It was my sons birthday today and he requested a sub for dinner. Normally Id head to subway but wanted him to try farmers daughter sub shoppe and after he finished eating it he stated that was the best sub he ever ate! Thanks for taking the time to keep a clean area, fresh toppings and the care of even salting the tomatoes! He is definitely hooked!

First time customer, it was fantastically delicious. Sauces tasty, bread soft, and the pickles!!! Yum! Tried to eat slow but it was hard. They said their buns are made in Kingston so very happy to support the local food chain

I had the Sunny Lea sub which was really delicious. Lots of fun options, but the tomatoes on my sub were white/green and hard in the centre. Not great, but it wont discourage me from returning.

Ill go there again to have their 1830 sub. Plus, their staff was super loyal.

The pictures literally don t do this store justice. Please invest in better quality photos close up images perhaps of your top subs. Everything in the sub I bought today was perfection! From the loads of meat to the fresh sauces and array of toppings. By far the best sub I have eaten. Better yet not a single Indian present which makes for a pleasant full experience. Thank you for keeping true to your brand and providing quality foods.

Unique offerings and variety of toppings make them in a league of their own. Great atmosphere and wonderful staff, theres also a little known secret that is available as well, well worth it.

Great subs pretty expensive but then again you get what you pay for so delicious two subs cost around 40 bucks.

The best sub shop in the Trenton and Belleville areas! Ive had a few of their subs, every one was great! Their Farmers Daughter sub, made as recommended, is my personal favorite and oh is it gooood!! I highly recommend this great spot.

This was my first time here and I certainly wasn t disappointed. The girl who made our subs was amazing! She took the time to find out if we had been there before and when I said I hadn t, she explained everything from how they cooked their meats and what there recommendations were for toppings on an already impressive sub! I went with the Farmers Daughter and it was delicious! It is very worth the price! Definitely be visiting again!

We were coming back to Ottawa from Toronto and stopped at the OnRoute at Trenton on the 401. Place was too busy and annoying. I looked at Google Maps for an alternate route home with food and this place showed up. Massively delicious excuse to drive through Trentons Air Force Base. First time coming in and well greeted. The young lady explained the menu with lots of enthusiasm. I had their Farmers Daughter Sub. Basically a Christmas dinner on a sub bun. Boy was it good. Already scheming the next reason to come down that way. I find myself unfortunately writing reviews after a failed meal. This is NOT one of those times. Great customer experience that other places should come and learn.

This was the first time we came to farmers daughters subs! All I can say is Totally amazing . We were very very impressed with the two young ladies who were there to greet us, share a brief history and make a recommendation of what we should enjoy! The Dill pickled on the side... are just like I remember my nana making when I was but a child! The total meal was so fresh and delicious ! Can t wait till we re back again.... and you know we will be!!!

My wife and I both had our first subs from here last week. They were more than delicious. When you have a sub from here you will realize how inferior the Chain Sub Shops really are. The meat used is a much much higher quality than the other places use. I am 68 and by far this was the best sub I have ever had. The service is great too! Thanks Farmers Daughters!

We had Farmers Daughter cater an event in June. Melissa was very helpful and provided the perfect amount of food. The price was fair, the food was fresh and good and setup was included.Everyone was very happy and satisfied,

I so wanted to enjoy the Big John peameal bacon sub. I was expecting these nice slices of peameal bacon. But what? I found it had some ground meat paté, smothered in bbq sauce. Not fresh. Not natural meat. It was a big disappointment and all I could taste was the awful bbq sauce, which I continued to burp up taste all afternoon. I ate 1/2 and threw the other 1/2 away. Farmers Daughter: If you advertise peameal bacon than give your customers peameal bacon and not ground meat. And nix that awful bbq sauce. Try and compare with a Firehouse sub and compare freshness and taste, for a similar price. Added afterwards: 12 hours later, I still have that awfull taste in my stomach. Revised- November 20, 2022. The owner responded to me with an apology. He/she explained that the Big John sandwich is a pulled peameal sandwich. I have never heard of pulled peameal and the menu describes the sandwich as peameal, not pulled peameal. Now, I know that peameal meat is made from a pork loin. I suspect that, by the taste of the meat on the Big John the owner of of Farmers Daughter is selling a seasoned pulled pork shoulder or butt cut of meat, and calling it peameal. Any which way you look at it, the menu calling it peameal is misleading.

