. Just gross and this location will give the pizza nova franchise a bad name.

The pizza quality has taken a sharp decline. Rarely has the pizza been properly cooked. My last order was so undercooked that the cheese was hardly melted and ingredients slid off the pizza. Before that, the pizza was undercooked on one side, and burnt with black cooked crust on the other side. Really not the quality I expect ordering food.

I tried the deluxe and it was okay. If I order from them again Ill definitely order well done. The toppings were fresh, and the crust was crispy and chewy. Sloppy and soggy in the middle. My wife liked it and my kids devoured their cheese pizza.
