Great place there watch sports. Service was definitely lacking as it took 15min to even take a drink order. Food was acceptable and fast once order so that was a reprieve.

The food here is good, not amazing, but good.The price is phenomenal. The quality is on par with what I habe received at Biston Pizza, but for about a quarter of the price. Cocktails are great, awesome beer deals, and has become our go to restaurant.

Our server, Krishna was awesome at Chucks Roadhouse, Belleville, and just her 3rd shift too! Food was great too!

First time here, my wifes steak was really tough, my ribs were seared on the outside, charred while the inside was cooked ok, and they had no flavour. We wont be coming back here.

The worst dining experience my family has had in Belleville . Served sour milk to my kids did NOTHING to compensate us. Second try visiting they Served adult portions and refused to give us the kids menu price for THEIR mistake. If you want cheap beer this is your place otherwise it s low quality overpriced fare.

One star only because it was the lowest choice. Never will eat at any of these restaurants again. They charge a 9% honest to goodness fee on EVERY bill. PAYABLE TO THE COMPANY. They charge all the SERVERS 6% of their TIPS.... payable to the OWNERS!! Not to mention, the 3 additional adults that joined me experienced COLD FOOD after the manager claims that was untrue. The ladies bathroom-- health, and safety Hazzard, toilet not properly installed or fastened to the floor. There was no working lock on one of the stall doors, and there was a very bad sealant job around the toilet paper holder. One would think that after taking an additional 9% from patrons and staff, they could afford to put money BACK INTO THE RESTAURANT!!!

Service issues w E.I. waitress. Ordered 1/2 rack w sweet potato fries. Got reg fries.when asked for what I ordered, she sd i had to pay for both??? So I gotta pay for stuff I didnt order and what I want. Normally great service but noticed hired alot off foreigners , English not 1st Lang,& service levels are a 2 when used to b a 5. Had 5 different servers. Too confusing

Just went there have some food, with my friends. The server was doing her part and completely handling the restaurant on her own. But the because of the manger its the worst dining experience I have had. First of all he was too rude to us and later he tried to escalate the situation by saying we were in wrong. Just felling sorry for the staff who has to put up with such a person ughh.

There was 6 of us when we visited Chucks. 4 adults, 2 children. Our server, Joy was AMAZING! We had a couple of incidents with spilled beverages. Joy was there with a cloth without us asking! She was friendly, attentive & prompt! Food was delicious! Burgers, Buffalo chicken strips, & grilled cheese for the kiddos! Portions were plentiful & prices very reasonable! Bill was just over $100, which also included 2 beers & a Caesar. Will definitely be back. Keep up the great work, Joy! Edit: Most recent visit, Aug 2024, food is still fantastic! Food is good, service is always friendly, and the atmosphere is mostly good, depending on where you sit. If the speaker is near your seat, good luck having a conversation over the bass. Otherwise, its a great place!!

Let me tell ya bout Chucks Road House, its a real nice place, ya know? Walkin in, its got this cozy feelin like home. Now, Sebastian, hes somethin else. Hes a real good server, always there when ya need him. He knows the menu real well and hes quick on his feet. Made sure we had everythin we wanted and more. Service with a smile, ya cant beat that. And the management, they got it goin on too. Place runs smooth like butter. They make sure everythins runnin right and everyones happy. They got that good vibe goin on, makin ya feel welcome.

Very rare I saw too much care and attention been given to a big group. The manager in white shirt was being tight notch. Forgot to ask his name but the adjustment was made for such a big group within minutes.Just moved here from Brampton and was throwing a bachelor party. Worth !!

Went here to celebrate my 19th birthday and the staff were amazingly friendly and did theyre best to make my first legal drinks do what I wanted them to.

I always enjoy stopping into this franchise for a quick bite to eat. The atmosphere is great and so is the food! I found the service to be a little bit slower at this location, but it couldve been a one-off. Will definitely try again in the near future.

Watch our for nickel and diming! I ordered a burger with mayo and extra pickles, and was charged and extra $1 for the mayo and $0.75 for an extra slice of pickle. I think this is a very bad business practice.

