Biggest slice in the county!! Fresh dough, delicious cheese, and a sauce to die for

When this was Brendas pizza it was the best pizza in town for the most reasonable price. Unfortunately fast forward to now, the pizza has very thin slices and you can tell the ingredients are not near the quality they used to be. Even slices at lunch are smaller than they used to be and the cheese tastes like nothing. Hate to see it. Theres been years in my life where I would go months ordering 3-5 times a week. Unfortunately todays slice might be my last. It just wasnt 5$ worth of taste.

Got a bunch of pizza for a basketball tournament, it was amazing priced and great service! definitely will be going back!

Came in for a quick slice. They cut the large slice in half for me. It was very clean, and the slice was perfect.

If you like good pizza.... you have arrived. Update- ordered pizza through a third party service, they never showed up, so when i called Westside, the young man on the phone took matters into his own hands and delivered our pizza which was for a kids birthday party immediately. Thank you Westside. 6 stars!!

Ordered two small pizzas through Uber eats with special instructions to not put cheese on it and both came with cheese. Its great waiting for delivery for a dinner I cant eat.

First time we got pizza was amazing but our second and last time our order was not only handed to someone else but we had to pay full wait an extra 20 minutes after basically being told we didnt place the order and they realized they messed up we had to wait another half hour and the pizza was over cooked and barely even put together... wont go there again would rather tinas pizza even for the price...

Check your debit machine before you pay, I just got a slice, pop and a dip and the girl added a $3 tip without me knowing and passed me to machine to tap, I caught it after I tapped, the summary of the transaction came up on the debit machine so I asked her about it and said I never added that, she passed it to me I just tapped for $9 something and realised after, just a bit shady I thought, pay attention before u tap. I thought the price went up but nope, just crooked people hoping they don t get caught.

Calling out the guy with orange hair who works here in the evenings. Why is he so rude. Im always polite, yet he is always miserable. 5 mins after 10min pizza was made he says Was wondering where you were... seriously? Wont be returning even though the pizza is delicious.

Ordered the last 2 times through the Uber Eats app and both times they didn t see the order. So I m waiting double the wait time. No sincere apologies and no compensation. This is sad cause this place is usually Mint!!

I m sorry but this was the worst $26.00 pizza ever. I had the Oh Canada. First of all for a large pizza it was quite small. Toppings were skimpy. Especially the cheese. Bland and tasteless. Won t be returning.

Just had a large Picasso with some Garlicky Nuggets on the side. Absolutely delish! Those nuggets are to die for! We ordered for pick up and our order was ready in 15 minutes. The gentleman on the phone answered my questions, let me subsititute onions for the usual green peppers, and was very friendly. Great food and great service. Thank you!

I know most Bellevillians say that Bourbon Street makes the best pizzas in town, but I would have to disagree. Between the delicious garlicky crust, mouthwatering toppings, modest price and friendly service, I would say that you would be hard pressed to find a better bang for your buck pizza in all of the Quinte area. 10 out of 10, would eat Oh Canada pizzas until I fall into a pizza induced coma.

The worst slice I have had in my life. I eat pizza at least three times a week (usually more) and this is definitely the worst pizza or slice that I have had. The only somewhat decent part was the crust as at least there was garlic butter on it. Other than the crust the slice had barely any cheese, the sauce was rather disappointing and the slice was not heated. Would not recommend paying five dollars for this as it should cost no more than a dollar considering the quality.

Ordered delivery, waited 45 minutes to find my dip missing from my order. I called to inform them and they offered to have it delivered or a credit on the account. I chose credit as my pizza would be cold by the timeci got my dip. The pizza was good but I missed having the dip.

Unfortunately this evening I had the longest wait for one XL pepperoni bacon strip pizza. I waited two hours for it to be delivered. I called and canceled my order, the girl on the phone said yea we re really busy tonight. it s a Monday freaking night how busy can you guys be any how it was very frustrating. My thoughts are they only had one delivery driver ? I won t be ordering from there again!!!!!

The fellow who works the evening shifts Wednesday and Thursday is wonderful and always seems to remember me which is very nice. The pizza is delicious but the dough balls are amazing. Their delivery drivers are also great. Hands down the familys fave pizza place in town.

Charged me $17 to pickup a 2 topping medium pizza. Didnt tell me that they had a $11 special for a large 2 topping and proceeded to charge me more for less food. The pizza was also so thin in the middle it fell apart trying to eat it. Wont be back.

Well I stopped in to try for the first time. I can say that I wont be back. Any place that has a surcharge for using debit is a place I will never return to.

I ordered an XL pepperoni pizza, and I live five minutes away. Not only did it take 80 minutes for my pizza to arrive, but when I got it, it had a hair on it, it was over sauced, and thinner than cardboard. Extremely i enjoyable. You think with all the time it took to have it to my place, it would at least be made edible.

Pricing is fairly cheap, but pizza quality is lacking. Their ready to go slices often sit on the counter until they are ordered, and are quite often stale and cold, and their full size pizzas are lacking in care and quality, but still taste pretty good for the most part. 3 stars is somewhere around an average rating, and i feel like that works well, they arent really below average or terrible, but arent great either. Still have to recommend stopping in at least once to decide for yourself

Delicious pizza. Rarely ever had a wrong order or any problems at all and Ive been ordering from them for over 10 years since before it was called what it is now. Ask for heart attack add on (Garlic butter all over)

My family and I stopped at WestSide Pizza. We had planned to supper from another shop in the mall but they were closed. The folks at WestSide were super friendly. The pizza slices were big and tasty. The salads were huge and so fresh. Thank you!

it has been 24 hrs since I ate this pizza and I still feel sick, kids are fine maybe I am just hold and cannot handle greesey pizza as well ad I used to. The idea of eating the left overs tonight is making me even more nauseous. Staff were kind surprising in the condition of heat they have to work in. The pizza could have probably cooked on the table it was that hot in there, the poor staff. I wont ever go back. This used to be the best pizza Not anymore! I am pretty sure the heat in there made the pepperoni go bad as it didnt taste right. back to Toppers I go!

today first time i went to Sidney st pizza factory. ordered for 2 large pizza. but pizza looks horrible . around the pizza 1 inch sauce is not covered with cheese . i asked them how come you did not put enough cheese and the young lady was rude and said we put enough cheese . are they blind? it looks gross yak...i will never go there. please new customer do not waste your money to buy gross thing....

I ate here last summer and enjoyed it, but after eating here now I am never going back again. I ordered three pizzas, and the only one that came with cheese was the one with extra cheese on it. When I phoned to complain I was told that extra had been put on (not true compared to the last time I ate here) and that nothing could be done because they were changing owners tomorrow, and the new one uses even less cheese since they are a small business. Well Ive eaten pizza at many different pizza places, both large and small, and I have NEVER seen so few toppings, cheese especially, used, but then again, the supervisor did mention they were using, what they had left. So not only did I wait over an hour for food with what few toppings sounded to be old, I was also told too bad for me, I ordered on the wrong day. Well dont worry, never again will I eat there.
