Havent been there for ages, it used to be run down building. Now its beautiful, the food was great.

Best place to get Soggiest Onion ring ever they people working there have one job is it fry the pre made Onion rings i understand if it was busy but even at midnight where I was alone in the drive-thru didnt expected this

Very bad customer service, especially who are working in night shift . They don t know how to speak , chicken patty and bun was stale.

I ve ordered food from this location 5 times in the past four months, and they got something major wrong with my order 3 out of those 5 times. Wrong items, missing items or failure to follow specific requests real hard requests like No Mustard. And the food always looks like someone sat on it. Recommendation to avoid.

There is a deep pothole there, at least a year either fill it up or put sign so people can avoid it, these are your customer not your enemy, why would you wanna damage their cars.

My favorite Burger King to go to. Service is always great when Kumon and Klayvon are working. They are always so nice and cheerful. I try to go when these two gentlemen are working. Thank you for always being so nice.

I had a disappointing experience at the Burger King drive-through due to the rude behaviour of the staff(Rahul).As I proceeded to the window, the rudeness continued with no greeting or acknowledgment of my presence. Its disheartening to receive such poor customer service. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more pleasant experience for customers in the future.

Stopped by for a meal while passing through Belleville around 6:05pm on Friday March 29th. Simran missed an item on another customer s mobile order and then forgot to give me my second fry. When I asked her for the missing fries she turned around grabbed a box of fries and dumped them into my bag she and the fry station employee then laughed about it and handed me the order. I simply asked for my missing item, I could do without the attitude, also was not looking forward to picking loose fries out of my bag. Maybe if the staff followed their floor plan during busy hours there would be less mistakes.

Yuck! Hygiene is Bad in this place. The drinks fountain area is unkempt and lacking attention. Theres food and drink spills everywhere. The floor sticks. An unhappy looking employee was sweeping clouds of dust from one place to another. I dont think the floors have seen a wet mop lately. The lids dispenser for drinks is filthy and sticky. After reaching for a lid, my hand stuck to the uncleaned interior part of the chute. Because I could actually see swirls of sticky sugar residue on the stainless steel surfaces, I can only surmise that its been a long time since it was properly cleaned and disinfected. To make matters worse, washrooms were closed and unavailable to patrons so I couldnt even wash my hands. Just loved the feeling of my hands sticking to my car steering wheel. NOT REALLY! The place is messy inside and out and I wont be returning despite an emailed bribe from Jackie, the manager, of a free meal to return. This BK outlet should be inspected by Health Canada. Or at the very least voluntarily close down the eat-in dining room until the washrooms are working.

Ordered a chicken nuggets kid meal for my daughter through drive through... gave me the fries and sauce. No chicken nuggets. Needs quality control.

The people are great. I use the drive through during late night/early morning shift cause of my work... They are really nice.. The food is made fresh. It takes a little longer but usually good. I had an item forgotten.. The next week they replaced it without hardly an argument just an explanation. Whoppers are the forgotten heros of fast food.

Was refused cheese in the drive thru:( The drive thru worker refused to give us a single slice of cheese after we initially forgot to add it to the burger. We offered to pay for the cheese and they still said no. I know it s just cheese. But to me It was more than that.

Paid 11 dollars for whooper with cheese and of course no cheese and tasted like it was sitting there for hours. Definitely not fresh!

Food is always what you expect from burger King, typically decent amount of toppings on burgers etc. Only issue was finding a clean table ... there were lots of empty tables with crumbs and sticky spots. Other than that everything was fine!

Too bad they don t well done my burger like other Burger King s locations. I will never come back again. Folks, if you don t want to have a raw burger, please try Burger King in Trenton or Nappanee.

I spoke to the manager about a messed up order and it was corrected immediately. Walking into the restaurant the staff and management were awesome. No questions asked they straightened everything out. Is there food and customer service is number one in my books.

Very efficient and professional drive-thru personnel, even during total disaster/vehicular mayhem.

Drive thru was fast, but food was not good. I ordered mozzarella sticks which tasted like the oil in the fryer needs to be changed, they asked me if I wanted marinara dipping sauce and I said yes but didnt get any, and the chicken sandwich I couldnt even eat, the lettuce was rotten and the paper thin bottom bun was soggy even though I tried to eat it about 2 minutes after receiving it. If I wasnt so tired after working all day I would have taken it all back. Will not be eating here after this.

Its Burger King, arent they all the same?

The staff here are very friendly. The restaurant is clean and immaculate. I really enjoy the Burger King menu over other comparable fast-food burger joints. You cant beat an old fashioned Whopper. However, there is always something new to try on the menu, if you want something different. I recommend ordering on the app as there are often deals to be had.

Parking: Lots of parking spaces, I have always liked their burgers and shakes the condiments always seem to be fresh the one here has just been renovated so well have to wait until its totally finished and Ill review my review again. Food

Amazing visit. It has always been a good location but with the new renovations and newer staff everything runs smooth. Sat down for lunch and was surprised at how quick everything was served even with the big line that was ahead of me! Definitely my favorite location to visit for BK! Parking: Huge parking with lots of spots easily accessible.

Management and staff are very friendly, always have a smile in their face. Ive started to go in to get my food to go rather than use drive threw since the renovation. It is such an enjoyable/friendly atmosphere. They always bring a smile to my face :)

Not one clean table in the dining area and this isn t the first time.