The Buffalo chicken wrap is amazing

I recently ordered chicken wings from Chucks Road House Bar & Grill and requested them to split the order with 2 different sauces. Unfortunately, when I picked up the food, they only included one sauce instead of the two I had asked for. The other half of the wings were plain, without any flavor. Considering the price of over $30 for this order, I expected better attention to detail. The restaurant wasnt busy at the time, with plenty of empty tables, so Im unsure why my order wasnt properly prepared. This oversight has left me disappointed, and Im hesitant to place another order here in the future.

Angelo was our server for a birthday party and he was amazing! Helped take photos for us and really made our night more pleasant! Will definitely ask for him next time I come here!

Food was stone cold, waitress was really good, place is yet again under new management and another cook who has no pride in his work and dont care about customers. We ordered wings place was not busy at all waited nearly 30 mins for wings. We were regular customers and will not be going back.

I was at Chucks on Saturday. We had the steak and lobster tail. The steak was very tough and the lobster was way over cooked. Tried to eat the steak but our jaws were tired of chewing. Took what was left(most of the meal) home to feed to the dog. I wont be back.

I never leave reviews , but I feel that I must in this case. I had the sirloin and lobster tail and was greatly disappointed. The steak was basically inedible and could barely saw through it with steak knife. The lobster wasnt any better,so over cooked it was rubbery . This was supposed to be a treat for my wife and I but I basically wasted $85.00.

Great first experience at Belleville Chucks. It was my first time in chucks and being a vegetarian I had limited options but manger took great care of us and not only suggested us vegetarian options but also made sure I was okay with everything. Thank you very much

Did not meet baseline expectations. I ordered a filet mignon, it was a little puck, wrapped in bacon, and overcooked. It came with a little paper cup of soggy corn and a Caesar salad that was dry. The price was low, but still too high for the quality.

My recent visit to Chucks Roadhouse was exceptional. The warm ambiance and attentive service made for a welcoming atmosphere. The food, from loaded nachos to perfectly cooked ribeye steak and BBQ ribs, was outstanding. Generous portions and reasonable prices ensured great value. I highly recommend Chucks Roadhouse for a memorable dining experience.

Tried to leave this review before but it got taken down. Went in at 1 pm to an empty restaurant, was told no food available as they ran out of food. Laughed cause I thought the waiter was joking. Turns out he wasn t What restaurant runs out of food at lunch time?

Beer is cheap and cold, food is alright but service is hit or miss.

If only my second time at this location was as good as the first! Took 25 minutes for our drinks to come out. There were only a handful of guests in the place, so its not like it was busy. The food came out right after and it was good but we did have to correct my partners order and thennnnn we didnt order any more drinks because of how long it took for the first round to show up.. plus our meals were finished, sooo... and our server made it very obvious that she was super flustered because she didnt have her tablet whatever that means.. just made it awkward! It sucked cuz we like this place!!

Went to the Belleville location on Saturday March 2nd. We waited for quite awhile for our food because it was busy, but when it did come it was so cold it was awful. When they get back to you there is no follow up.

Im giving this a 3 star. This was my first time at this restaurant. My sister and I were out for dinner, amd she highly recommended Chucks Belleville. We were seated immediately (not busy at all), the server came, took our drink order and left. Came back with the drinks and took our food order. It arrived in a timely fashion. The steak was not cooked as I had ordered, but I wasnt sending it back. The server definitely wasnt in a good mood, she didnt smile, came over to check on us way more than she needed to, it was actually quite annoying the amount of times. Then came time for us to pay. My sister paid first, no issues. My turn came, debit wasnt working, tried 3 times before the server decided to try a different machine. That night when I got home I checked my account and saw I wad charged twice. I called the restaurant the next day and was told it was my banks issue and to call them. No, Im sorry this happened, let me see what we can do to get that refunded to you, he just told me I needed to call my bank . Surely they had to see that their end of day showed they were over in their debit transactions. A very unpleasant experience to say the least.

Only carry big beer brands, nothing local only Molson, so don t come for the beer. Food is mediocre like a chain restaurant.

