We went there after many years of not going to East Side Marriott, and the server Kayla forgot to put our order in ! After 40 minutes of waiting, in a loud dirty and worn out restaurant, we call the manager Hayden and he was not very apologetic or offering anything but I can rush your order now! I would never go back there. Horrible experience

We ordered 3 dinners last night (to pick up). No issues with ordering or service. I always order chicken fetuccine alfredo and this time the noodles were dry and no alfredo sauce in the bottom of the dish (to stir into noodles if they become dry). Overall this meal was not up to the standards that East Side Marios is capable of. Last week we had it and it was juicy and delicious. It was also take-out. What happened ???

My husband and I used to love East Sides and went all the time, but these days its a huge let down. The food is just meh, and the last time we went the service was terrible. The all you can eat soup/salad is a joke. Our server refused to give us both soup and salad at the same time, saying we could only get one or the other, and then just didnt wait on us throughout the meal, so it was a struggle to even get one additional soup/salad. My pasta order got messed up, and my husbands pasta got cold while we waited to be able to flag someone down for cheese. We kept having to ask the bartender and/or another waitress for service, as ours just wasnt doing her job. Couldnt even get more water. In the end, we left hungry and rather pissed off. It was quite possibly the worst service experience weve ever had at a restaurant.

The food was fantastic however the waitress messed up one of our orders and by the time they returned with the correct order the rest of the table was done eating. Done in became take out.

Dakota was our server at East Side Mario s at the Quinte Mall in Belleville, Ontario. She went above and beyond. She was very efficient, personable and extremely accommodating. If you are lucky enough to have Dakota as your server, you will have a wonderful experience at this location.

We came late afternoon around 4:15, the restaurant only had a few tables it was nice and quiet. Our server Jenn was amazing super friendly and attentive. Our order was 100% accurate, as well as being hot and fresh. Kid-friendliness: Kids loved the food and the specialty drinks.

Dakota was wonderful tonight. We have been traveling and she ensured our drinks were full, our soup was hot and the bread was plentifull! Best service we have ever had at any East Side Marios!

Food is usual and consistent. Really come for the salad. Prices are getting a bit high. Servers could be a bit more friendly and professional. Heard a waitress say to a table she is your waitress I am not....think there are better ways to say it!

About 10 years ago we would go to ESM Pickering about 3 times a month. Found the food quality had dropped off so stopped going on a regular basis. Over the years we tried various locations including this one. We were never really impressed. I reluctantly went to this location on a Friday night. First impressions were very good. Location was nicely appointed and bustling. The wait staff were friendly and accommodating. The food prices were very reasonable. The garlic home loaf, garden salad, and wedding soup were very good. My disappointment was the food. The food was hot and the proportion was good. The chicken was over cooked and bland. Having said that, we will probably go back at some time.

When we arrived we noticed a sign that said they had run out of tomatoe soup, no big deal it is their best soup, Had to leave before we got seated we were standing for about 10 minutes while multiple servers walked past or were further in the restaurant just stare at us awkward.

This has been our second time celebrating my Late Husbands (Mario s) birthday and our second time with server Hannah and she went above and beyond to make this dinner special for my kids and I. We left feeling such peace. Hannah is such an amazing server. You are lucky to have her. Thank you for making this day special for us as we Celebrate someone me miss everyday.

Our server, Bobbie, is a superstar. She has been our server several times when we ve stopped in to the Quinte Mall location enroute to Toronto. Always pleasant, helpful and professional. Always happy to be seated in her section! Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options on the menu or request can be made to omit meat, if desired.

Would have loved to have been able to order online but they turned that off at 9 pm.. on a friday.. due to the overwhelmed kitchen. Went in to order in person and there were 3 tables. 3. I totally understand the height of dinner rushes but at 9 pm at night with 3 tables, give me a break. Took forever to get anyones attention, and then it just felt like we were inconveniencing the staff by god forbid placing a takeout order. Seperate note: stop pre-packing grated cheese for takeout, its dry and tastes awful and if anything is just ruining the pasta dishes. Its lazy and ignorant when were already throwing business at you, at the very least have the courtesy to provide fresh cheese for takeout the same way you do with sit in.