I just walked in for some food around 10am after getting a coffee and seeing the sign that said $10 for a whopper and/or chicken original sandwich. I want to say right away that the chicken sandwich alone was worth $10 for the way it was fried. They might have only been doing breakfast that early but I had my food in 4 minutes like they said and it was REALLY good. It s like I forgot how good Burger King was or something. Forgot they did shakes too. I will definitely be coming to this one more often. Thank you!

We have dined in multiple times and every time we go all tables are dirty and have to ask for them to wipe the tables. The girl came out not without attitude and proceed to take a seat at most tables. Fired were cold and freeze was way over due to be change. After asking for fresh fries no one even bother to bring them to us so needless to say we again got cold fries as we didn t think we would have to and get them ourselves. No one person apologized just gave each other a look which I did not appreciate. My husband went into the men s washroom and it was filthy, urinal has been out of order for weeks and 1 stall was out order leaving just 1 toilet and the floors and walls and stall walls were absolutely disgustingly dirty. I went in the women s washroom and was disgusted and wouldn t even use it. I have work in the food industry as a manager and this is totally inexcusable. It was long ago that that building was renovated. You, in my opinion need to fire all the staff. A bunch standing around talking laughing and not doing cleaning. We were in on April/06/23 @ 6:30 PM. We will not be returning and I will be calling the health unit

They got the order wrong to begin with, replaced the incorrect item with the correct one after a few minutes wait. One order of mozzerella sticks was stale and cold as could be. The Whopper melt was made with plain white bread, not grilled, not toasted just plain. A totally yuck experience, but I should have known better than to expect better from Burger King.

Their customer service was awful and the staff was rude we got treated with an negative attitude and when we were leaving the staff looked at us and passed few comments and they kept laughing..!!! Dark haired man just gave me the oldest dried out patty I ve ever had on a burger. It s 4am in Belleville, and the Burger King here sucks. to the fella working today grow up, and do your job.

Awful customer service

It was my first visit after their renovations. Friendly staff. Good vibes at the dining area. Hersheys Pie is delicious. Try not to eat with clown, Eat with the King Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper tastes really good. But, it gets grilled on the same as the other meats.

Wonderful Burger King, extremely clean looking. The staff are extremely kind. Would recommend this Burger King location over any other. The inside is amazingly spacious and clean.

I ordered 3 snack boxes. But I think the oil in which they are frying is too old. Everything tasted so bitter and also got stomach problems after eating. It s not the first time it tasted bitter. In last one month it was my 5th order. And still every thing tastes bad. I love Burger King and it s menu, but this particular joint is worst than any other joint I ever visited.

I respectfully told him i am waiting in a window you can make my order and give it to me but he told me if you are not parking then i can call the cope which is not a right way to talk with any customer. Also threatened me.For him his DT timer is more important then serve food to customer on right time. I hadnt been to Burger King in about 10 years due to the declining quality, but recently tried it again. Of the menu items Ive recently tried, the Big Fish sandwich was sloppy and tasteless, the spicy Big Fish sandwich was sloppy and tasted almost like a sweet maple flavour, the fries were dry and oddly difficult to swallow, onion rings were fairly good for fast food, poutine had soggy fries and bland, salty gravy, but did have real cheese curds, and the Whopper was absolutely delicious! At least the night I was there, the ingredients were fresh, it was served hot and tasted great! I will definitely stick to the Whopper in the future.

We were asked to park while we waited for food but no one was behind us. When they brought out our food I asked if vinegar and ketchup were in the bag. He said Im sure there is & left. When I tried to get in to get some the doors were locked and no one would come to the door. By this time there was a car at the pickup window. My burger was delicious but the chicken burger was very dry. Very disappointed!!!

I was very pleased and impressed with the whiskey burger that I tried. The double patty is huge (Im a woman). I hadnt been in this burger king in a very long time. Other than the fact that my burger wasnt ready (they forgot it) when the rest of my order was ready, that was annoying. I did ask them to bring it to us, and they did. Id go back.

Food was good had whoppers with bacon and cheese. The drinks were not so good has orange soda and it tasted like dish water, totally diluted . Root beer wasnt bad. Fries were not bad, onion rings tasted a bit greasy .

This particular BK just renovated their building, and repaved the parking lot. Its hard to understate how much this improves the experience pulling through. Other than that, its Burger King, your millage may vary. For me, it was pretty good. Definitely recommend grabbing an order of nuggets with your meal since you get more bang for your buck from BK than from anywhere else where they charge an arm and a leg for some nuggets.

Gross reheated fries and whopper. The double whopper is almost 10 bucks and this food should be fresh. People working nights dont care just want to get the food out timely but at a cost of losing many customers and getting poor reviews.

This place has changed. Dining area and bathrooms well kept. Timely service, the crew was working as a team. Clean behind d thw counter and uniforms were clean. Definitely an Improvement from..my pre pandemic visits.

Rude and no desire to help or accomodate you, terrible service, long wait and they wanted me to go to the back of the line after waiting 19 minutes. Didnt even offer me to go inside to avoid getting back in the drive thru because i already ordered and waited for nothing. If you mobile order make sure you call to tell them to actually make the food or theres no point in ordering ahead. Ive tried going a handful of times here and something is always a problem.

You just renovated so we wanted to give it another chance. Very first time with no car behind us for the first minute they wanted us to pull ahead and park. Its kind of frustrating when you just want to do drive-through and fairly quickly. I find many other are doing the same practice which is just not something Im a fan of. Now with that being said I always enjoy the food.