Always a great sub and the staff are very happy to see you the only thing I would change is instead og processed turkey mabey real turkey other than that one of the better places to eat in belleville

Best sub ive ever eaten! And I travel for a living. Real meat ( not processed like the other places) smoked to perfection. They have the best sauces to match their creations. Super friendly staff, definitly worth the little extra $. We try to go as often as we can.

So good! Expected something like subway but this is WAY better! Fresh delicious soup and really good subs!

The sub was good but it s really pricey. $16 for a sub and a can of pop. I ll probably return but it s just not affordable to eat their regularly. I got the Apple, turkey, and Brie. If I had to make suggestions I d say the Brie should be a little thicker and the apple thinner. The ratio was off. The sub is like $13 so you can afford to put a bit more Brie on there. Restaurant is clean. Staff was nice. I ll probably try the meatball next time.

A nice humble place to treat yourself to something special. Freshly prepared ingredients with decent portion sizes. After my meal I specifically remember saying outloud to myself, That was da bomb

Such an upscale sub shoppe with excellent selection of fresh tastey options! the girls were very friendly and welcoming and the food was great. I had the Farmers daughter sub on whole wheat bread-delish every bite of turkey, apple, brie and cranberry salsa!!!. My hubbie had an assorted that came with so many layers and kinds of cold cuts! I would rate it is a 5/5 but my hubbie said his white loaf was a bit dry.... but other than that it was excellent! I will be sure to stop again when travelling between Belleville and Trenton!

Got a veggie sub on whole weat with some mustard sause and it was amazing. In my opinion their better than subway or Mr sub and the drive from Stockdale jus for a sub was worth it.

I was luck enough to visit the Bayside location yesterday. Our experience was excellent. We were greeted when we entered. The menu was clear and the ingredients were fresh. Some were locally sourced which is a huge talking point. I believe their breads were made on site. The subs we purchased tasted incredible. Probably the best weve ever had. I highly recommend you visit this location even if its out of your way..

I really wanted to like this local sub shop and decided to try it today. I went in and indicated I had not been there before. Staff was friendly and welcoming and suggested a couple of the most popular subs. I choose the farmers daughter which says Turkey, apple,brie and cranberry salsa. The sub was dry and I could taste no cranberry, so I pulled it a part a bit and could find no cranberry salsa. As I ate there I returned to the store and asked about the cranberry salsa figuring they would say oh we are sorry we totally forgot it. But no apparently you have to ask for it separately! If you put a sub on the board listing ingredients I would assume it comes on it unless I tell you I dont want it. I didnt have to ask for the apple?? Totally disappointed in a 6 $13 dry sub. If I go back I will make sure they put everything on it that I am expecting.

Been in Belleville for a bit and really only ate at Subway. I must say that other sub shops have a lot to learn to this place. I am all about local ingredients and had my first sub from there yesterday. Highly recommend it and can wait to try everything on the menu. Had the Turkey dinner sub (sorry cant remember the name) and OMG it was amazing.

Excellent tasting food, great staff. I was in for the 1st time today and the smell of the resteraunt is one of the best parts it smells like real food cooking. My sandwich was excellent I dont have one complaint I will definetly be returning.

I bought 2 6-inch subs (roasted turkey and roasted beef) and the chicken gumbo soup for my husbands birthday lunch, and he gobbled them up and loves the freshness of all ingredients so much! (all the meats, sauces, and the veggies)!! Well go back again to try more other subs.