I come here lots and always have Bobbi as my server. However this time we did not have Bobbi as our server. wasn t good. Upon arrival, she was being screamed at outside at the entrance door. Our server was an older woman. Didn t catch her name. Service was terrible. We were a party of 5, 2 people received their drinks instantly. 3 of us waited 30 minutes and only one was a glass of wine. The other 2 were pop. Once our food arrived, 2 of ours was cold. We sent them back. Terrible service

Prices and service were good. The main issue was that the meals we ordered were not as expected. This restaurant is a clear case of favoring quantity over quality. Too much food in one meal, of mediocre quality.

First time there...service was great and food was good too.

Food was nasty. Alfredo sauce was watery not milky. Noodle was not what was ordered. Salad was wilty and drenched in dressing. Waitress was attentive at first and apologetic after the fact but didnt visit our table after entrée arrived. Restaurant was not very clean and dont get me started on the washroom.

The noodles were not cooked all the way through the service was great but the food was not it was uncooked and i go to eastside marios a lot because its my favourite food place im not a karen just saying i know how it s supposed to be and it was luke warm not hot noodles were raw still crunchie and there was no sauce i had to ask for more and none on the noodles and my boyfriends chicken was burnt and was not good and his pasta tasted like it sat in a pot for hours it was desgusting

Good food, big portion. The service is correct in the way that they drop you a pitcher of water and a stack of glass. The toilets are disgusting and the smell is nauseating, not cleaned since before noon and we were around 8 p.m.

Very disappointed in the service staff hospitality. We dropped $140 for poor service front folks that looked friendly but chose not to provide the right level of customer service. Empty restaurant and they asked my party of 5 to sit next to the entrance way when 80% of the other tables were empty. Our Waitress was helpful but never checked on us for more bread and drink refills. Server never came back with our asks. Felt rushed as the bill came before we were done. Food was ok but no one asked if how was it or if we needed anything else. I just hope we were not judged based our our ethnic look and served poorly. I will not be back. Vegetarian options: No vegetarian protein on the menu. Lots of pizza and pasta dishes that they willing to make meat free.

Salad was very nice it was cold as it should be. Noodles sauce was not even body temp. Second time out whole meal was maybe 108 to 110 f. Not hot. Heat brings out the flavours. They need to understand that. Ate only half due to the temperature. It was not tasty! We have ate there since and the meals have been much better. Intentions of the serving staff seems to be a winner.

This has been one of the worst experiences I ve ever had in any restaurant. The service was extremely slow (and we were fine with it because they apologized when we asked). We ended up having our pizza in there instead of taking it out because we were late anyway.. but then the waiters kept giving us some weird stares, knowing that it was not busy. We paid them no mind and at the end I asked where I should leave the empty box and the old waitress at the bar literally ignored me while I was talking to her. I repeated my question and she was like I don t know, I don t know in such a disrespectful way that I held myself from making a scene. Will never recommend this place and I ll make sure to tell what happened with me to everyone I know that needs to stop in there to charge their EV.

Great for dine in or take out. Friendly staff and fast service. Fettuccine alfredo with chicken is my favorite dish to order. The garlic loaf is fresh, hot, and delicious. New items to try were the mozzarella sticks and brownie dessert. Also, the trio mini cakes are really delicious.

We thought we would give East Side Mario s another chance tonight because they haven t been great to us in the past and we also know one of the waitresses and wanted to she her. Food was great but the Waitress (not the one we know) wasn t. She had a very snarky attitude and wasn t pleasant to be around when she came to our table. Also, she only gave us one home loaf. I don t know what the limit of free breads they give with your dinner but I know when I ve eaten there before they ve always given us more than one with dinner.