My friend and I really enjoyed the delicious Chucks Prime Beef Hamburger & perfectly cooked fries. The Pinot Grigio & Merlot Wine (Wayne Gretzy winery) were also very nice. Our waitress Gina was so helpful and looked after us so very well. I would definitely recommend Chucks Roadhouse for your friends & family. Very friendly staff, good food, clean premises. Lots of TVs, with a variety of sports going on. Kid-friendliness: Nice child and family friendly restaurant.

Great prices, ok food, hit and miss service. If your server is flirting with the manager behind the bar, youre getting cold food every time. There are some excellent servers who are truly professional, some are in the wrong line of work.

My partner and I wont be going back due to one simple fact. Your bartender Sabrina is disgustingly rude. We had no idea that you guys were closing in 20 minutes when we showed up. You guys should really update your Google hours so you staff isnt always frustrated when people walk in close to closing time. She denied my partner who is older than I am becuas he has a health card which might I add the lcbo, beer store and Walmart has accepted. My drink was absolutely disgusting, I almost puked there was barely any alcohol in it. It looked like she was drinking behind the bar. She couldnt even read my ID when I gave it to her it took her a few minutes to read it

Writing this review sitting inside the Chucks. Here, I received a wrong order for takeout and I had to come and get the actual order again. No one addressed their fault and the pain of the customer who had to come and take his own correct food. I usually tip here but not any more. Arrogance at next level.

We had an amazing person waiting on us. Will definitely ask for her next time, Jaylene Hicks was the best waitress we have ever had. Always observant, friendly and very good at what she does. She s a keeper.

I made an online order and drove out to pick it up. 20 minutes after placing the order, the manager calls me to say they dont have chicken. I said no problem just refund the money I guess. A few days later i check my credit card and see that the payment actually posted for my order. I call the store and they basically tell me sorry, you can come in for a gift card or we ll remake the order for you and you can pick it up another day. Eventually I decide to let it slide and I call them to make a replacement order. The manager offers to replace my order with a half chicken and order of fries when I paid for the family dinner which includes 4 quarter chickens, 4 fries, garlic bread and a caesar salad. I told him no thanks, what you re offering isnt what i paid for and I want a refund. They literally made me go to the location and pick up the cash. Terrible customer service and insulting to deal with.. will make you go on a wild goose chase. I will never order from here again.

Ive been coming here for a few months now, but only in the evenings between Tuesday and Saturday as I find those are the BEST nights for food, especially the steak and potatoes. I dont know who works the grill, but DAMN, I almost want to hire him personally for my home bar. LOL. Shout out to the cooks those nights, and to the owners, dont lose whoever you have working back there, they will keep me coming for years and years to come. Ratings based on server except atmosphere. We arrived around 3:05 to find that only half of the restaurant was open and there was one waitress serving all of the customers on that side of the restaurant by herself. Found out later that shes actually the afternoon supervisor and was managing all of this as best she could give in the fact that it was pretty much full and she was the only one serving. We were sitting close to the door so we could see the people walking in and how they were being addressed. Around 4:00 we saw more wait staff coming in, who were greeting customers and then one guy came in, tall, dark skin wearing a black and white sweater and dark curly hair. He stood facing the inside of the restaurant and the stand that was there and looking at a book where I presume information was being put down by staff. Never once did he turn and look after or address any of the customers coming in the door. He did interact with his telephone quite a bit. One couple came in and he totally ignored them, finally he turned around, saw them and then moved away around the corner until the staff member came and looked after them. Did not address them at all and say someone will be with you shortly or acknowledge them in any fashion. I found that very offensive because at this point I obviously knew he was the management and that is no way to treat your customers. Even if you dont have the wherewithal to seat them, the least you can do is address them and say someone will be with you shortly. When our waitress came to clean off our plates from table, I asked her about this person and found out that yes, he was definitely a manager at which time I asked her to have him come to our table because I wished to speak to him. When he came, I expressed my dissatisfaction with his performance and stated that they obviously had expectations for their employees and as he was a manager, he was held to a higher expectation and the fact that he chose to not address these customers. I found appalling and very disrespectful as without customers he did not have a job. When I finished expressing my dissatisfaction, he said okay you had your turn, now its mine, really? He immediately went into this. I just came into work and I had to make sure that everyone was in their position and everything was covered so that things were handled. What he did not know was that all of the other five waitresses that had come in were working efficiently and dealing with their jobs with out him even being there. Basically berating me for daring to suggest that he should be doing something different. He said I am so busy at that time because I come in at 4:00 and I have to make sure its done and I dont have time to speak to anyone. Yet, he was on his telephone, he turned around and looked at them and then walked away so he didnt have to deal with them. Therefore, he was not doing his job anymore as he was nowhere near the book he was looking at. I expressed extreme discussed with that reaction and explanation as well and told him to stop talking as it was irrelevant and he just stood there and at that point I just told him to get away from my table and that he didnt deserve to have his job and I would make sure that I expressed all of my disgust in every fashion I could so that he was no longer employed there. I dont know who he thinks he is but he is not above the rest of his staff in any way. When it relates to his customers. I will not frequent this establishment again and I suggest that others do the same. This man should not be a manager. He should not even be employed in a customer service environment anywhere. The owners of this establishment need to know how badly he is representing them. As far as the food went, we ordered the shrimp tempura which was almost $14 and was overcooked to the point where you couldnt taste the shrimp at all and the tempura which is supposed to be light and fluffy was very crispy and crunchy. The ribs were delicious as was the chicken dinner. The fries were bland and needed extra assistance to make them appetizing.