We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday for our 6 yr old granddaughter BD. 8 people +1 high chair. Previously told we were told no reservations on Saturday! Waited 40min for a table for 6 and expected to eat yhere! Not acceptable! Waited anither 15 min but noyhing still. We will never enter your doors again in Belleville. This would have been a large bill. Your loss. Went to Boston Pizza where they were haopy to seat us as paying customers .

I don t normally leave reviews but the service tonight was 10/10. I think our servers name was Hayden? Anyways my family and I really enjoyed him. If the word gets to him, tell him the 22 year old grandma from Sunday night left him a good review, and I m hoping some credit will get that boy a weekend off lol. He s great and thanks for the coffees.

Went out for a date night here and the staff were wonderful. The tables however are so close to one another if you dont get a booth it can be distracting. The food however was amazing and not terribly priced for the portions.

The meal was awesome till I found a hair on the plate. They offered to make me another meal but was not interested. I would have thought they would have offered. A coupon. For next time, but never did. However, they did take the meal off of my bill. Was surprised that the manager never come over.

Food a plentiful. All you can eat on some options, plus apps, and entrees provide plenty of options. Food wasnt anything special. My chicken parmesan was burnt, and my Fettuccine alfredo was very bland no sauce or cheese. I got the trio sampler and couldnt eat it all. Salad was not good. We got two apps cheese bread and mozzarella sticks. The cheesy bread was pretty good. The best part about the meal was the dessert. I got this caramel and brownie with ice cream! It was absolutely amazing. Besides that, the service, the atmosphere of food was not worth the almost $200 I spent for two people. Its about $25 per item. So if you get 2 apps, 2 entrees, drinks, and 2 desserts youre going to spend well over $100-$150.

Although our Server was pretty good, chicken and veal parmesan were over cooked. We arrived when doors opened so expected better. These are our go to choices and we were very disappointed. Table should have been wiped before we sat down or once we sat down. Was very sticky.

Went there this after noon for lunch Never got bread had to ask for it, waitress we couldnt have it cause we didnt get all you can eat! Then brings husbands meal he got a inife that is all to eat with she never brought napkins meanwhile we have three little ones and husband never got a fork! Not one of the best locations and we are a frequent ESM customer. 3rd visit here not by choice ( family gathering ). The place is dirty with floors and windows. Our table manager looked grumpy. Server was good. Had my chicken parm recorded as it was burnt ( they tried to cover with cheese ), dry and in 2 small thin pieces?? Very noisy with kids screaming and the bar yelling at the TV. Not a great dinning experience. Belleville you really need to pick it up and get some good management....

Haven t been to east side Mario s in a while but decided to go for pasta. Really enjoyed the music choices and our Jessica was on the ball and quickly got what needed. We had a family birthday dinner at ESM in Belleville. Our table was slightly hectic but our waitress, Bobbi, made everything run smoothly. She was fast, helpful, kind and always right there when you needed her! The food was served so fast, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The service was Top Notch! The atmosphere was uplifting. After a little girl about 14 greeted us and mentioned the only booth was next to the washroom gave me attitude We almost walked out. Saying its only a washroom! Obviously she never sat there because you dont really know how many people use the washroom until you sit next to one. The server was attentive and polite which made up for the immature hostess. Food was good and plentiful.

Food was tasty, got the veal parm! So happy they were able to make it for me since it s coming back on the menu soon. Service was amazing. Took my family here tonight for dinner. Server was very friendly and nice, food was terrible and the top of our table was extremely sticky. I ordered the great Canadian Calzone, what I thought was nice melted cheese inside ended up being lots of undercooked dough. We did not have enough time for them to make another one so I just didnt eat. Our pre dinner bread tasted like it was fresh made, but then covered in a kitchen towel, just had a funky taste that is not normal for their bread. This is most likely our last time eating here. The last several visits have been let downs.