I am on a work trip in Belleville as I work in Belleville very often. I was at the library working on an assignment for university that was due today and then got hungry after I was done there. The library closed at 5 so I headed over to chucks right away. I like their prices so that why I chose that place so I don t have to spend to much especially if I m on a work trip trying to make money. Soon as I went in there the manager Veedee (male) said that they won t serve me. I ask why and he said because Sam (bartender) told him I was waisted and I never even drank today at all. I took it as a personal thing because I new I didn t drink today so it must of been my appearance and I don t know the bartender or seen her in my life. I am an attractive girl so I think that s what upsetted her or maybe my complexion, I can t think of any other reason why I had to leave right away. Veedee (the manager) said that he can tell I was not drinking but didn t want to step on any toes. I felt very embarrassed that I had to leave and my feelings were a little hurt that I had to leave due to my appearance. The whole situation was very inappropriate and discrimination. Other customers got upset when it happened. I definitely feel that management there needs a talk by corporate. I don t even feel comfortable going there again, I feel not welcomed. I m pretty sure the bartender Sam has a jealousy problem. I also contacted corporate in Mississauga over this incident in Belleville today. And apparently people are saying the bartender (sam) has worked at majority of bars in Belleville and she gets fired a lot due to this kind of behaviour. I m already in touch with head office. I m not ok with what happened.

UPON ENTRY: No hostess available so I had to ask the waitress to seat us. AT THE TABLE: The booth was nice, waitress came without much delay and took our drink order - a pitcher of beer. The waitress returned some time later (without the beer) and took our food order. The order (fries, wings and chucks wings) came quicker than expected (but it was 5:45pm and not busy). BUT, still no drinks (not even water). The pitcher showed up 5 minutes into our meal. FOOD: Both of our orders of french fries were under cooked (slightly rubbery). Gravy was very good, chuck fingers were good but the dipping sauce wasnt enough. The fries were sent back and a short while later showed up crispy and properly fried. THE BILL: Not impressed with the automatic 3% HONEST TO GOODNESS FEE, which was included in the calculation of the HST! The zinger was the tip suggestions on the pay-at-table handheld device which STARTED at 18%. Good grief, they make you fumble around to change it all the while feeling embarrassed while the waitress watches (so I left it at 18%). BUT WAIT, THERES MORE, the 18% is calculated against the total of the honest fee, the HST, and the food. Im tipping on service fees leaving me a feeling of being bamboozled and scammed. UPDATE - Its been 3 weeks since sending them my receipt as per their request below - but nothing came out of it, at least not to me.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly face and were sat immediately. The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helped with all our needs.

One star for your deceptive pricing tactics. The whole honest to goodness tax is just a way to trick people into thinking your meals are cheaper than they are. Just price your menu correctly and be actually honest.

Food was cold, over cooked and tasted old or like it was microwaved. we were given cutlery after asking twice. It finally came by the time we were 1/2 way done our pathetic meal. I sent it back and told them the issues but the manager was unhelpful besides TELLING me that he was sending over new food at this point (1.5 hours) we just wanted to get back on the road and go home so We just asked for the bill and the manager didn t remove the horrible appetizer. And not only that there was a honest to goodness tax! Ok cool not a problem IF the food was eatable is the first place but it wasn t. It was horrendous compared to the chucks in Peterborough.

Super busy at dinner time but fast and friendly service!

Four of us went to Chucks on the weekend, we all had steak which we all agreed was ok. I had onion rings with mine and they were ice cold, I didnt bother complaining as it took a while for our food to get there as it was. Mens bathroom was not the most inviting and the hand towels were empty. I told three different people on my way out and did see one going with paper towel to fill it. Overall for what we spent just an average or slightly less experience, probably wont rush back.

I love the chucks in Belleville. Hopefully, the one in Trenton is just as good when it opens. I switched up what I usually get, and it was so taste.

Just came in for a quick burger and beverage. The food and service were quite good, especially the value of the meal. I would much rather eat a burger at Chucks than most of the fast food joints.

The bone in steak dinner was excellent as well as the chicken fingers. Like the &4 beer before 5:00 PM. I would recommend this restaurant. It was Valentine s Day, and we were a group of twenty, with half of us being children. I wouldn t have wanted to serve us either! Our Server was absolutely lovely and most patient with us while she continuously apologized for the delay in getting to us. It was apparent that they were grossly understaffed. We waited over an hour for our food to be served. And then many of the orders were wrong. As we were sitting within eyesight of the kitchen, we could see our food just sitting there, still sitting. Naturally everything was cold. Nothing was enjoyable as the food was overcooked and cold. Sweet Potato fries were limp and soggy and served with no dip. We had no cutlery, and when we asked for some, we had a handful of loose forks (maybe three) and a bunch of knives, tossed on the table. We were never asked if we wanted anything more to drink. Napkins were given out so sparingly that we divided them out to those amongst us with the messiest finger foods. It was an absolute schamozzle. I ve never experienced such extremely poor service in a restaurant. Again, I get it, we were many and they were busy. But by the time they did finally get our food out to us, the restaurant was pretty empty. It was like half their staff up and quite during the night. Very sad overall.

Went in for a takeout order of ribs. Placed my order at the bar. 45 mins later one of the girls behind the bar came over to tell me they re a little backed up. I said I ve been waiting for 45 mins already. How much longer? She looked at the receipt ( had to pay for it when I ordered it) yup 45 mins and counting. She went back into the kitchen and came back with a bag and plopped it down in front of me, turned and left. Chucks ribs are 10 out of 10 but I ll prolly make the trip to Trenton s Chucks from now on.

Best steak that night. Corn and whipped potatoes. Should have been a Sunday dinner. Gravy and mushrooms. Perfect!

A bit of a wait but waitress was very attentive and smokehouse burger and rings were fantastic...

Usually really good however waited 25 minutes just for drinks. Not the servers fault she was given an entire section with over ten tables .. Drink orders were wrong but did not say anything as she was so overworked.

This is the third and last time we come for there maple leaf games and four dollar drinks. They will not turn up the volume for the game and are supper ignorant when you asked them to turn it up, I brought 14 friends because they advertise the game and it is a waste of time and money

The manager in tonight Friday Dec. 29 was beyond useless. The servers were running around at the place was busy and he was just standing there flirting with his hostess. The servers did their best, but the kitchen and runners seemed to be screwing up orders left right and center. The manager should be ashamed of himself for just standing there, leaving the servers to deal with everything. It took forever to get drinks, and i dont blame the aervers or the bartender. Thats on the manager for not getting enough staff in and then not helping whatsoever.

I had the ribs and chicken and it was very good. The rotisserie chicken was nicely cooked and in got the white meat option. Fries are good. My plate was a good size. Good bar feel although they need to replace a few TVs.