I work in the kitchen here and our bread is great

All I can say is shrinkflation, although food is good, but the portions are much smaller. It doesnt really feel like youre getting your money worth

We came to this location about a week ago, the food was alright but not great, the service was less than satisfactory! The dinning area was not clean, the menus need to be replaced or at least wiped down, all things on the table were dirty as well and the bench seating was deformed and clearly needs to be replaced. To top it all off we were asked if we had a scene card to collect our points and when we responded that we didnt have it with us she already had her own card in hand and took our points without suggesting we could collect them after using our receipt! We will not be returning to this location!!!

This restaurant was once a favourite. I was disappointed by the food. The service was alright. A few times we were forgotten and our food Sat at the prep window for a long period of time before being delivered but that would have been easily overlooked if the meal had been better. We will probably take a break from this restaurant for a bit.

Had lunch here today with some coworkers and our kids. It is my first time at this location and although the atmosphere was nice, food was good, and our actual server was attentive, I had a whole plate of kids spaghetti spilt on me by someone who was not our actual server (in plain clothes, not uniform). It got on my denim jacket, tshirt, tights and white mesh shoes. They were apologetic immediately after and I did not make a fuss about it at all, even cracking jokes to make the server feel less stressed but surely I thought I would have been compensated for the inconvenience, not even for my toddle s $2 meal. I am not sure why I would need to speak up or remind them of customer service basics but I am a little shocked to say the least.

Delicious I love the shrimp pasta

ESM catered our Christmas lunch at work and the veal parm sandwich I had was fantastic. So, I bring my family to the restaurant so they can all try the veal sandwich. Turns out they had only one veal sandwich left! Booo. The daytime cook was better I think, the food at night was a little dried out and Slightly over cooked. Still tasted good, just not as good as the day shift did it. The soup was good. The staff were great, fast and friendly but not entirely sure of how the food is prepared. I was told the chicken parm sandwich came prepared on the same bread as the veal, but not even close. Overall a decent experience. Will definitely go back.

My family dined here during the busy Christmas holiday. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes however it took 50 minutes to seat us - thats how busy the restaurant was a dinner time. Once seated the service was very good. The food acceptable and pricing competitive.

My time at East Side Mario s not only was impeccable, but also warm and cozy. We were served by Hannah and she is the best! Personally if I were you I would promote Hannah to management. Not just the bread will bring me back, but the atmosphere and the energy Hannah poured out over us with laughter that s good for the soul. 10/10 experience and will be going back ASAP!

Didnt have the first two things ordered, and they dont serve the homeloaf with olive oil (which would be the authentic way to serve bread in an Italian restaurant). Staff is friendly, but seemingly out of the loop from the kitchen.

Siera, our waitress at East Side Marios, truly made our dining experience exceptional. Her service was nothing short of amazing attentive, friendly, and efficient. She made excellent recommendations, enhancing our enjoyment of the delicious menu. What impressed us most was the quick and seamless service, ensuring we had a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

OH EM GEE, So Ive never had east side marios before, all I knew was badda boom badda bing. Anyways, I had this wonderful blondie serve me, I think her name was siera, her service was great. I had the spaghetti cause I didnt wanna be too adventurous, silly me. The atmosphere was a little dusty but overall good. Thank you Siera for making our experience great, Ill be coming again for sure

We came in with a large party, and Patti was our server. It was almost as if she anticipated our moves. Food was hot served quickly bread and salads were quickly replenished. I was very happy with the service.

This store is giving away free appetizers if you give them a five star review. This kind of system is terrible. I have given them five stars in the past but this was way over the line. The server told us that you had to mention their name and prove the review and you could get a free appetizers. This is fraud. Do not trust their reviews at all.

Great service and terrific food! Shoutout to our server Rolene, she was absolutely wonderful! She always made sure everything was topped up right away and no dirty dishes were left on the table at given any time.