First time at chucks bellevile tonight, and I must say I had an amazing experience. We were served by Jonie by the bar and her service was great. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Not only did we have an amazing server, but the manager also made sure our first experience was a pleasant one. If you haven t eaten here before, do yourself a favour and come here next time you are craving steak and a pleasant experience. 10/10

I would like to share what a great experience I had yesterday evening at Chucks in Belleville. I was there with my two children and although the staff were very busy with a packed house we were treated very well! Our server was great and the manager Viren was courteous and very hospitable to us. I would recommend Chucks to anyone looking for affordable food and drinks and wonderful staff and management!

Worse service ever food was cold no cutlery and drink was long time every one that ate their food was cold one other didn t even get his order ask to see manager said would not recommend it this was the second time going and food was cold

Friday night busy okay. Service was as slow as slow can be. Frustrating when people get there food who arrived after you. Our server was not happy to be there working this day. normally everything is great

Worst service and food ever . We were there 3 hours for our meal. Apps. Came out cold and we sent some back. And hour later our meals came out cold . The bread on the sandwich was so hard that I could not eat it. Vary unhappy. Was even given the wrong bill when it came time to pay. We will be thinking twice before we go there again.

It was busy and there were no apparent booth available. Requested manger to arrange one for us as it was our friends birthday and he not only gave us the staff s booth but also made sure everything else was okay !! Jaylene was awesome !! Service : 5/5

My partner and I frequently visit Chucks.Our service is always the BEST when Cassie is serving us. Not only does Cassie always greet you with a smile on her face, but she s time efficient and accurate. Cassie always ensures we receive the best service and overall experience.

Place was slammed on a Saturday night. Service was excellent, the manager came by and offered some complimentary fries because of the (short) wait. Honestly best service weve had in a long time. Filet mignon was great, all the food was great. Well definitely be back!

Everytime my partner and I visit this location its an excellent experience. On this visit Garima was our server and she was fantastic. She was extremely attentive and checked-in to make sure our order was right and drinks were topped up. Viren, who I believe is the manager, even came by and checked in on us during our visit. Its nice to see that level of customer service. The staff are so friendly here, the food was great and we stop by whenever we are in Belleville. Thanks for the repeated great experiences. I only wish the Napanee location was even half as consistent as this one!

The server Casey was amazing. The food was not up to standards. My sandwich was not even toasted and the Philly cheese sandwich was only warm. We let the waitress know,she told the manager. He came over and said he was going to take 30% off of our entire bill. Which he ended up only giving me 25% off of my sandwich and gravy. That s not what the manager agreed too. I think 3.87 is not acceptable. In the future I hope that better customer service is given. Thanks

Had a great dinner here. Food was perfect, wait staff were friendly and the place was super clean! If I had listened to the rumours around town I wouldnt have even gone inside. Glad to see either none of them were true or the issues have been dealt with.

Went there on a Saturday at 12pm ordered 2 pc fish chips. Fries were cold, never saw fish and chips not come with a little coleslaw side. Very disappointing there is no handicap entrance or button for doors, would have to leave if my wife was not with me. For only having at most 6 tables with customers service was terrible. Chicken was not cooked and very slimy on the sandwich we ordered. Smaller size portions than was expected. Our server I think must have been a bit new and/or she had lots of tables during a busy rush and therefore didn t stop as much as I would have liked for things like a water glass refresh.

Had a solid experience at Chucks house in Belleville. The overall quality of the food was commendable, and the prices for both food and drinks were quite competitive. The staffs friendliness added a nice touch to the visit. While it wasnt exceptional, its a reliable spot with good value. A solid four-star choice!

I asked for BBQ sauce, they gave me too much! Hamburger bun on 1 side was a little burnt, meat seemed dry, maybe they use lean meat? Pics are from Dec 15, 2023. I was at the chucks in Belleville I was speaking to the manager about the bad service a drunk customer at the end of the bar called me a pos for complaining the manager said it was the best bartender he had and the drunk customer looked fine to him I ordered a desert to go but the irate bartender went to the kitchen I said forget my desert just give me my money back for it he could not do this because he didn t know the waitresses code as I was leaving the building they all yelled good bye and good riddance I have eaten at chucks road houses all over Ontario the Belleville restaurant is by far the worst place I have ever been I highly do not recommend this restaurant
